This location is always clean and professional! Tabitha (Tabby) is the whole reason I return to this location though. Great conversation and a great haircut. I always get compliments after I leave sports clips when Tabitha is done working her magic. I would definitely recommend this location, download the app and see if Tabitha is working when you need a haircut. You wont be disappointed.

Sitting in the parking lot and this place is supposed to open up at 9 a.m. mean while nobody is there and the place is dark. I try to check in online at 9 and it says wait 5 more minutes to check in and then at 9:05 it tells me sorry we are at capacity we are not taking any more clients at the moment but yet I am standing in front of the business now and there is not a single person inside nor outside. Extremely unprofessional

Meredith (the manager) rocks. She’s able to successfully cut my hair and attend to my needs in a timely manner and attend to the front desk and phone simultaneously. She is an impressive barber and I highly recommend her to anybody.

I stopped in just before their opening time of 9 am yesterday because it was the only day I had available to get a cut/beard trim. It is hard to find time when they always have 5 hour waitlists. Instead of opening they watched me stand in the rain at the door until I finally left to get in my car at 9:10. As I drove away they turned on the light and opened. Tried to call and voice my experience to their corporate office but had to leave a voicemail with no return call. My son and I have gone to sport clips exclusively for a long time because he loves the VIP but after the complete disrespect shown for me as clientele, we will not be returning. All you had to do was open the door to let me in out of the rain while you finished getting ready and there would have been no issue. This was so disappointing.

You can’t even get a haircut anymore. It’s booked out by 3pm because they don’t have staff. Maybe if they paid their employees a liveable wage they’d come back to work…Definitely going back to local shops to support.

Haircut was OK nothing right wait for the first time her cutting it it’s all right. As far as my beard it was a total no-no also she didn’t know just exactly what to do with it I had been several months since last haircut and beard treat I understand is hard To get right first time. Nothing that I can’t straighten up this morning and we all do. Young lady that took care of me was very kind inconsiderate and if I go back there again and she’s available I will try her once again. I felt she has done a good enough job to give her a tip. I won’t hesitate to go back there you better think about it when I’m in need of a haircut not far from where I live.

I have been to this facility 3 times and all three times I have not been serviced. I have walked out out..slow service, no communication on how much longer you have to wait. You log in using a phone number and no one ever calls you to tell you your appointment is ready. Had one guy in front of me and it still took longer then 45 min! I didn’t even wait to get the hair cut because even after the customer left I wasn’t even notified how much longer I had to wait. I still sat there for 10 min after the last guy left to see if someone would call me up or inform me on how much time. So another trip of sitting for an hour to not be serviced, to not be communicated to. If your looking for a warm place to sit for an hour this is your spot.And don’t worry if you place your phone number in the system and believe they will call you back “they won’t” I went next door to go eat the time before and they serviced 2 other customers before me without even calling I had to come back in to see I was now further in line then when I initially was.

Terrible service. I show up on a weekday afternoon when its not busy. They greet me. I sign in, wait 20 minutes only to have two people come who have appointments. Why on Earth would they not tell me that they had two people in? I waited 10 minutes and then left, realizing that they close in 30 minutes. Very poor service that wastes your time.A simple, hey, we got two people coming soon, please come back another day or schedule your appointment wouldve been very much appreciated. Sports Clips ended losing a customer instead.

Ive been coming to this store since they opened. Never had any issues with any of the stylist that works there. Everything is well maintained. This is my go to spot for a haircut. I get the MVP, its definitely worth it.

I’ve always used sports clips and I would love to get my haircut if somebody would answer the phone so I can make an appointment. Apparently it’s appointment only but nobody wants to answer the phone to make an appointment.what do you do at that point? Fantastic Sams it is. The only place in Pensacola that I’ve had cut my hair the way I wanted it. That is a more main stream business, not a barbershop, and that is meant for men. Staff is friendly and not overly talkative, environment is nice (specifically made for men) and the prices are a bit more than other places but the job done is of exceptional quality. Thank you ladies.

It was not very busy, all others in area were an hour wait or more. Not only was the wait short, but they were all very nice in there. Teo of my boys had their hair cut there that day, still not good as backroads but for a Sunday in a hurry before school it was great. Would go again if I slack again and are in a hurry outside our normal shops times and days.

Got cut up pretty good by the clippers used to clean up my neck. Was a little upset so I reached out hoping to hear from someone over the situation. I am very upset now that the owner of this place clearly doesn’t care about the patrons. I’ve been through the location a few times now, this was the only bad experience. But now I know in the event of a bad experience, the owner will hide and no one cares. For the money I’ll go elsewhere from now on and suggest the same to everyone else.

Totally worth the extra charge to have a wash and scalp/shoulder massage. The hot towel is just icing on the cake. Online check-in seems to work okay, and the stylists have been top notch im my experience.

I checked in at the time I was given online. The stylist I selected had a 34 minute estimated wait. I sat an additional 30 minutes. I get that Tia couldn’t control the fact that the young man and his family kept her tied up for over an hour but the other 2 stylists had no clients. One of them could have at least offered to cut my hair. I find it TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL that no one even bothered to acknowledge I was there. Again, I sat there for over 30 minutes. It must be nice to have so much business that you can afford to run people off.

Tia did an excellent job. Im never quite sure how to express how Id like to have my haircut and she knew exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff and the wait time was not long at all. I highly recommend this location.

At first it seems on par with other similarly named barber shops but a bit more expensive, however there are often coupons for the MVP package which is awesome! They also have notes on your previous haircuts so you can discuss what you liked and didnt like about it, and make changes! They did a great job last time I was there!

They do a good job, but talk a bit too much in my opinion. I know that is their job but it extended my hair cut time because she was also talking to pretty much everyone else in the shop. They did a good job though.

Good people here. They make you feel welcome and make sure you leave with what you want.

I took my one year old here today to get his first hair cut. It’s awful. It’s all different lengths it’s not even parted it’s horrible. I seriously want to cry. I can’t believe this at all. Don’t take your babies here maybe they just aren’t equipped to cut babies hair. I wish they would have told me that. I even told the girl it’s his first haircut she had his hair so wet we couldn’t tell. It cost us $26 for a girl to ruin my babies first haircut. I’ll pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s babies.

I have never posted a review before but this place is awful. Terrible service, been here 10+ times and have gotten a solid haircut maybe once. Don’t know what’s brought me back besides living so close to this location. I was in for a haircut earlier today and got a portion of my eyebrow shaven off as well as both of my sideburns (after I asked the stylist not to shave them). Tried to get a half inch cut off and got almost a full 2 inches taken off. Ridiculous, and the same price as some of the premier barbershops in downtown Pensacola. Don’t waste your time and money here unless you want to hear endless conversation between other stylists. Can’t give 0 stars so I gave 1.

Best haircut in town! I brought my 13 year old son here for a haircut with Gali. He loved the decor, all sports themed, and felt totally in his element for a teenage boy. Excellent haircut with Gali. Highly recommended!

Waited for 40 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Had 1 person come in after me that somehow got called before I did. I sat there while 3 people were cleaning their station and still no one said anything. Very disappointed in this place and will never be back. I will spread the word too!!!! Very weak weak service and a waste of my time.

They cut womens hair too!!! Ive taken my son and myself there for cuts and though they are better with mens hair, the head and shoulder massage along with the sweet ladies that work there make for a fun and unique experience
