I have been coming here for several months and never have been disappointed! This is the only place I go for my dip nails! Love love love!

MUST GO TO NAIL SALON! I truly appreciate every single one of the staff here. Everyone is so nice. Their hot towels are hot. Not warm like other places. They have lava rocks! They take to time to remove any paint that gets on your skin. If I felt like asking for my nails to be pointy-er. They did gladly. I feel like other places make you feel ashamed. But these guys truly am to make you happy. And I would say my favorite part is that I didnt think it was possible to get acrylic nails done without it being blobbed on. My nails were so thin, I almost forgot they were fake. As I was talking to them. I mentioned that I am getting white for a blacklight party. They realized I had picked an off white color and grabbed me their purest white. I really appreciate that they listen to your needs and wants and excel your expectations. 🥰

I came in today after getting a botch pedicure done right up the street. This was my first time ever at the salon. I showed the ladies what i wanted and they didnt think they could do it. I will say at least they tried and didnt turn me away. Considering the girl did an incredible job and the nails looked incredible after they were done, i would say their staff is quite remarkable. Thank you for the effort i cant wait to get my next full pedicure from you ladies .

Do NOT go here! I went this morning for a fill and eyebrow waxing! First my acrylic nails were rushed through and NOT even. Then I came home to find out the OWNER took off half of my eyebrow. I literally cried that’s how bad it was! My eyebrows are completely uneven. If I could give zero stars I would.

I always have a positive experience here. All staff Ive encountered are welcoming and courteous. I always ask for Helen. She is friendly, attentive, and does a wonderful job. I get the dip powder and have no complaints. Ive been to the salon about 3, 4 times and plan to continue returning.

I remember entering Queens, realizing it was under new ownership, and wondering if I would receive the same service I always had. I absolutely did! Sang persuaded me to try the dip procedure as opposed to my regular acrylic/gel combination. I agreed and I LOVE it! I love how quick it is and how quickly they dry (3 minutes). I also like avoiding the use of the setting lamp with the acrylics as I know its healthier for my skin. My nails are chip resistant and last for weeks. He does a great job, is friendly and super professional. As a side note, I had a late appointment and was present for their closing procedure. They clean EVERYTHING so well! Everything was swept, washed, disinfected...I want them to clean my house! :0)

I always get the dip powder. Ever time I come the younger guy does GREAT, tales his time and doesn’t rush. Love the variety of colors also. Very clean and lovely staff.

If I could rate this salon in the negatives I would. I went in Friday to get a gel fill. That same day my gel polish had chipped so I called to get them fixed. I went in Monday and they expressed there were to many layers of polish on my nails that’s why they chipped. It is now Thursday (still less than a week after getting them done) and the nails I got fixed have chipped again! I called and they told me I could come in yet again and get the fixed. When I expressed I could not come in today they told me I would be charged $3 each nail after I paid $33 for a fill and a nail to be fixed less than a week ago. When I got my nails done the tech had also made 3 of my nails bleed but I simply just never said anything since my nails them self’s looked fine. When I asked for my money back they refused saying I got my service that’s what I paid for. I asked to speak with the owner and the manager accused me of asking for their name, number, and information when I simply asked to speak with them, since the manager was no help. I then just hung up because he kept speaking over me tell me the same thing “after today you will be charged $3 a nail”.

I highly recommend Queens Nails. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service. Everyone who works there is so friendly, attentive, and skilled. Im very particular about my nails, and since Ive found Tom, I dont want to go anywhere else. He always does my nails so beautifully and with such attention to detail. Im so happy I found such a great salon close to home!

Got a pedicure with gel polish & a fill with gel polish as well. Paid almost $100 for both & had two nails snap off the next day & my polish come off one of my toes 3 days later that I paid $45 for ..... they were nice enough to fix my nails but it’s not worth being back 3x.

Sam has been doing my nails for almost a year now and I couldnt be happier. Very clean and very friendly staff. I get the Dip done and I have never been dissapointed. Easily best place to go around here and the prices are extremely reasonable!

Have been getting the new dip manicure at Queen Nails and I am so pleased with the results, no chipping or peeling and easily lasts 3 weeks. So nice to have continued good and friendly service. Pedicures too are a favorite treat.

I think this place is fantastic!! Had a pedicure and a manicure today with tips put on. My nails were a mess and I was long over due. I had enjoyed the company of all of the staff, very friendly and they show pride in their work!! I left with beautiful nails and toes!! Lucy

Went here for a fill. Wish I hadnt spent my money. Told her super square she told me I had ballerina shape which I didnt. While the nails were wet they looked fine but once dry they had air bubbles and some spot had to much nail polish. Even my 13 year old daughter notice how bad.

I have been here twice. The first time the man didn’t listen to the shape I wanted for my nails 3 SEPARATE TIMES during my appt just kept messing it up until finally I just went with the one he wanted to do.. which I was still charged $5 extra for. The nails lasted though so I figured it was a fluke and went back. I have to go mornings because work. They were not open until a whole hour after their posted open signs say, and I was unable to go. The next day I made sure I called first and sure enough weren’t open at their normal open time. I called again a few times finally after 45 minutes they answer. I ask what time they open he says 930 I was a little late today (1015) I said yesterday too? And he laughed it off and made no apologies.. I made my appt & went down. This time I got dip (more expensive) and from the same man, the shape I wanted! And an hour after leaving one of my nails broke as I put my shoe on! I worked doubles the next three days so I couldn’t go back right away I just left it.. it’s day four and I’ve lost 3 nails so far. Putting my shoes on, doing the dishes, and CLOSING MY DOOR 🙄 I will not be going back I don’t even want to call to have them fix them I will have somewhere else do it! I paid $55 for BASIC ONE COLORED NAILS to fall off like dominos!

I recently just went back to Queen’s after another nail tech did a horrible job on my nails. Sam fixed them and introduced me to the powder gel and it was in and out in just under an hour. My nails came out awesome. Highly recommend and the prices are very reasonable. Will be sticking to the place I can always count on :)

Queens is the best nail salon Ive ever been to ! And Ive been to many. Im very picky with my nails so once I find a good tech I dont leave them lol Tom has been doing my nails since he bought the place about 6 years ago. I was going to Queens even before he bought it so when I found out they were selling I was nervous. But then I met Tom and hes absolutely fantastic !! Hes does such a great job every time ! He takes his time and makes sure youre 100% satisfied, he makes you truly feel like a Queen ! He has a wide selection of polishes and a fairly spacious ! My experiences are always awesome ! I recommend Queens to any woman or man getting their nails done or getting a pedicure ! Tom and his crew are awesome !

Queens gave me an infection a week ago! Stay safe!! NEVER go there. They have many cases of giving people infections, they do not properly sanitize at all!!

Never again! Dipped nail fell off 3 days after. Didn’t remember exact color and HE was so unhelpful. Fixed it but used a different color and told me I picked wrong color. Tried the 2nd time still not correct color and he got mad and yelled that it’s my job to know my color. Hello, how did I know I would have to get a repair 3 days later. Very rude and incompetent!

Awful. Awful. Awful. I came in the other day to just get a manicure and not only did I get ignored and forgot about, but the final product was garbage. Ive gotton the powder dip done from here a couple time before and it completely ruined my nails.... They are so thin they chipped on opening my shampoo. When they are doing your nails they non-stop scrub the top of your nails which makes them even more thin. They rush and dont take their time; yet I did wait about 40 min just for then to even start my naile. Will never come here again, this is the second time Ive had a major problem from here.

Water got under my nails because the acrylic was applied wrong..my nails are brown and they look like they have fungus under them. from the time I walked in, until the time I left, was a total nightmare.
