Mary has been doing my nails for over a year now and she’s great! I love how attentive and detailed oriented she is. I can show her any designs and she’ll make it happen. I love how color selections at the salon, they have so many different colors to choose from!It’s now under new management with no colors to choose from.

I usually love going here but the last time I went which was one week ago; they did a horrible job. My nails are now lifting and they put acrylic over my cuticles. I can’t even push them back because they are stuck under the acrylic. The “nail technician” also cut two of my nails. I should of not payed but my husband had payed before they had even finished.

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but Rachel did such an amazing job I had to! I had a blurry picture on my phone that I wanted to recreate, and she did above and beyond on my nails. My favorite set I’ve ever gotten, hands down! Thanks Rachel! 🥰😍🥳

Linda and Yen Are the best! My boyfriend and I come here every 3 to 4 weeks! Definitely a 10 out of 10! We get the V.I.P room. It’s really relaxing and peaceful.

My mom and I always go together to get a pedi. I told them I wanted the basic pedi with the add on $7 for the hot rock massage. He did the wax thing, not the hot rocks like I asked for, and then tried to sell us the hot rock on top of charging us $7 for the wax. He didn’t listen at all. I’ll be finding somewhere else.

They were nice and kind. I wanted to have a special design on my nails that they didnt have. They allowed me to find it online and then did the nails the way I wanted. Also got my feet done.

I’m a regular here but for the past 5+ visits they’ve done a low grade job. Uneven nails, lumpy texture, crooked shape. I feel quite a bit of push back when I ask for anything to be fixed. If I happen to request anything other than the “square round” shape or other common shapes, it turns into an uncomfortable back and forth conversation. A lot of attention gets drawn bc they loudly call other staff to come over and help with understanding(which I try to be patient with because of language barriers but I just get uncomfortable when people start to stare). One day a young man even stopped my services because he couldn’t understand my request and I pulled my finger back multiple times after he cut the cuticles on 5 of my fingers and made them bleed. He said he couldn’t do my nails anymore and I had to wait another hour for another nail tech to come on top of the regular time it takes to do the services. I strive to be a courteous and nice person but I just don’t like the attention around other strangers getting their services done and I don’t like feeling like I’m a bother if I have a special request. Last time I visited, my nails were below par and two staff members back to back were being really pushy about doing my eyebrows. They each asked more than twice and I told them no thank you. The 5th or 6th time they asked if I just wanted to get them evened out and it honestly took all of me not to be rude. Let me throw out there that I do have thick eyebrows which I love but they were freshly done from another salon prior to arriving there and those women had artificial eyebrows with very thin eyebrow hair underneath so I don’t know if my eyebrows would’ve survived their hands. I used to love it here but over the past few experiences I’ve had I most likely won’t be returning.

The technician did a horrible rushed job. Very unprofessional. Barely scrubbed my feet, left them feeling rougher than when I walked in the building. She did not put a clear coat as the base, barely put one coat of the color and immediately slapped clear on the top. I could have done a better job myself. The color was blotched, and was not smooth. Another technician had to come over and fix her rushed job. Will never go to this place again.

Nails of America did an awesome job on my nails. It was my first time at this Nail of America on Bay Area. Highly recommend this place .

I never write reviews but I was very frustrated for a lot of reasons. Usually it’s suppose to be a somewhat relaxing experience but it was stressful for both my friend and I. We understood they were busy but it seemed like nothing we said was understood or cared about when it came to the colors and shape/style. I had to tell my nail technician several times what I wanted and she would show me different things to change my mind and I appreciated it but it was also frustrating after giving me another color option after 5 different times when I wanted the first color to begin with. My pedicure was not well either it was shellac and only two coats when usually where I go it’s three and the color looks almost transparent and also almost every toenail was noticeably not covered all the way. For $93 I would’ve expected a lot more.

KENNY did an amazing job my sister and sister-in-law and I got our manicure and pedicures done here at first I was a bit skeptical but I really enjoyed it and Kenny did a great job

Always a great experience- Rachel is my girl for me feet & loc is my guy for my nails. 4 stars as a result of not giving me what I want and insisting I get something else. Only made me upset because when I got home, my neighbor showed me her nails and shed gotten the exact thing done to her nails that I asked loc to do to mine and hers look great. Although he did a great job, im one to know what i want. But i will always be back because it is one of the best places in town.

