They NEVER answer the phone and take days to respond..Although my rims turned out nice, part of the $600 fee was to cover a wheel balance. After picking up my car I noticed the car was out of balance. It took a few days to get someone to respond to my request to get it corrected (left a couple messages that they never responded to, although their voice mail states they return calls daily between 1-3p). After my third call, I got a text response saying they were busy to feel free to text instead.. I immediately responded and never got a reply. I followed up the next day and set an appointment to stop in mid morning and theyd try to rebalance them again.I shot them a courtesy text an hour before I showed up the next morning, 11a is what we agreed on via text, and the shop owner was less than eager to see me, resolve the issue. He seemed frustrated in fact!! He had another car on the rack and it might be another hour before he could see me.. What was the point of setting an appointment?! I stated Id run to grab something to eat and return in an hour but his dry, uneager response was discouraging.. I decided to skip dealing with his attitude and allow my manufacturer to balance them ($75) on my next visit mSmall business owners - the same energy you have when you take your customers money is the same 👏 energy 👏 we 👏 expect 👏 when 👏 we 👏 return 👏 looking 👏 for 👏 help resolving an issue‼️ Hire a receptionist eager to answer the phone and take care of your clients with a friendly disposition if youre too busy and miserable. PERIODT.

I had my OEM wheels powder coated black. It turned out great! High quality work, fair price, and friendly service. I highly recommend this place and will be taking all my powder coating needs here.

Theyve done a ton of work for me and cant recommend them enough. Their work is better than OEM.

They charged me $25 more than quoted, and never called me, or answered/ returned my calls! I will never work again with people who run their business so poorly.This was my second time using this company and I was quoted $60. They told me they would call me when its done. Three weeks and 2 unreturned phone calls later I just drove up to see if it was ready. It was ready, with a chip already missing from the coating and now they want $85. He said without the record I have to charge you $85
