The service was fine overall results, still to be determined I had my nails done yesterday and would never return nor recommend! I had a full set,medium length, in white powder done. The nails look fine but I was charged $60!!!! That is completely outrageous considering they were not that long and had absolutely No Design! Their price book claims 1 powder color to start at $45 when I asked the receptionist why such a big price difference the nail tech told her because of the length! So an extra $15 dollars for a medium length nail! NEVER AGAIN* update*They started to lift after day 6Total waste 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This was my first time going to this place, by far the BEST experience!! although the prices are a little high then average it was well worth the price. If your looking. For a good pedicure this is the place to go. The didn’t use the average cheese grater looking thing, my dead skin was falling off like crazy and left my feet feeling so smooth, they treated me with mimosa and refilled without asking. They used fancy rose petals and oranges in the water and had a variety of different scrubs to choose from I chose lavender. The lady took her time doing the pedicure I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was easy to talk to. I will be back again ❤️ Citrus nails thank you for making me feel amazing and relaxed you girls are awesome.

I never do these...who has time, maybe it was just a bad day. but...i called early Monday morning on September 20 to make a 5:00 appt. The girl asked if I can be there by 4:30? I told her I can probably be there by 4:40 and she said that was fine. I bust my tail getting there at 4:40 and the receptionist tells me to have a seat. I said, Im Carol. I made a 4:40 appt. and she asked me to be here specifically at this time. The woman said shes not ready. I sit down and try to catch my breath. It was a hard trip from Deer Park to Clear Lake in afternoon traffic. So after about 5 minutes I ask again. Why did she tell me to be here at 4:30 if she is not ready? And I was greeted with an indifferent attitude. At 4:55, she tells me she will start me for my pedicure. Well, I decided to go without the pedicure bc I had on jeans that could not be rolled up enough to really enjoy the pedicure and so she told me to go sit back down. I asked her again how long would I have to wait? Shes almost ready she says. So at 5:00 i sit down for my refill and try to relax. No mention of a beverage. I started to ask for one, but just sat there getting madder. And then shes done. No hand massage either. When I told the receptionist, she said you have to ask for the hand massage. I told her I have never had to ask for the hand massage. Also Where was my beverage? She acted as if she didnt know. Anyhow...it was bad all the way around. My refill? NO good either...bumpy. Lost another customer.

I was perfectly happy with the service. Until I got to the point where I had to pay. The ladies brought me over a menu that was not attached to a booklet like the one in front. It said a deluxe pedicure was $32 same for a deluxe manicure. When I got up to pay I was told I owed $80. They had the lady who did my nails come up and show a booklet with the prices of the one in front. Not the standalone sheet that I was shown to choose from. I will never come back again ever! There was no way I would have paid $48 for a deluxe pedi! I could not afford that at this time! I would have left a tip had they charged me the right price. To me this was a scam! I looked very closely at the menu I was shown, so Im certain of the prices I agreed to! Im sure they dont care that they just lost one customer. But I care that I was lied to and charged more than what was on the menu I was shown!

This is actually a lovely place, my pedicure lady was amazing and super thorough and detailed, literally like nothing I have ever experienced. She just went out of her way to make sure my toes were done right - no smudge of polish out of place anywhere. My manicurist was ok, but there were some spots on my acrylics that she could have paid more attention to. She also nicked me. Basically like every other Mani Ive ever gotten. The thing that did stand out about her though was the acrylic job she did, I asked for an ombre light pink to soft white and they did look amazing, but like I said there were a few spots that she could have paid attention that would have made her stellar. I also got no hand massage but I did get an awesome foot massage. Only other thing that was odd was that there were no plastic liners in the foot spa thing, but I think it might have had antibacterial stuff in the blue water, not sure. In any case I would definitely go back if I had a fancy event to go to and needed something a little fancier than your average neighborhood nail salon. For a full set and shellac Pedi was like $120 + tip.

