Cleanliness is top notch and setup for my membership was incredibily quick and easy!

It has been a week working out at this gym. Not too huge or not too small, perfect for everyday workouts. They have almost every single equipment that you may need and the instructors are always there to help.

Nice clean gym. The staff is nice and friendly and help you with any questions you have. The front desk are always happy and kind in the mornings. Love all the equipment.

Tim is very friendly. He keeps constant communication. I had the opportunity of working with Alyssa the trainer and she definitely knows her stuff. She nice and tough at the same time! I haven’t been in the gym setting for a for a few years so having a personal trainer like Alyssa is helpful. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

Been going to this gym for about 3 years and I always loved coming to this gym....but ever since COVID happened, I have been avoiding coming to this gym as of lately. Mainly because this gym fails to enforce the mask policy. I went recently on a weekend and there was about 8-10 people working out at the gym with NO MASK. The staff members don’t even bother to enforce it. Get your things in order Anytime Fitness.

Tim and Alyssa have been so welcoming and the facility is clean. Looking forward to reaching my fitness goals with the team here.

I love it no time limit on machines. The shower is more private then 24 hr fitness

This is my favorite location. Its always very clean and there are homey touches throughout. Its a smaller location but everyone is very respectful and kind.

Very happy with Anytime Fitness in Little Elm. I told this to Tim, the new owner since September, that he has improved the gym better than it was before. Trainers are friendly, other members are very accommodating if you need to share equipment, or there are plenty of equipment options if you need to work on a particular area and the machine or weights are being used. Overall, Tim has built and continues to build a great culture at the gym.

Great gym! The facility is always clean, the equipment is good quality and the staff is very friendly. They also have some niche equipment you dont find everywhere like a heavy bag for boxing and a power rack. Even though the gym is on the smaller end than your typical corporate gym, it never seems to get crowded, great for circuit training. Talk to Simon if youre looking for a good deal on your enrollment.

I cancelled my membership by going to the gym and filling the application but the local trainer basically filed the form in a file and never submitted the cancellation, meanwhile the financial company is billing me monthly while I am not using the gym. I made many calls and was promised several times that I will be refunded week after week and nothing shows up on my credit card. The owner could care less if I am refunded or not. If you run a business you. need to stick to your side of the contract and cancel when someone wants to cancel not just keep billing them. Never going there again.

Great gym! You feel at home when you come in. Gym is clean, has everything you need. Very knowledgeable trainers and the staff makes you feel at home when you come in.

I love this gym it is always clean, never crowded, people do not judge you, and it feels like a second home. Simon always makes you feel welcome and never passes an opportunity to talk to you. I recommend this gym to anyone it is totally worth the price you pay for it!

This is the small gym with a few machines and two people working out at what typically is a peak hour (6pm) for other gyms. The fact that it isnt busy is definitely a positive. However, the management (Simon) and lack of machines is why I rated this gym a 1 star. Simon was a huge jerk. My wife and I were looking for a new gym to join. We signed up for a 7 day pass, but he didnt honor it after we told him we were living here for just another month. We were looking to join Anytime because the city we are moving to also has an Anytime gym. This guy changed his stance once we told him. I dont know if he was racist, a jerk, or only wanted to honor the 7 day pass if we were planning on going to his gym long term. He, however, did not honor the corporate gym pass and consequently, anytime fitness lost two customers. Simon is a poor manager and Anytime fitness would be wise to replace him.

Great work out equipment, and well kept. Not to mention the friendly staff, and owner Tim is awesome!

This review is based on my experience coming in to look at the gym and getting their pricing to decide if I would join. I considered joining 24 Hour Fitness, Anytime Fitness, and Texas Family Fitness, since those 3 gyms are all within 10 minutes of my house.I came in and asked if I can look around. I was immediately fed to the salesman (and only on-duty staff member) who spend the next 15 minutes putting the finest used-car dealer to shame with so many sales tactics that I got dizzy trying to keep track of which trick he was using on me at any one time.Having just had a tour of the nearby large 24 Hour Fitness, which had 200 people in it, I was stuck by how small and empty this place was. The entire gym was like the size of my home living room. There was a single staff member and a single customer. They had very little equipment, maybe one of each thing, and no amenities whatsoever. Not even a changing room, just a single person restroom.At the end of the tour, after being trapped in the salespersons office for the hard-close, I was shown the pricing on paper which was $42 per month with an 18 MONTH contract. Geez! I asked why the pricing on the website said it was $32 per month and he gave me a nonsense answer. I asked 2 more times why the price he was showing was higher than the advertised price but he had no answer.I tried to politely extricate myself from the sales encounter by telling him that I was going to check out some other gyms and come back later if I decide to join this one. He asked me why I need to look at any other gyms. I told him I wanted to see what the other gyms in the area look like. He asked me what I think they might look like that I need to go see them. I told him they might look bigger and have more equipment in them or something along those lines. He then backed off and I left.

I love this ATF. I have been to several locations in Indiana and Texas. This is the best ATF out there. First, the manager (Simon) is a nice guy who will listen to suggestions and do what he can for everybody in the club.If you are looking for a friendly gym then you have found it. Gym is okay, but not a lot of space around machines or treadmills, no elliptical machines, weights are not made out of the solid metal material Im used to. On the other hand, gym is clean and usually not packed
