I went on a Saturday, early afternoon & got right in. Comfortable waiting area, done in approx 45 mins, much faster than Walmart for same price & the guy showed me a helpful setting on my dash for monitoring oil that i wasnt aware of. Answered my questions. Helpful & nice. Ill definitely go again & recommend to friends & fam etc.

Wish i could give no stars!! Waited 45 mins after opening to get service ridiculous. Never have i seen an up professional business before .I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Always nice. Why wait for an hour and a half at Walmart when these guys get you out in 15 min. Ive never had to wait at this place for an oil change

They have listed prices on the wall and that is what they go by - they really dont nickel and dime you like most car service places. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Check their Facebook, you might find a coupon, they go out most months. OK prices.

Great service, decent pricing, local shop. The waiting area is small but comfortable. Theyre pretty fast with oil changes even during busy times.

Lake Area oil change is quick and efficient. It’s the only place I go for my oil change and tire rotation.

We love the guys at Lake Area Quick Lube!! They are always friendly. They do great work on any vehicle issue and they are reasonably priced on all the work we have had done there.

They are fast and friendly and dont upsell. I thought I had lost my purse once when it was time to pay. The owner said I had been there enough that he would let me pay the next day. Fortunately I found my purse as I was driving away and was able to pay. He has done little things for me for free like changing my lights on license plate for free. I feel confident he would not trick a woman into doing un-needed things. Very comfortable in that regards going there. I never did get a birthday card though, LOL

I brought my car in for an oil change because I was leaving town the next day and wanted my car to be in good condition for the trip. The next day, the car started vibrating and then stalling. I ended up having to take my car to a mechanic (while I was out of town) who said that the spark plugs were covered in oil and needed to be replaced. My engine was clean when I brought it into Lake Area Quick Lube, and the vibrating and stalling didnt start until after I got my car back from them. They should fire whoever worked on my car and pay for the repairs. I cant recommend them to anyone.

They have quick service and good prices for the standard oil change and tire rotation. I’ve found it difficult to schedule any more time-consuming repairs since they want you to call the day of to check if they’ll have time, instead of scheduling in advance.

When I needed an immediate oil change on one of the coldest days of the season, not only were they there to help, but they were friendly and efficient. They offered me exactly what I asked for at a great price. I will definitely be stopping in again!

Stopped in for an oil change and one of my wipers that flew off....couldnt be happier found a new spot!! There was no unnecessary upsell, just asked what I wanted, and they did it. Prices are absolutely fair. Had a barber shop feel to it, everybody there was relaxed and fun conversation. Randy stes the tone in there you can just tell hes a solid honest guy. They also have a full auto repair shop next door, without a doubt Ill be going there for my bigger repairs. If you live anywhere near this place it should be the only spot you go.

These guys went above and beyond for a simple oil change. Not only was the price fair but service was fast. Without me even asking they filled the air in my tires, vacuumed out the interior of my car, made sure my A/C was topped off and tried to fix an issue with my bumper. He didnt even mention the extra stuff he did for me, i happened to see it as they were working on my oil change. Genuinely good guys. I plan to recommend them to everyone in the future.

They put wrong part of my car now I have to deal the sequence.... Never will happen again

No answer tried calling multiple times.

Dropped of vehicle for oil change and transmission fluid swap. They indicated it should be done under two hrs. I returned two hours later with van still in bay. Saw employee working on it. About 15 minutes later, he proceeded to mention that they were out of the AT fluid needed for my vehicle and NAPA was on their way. So that implies to me that they just started working on it when I returned. Needless to say, after nearly 4 hrs, finally completed.

Fantastic place. Cheap, friendly, EFFICIENT. Can get an oil change with two kids in the car and it goes by fast!

I went in for a simple oil change and left with a busted wheel and no apology. I was a first-time customer hopeful of finding a convenient home for such work. Within five minutes, I was given bad news that my tire valve broke off while they were checking the air and that they didnt have the equipment there to address it. I was told that these things happen and that it would be a $15 fix elsewhere.It ended up being $93, so I went back and got the owners business card and left a voicemail that was never returned. I got ahold of him at the shop the next week, and it was quickly clear that he would not be covering or even contributing to the expense of the repair. Moreover, I again didnt receive an apology, just more assurances that these things happen.I understand that such things can happen, but I also would expect an honest shop to either work with the customer on the fix, comp the oil change, or - at the bare minimum - offer an apology.Needless to say, I wont be returning.

Good place for an oil change in White Bear Lake! Doesnt take long and cheaper than going to Valvoline for the same kind of pull-in service.

Guy at the front was super friendly, and the oil change was done very quickly and at a great price. This was my first time there, but it seemed that skipping the dealership for this place was 100% worth it.

The guys who put oil in your car are actual mechanics. You dont have to worry about things like the wrong weight oil or missing drain plugs etc... my oil was changed quickly and at a very good price.