Twice!!!Last time I was there after I went home I realized I was charged 10$ extra than they told be at the beginning of the service. It was too late for me anyway to get my money back.Today After my visit WHILE PAYING at the cashier, the lady took my credit card and said ur balance is 90$ . It took me 5 seconds to realize that was extra 10$ than what they told me (AGAIN) I told the lady ( I should only pay 80$) she ignored me and kept charging the card, so disrespectful!!!! I told her again ( m’am my service is only for 80$ dollars) she said( oh I am sorry I charged u 10$ extra by mistake, but sorry I can’t give u ur money back, we will use it as tips)Excuse me !!! I always tip, but not mandatory !! They basically stole my money and told me in the face we will not give it back to u !!!Never go there again !If u wanna go ask about the detailed prices before doing anything ! This place was highly recommended to me by a friend, but wow did I have a terrible experience. I brought in a photo of what manicure I wanted, and definitely didnt get it. Completely wrong color, I got a nearly pastel green instead of a dark forest green. Completely wrong finish, glossy instead of matte. It was a huge struggle to get the very simple design I wanted. The nail tech also cut my skin with the tools. My pedicurist, however was a complete delight. The stars are for her.

Normally my favorite place and I’m very loyal to them, but the receptionist is ALWAYS rude. Every time.Today she gave me a broken chair that was stuck in full recline. Like I was lying down almost. The motor was completely broken so we couldn’t scoot me closer or sit up. And obviously no use of the massage feature. I asked if I could move and she rolled her eyes and walked away

My manicure didn’t last an hour. Half my nail polish chipped off by the end of the first day. My daughter went there today spent 80.00 for a set of nails she didn’t request and the guy was very rude to her. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was my first time going here and I LOVED it. I didn’t catch the name of the man that did my manicure, but he payed so much attention to detail and made sure each nail was perfect. He was very helpful with picking out colors to match the picture I showed him, the staff was very friendly & I cannot find anything to complain about!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!!!

They did an overlay the first time with acrylic, I loved it. The guy recommended I do dip the next time I come. Best advice yet! I have had 3 nail tech and they have all been equally great.

This is by far, my FAVORITE nail salon. They are always so sweet when I come. The only thing I will say is some times the nail techs can be a little impersonal but, other than that... they are amazing. My manicures are always high quality and they definitely take their time.

Went there for the first time on Sunday & absolute loved it. Got there an hour before closing, but they were still super sweet and helpful. Alex did my nails and they came out fantastic! An overall wonderful experience, Ill definitely be back!

The nail techs here will talk and laugh about you obnoxiously in their language thinking you don’t have a clue about it while still assisting you.

It used to have a nice vibe being here but it is not the same every one just wants to get you in and out. My nails did not last long at all. They charged me 3 times and that caused me to be out of pocket. I had to wait for my money to return which was about 2 to 3 weeks.

This was my first time going to this nail shop and I hated it 1st the lady didn’t want to make them long as I wanted them. Then within a couple days I had two nails break so went to get them re-fixed and one of those two broke again. Then I had another three break within a week of getting them done so a total of 5 nails broke doing the 1st week of having my nails done with them. I will not be going back to that shop again. But to pay the money that I paid for the quality of the nails is horrible!! I don’t recommend going to them!!

I got my nails done awhile back with Ken. Sweet and very good! I got the dip done, my absolute favorite. I have had my nails for almost 2 months and not one single one has chipped or broke!! I am stoked to go back there and get them done again very soon! It does take awhile to get your nails done, but the quality is so worth it! That’s why I rated like I dis!

This is my favorite nail salon but my last visit was disappointing. I brought my cousin from out of town, raving about it. We made appointments for 2 manicures and pedicures. We arrived on time. As we were waiting to be seated, a lady came in insisting she only had an hour break and they took her in. My cousin and I were waiting with our feet soaked in the water for almost 30 mins, watching our two technicians working on the lady that came in without an appointment. We got our shoes on and were getting ready to leave, and stated how disappointing and rude it was to do what they did. The lady at the desk apologized stating the lady had an appointment but she was looking at the wrong date. That’s not our fault. If there were not enough technicians to do my cousin and mines services, we should have been booked.

