My mother and I both had pedicures. She sat next to me. I was first. The woman with short hair and glasses was very professional and clean. She used gloves and took all of the instruments she used out of a sealed pouch. My mother was next. As the lady who was doing my pedicure was finishing, Michael came over to start my moms pedicure. HE DID NOT PUT ON GLOVES. HE GRABBED THE USED INSTRUMENTS FROM MY PEDICURE AND USED THEM ON MY MOTHER. HE WAS DONE IN 15 MINUTES and my pedicure took 40 minutes... for the same service. I sincerely hope my mother does not get an infection from this place. Although I liked the lady who did my pedicure, we will not go back.

While the technician did a great job on the painted design of the nails, what was supposed to have been gel was chipping on multiple fingers the very next day. I had to ask multiple times for her to shape them as coffin, when they were very clearly square, and was met with “your nail bed is wide which is why it doesn’t look coffin shaped”. All in all not nearly worth the money I paid to go there. Do yourself a favor and double check that the artist you book can do what you want.

I love Lansdowne Nails. Everyone there is amazing but Sean is the best there is. Perfect manicures every time, always listens to exactly what I want and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

We went and booked a time because there was a lot of us. In the pedicure they rushed and our feet were very rough afterwards. They wouldn’t listen to what we were saying and said they didn’t have time to finish some of ours. It was a very poor quality job and I don’t recommend it.

Love it definitely going again my nails were done so well love them great staff.

I was happy with my nails after leaving this place initially. My pedicure was flawless. I got the dip powder done also and paid $55 because I got French (even though I was told it would be $5 cheaper with the pedicure too). I told the guy the last time I got dip powder it was too thick, so he said he could do them very thin for me. They came out really nice, but now they’re weak. I got them done 3 days ago, paid a lot of money ($85 for both services), and two of my nails already chipped and on is on the brink of taking half the nail off with it. So much money only for them to mess up within a few days. So disappointing.

The service was ok ok but could be better. I wasn’t satisfied with the service as even after getting spa pedicure, feet were feeling cracked and left over. Same for my hubby. Wouldn’t prefer going again

Great customer service and friendly staff!!! They accommodated me and four of my family members at the same time and on time. They maintained customer safety while dealing withe COVID-19 restrictions. Salon was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing!

My new favorite nail salon! I just moved to the Ashburn area and tried a few salons near my house and just wasn’t pleased. I heard about Lansdowne Nails from some other people and gave them a try. I have been 3 times now and each time I receive the same kindly welcome and my nails last! It’s clean and inviting too. I have been trying the powder dip and it’s fantastic. Highly recommend.

My go to nail salon for gel nail tips & pedicures. Ive been a client for over 3 to 4 years at least. Service has always been great, and I am always getting compliments on my nails!

Cindy did my nails for a year. She was great and spent a lot of time with me. Her attitude changed lately and she had become RUDE! Shes always concerned about her next customer and seems totally stressed out! Always says shes worried about her next customer and doesnt take time for ME! Then she digs her thumb nail in my finger and I tell her it hurts and says JUST RELAX with an attitude, like its my fault. SO RUDE!!! Not going back! Wont even go into how she treated my mother. CINDY- YOU NEED TO ADJUST YOUR ATTITUDE!!!!!!!

I like my acrylics short and thin and they did an excellent job. I was getting frustrated that everywhere I went for an acrylic fill with gel polish was only 5 dollars less than getting a full set, but I walked in to Lansdowne nails and got my fill and polish for 30 dollars which is 15 less than I paid for my full set and they did a wonderful job. She was very particular about how they looked. I will absolutely be going back for my fills from now on. They were all super friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxing I wanted to fall alseep! If you ever get a chance to stop in I highly recommend it.

Great location and looks nice and clean. My rating is due to a poor job (two times-different techs) with a dip manicure. Not the place for dip.

I just had a peppermint pedicure and a gel manicure at Landsdowne Nails, and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this place - very clean, well-decorated, and fresh new nail polish colors.

I went here for the first time today and I left pretty happy. I had a nail tech named Yen and she was very friendly and professional and paid extra close attention to my cuticles like I asked her to. She is very detail oriented when painting. The hand massage was laughable, at best, but I never really care about that part of it anyway. There was also a man there that did a very good job on some simple accent nail art for me.The salon itself is absolutely beautiful. Im not sure what kind of music they were playing but it was at a nice volume and made the whole place have a nice vibe. In the middle of my manicure, I was so relaxed that I could have easily closed my eyes and fallen asleep. Id give this place 4 1/2 stars if I could.

I went in to Lansdowne Nails with 5 chipped/broken nails that I had done somewhere else and to whichwere very thin when done. They fixed my nails perfectly and were so kind! I love the atmosphere and the people there. Never going anywhere else after today.

Came here for years - staff keeps turning over. service has declined. owner seems burned out and lazy. made an appt for a pink and white fill and he decided to just do a backfill without asking me. very disappointing. going somewhere else

Got a manicure and eyebrow wax. The waxing room looks a little dingy and creepy, and that made the place lose a star, but the nails were quick, professional, clean, and finished without a single smudge. Will definitely go back. Great prices.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE, I came here to tag along with a friend and I was excited to know that they offered dip powder so I went. When we arrived they showed me the powder that they have and this in fact is NOT dip powder it’s called COLORED ACRYLIC which is the same as acrylic. They advertise it as something healthier for your nail which in fact it isn’t. I was disappointed that they advertised this as dip powder so they actually did HAVE it and pulled it out. However I could tell they didn’t know how to use the system and they also didn’t have this product in any other colors than clear. So I told the lady I wanted to do gel on top since she didn’t have any colors. By the time she already put the gel color on my finished nails she told me she would have to charge me extra because of the gel. And I was not happy because she told me in the beginning it would not be an extra charge! I Have worked in two nails salons and I also been studying into the nail world to become a nail tech myself and what this salon is doing is lying to their clients to get more money out of them. I was very angry, I went from a 50 $$ service they didn’t even offer!!!! to a 70$ service!?!? No… and I had to pay it because it was already done. Don’t come here the customer service is sad. They should not be doing that. They ended up charging my friend about $15 more on her refill as well just because of the color. Honestly you could go to another salon and pay the price you see on there brochures and menus INSTEAD OF BEING LIED TO. I left in huge regret spending so much money on a service that I could have gotten somewhere else for no more than $50….

My nails are short and stubby, in a square shape and they are uneven because he went to fast and I wish they had better service boiiiiiii

Place is terrible I went in asking for a soak off of my gel nails & they flat out told me to go somewhere else. The owner & I guess her husband are SO RUDE!!!!
