I was a walk in here recently and was received immediately! This was my first time here and needed a manicure to fix my damaged nails (from removing a previous acrylic set). The staff was very nice and the gentleman who did my nails was very helpful. He give me great advice on how to better remove my acrylics and hang nails, which I plan to use in the future. The service was also very efficient, but done with care (some places rush and I end up with cuts or uneven nails). I got a simple powder dip manicure this time and it was around $47 with a 20% tip, so a good price for good quality! I will definitely come back here for my next set.

I am a male. And this was my first time being there. I was not as pleased as I thought I was going to be based off the online ratings. I would have liked my nails to have been more shiny after being buffed. But it did not turn out that way. I mentioned it to the technician, and she just said I did that already. Maybe I will give them another try soon. Yet, overall the place was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

So, I am really disappointed because as you can see from my original review I really loved this nail salon but my second visit wasnt good. I requested a refill and already my nail broke, literally been getting sets for years and thats never happened so fast. I heard so many great reviews about this place so I had to check it out for myself! From the get go the receptionist was the nicest person and really made me felt cared for and helped me decide on what nail design I should do! Then khole took great care of me and my nail needs and did such a great job and a wonderful person to talk to! The acrylic nails that I got done here were the longest that I have ever had a nail last which was a whole month and they didnt even look grown out! Im not sure who did my boyfriends pedicure and massage but he was in love and even came back without me lol. Definitely a nice calm and clean atmosphere and will be back this week fore sure! I told all my friends and family about this place and not over priced at all!

I took my little 4 year old daughter to get her nails done. They did an awesome job. The people that worked there were very nice. Very inexpensive also. When my daughter and I were about to leave, another customer came in about 5 minutes before they closed. Really! Who does that!?! You could tell everyone was ready to go home, but they put on a smile and helped the customer anyway. But, the main thing is my daughter is stoked about her nails. Thanks!

I have always done my nails the same way in any place I go .. With my real nails with acrylic and shellac . My toes with shellac painted with a the massage . I have never paid so much for everything .. the most I have paid has been under or at 100 dollars .la porte or by fairmont in Pasadena by bltwy 8, its not cheap either . On the tip I gave cash of 15 dollars to the person that did my toes and 20 cash on the person whom did my nails . I have always giving cash due to the fact they get tax on tips when you use your credit card . 145 I felt like it was to much when they changed my card . I always pay attention put this time I didn’t . I. Total I paid over 180.00 I think all just stay in my are and get nail art on them with my two daughters getting their toes & nails with shellac.

Came on a Monday was taken care of immediately and asked for an acrylic full set. Beautiful technique and color!

So in loveeee with my nails. The staffs are very professional and friendly. I like natural nails and my tech delivered, i got dip cause my tech said it’s healthier for my nails base. they look natural, thin and style too. They offer drink so I got myself a red wine same as my nail color :) very relax, great experience

Excellently run nail salon and very clean! I got dip nails and a pedicure. I called in and they got me in right away. Did my hands and feet at same time. Very friendly and did a great job, experienced nail techs. Nails look classy and natural, what I wanted.

Really enjoyed this place before the new management. I had some good experiences with these new owners but the last time I came, I had previously made an appointment at a certain time with my usual tech, Kevin, and wasn’t in the chair until two hours later because he took a walk in, in front of me. Which made no sense. He then said he couldn’t do the design I wanted (which was just marble) and just used polish over the powder I previously had (that I didn’t ask for) didn’t bother to take off the powder I already had on. And not even two days later all the polish chipped off and the powder design I had the previous weeks was exposed. Tried to give this place a chance, they’re run sketchy, they don’t prioritize their clients. Won’t be returning. 👎🏽

Love this place. They were very professional, attentive, pleasant & affordable. I brought my 16 years old son to get his 1st “manly” mani/pedi. They made him feel very comfortable. They really took their time with both of our services. And my toes & nails look so amazing. Will definitely be returning!!!