I’ve gotten many pedicures over the years even to the point where I would go get my nails at one salon and then go to another for my pedicure. I walked into Citris Nail Spa (935 Bay Area Blvd Webster TX, 77598) the receptionist greeted with a smile and how she could help me and directed me to the nail polish station to make a selection. The variety in colors was splendid. Did wait for about 5/10 minutes to be seated in my chair but it was a peak hour (5-6) on a Friday. The petals and slices of lemon in the water are a lovely touch. The drinks are good with sodas, water, wine, and mimosas. The pedicure and scrub options are very great even include one option for a child. Very gentle technician I had Miss Tram very sweet young lady made sure everything was off and made sure to not cut my toenails too much as well as giving me a graceful massage follow with the wax on a bag for my feet and ended with the nail polish. Didn’t converse too much but that is my personal preference. The smell of this place was so enjoyable no nail polish smell at all very tropical, extremely clean floors and work stations. The décor and fixtures are very modern and elegant. Price is up there but I did not mind spending the money because I was very satisfied and relaxed after a stressful day of running around all day. I’ll recommend this place to anyone after all my feet are as soft as a baby and my body as relaxed as can be.

A little crowded but had good service

We had to find another place after Laquered Lounge around the corner changed management, hired untrained people and messed up my nails. This place is absolutely perfect. The atmosphere when you walk in is professional and relaxing. The pedicures are amazing. It has a very upscale feel for a fraction of the price. They take their time and dont rush anything. We will definitely be back. My husband and I found our new spot.

I have been to plenty of nail salons in my life but this place has to be my absolute favorite! Alex is AMAZING. I am very particular about my nails but Alex naturally fulfilled my crazy nail needs without me even having to ask. They came out perfect. I’m definitely making this my permanent nail salon.

I came to Citris nails because my favorite nail specialist came to work here. Her name is Mia, and she is great!!! She is very professional, and patient!!! She takes her time when my feet feel sensitive to the care. I have been coming to her for a mani-pedi every 2 weeks for the past 2 tears. I will continue coming to see her at Citris, which is a beautiful and clean salon.

My nails snapped in half not even a week of having them and I paid $70 for nails I could get better quality for $50. They’re overpriced for little designs and I’m never going back

The overall experience was great. I loved the atmosphere and the manicure and pedicure I received were super relaxing. In fact, I was so relaxed that I didnt realize one of my toes got skipped and has no polish. Now the next morning another one has chipped and I havent even had the shellac for 24 hours yet.Edit to add, one week later and my shellac has peeled off of 4 toes already. Really annoying. If Im going to pay extra for shellac, I would expect it to last much longer than a week. My manicure is amazing still do Im very happy with that. Michelle did my manicure, I recommend her. Kristy did my toes and while the massage part of the pedicure was amazing, she didnt take the time to make sure my polish was done properly. Id ask for someone else.

We loved this place. This is the second time Ive had a pedicure. The staff were really friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond. She explained to us some of the differences between them and typical nail salons. They use a different device to exfoliate the your feet, whereas some places actually use a cheese grater. ( Gross!) My wife also got her eye brows done. If were back in Houston I would definitely go again!

They were able to take me and two friends for pedicures immediately without an appointment. The windows were a little hard to see in, but it was fine. We walked in and were immediately immersed in an ascetically pleasing environment that is well designed and relaxing. The equipment is immaculate. The customer service is excellent. Price is slightly higher than average, but definitely worth the little extra you pay. Great experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been coming to their Nassau Bay location for more than 5 years and since opening the Bay Area Blvd location, Ive noticed their service has continued to deteriorate and have heard this from others as well.They have finally lost me as a customer. Each time I schedule an appointment with my tech, she is running far behind schedule - 30 minutes or longer. When I scheduled my last appointment I was assured my nail service would be completed in time for me to make my next appointment. I arrived early and was told the tech was running 15 minutes late (past my scheduled time). I was told she would have plenty of time to still do my nails. Well, 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes late. No one checked in with me, updated me, or let me know she was going to be this far behind schedule. By the time she was ready, I had already felt I was cutting it close to my next appointment and so I cancelled that appointment. But then, she told me they didnt have the color I selected from the color palette. This is not the first time this has happened. At that point, I got up and left. Clearly, they dont value their clients time and the notion of appointments is a hollow one.There are too many other options for quality nail services, better customer service, and at better prices.

This place is overpriced, some of the staff are marginally congenial. Mostly, I dont appreciate the repeated ridicule from my tech during my pedicure. Yes, it was overdue but I had other things going on in my life that took priority. FYI - Its not your place and I will not return. I paid 40.00 for a decent pedicure and apologized no less than a dozen times. Shame on me....Had you kept your thoughts to yourself I would have left you a handsome tip because I knew it was overdue and would be a bit more work!

