Going on a road trip and took my car in for a checkover. They advised me what was needed, fixed my exhaust issue, changed my fluid and did a great job. They found a issue with my rotors but advised me its not a safety issue and i could hold off on repairs. No pressure to get unnecessary work done. From now on i will only bring my car to Trinity! Oh and their office and waiting room is amazing, very comfortable and welcoming!

Trinity Automotive is an excellent automotive shop. I mainly dealt with Tom. He did a great job explaining things to me, and patiently answered my questions. I suspect the owners values and beliefs guide their business practices. You just get the feeling that they are good people! The shop keeps you constantly updated on the progress of your vehicle through a link sent to you via text message. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with refreshments to help bide the time.

This is a very professional and quality service and repair garage. I especially like their evaluation and estimate given prior to your decision to have the repairs. This is a written estimate with pictures . All you have to do is accept each item to be repaired on the emailed estimate and the work is done promptly. I am very pleased with their service keeping my old mercury mountaineer working for me.

We were there in Jan of 2020 for an 11 year old vehicle with over 100K miles. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice waiting environment and kind staff. In the end we are disappointed by our experience and would not return to Trinity.We agreed to have an alternator and a serpentine belt replaced and get a bunch of cleaning flushes to address our older cars issues. The cost was $1,100. We believe that the cost was probably accurate for what they told us to have done, however, we feel that we were told to do some costly repairs that did not address the issue and were not needed.When imputing the information into our cars service record, we noticed that the alternator had been replaced (by another local shop) 15 months prior (13K miles) and that alternators should last 7 years or 100K miles.And... our serpentine belt had just been replaced (by different shop then replaced the alternator) only 6 months (4K miles) prior and those are expected to last 60-100K miles!We didnt go back to fight this because we felt stupid for not looking into our service record on the vehicle. We were dumb enough to trust them without doing any research.If they are honest and really thought those parts needed replacement, then I guess they dont know how to troubleshoot older cars issues and repair the correct parts.We liked the waiting room and the staff were nice, but we felt stupid like we couldnt trust them to actually figure out what was really wrong with our vehicle. We wont return.

I had an oil change and it was fast as well as they helped me to figure out that I had an oil leak. They also included pictures and what I needed to get done to fix it! Went to Blaine location to have an oil change on BMW that just went out of manufactures warranty. They checked the car over and provided detailed photos of everything. It would have been nice if BMW caught the power steering pump leak. I bought a aftermarket warranty for the first time in my life. Every Audi and BMW I have owned had issues right after warranty expired. They insisted on using aftermarket parts. I dont know how much time Jessica had into calls and waiting on line with them but in the end they went with original BMW pump. They provided rental car and Jessica even dropped it off at my house. And she returned my car to my house. Moving around with a knee that shot and being replaced made me really appreciate the extra mile they go.Nice waiting area, nice informative people, great customer service, highly professional, They set a standard that no service I know matches for any service.

Will NEVER go here again and will tell everyone I know not to go here. Brought my car in to have an issue with my A/C checked and to get my brakes done. Got billed $25 for a complimentary a/c system check. Paid $38.36 for a brake inspection which was unnecessary. Just quote me on a brake job. Their quote for brakes came in over what I would have to pay at the dealer. First quote on brakes was $866 and then my paperwork when I picked up my car said $625. Then I had to pay $127.87 more for further diagnostics on my a/c. So basically I had to pay $196 for them to repair nothing on my car.

Ive been to Trinity twice now -- for an oil change, and then a repair on the front end suspension. I found their service and prices to be a very good value, and they performed the work in a timely fashion (I waited on site while the work was done, and the waiting area was stocked with drinks and WiFi.).Trinity is very tech savvy when communicating with customers. I was able to get text message reminders, and also to book an appointment via text and by the website. When the technicians performed an inspection, I got the results in an e-mail along with photographs of the trouble areas on my car.I would highly recommend them.

There are a lot of shops that Ive used over the years and nobody has been able to beat on price, quality of work, professionalism, and timeliness. Had my last oil change here on my Honda. Whatever these guys did, I got **700** miles before my service light went on. I made it clear my car took synthetic oil but apparently instructions weren’t followed. When I called with my concern, the representative pushed a premium filter was the reason (never used those in 150,000+ miles of the vehicle and have had zero issues before) and told me I need to upgrade to fix the issue and wasn’t going to cover the useless oil change job they did before. I’ll be seeking business elsewhere, a lazy oil change is one thing but a lazy major repair would be concerning.

Friendly professional staff. Time, cost and efficiency was great. They have a beautiful waiting room with coffee, water, fireplace, phone chargers, but most impressive was their “wall of heroes” with pictures of our Veterans.

Went in for brakes and ac diagnostic, quoted me nearly 5k for AC, shocks, struts, and brakes / calipers . I laughed and said no thanks, Took a look at the rear struts when I got it home and they loosened the rear passenger mount, to try to scare my wife into getting them done.Oh year forgot about the 6-700 dollars they wanted to charge for spark plug replacement, that they did less then 2 years ago. I would stay away from this place, bunch of scammers

I have just starting bring my car to TRINITY AUTOMOTIVE and i couldnt be more pleased w/ the work and the communication they have with the customer. It is nice to actually talk to the shop or have them call me and inform me about what they are doing and what they would recommend or not be worked on at the time of the repairs unlike a SVC. SHOP IN FOREST LAKE that shall remain named KOPPY MOTORS a bunch of hacks and swindlers that run that place. I can say TRINITY will get all my business in the future.

