The wife and I went early today to start our wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved it. From the pedis to the manicure, great attention to detail and the mimosas were a plus. Being able to walk in without an appointment was very helpful as we were short on time. Would recommend over and over again.

I came in to get my nails done the first time at Amy nails, the nails was cute so I came back to get a refill and my feet done they rush on my nails and feet, mind you I came to get my nail refill all 10 nails powered, to set regular set price is 40 dollars, I had to pay 35$ to get a refill like I should have just got a new set of nails . I tried to give them a Benefit if the doubt but they some scam artists Do Not Come Here!!!

Finally found a place where they understand short and simple. They did exactly what I wanted without pushing me to go longer like many places. Both ladies where friendly and really accommodating. 100% recommend.

I came in because of the reviews. But when I got there my experience wasn’t so great!! The young lady who done my nails completely messed up so I had to get them completely redone by the manager. It was my baby shower and a lot of time wasted. The lady that done my daughter and I feet seemed as if she didn’t really want to do it and we walked out looking like we’ve been having them done for at least a week. She didn’t clean up the access polish around....just a bad Job. Not even a week later my daughters nails faded. Although the people were nice don’t think I’ll be returning.

Amy was very personable. I’ve been going to the nail shop since I was 14 and I’m now 23, I’ve never had a nail tech as friendly and who has followed directions as good as her. I asked for short and she gave me short. Usually other tech’s definitions of short still are actually long. I will be coming back and asking for her to do my nails every time❤️The eyebrow lady was friendly and excellent on my eyebrows as well. Whole team was amazing and friendly

Stopped in before our cruise to get a relaxing pedicure after going to Suzies first. Suzies prices were insane but Amys were perfect! Great value for what you get. There was no wait and they squeezed two of us in as walk ins. The polish job wasnt great, I will have to fix it when I get to my hotel, but Im also really picky so not totally the technicians fault. If youre here from out of town or if youre a local, you cant beat the price or service!

This review is coming from 5/2020 right after nail salons were given the okay to open after Rona. Amy was extremely nice and attentive. Her employee who did my pedicure was distracted and kept getting up to make phone calls. She forgot to do my parafin wax and hot towels. My toes also looked like a 5 year old painted them. Inside was run down looking, headrest on pedicure chairs was peeling, and remotes taped to the arm rest. If youre wanting a quick, cheap pedicure go here. If youre looking for a relaxing experience, Id go elsewhere.

These people are scammers. I bought a gift card for a friend and she went in 2 days later to use it and they refused. They said they changed owners. So they took my money but wouldn’t allow her to use the giftcard. These people basically robbed me. I will be reporting them to the BBB. My advise to anyone look for a salon, find a honest salon to use. These people aren’t that.

Very good place. I’m not from the area but the staff was super sweet and kind with me. When I come bk to the area I for sure will come here again if I could give then a 10 star I would their prices good. As well as did a great job on my nails. Love them . Thanks would highly recommend them .

We had the best experience here! Yesterday was my first visit but Ill be back. My four year old came with me and they painted her nails for her. Everyone was so nice to both of us, we had a great time. My nails look fantastic, they look like my own nails. Its the best manicure Ive had.

I love my nails! Kim did a very good job! We used the 211 powder. I think it was called party train. Everybody was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed

I had to ask for sterilized Manicure tools in the bag; because she grab manicure stuff off of a tray and was about to give me a manicure with tools that had already been used on some other customers. In the end, I did receive a good manicure.

Absolutely love this place! Always receive the best service from the sweetest ladies! I have been going to them over the past three years and never leave dissatisfied. Thank you for your amazing massages, much needed after a long day of work!

Update 11/17/2020 *** HORRIBLE !! Amy moved to another location and the new owners do not know how to do eyebrows. My mom and i went and it was a mess. The lady that did my mom’s eyebrows didn’t trim anything at all. I had to re do it at home. And the owner, she did mine, but didn’t take the time to make them look pretty like Amy did. My eyebrows are all looking uneven now because of her. PLEASE DONT GO THERE FOR EYEBROWSAmy was the one that did my nails and she did an amazing job ! Totally in love with this place. It was my first time doing and it won’t be my last. Everyone was pretty friendly and environment was very comfortable. I Will be going back and definitely recommend Amy Nails #2

My first time going & I was impressed ! Walked in & was greeted by Mae . I showed her what I wanted, she grabbed the color powders without even having to ask did she have the colors (there were plenty of color powders) . Her price for the set I got was actually a little cheaper than my nail lady back in San Antonio so I was happy about that . My nails came out beautiful! Mae took her time to make sure my first experience was great ! I think I have found my new nail home ! Definitely going back & to also get a pedicure!

I walked in on a Thursday morning thinking it was going to be a quick in and out but I was wrong. I waited almost 30 mins to be seated for a mani & a pedi. Amy and another lady were the only ones in the shop dealing with about 4 other customers. Then out of the blue another lady walked into the shop and offered to help me. When I sat down I was never offered a drink, she got on her phone and was rude. Not to mention when I was transferred to the other station to get my pedi the other lady was even worse. She literally charged me $30 for 5 mins of her service. I walked out of there paying $60+ for the worst customer service ever. Never going back to this place.

I really enjoyed the service, they took their time to do our pedicure unlike other places I been to, the ladies were very nice. I definitely recommend this place.

This is my favorite nail place in Clear Lake to go. Ive gone here for years, I love it.

The reason Im giving this place such a poor review is their lack of customer service. I walked in for a mani and pedi. I picked out my color and as i sat my things down, i sat the nail polish on their table. The table apparently was flimsy and the nail polish fell and busted on the floor leaving my brand new tennis shoes covered in dark nail polish. I understand accidents happen but these ladies didnt apologize, didnt offer anything. I ended up rushing home so i could attempt to remove the stains out of my cloth tennis shoes but it was no use, they were ruined. What makes me mad is there was not even an apology. Ive been a customer one other time there but after this incident, never again. Learn some customer service and quit using cheap flimsy equipment. *note, im going out of town and these were my only tennis shoes so i had to go buy new shoes after this....not to mention, no mani or pedi was gotten.

I am very very unhappy with Amy Nails I went there just this morning to get and eyebrow wax. The whole experience was bad there was only one woman and she was on the phone I told her I only wanted them cleaned up no thinner she did my first eyebrow while still on the phone and then promptly hung up little did i know she had wax almost half my eyebrow off and the trying to cover it up started to pluck the other side down. I told her to stop and she showed me the dammage when I told her she had messed up she tried to say it was already that thin. I would have complained but there was no one else there!! I will never GO BACK AGAIN!!!