The decor is nice and the facility is nice inside, but thats pretty much it.We had made an appointment and still had to wait about 20 minutes. The nail tech glued every single one of my fingertips shut while putting on the tips. EVERY SINGLE ONE (usually maybe one or 2 nails gets glued shut on average, no big deal, But every single nail glued shut to the point Im picking at under my nails with a screw driver to get the glue off?) . After she attempted to fix them multiple times I just gave up on asking. My dip nails are super lumpy and uneven. I like the color, thats all. We were told one price on the phone then when it came down to paying, the price had jumped $10-$15. Will never be coming back.

I normally like this place. While i understand others have appointments before me, this was not exactly the case today. Waited 40 mins for overcharged nails however my nails look good. Just ask about wait times and price before you complete services and you should be fine.

The service here is so hit or miss. There have been times where I am completely satisfied with my service, but there have also been times where I have had many issues with unfriendly staff. Today for example, was the opposite of relaxing. I was hurried to a chair as soon as I walked in, before even getting a chance to select a color. I then had a million color swatches brought to me in a very overwhelming, disorganized way, and was left holding them, and the menu on my lap without anyone offering to assist me. When I asked for some assistance, they rolled their eyes. My drink was empty, and I was never offered a refill. Both nail techs working on me were just going through motions and barely even greeted me. No conversation whatsoever. I was offered a neck warmer, and never received it. This place looks fancy, but its not all that for what they expect us to pay for it. Especially when they blindside you with pricing.

Horrible Customer service. Had 2 nail technicians work on my manicure and pedicure. When I cameIn I was not greeted. Was rudely asked what do I want and to pick a color. As the technicians began working on my nails they were very rough. Each time I asked them to be more gentle they would keep cutting into my skin with their files and made me bleed. They would get angry every time I asked them to be more gentle, and would file even harder. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one. Very unprofessional. They need a lot of improvement. Worst experience.Update1 day later and one of my toe nails swell up. It’s all red and hurts to the touch. I’m hoping this isn’t anything serious. They better be sanitizing their tools because this most definitely came from unsanitized tools. I’ve never had this before. By state law they must all be sanitary. This place needs to be inspected.

Giving 3 stars because the work is good. But service is poor and it just recently became that way in May I made a appointment took them 30 min to take me back then when I was seated it took another 15 for them to come do my pedi water had gotten cold because it had been siting there. Then I went back in June made a appointment again and walk out after a 1 hour of waiting no one had started on my nails or ask me if I wanted anything, and there where two techs just sitting there doing nothing. This place used to be great I started going off the recommendation of a friend but I will find some place else when its time to get my mani and pedi. Bty my the friend who recommended me had the same problem recently also. She took her daughter and grandmother and the tech doing her grandmothers nails was so unfriendly and it took them a 45 min to start on her daughters mani and pedi. And her grandmother and daughter where seated at the same time.

My mom and I had an appointment at 5, we sat down at 510. Was NOT upset at all waiting those 10 min, it was the next 30 min that we sat in the chair with our feet in the water with no one addressing us at all. Worse customer service. We let our feet dry and walked out, even when we walked out no one addressed us.

My nails came out beautifully however the thumb nail broke literally the day after. And the other thumb nail broke 4 days after getting them done.

Was told at the Nasa location that they changed the price for re- fills to $75.00.Hmmm..odd since I have been coming to both locations for re-fills. So I went to Bay Area location and I was told 40.-45.00 for a re-fills. Be careful when youre a regular client for the inconsistent and changing prices.

I usually go to a place near my house, but I was on this side of town and had a nail emergency, I walked in and was greeted right away. I didnt get the guys name who did my nails but he was hands down the best tech I have ever had!! The were about to close and I got ombre powder with a jewel on each nail, he stayed 30 mins after close and took his time making sure each nail was perfect. I said not to worry about the jewels because it was already so late and I didnt want to make him stay any longer than he already did, but he insisted on doing them the way i wanted to begin with. My nails have never looked so good in all my 10 years of getting them done. Great place, good drinks, and beautiful decor.