I got my nails done on Friday and by the following Friday one nail came off. The lady super glued my nail for no charge. NEVER COMING BACK. DONT GO THERE its a nice place but I already need a refill and its only been a week. Its NOT worth it

Paige is the best! When I dont know what I want to do she helps me decide. I drive 2 hours for my nail appointments. In my area I have tried many, but no one has the expertise that Paige has!!

I’ve been seeing both Paige and Ann for several years now. They always do such an amazing job! Salon is very clean and staff is always on time and efficient. I’ve referred several family members and friends to them and they have all been very happy as well! Definitely try them out! You won’t be disappointed!

I really wanted to love this place as it is really nice in there and Yen is amazing. This review does not reflect on her at all. I had a full set with someone else and a nail came off within a week of getting them done. I went back and they fixed it at no charge and a week later a SECOND one popped off. I went back and I was charged $5 to fix it. I THIRD AND FOURTH nail just came off. I’ve gotten my nails done for years and this has never happened to me. I am not going back because I know I will be charged to fix those nails when they were clearly done wrong to begin with. $50 for a full set to have that happen is ridiculous and unacceptable.

This salon is very clean and all staff is friendly. They offer many types of services. I’ve specifically been going to 2 nail techs there for many many years. Unlike other nail technicians those 2 do not just pack up to relocate. Both of them have pride in the work they do. I’ve also had service performed on me a few other technicians there and their work is great too!

I have been going to nails of America for 6 months now and I found the best nails tech there! Viccy does such an amazing job. She does all thing nails! Show her a picture and she can do it. On my last visit I wasn’t very pelease with my pedicure and I was struggling to find someone that did a really good job, but today I found Rachel and she does such an amazing job. 🥰😍 I have never found THE nails place for me and now I did. I highly recommend going to this place. Don’t forget to ask for Viccy and Rachel!

Been coming here for almost 2 years and love it! Everyone is so helpful and sweet. John does my nails and he takes his time and does a phenomenal job, and my nails last up to 3 weeks! Rachael does my toes and she does an amazing job as well! Highly recommend this salon as well as these two people!

I’m understating of them being understaffed and things being crazy with re opening after Covid-19, however this was still the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I wish they would have been honest and told me they didn’t actually have time to give me the quality I was going to be paying $105 for. I called ahead and still had to wait to be seen. Everything was rushed and done poorly my pedicure wasn’t even the amount of time the pamphlet said it would take. The dip on my nails is textured as if they didn’t dry properly or something which I have ever had an issue with before and also made my cuticles bleed. When she trimmed my eyebrows she stabbed me in the eye with the scissors. It was just genuinely such a disappointment and waste of time and money. I will never go back.

Please do not waste your money here my aunt paid 150 for 3 girls and the quality of our nails is horrible. I dont know if its because of the circumstances right now but they did not take their time with my nails at all. The technician made me bleed, my nails are short & bumpy. Never again.

This was my second visit to this specific location. I requested to get a full set and pedicure. I picked the tranquility room for my pedicure it was absolutely amazing and Nancy did an awesome job making sure I was okay throughout the whole process. While I was getting my pedicure a gentleman by the name of John I believe was doing my full set at the same time. The pedicure was not the problem it was my full set. This was the second time Ive gotten a full set here and it was awful. I feel as if he was rushing, he didnt take his time to make sure it was how I wanted it. They are too short and they dont look natural how I like them. Mind you there are tons of bubbles and my nails are not smooth or shiny. Also just an FYI to get your cuticles trimmed its an extra $5 (I was confused because most places I go, it is included w/the full set) I dont feel like he cared about what I wanted he was just in a rush. Ill be back for pedicures but I wont be getting my hands done here again.

Very beautiful salon and spa! First visit was a great experience, very happy with my nails and my tech was gentle. Will be returning asap ☺They also have an awesome points system when you use cash vs. card, that you can use towards different services!!! Never seen a salon with a program like this, its great for loyal clients or for the frequented nail junkie ( such as myself lol )Salon also has childrens foot spas (And plenty of them) as well as a quiet room as I call it where the lights are softer and the mood is specific to relaxing and calming.All this plus they actually offer MANY types of services....a total all in one salon and spa!!

