Spoke with Jerry over the phone and he was great at answering question and I never caught the taller gentlemans name but he was the one that helped me when I got there to check the vehicle out. This was our first time buying a car at Vera’s Auto Sales, but it won’t be the last. We had seen a VW listing on their website that we were interested in, however it was sold before we were able to get there, so we talked to Tolga Ata (the owner of Vera’s) and he told us that he would look around to find one similar to the one we lost out on. As promised, Tolga did find us another VW, but an even better model in less than a week’s time. After taking it for a ride, we asked if he would fix the A/C before buying it and he obliged. After that, he worked with us on the price of our new vehicle as well as giving us a fair trade-in value for our truck. I bought a 2003 Volvo S60 with around 160,000 miles for about $5,000 back in 2013. Ive done a few things to it, and at 225,000 miles, it is still a great car. A dealership cant predict long-term reliability like my car has but what they can do is offer excellent service. The owner, Jerry and his team were so comfortable to work with. They are honest and true to their word.

Maybe the easiest and most friendly car buying experience Ive ever had—and Ive probably owned more than 20 cars. Kata was terrific in helping me look at the car, and Jerry had the paperwork done very quickly. They went out of their way to tell me about any issues with the car I was buying, and they stand behind the product that they sell.

A 2000 Mazda Protege and a 2005 Toyota Matrix. They recommended those cars to me, although I had an eye on other vehicles. They were honest about the issues they found on the cars I had an eye on and recommended the ones I ended up purchasing. Both time it was a good decision to follow their recommendation. They gave their best to stay within my budget and their priority was that their customers are happy with their purchase and are safe on the road. I highly recommend visiting their shop and to listen to their advice carefully. They wont disappoint you.

The truck was junk. Not as pictured or described.Food stuck on the seats and windows. Wasnt safe to drive. Wheel almost fell off on test drive.Manager/owner was with in an inch of hitting me as I walked across the parking lot.Employee barley spoke English and wasnt allowed to do anything besides say hi.

We bought a car from Vera for $7500 and 5 months later it had a catastrophic engine failure resulting in over $4500 in repairs. The water pump failed which in turn took out the timing chain and head gasket. We did buy the car as-is from Vera however the company they sent us to for our financing are dishonest crooks. Capital Fleet & Remarketing (Alex) sold us a Powertrain warranty for $1500 that should have covered all of the needed repairs. When we attempted to make a claim we were informed by the warranty that we only had a Key & Maintenance plan that is only good for oil changes and batteries which is worthless to us. Who would pay $1500 for something they can do in their own garage? This is not what we paid for and have all the documents to prove it. We didnt even get so much as an apology when the fault was 100% theirs. If you buy an automobile from Vera Auto Sales and find yourself in the office of Capital Fleet & Remarketing, do yourself a very big favor and leave. They are not a reputable business.

We purchased a vehicle from Vera Auto Sales a month and a half ago and regret it. Initially we told them that our vehicle was running well, but was becoming unsightly so we wanted to find something that looked nicer than what we had within our price range. We liked a van on their lot, but had noticed some repairs to the body. When we mentioned it to them, they seemed almost nervous about us asking. The said they had repaired some rust areas and assured us that they had it professionally done and would hold up for a long time. We decided to purchase the vehicle. A week later we had brought the vehicle back with a nauseating odor that resembled gas, which neither us nor the dealership could find the source of and they barely claimed to notice although it was so strong the smell was on our clothing. 2 weeks into owning the vehicle and the alternator needed to be replaced. Now a month and a half later and all the rust that was professionally repaired is appearing as the paint has literally started washing off. Waiting to see how much more money we dumped down the drain thanks to this dealership. We wont be going back or suggesting them to anyone.

They had answers to all of my questions, and also followed up with me a week later, after I had some accessories installed on my Mini Van. They are nice, honest and very cool . I just went back to purchase my second car from them after hitting maybe 4 or 5 other dealerships. There is no other used car dealership more down to Earth than these guys. They buy their cars on auction and fix up exactly what youd want to be done to get safely on the road i.e. brakes, wheels, struts etc. if the car needs it, they will repair it. They try and find one owner cars with low miles for the best quality. I even asked them about a Passat I wanted to buy on site and he said no, I cant sell you that, it has some engine problems we just found. These dudes are so chill. I would highly recommend checking out their shop. Very positive purchasing experience. I would highly recommend.

The Xterra needed its windshield replaced and all 4 brakes. You know who offered to fix it right away? Vera did. And at no cost to me. Not once was I hassled, judged, or rushed to make a decision. Due to my own mistakes, there were complications obtaining a loan. When I gave up, Vera called and worked with me personally. They had no clue if I was a good person, nor bad. Regardless of who I was, they trusted me and helped me get financed. Since the moment I stepped foot into their shop, theyve treated me like I was apart of their family. Do not let some bad review make up your mind. Seriously check these guys out. The individuals who work and run Vera are honest and truthful people. They dont hide things from you and you can honestly count on them. Im so thankful to have met the Vera family! (Single owner, no accident) Once discovered after the sale and I confronted Vera about the lies and the car was having issues I was told it wasnt their problem and when I demanded they make it right I was told stop harassing them. For two weeks, Ive been looking for a car and ended up at Vera Auto. I have no regrets. The car Ive purchased was in very good condition for its age and miles. Clean car fax report and friendly staff were the deciding factors for me as well.

Vera Auto has some of the worst business practices I have ever experienced. I have talked to several people who have had issues with their vehicle immediately after purchasing them and when speaking with the owner about this have been treated poorly and disrespectfully. I purchased a car from them and have put more money into repairs than the car cost me. This business takes advantage of people who have little finances and sells cars that are repaired on site and made into a state that is just drivable enough to test drive without issue, then they fall apart. This businesses practices are barely a step above thievery. I would encourage anyone who has had a negative experience with them to write a review to raise public awareness. No one should profit off of these kinds of business practices.

I wouldnt recommend Vera to anyone. They arent honest about their vehicles and charge over kelly bluebook. I had done extensive research before I shopped Vera and the sales person was dishonest about condition of the vehicle the Mercedes I looked at. Between that and overcharging I decided to go to an actual Mercedes dealership, which treated me fairly.
