I had Kim. She is efficient and skilled. Always very happy with the outcome. They also attempt to accommodate people who ask for appointments at the last minute. I see as many men present getting both manicures and pedicures.

First time, last time. Decent job on acrylics and pedicure, but zero customer service. Could have cared less to impress me as a first time customer and earn my repeat business. Someone else said it’s very clean yet I have to disagree. Dust everywhere, reuse files, have a posting up next to sink about how to manage a bleeding client (distasteful to post there), brushes in a container marked ‘disinfection’ so I had no idea whether they were clean or dirty yet when I asked not to have the plastic lining in the pedicure bowl you’d thought I’d just asked to sneeze on everyone in the salon. If none of this matters to you then enjoy.

Trisha always does an amazing job in my nails. I usually let her choose my color because I can’t decide. I always ask for at least 1 glitter or different colored nail and she gets creative! I moved out of Fountain Hills but I’m still driving there from Mesa because of Trisha.

Nice experience. My daughter got a real leg massage vs mine was so light it tickled. But feet look good. Will go back and ask for different lady to do pedicure. Price was great!

Not having a pedicure in months because of the pademic my feet were a mess. My 1st time at a salon in Fountain Hills. They did a great job. Paid attention to detail. Took their time. Clean. Covid compliant. I will go back.

Very clean with plexiglass placed for Covid restrictions. They were VERY nice to my mom and took their time doing her nails. Great choice of colors. We were both very happy with the mani-pedi services.

I love Deluxe Nails & Spa! I have been coming here since it was recommended by a co-worker when I moved to AZ!I called in at 10:45 this morning and was able to get on the books for an 11:30 gel manicure and regular spa pedicure. Kelly, the lady who did my gel manicure, was so friendly. It was the first time with her but she did such a fantastic job Im going to request her in the future! Unfortunately I do not know the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was extremely thorough with how she cleaned the pedicure spa chair as well as the basin before I sat down for my service that it made me feel even more comfortable with the salon. Additionally her massage was fantastic!

Please change hrs online to “close early if we feel like it” . Very bad business to close over an hour early and refuse service to a customer by saying “I just want to go home sorry”

Trisha, Kelly, and Kim are the best you can find. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never found a better place. The pedicures are not rushed and the foot/leg massage is wonderful! Always clean and incredibly friendly. Make sure to make an appointment, they are the most popular nail salon in the area.

Trisha was extremely rude to me on the phone, and the staff is just as bad here. Very negative environment and ALWAYS running late. My nails would look horrible after a week getting them done by Trisha. I took my business elsewhere to “Polished Nails” in Scottsdale with a friendly and caring staff. Plus their nails are guaranteed for 2 weeks, and I loved it there! I recommend you do the same!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new local nail salon. They advertise walk ins welcome but I walked in at 4 p.m. on Tuesday and they said they could not help me between 4 and 6:30 p.m. That cannot be true, and they were rude and their salon looks like 1988. I went down the road to Fountain Hills nail salon and much better, beautiful interior. Do not go to Deluxe Nail & Spa!

Have been a customer for 8 years. Mix up on appointment times....they made absolutely no effort to accommodate me. Appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. I have waited numerous times for 30-45 minutes past my appointment without complaining. Understand mistakes are made, but no effort to try to make things right is not good service. Will not be returning.

Never go anywhere else. Trinny is the best. She does a great job and her massages are a real treat. Everything is clean and the people are friendly.

This was the best Mani/pedi I have ever gotten! They got so much dead skin off, took plenty of time to do massages on our legs and arms, and made sure that our colors looked good with the sparkles we picked. They even fixed a spot on my toenail that I bumped before I left. They played classical music the whole time-- it was so relaxing and worth the money.

I have lived in Fountain Hills for pretty much my whole life. I have also been to every nail salon in Fountain Hills. Deluxe Nails is by far the BEST one in town. They give the best pedicures and have a wide variety of options for nails. Lately I have been stuck on the gel manicure. I have been going here for the past 4-5 years and would never leave. If i ever move out of town, I will still drive back up to Fountain Hills just so I can have Kelly do my nails:)

The woman in charge has an extremely poor customer service ethic and needs to have an attitude adjustment. Though manicurists are lovely and their workmanship is fine, dealing with the gatekeeper makes it an overall unpleasant experience. Not worth it when there are better environments nearby.

Don’t give this place your business. Was on vacation visiting my parents here with my sister (we grew up here), and decided on this place because of the reviews. We walked in through the door that very prominently read “WALK INS WELCOME,” and entered a waiting area with nobody waiting. Not one person. We asked for two manicures and pedicures, nothing crazy. We we greeted warmly with “No, sorry, we’re too busy go somewhere else,”Excuse me? It wasn’t because they were busy (Because they weren’t), it was because my sister and I are twenty-something females who they assume won’t tip. Well, I will tell everyone I know (did I mention I’m from here) and post to every possible source how rude you are. What horrid customer service.I hope your learn your lesson and go out of business!

All the staff are friendly and very warm. Trini and Trisha are just awesome.

Extremely clean. They use liners for the foot baths, which is very sanitary. All of the staff are well-trained, and very friendly. Schedule ahead because this place is very popular in Fountain Hills. But they do take walk-ins and will try to work you into their busy schedule.