My first experience was not the best, but I gave them a second chance because my daughter loves the butterfly chairs they have in the Butterfly room just for kids. Im so glad I did, because I finally found someone who can do my nails perfectly! Hannah from Nails of America is the best! If you decide to give this place a chance. Ask for Hannah. I promise you will not be disappointed.

My daughter wanted her nails done for Christmas so I took her on Christmas Eve. She got a plain red powder acrylic nails which were 45.00 that she paid for with her own money (she’s a high school student). Anyway on Christmas day one of her nails started lifting, and by the time I was able to take her back to get them fixed (5 days later) many were lifting and one completely off. They fixed them with no problems, but here we are January 10th and no nails at all. She’s had her nails done plenty of times and never this kind of experience. Never again.

Service was friendly but store was not super clean. My nails were rough on the edges but otherwise cleaned up. I dont believe they clean their tools between uses because she pulled the clippers out of a drawer and then put them back in the same drawer afterward.

I went there with my little girl. The lady who worked for me was not nice at all. I wished I could have a great time with my daughter there, but the lady ruined my day. While we got pedicures, I felt uncomfortable because of her attitude. She has to learn good manners.

They were great with my pedicure but we came for my daughters birthday and I wish they would have made her feel more special. I was offered a drink but not the girls, etc. Everyones nails looked nice though!

This is my second time coming here and I have been satisfied every time. Kathy is great, and the rest of the staff is very friendly and engaging.

The salon was very clean, the prices were good, and everyone here were very friendly and professional! My nails came out very natural-looking Im very pleased with my acrylic nails! Worth every penny

I came here with a party of 5 and spent over $500. Not only do my nails look awful, but i had to kill a roach climbing around the workstation while the tech just sat there looking at me. I will never go back to this place.

I am very disappointed with the pricing. I literally called and asked them how much it would cost to take off, put a full set, and an opaque natural gel. They gave me the price OVER THE PHONE $37 dollars. I get there, got the service and my nails turn out great, but they immediately changed the price to $52. I was just money raped when i made a call to make sure I had the funds and they added an extra $20. I asked where the extra 20 came from and they said because they had to remove the nails I had on already. Mind you, I have getting my nails done for 11 years and the price has ALWAYS been $5 for nail removal. I am very pissed at the way they handled the miscommunication with me and their employees. I by no means recommend Nails of America to anyone who doesn’t expect to be cheated. I was there two weeks prior and paid $47 for a coffin full set, color and two lines as a design for only forty. What i got this time was far less work with just a nail removal and gel for $52. That’s outrageous. That was my last time going.

Nail fell off after a week. By 2 weeks THREE nails fell off, and for the price, they shouldnt come off at that amount of time. They do not soak your nails to get the old set off.

The shellac peeled the first day of having them done. And the bail ends were rough. I went back the next day to have them repolish and fix. Less than a week later... Polish is peeling again. And no.... Its not because Im rough on my hands.... Im very unhappy that i was charged 38.00 for a fill and shellac and they dont even last a week

Today was my first time here. The salon is gorgeous and clean. I felt very forced to purchase the $60 pedicure package. She wouldn’t even show me the cheaper packages. The pedicure took a long time but she did do a long massage and other treatments. She did start to rush towards the end and would often stop in the middle of my pedicure to talk to another’s technician. I only came her because my regular place was closed and I needed a pedicure badly. This place wouldn’t be my first choice but I’ve been to worse.

These people are crooks. They lure you in with a free $20 gift card but when you try to use it they tell you its expired. The top says expired but the bottom part says valid for 3 months. They are way over priced and one day after I went to get a pedicure my whole nail on my baby toe fell off. Wouldnt recommend at all. Much better nail places around. Dont get sucked in by the fancy decor.

Got a pedi done here after shopping. It was pretty nice. Really relaxing and for my first time I quite enjoyed it.