Chloe did an amazing job! I got a gel manicure and this is the best manicure I’ve had in years! All parts of the nail were painted evenly and completely covered. I’ve found my new favorite nail shop! I went here the first time because the owner who was also the only one who i allowed to do my nails at my regular salon, our schedule didnt meet up. I went back here the second time on purpose. Kevin did my nails and he did a fantastic job. Im very pleased i found this place. All the ppl are friendly and Kevin, Jade and Ann are the best! The price is definitely worth it. The service is superior.

I am always skeptical about changing nail salons but heard so many good things about it I decided to give them a try, so happy I did! I am in love with my burgundy nails color! They did such an amazing job and was the absolute sweetest! This nail spa provides all types of drinks and of course I helped myself to the wine. The place is so gorgeous and chic! So so goodFirst off, this place is phenomenal. My husband and I scheduled appointments today and when We arrived about 30 minutes early and were taken in immediately ☺️ . Our pedicures were great! They sat us down, gave us a menu to choose which services we wanted,I chose the signature pedicure service . My pedicurist she was such a delight. Her massage technique was amazing and she definitely took her time. She was very considerate of asking me if the temperature of everything she used on me was okay.After my pedicure, i had a manicure and dipping powder set by Trung . I got the design exactly like the picture that I showed him 😍 (I posted a pic) and they turned out amazing.The music the atmosphere made me feel so relaxing . Staffs are friendly and doing their jobs very professional. Especially the receptionist ms.Jade is such a sweetheart . I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time coming here and let me say I left very happy. Everyone was very nice and attentive. They helped me pick the right color I was looking for and made sure I liked everything during my service. I got shellac on my hands and feet and what I loved is they asked me if I wanted a 3rd layer of color (other places only do 2 layers). Definitely will be coming back.

My daughter and I usually get the deluxe pedi, no matter where we go. This one seemed much shorter, but they did a good job on the nails. My biggest complaint was the calf massage I got. The pressure was ok, but she was digging her nails in. It was quite painful. I tried to tell her, but she didn’t hear or didn’t understand.

I never had my nails done before, but when I went in they were very nice and made them very beautiful.

This is my first time here and I can say that I am very happy with the way my nails turned out. The shop is very nice and clean. (From what I heard from other customers that were there is it is under new management and the shop right now is the new remodeled look.) They are very professional, took their time, and helped me choose the colors and type of design I would like for my dip nails. Ive never done dip nails before. Im usually a simple shellac manicure type of girl but with Covid and with our face covered with a mask, I was like well we can still dress up our hands and feet so I wanted to do something fun. Im really happy with the way my nails turned out! They are so sweet. Always checking up on you making sure you are comfortable and asking if you would like anything to drink. Its definitely my new favorite go to place to get my nails done!

I spoke with Katy who seems to be the mgr to get the price of acrylic set and pedi. She gave me a set price and told me to download pinterest to choose a design. The work is a subpar rush job and the prices changed once I was almost done. When I left and received my emailed receipt, I realized I was overcharged. I called the next day and confirmed the price before telling her she overcharged. Katy told me to come in to fix it, and when I drove out of my way to get there, she tells me the design was extra, although she said it was included initially. She was very rude, rolling her eyes, condescending, and telling me nothing is free while attempting to embarrass me in front of her clients. She is deceitful and the shop is overpriced to begin with. The nailpolish is already coming off and looks like they have been done last week. I would never recommend anyone to come here, and If I could give negative stars to show my dissatisfaction I would.

Very friendly, very clean, and while I was there they sanitize the area. They are constantly making sure you okay, and asking if you would like something to drink. This is my third time there.

Best place ever! IVY IS MY GIRLLLLLL! She literally gives the best manicures ever! She’ll have my dip nails lasting a month! No joke! The salon is clean, the whole staff is super friendly! I did my dipping another place but 1 day later it’s really hurt and not looking right due to over powder in my cuticles. I found tricycle nails which close to my house. Kim now my girl, she spent time with me to fix it and did a best job ever. I also recommend my friends her too! Kim did the liquid gel really nice too, gentle lady and tried her best to make us happy. Will come again!

