Autonation Ford is a place you should always avoid. You will be treated like gold when you are attempting to buy a vehicle but after that it all goes away. They have no customer service and are so busy that it is nearly impossible to reach someone by phone.I have even left voicemails for the general manager who will not call me back. Eight weeks after purchasing a new vehicle and my old one is not paid off, mechanical concerns with my new vehicle, and much more.I had to physically show up to attempt to get assistance. I was met by two managers (the general manager still would not see me, even after they greeted me when I bought my vehicle).The managers were able to resolve one issue, but stated they would call me within a few days regarding my other concerns. Its been over 10 days, and no call. Their main number never lets you get to an operator for proper transfer.Avoid this place for all your vehicle needs.
My step daughter bought a car here and brought it back to the service center about a month ago for tire balancing, service check, and rotation as she was experiencing shaking. They told her that after balancing they checked it and the problem was solved. She said that they were very rude to her and didn’t want to explain anything. And they charged her Almost $80 (I typically pay less than $40 for rotation and balance elsewhere).After driving it she noticed the car was still shaking. She showed me her service receipt and after reviewing it, I noticed that it said that rotation and service check were declined. I then drove the car, and noticed that the front left tire was shaking at lower speeds - typically a sign of a wheel out of balance, or bad tire or rim.I brought the car in myself, giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps a wheel weight had fallen off. They said that it would cost $120 for a diagnostic test. After arguing with them, I elevated to the service manager. When I asked why they placed “declined” on the rotation, and service check he stated “that doesn’t mean anything” and asked why they would charge $120 for diagnosing a problem that they had already charged a premium and not resolved. His reply was something like “we have to pay for these people”. Although I was flabbergasted, I finally told them to just re-check that the tires were balanced (to confirm there wasn’t a bad tire) and rotatedFast forward to today (about 2 weeks later). My step daughter had me drive her car to check it as it was now a rear tire that was now shaking. I suspected that the rotation moved the front “bad” tire to the back. I brought the car to discount tire to put the wheel on the balance equipment. It was immediately obvious that the rear wheel was bad, and separated. It seems highly unlikely that this would not be obvious previously.It amazes me how a service center can provide bad service, charge premium price, and miss something so obvious.
Excellent service from Rob in the Quick lane, he was able to take my Escape in right away and address my concerns, answer questions and give me a plan of action. I appreciated his great customer service and attention to detail which put my mind at ease. I am a loyal customer of this location! Will continue to drive the distance to get this kind of dedicated service. 😁

UPDATE, my review has changed. Within the last 6 months my experience has been horrible. They do not answer the phones when attempting to make an appointment for an oil change or maintenance. If you are lucky enough to get an voicemail option, dont leave a message as the call doesnt get returned. I decided to wait in the Quick lane. The person who came out interacted as if it was lets make a deal. Totally confused I just want an oil change 54.00 I believe it was. Upon the completion I asked for a car wash and received an attitude for asking, then when i went to pay it was close to 100 because they did a tire rotation that i did not approve. When the cashier tried to find the supervisor that wrote it down and was the same person I had been dealing with since arriving, he was no where to be found. Finally he shows up and while I was waiting at the desk the cashier walked inside the work area to tell him the situation, I watched him rip his jacket off aggressively as if he was ready to throw punches. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. He came inside and began arguing with me about the tire rotation. UNBELIEVABLE! I honestly could not grasp the whole experience. I WOULDNT go back to AUTONATION if it was the last place to go. I do not trust them, they are extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and aggressive, not to mention sneaky. They dont answer the phones or return calls and if your lucky to get someone they are extremely rude. Its very sad how they have declined and gone down hill with customer service. I now must figure out where to take my Ford for oil changes and maintenance until I purchase a new vehicle as I would NEVER go back to AUTONATION!!
Not willing to bad mouth this place...On the other hand skin willey is selling Fords like there hot...and your even gonna get to test drive one Thats not the one and several salesman will push you in and out the door if you have all the time and a half.. I also couldnt get my military veteran discount applied for did get a coke and drove a new car a couple miles of course they smile....go to lupient buy a gnu.
Very boring atmosphere. Didnt feel very wanted there. Got my tongue stepped on many tikmes. Room for improvement.
Awesome service team, the only place I have had service my car purchased from there - now have 113,000 miles and still running like new.
I can never come up with a valid complaint about this place as much as I hate dealerships. They are always nice, timely and knowledgeable about what is going on.
90 dollars for oil change and tired rotation and car wash..... get a call saying my truck will be done in 10 mins waited over a half hour and then came out and the truck wasnt washed
The moment i walked in I asked them to not pressure me to buy a car because I was in test drive mode at that time! And they have not pressured me at all!! On my second vist Roger O took me on a test drive which started by him explaining EVERYTHING and more about the car and then he brought me to go for a real life test drive! I accelerated fast getting on the freeway (per his suggestion) to see how the acceration of this car was and then he brought me to a dead end so I could test handling and quick breaking! This route he brought me to had some rough road patches to test the cars comfort! Not once did he try to sell me the car! He mentioned how well Auto Nation was run by the 2 ladys who run it very Well (his words)! I am deciding it I am going to buy that car or not but if I dont I know this place will b a place I come back to! Thanks Roger and Mike G!!
The people there that helped me was really nice and helpful and helped me get a new car and always reached out to me but soon after I got my car I tried getting hold of a few people I talked to there that helped me with my car would not get back to me at all when trying to see if there was a extra key there . It was like they was done with me they got what they wanted now they didnt care I dont know but maybe it was just the guys that helped me