I have been to Trinity quite a few times for vehicle service and I have always been very well treated. Every employee I have had to communicate with while spending time there has been very friendly and helpful, they will even take you back into the garage to show you directly what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be done so you have more of a visual idea of what is going on. The only minor issue I would have with Trinity is that I have found some services to be quite more expensive than other auto mechanic franchises, but to say the least, what keeps me coming back is the quick and quality service presented to myself and my vehicle, something that can be hard to find at other mechanics.

As always the team at Trinity Automotive gave great service. This time it was an oil change, but their attention to detail and service is always welcome.

I recently took my vehicle in to have a new battery put on. The battery is behind the wheel well and not easy to get to. When they went to take the wheel offf to get to it they could not find the lock for my lug nuts. Instead of saying they could not do they work, theynfoumd anyway to conplete the battery install without removing my wheel. They kept me informed about the work. The staff is very friendly and professional.I was looking for a place near my house to get my vehicle serviced and I found it. I will continue to use them.I highly recommend Trinity Automotive.

Very nice shop overall! Staff was relatively friendly but extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was recommended Trinity Automotive in White Bear Lake by another shop as the Euro car specialist in the area for my Audi A4 (06). My car needed some pretty serious repairs as it was old and spewed engine oil all over the place when we brought it in. The repair took a bit longer than they estimated because there was a part that needed to be shipped from Audi directly, so I did have to wait over a long holiday weekend, but thats to be expected with most Euro cars. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone with any kind of car issues looking for a full service repair shop. I feel they charged reasonable price for the repair they did and will definitely return next time my car needs work.

Trinity is top-notch! Ive never encountered an auto repair shop with such great customer service and responsiveness as Trinity and their co-founder Jessica!.I brought in my 2011 Nissan Armada for an AC issue which required extensive work involving lifting the chassis off the frame in order to replace the AC line from the front of the truck to the back. They even sent me pictures of the progress while I waited and Jessica, personally, gave me a ride back to my house while I waited. They completed the job and had it ready at a very reasonable price right before the 4th of July weekend so that I and my family would not be without a vehicle over the long holiday.Also, I should note, they went above and beyond when they noticed that one of my headlights was accumulating water and proactively drilled small, unnoticeable, holes so that it would drain properly.I cant say enough good things about their service.

I had an oil change and diagnostics forTPMS. I brought my car and got a nice loaner. Never did they think it would take 4 days and multiple repair parts to get this system working correctly. They kept me updated and they persevered until they got working parts ! Im pretty sure they were as frustrated as I was. They charged me what they had quoted, even with the extra time to get working parts. They were very respectful though all the unexpected delays. I will return for any service I need in the future. Awesome service from everyone!

The first time I went there was when I was looking for a place to bring my car for regular maintenance service after having first moved to the White Bear area. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and the cleanliness of a comfortable waiting area with a clean restroom. This is important to me as I usually am in the place of having to wait for my vehicle to be service. No complaints at all.

Jess and Dave and their crew were the best experience Ive ever had at an auto repair job. I couldn’t figure out how to post it on my personal account. Trinity Automotive did an amazing job on my Nissan Altima when the alternator died. They also noticed I had a pretty bad oil leak and were able to take care of that right away at the same time. They sent me a inspection form to my cellphone with a picture of the leak and the test that showed the alternator not working. My experience was great, and I have always hated going to the mechanic. I will for sure be back!

I called for an estimate for break pads and rotors replacement to see how much they charge and was took to bring the car in so they could take a look at the vehicle so they know how much it would cost me to fix it after reviewing the estimate I didnt want their services and I was charged $40 for break Inspection when I never did agree for the service what a crook lost $40 for nothing never will go there amd dont recommend it to any of my friends or families

I happened to come across Trinity when I did a google search for a mechanic near me. After reading the website and knowing this is a veteran owned business, I knew I had to check them out. I went in for an oil change and it was hassle free. Jessica at the front desk was awesome and helpful. They do an in depth inspection of your entire vehicle. They give you a health report on your vehicle. There is absolutely no pressure by anyone to get any of the recommended repairs done. Jessica will tell you straight forward what is a safety concern and should replaced in the near future. Ive never felt more comfortable than I do when I am getting repairs done with Trinity.I once brought a car into them that I was thinking about purchasing. They did a FREE run through of the car and told me it probably wasnt in my best interest. I passed on the vehicle and boy I am glad I did. I now get my older model Audi serviced by them. Im glad I brought it in when I did as I knew nothing of the timing belt. The folks at Trinity earned my trust from the start. I have been bringing our vehicles there since they were in their old location. From their detailed, in-progress inspections, which include pictures, to their excellent customer service, Trinity exceeds expectations. Nothing is ever cheap when it comes to automotive repair, but their prices are fair, and nothing is forced. Great people and great place!

I went to a previous shop after being towed there twice all for the other shop to not fix my problem $900 later. I brought my car to Trinity and the service was nothing short of phenomenal! They found the exact reason for my no-start condition which was a couple relays that were corroded in my junction box under the hood. The car has 243k miles on it and now drives perfectly again. The status tracker keeps you informed and the detailed report with pictures and arrows I have never seen a shop do in my life. They show you exactly what was done. Im a new customer now!