Went in to get a manicure on 10/27/2017 I was greeted, I told them just a manicure. It was like a said a bad word. I was left waiting while others were taken. A women kept coming around giving me looks like Im to good to do your nails!!! LOL Finally I asked the women who was walking around like she was running the show. How much for a manicure? She said $15.00. I walked out. Im not paying for their overhead! Wish I got their names. RUDE and very unprofessional !!! I guess Baybrook nails of America can pick and choose who they service.

Saw they had some facial treatment here. Try their polishing peel facial. Can say Ill be coming back! My face feel so refreshing and it feels so smooth!

Its a really nice place but not everyone working there knows what they are doing! They are super expensive and they rush you to pay! They do have a large selection of powders and designs but only John knows how to do designs there but again super expensive. For pedicure choose Linda and for nails choose John and thats it if you do decide to go there. EXPENSIVE!!!

I got the chrome polish and the VERY next day it was peeling off. Called the shop and asked what they would do and not only did she laugh, but told me I had to pay to get them re done. Very unprofessional low class of people trying to appear classy.

I agree with another reviewer, the more expensive pedicures were being shoved down our throats and when we (my mother and I)chose the basic pedicures, they seemed extremely irritated. The lady who did my pedicure was ok, I did not get her name. Tiffany did my manicure, worst manicure ever!!! My nails were filed square on one side and round on the other. I had to re-file my nails to even them out before she could paint them. She barely pushed my cuticles back and the clipping left pieces of skin hanging. I paid for the hard nail finish, I think they call it acrylic....not sure, anyway I have hard clumps near my cuticles and I’m asuming it’s skin from my cuticles that have been painted over. My manicure was so bad, I decided not to tip Tiffany. When checking out I was asked how much I was going to tip which threw me completely off guard, i replied, “nothing”, the woman acted as tho she did not understand me and she would not run my cc until I gave her an amount to tip! Over all it was a terrible experience....not to mention this place is more expensive than most.My mother is 84 and they never turned her back massage chair on for her....I would not recommend this place. I wish I could post a picture.....

The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because you cant do 0 this is the worst nail spa I have ever been to. When you walk in the store and every single employee attacks you and doesnt even allow you to think when they brought me to the table the women attacked me and made me change every possible thing I had chose for a design because they couldnt do it after we had already paid. They charged me $50 for polka dots because there was a design on every nail. What the hell is so hard about damn polka dots. Then after less than a week all three of our nails began falling off. By a week every single nail was off my mom, sister and me. Then after we all called and complained instead of telling us they would take care of them and fix them they decided to yell at us and scream over us on the phone not giving us a single word of input. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They are the worst possible people and place to be running a business and they will never get my money again.

Great nail shop. Me and the wife fell in LOVE. The private room was awesome.

Massage was crap. No effort put in what so ever. He messed up my big toe and couldnt find the color to fix it so he put a different shade of the color (all clumped up I might add) and claimed he fixed it.

I came in and asked to SOAK my nails off just about a week after I had got them done there, thinking they may do it for free since I had the original service done there. So I had asked how much they said 10 I was kinda like whatever but ok. The nail tech first tried to remove the over lay by running a fresh acrylic nail in between my nail and the DIP polish I wanted removed. I asked her to please just soak them that it isnt comfortable to run the nail in between the two. So she decides to take the drill to them to have them soak off faster. Im like whatever. So after she gets done drilling she stuffs my hands into these tiny metal soaking shot glass-like cups. She walks off to go take care of something. I ask the male worker next to me if I can get a bowl to soak them off instead because my FIVE fingers are smooshed into this metal cup and its uncomfortable. He says yes. I wait 5 mins while another worker is on the phone chillin. When my original lady comes back she tells me put your hands in the solution I ask her can I please have a bowl its very uncomfortable to sit with 5 Fingers jammed in this little cup she says no this is what we use. I was like What theeee. . . I go to CINDERELLA nails (sandy) across the street at baybrook every two weeks thought Id try somewhere else bc I was in a hurry but it turned out be be a disaster! Worst customer service ever! I would NOT recommended NOA! But i would like to recommend Cinderella nail (baybrook)

I drive 2 hours to have Paige do my nails. She has been doing my nails for 15+ years and is the only one I trust!