I have been going here for about a year now. I had tried so many other salons in the area and finally found one that I love. There is never a long wait, tons of color powder to choose from and wonderful hospitality. Especially, only in here they do the liquid gel which no place around here does it. I usually did the pink and white liquid gel, Kim did it for me and i can keep for over a month, this one last long and she did a really good job. love it.

Very unimpressed with the service and my pedicure. The tech doing my nails got irritated as soon as I giggled when she was trying to scrape my feet. Then switched to try to use it on the arch of my foot (I have good arches, there are no calluses there) and I had to tell her to not do that knowing it would hurt. She still reached to do it and I pulled my foot back and told her no, no more. They dont have the toe spacers and she acted upset that I couldnt just hold my toes spanned out for her to out the top coat on. She also made a dig about my feet so rough. You are a big shopper. No. Im not a big shopper. I work on my feet for 12hrs a day.Granted, at least I wasnt the woman next to me. They kept trying to paint her toes different colors than she wanted and adding designs. She was very clear she just wanted them painted white.I will definitely not be back.

I love Lee, she does an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. Very clean and professional, the rest of the employees are also very nice and accommodating, if one is busy they will try to help you ASAP (which is always nice) I dont trust anyone with my eyebrows in Houston except Lee! She knows when I say just clean them up and doesnt give me sharpie line eyebrows.

I came in with dipped nails that were far to thick the last place I went to did an awful job. Tricycle nails was able to get it all removed without damaging my real nails on 4th of July! Amazing team!

I’m really love this place and enjoy every moment, especially now if you come on Tuesday- Thursday, they had the happy hour from 11 am - 4 pm to get 10% extra off.

I’ve been going here since 2015. I use Katie (owner) for my nails, and Ivy for my pedicures. Both are amazing and popular with requests. I recently got my nails and pedicure done by Ivy and she did amazing. Always great service, and friendly staff.😊

I had my first gel manicure done here a little earlier today. The young woman who did the manicure was professional, fast and did a beautiful job. I will definitely return.

I was recommended this place by a friend. For a full set it took the woman an hour and a half to do my nails. Some nails were missing powder and also didnt feel smooth

Not bad place, I like that they put bags over the foot tub, less chances for infection and prices are reasonable, but every time I came, I felt uncomfortable, as in they dont want to work on my feet. I always tried to use same girl, and last 2 times I went there, she wasnt in, and instead of having someone else do my pedicure, they talked between themselves in vietnamese and then told me to come back when my girl is back. They werent busy, my nails are not scary looking, Im not a rude customer and I tip well, so not sure what the problem is. Anyway, I didnt like being dismissed, I guess. Wont go back.

I have been coming here for over a year and Katie (Ha) does a good job on my nails. I always make an appointment and I’ve only been 5 min late one time (and I tipped extra that day). I always tip 20%. Today when I called I was told 2pm and they would call if running late. I got there at 1:55. Katie had obviously just started someone’s nails and pedi. At 2:05 she told me 10 min. At 2:20 she told me 5 more min. She hadn’t even started the girls toes. I hope her walk in was worth losing a customer of over a year who always made appointments and always tipped 20%. When the market for nails is as saturated as it is around here, the nail salons should learn to schedule and keep to schedule for faithful customers.Update: I called Katy back and she explained that someone had quit the night before and that she didn’t take a walk in over an appointment. I will see how it goes and update my review again.

This place charged me $27 for the worst pedicure ever. It was like just washing my feet at home. The hot wax wasnt hot, and it didnt even make a mold, it was just wax crumbs. She only rubbed my toes not the whole foot. The heel of my foot was totally neglected. My nails came out fine, no complaints. I wont be back!!

I always have fun when I go here. Almost all of the staff speak and understand English fluently which makes them very vocal, entertaining, and full of jokes and laughs. Its not a quiet and dull nail salon where you sit and listen to other peoples phone conversations, its interactive. I love this place! You gotta go twice at least bc its a place that has to grow on ya lol.

Had my eyebrows done and they waxed more than they should have. She insisted that my eyebrow(not Plural) was already short. She did more waxing when she should have tweezed and that would have avoided the mistake. They just lost a customer. I would not recommend this place.
