Came in just get my lashes done left getting a manicure and eyebrows tint for the first time. I have been here for 2 years and finally found A place I can do everything have a great customer service and fair are pricing. My new place to be pampered. Update they are closed on Tuesday so I went rush to get my eyebrows done because I’m leaving town. The place messed them up call them before I was due to get on the road they were open and took their time to fix my eyebrows and do my nails so love them. Will only go to them from now on.

I moved here from NC & tried a few places before someone recommended this place to me. I have finally found my place. I was hesitant to let anyone touch my eyebrows & lashes;however, Melody is excellent She is friendly, quick & will make you look fabulous!! The whole staff is friendly & professional. Definitely recommend!!

I came to this salon today because my usual place could not accommodate my schedule. I really enjoyed my experience from the moment I walked in! Everyone was so friendly, and Mrs. Melody and her staff are very engaging and respectful. Fun and open environment. I even let Mrs. Melody talk me into getting eyebrow tinting. Smh. Melody really took care of me today, gave me recommendations for nail powder and advised me about how powder would last longer on my nails. She was professional and friendly, frequently checking to see if I liked the shape of my nails and the color. She was awesome! The shop was relaxed and the vibe was perfect. I will definitely be going here again!

I came across this place by chance. Melody took her time with my eyelashes. She really is a gem!! My nail art was exactly what I wanted. My new forever nail and lash salon!!

I was a little nervous because it was my first time getting a pedicure, but Melody made me feel at home and did a fantastic job! I came in with probably the most gross feet a person could have and came out with feet as soft as a baby’s bum. I was lucky enough to get the best package pedicure. Highlights gotta be the hot stones and the warm red gel stuff my feet got to marinate in. I don’t know too much about this stuff, but if you go with Melody you’ll get good conversation and come out with the freshest feet.

Vincent was very patient and understanding with me and took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted!! My best experience at a nail salon since I’ve moved out here.

💌sorry I must recant my visit to Nail and Lash I asked for one service and they tried their best to change it so I didnt get my gel nail.. Ill move on. I wanted the nail gel soaked off my fingers but instead they insisted that they would file it off the the electric file which takes layer of nail off your fingernails. Every place Ive gone before uses acetone soaked cotton with aluminum foil wrapped.. plus when I got the appt I asked Melody was she able to do what I needed done. Her reply was Yes. Please dont tell me anything on the phone just to get me there.I WANT WHAT I WANT Ill just move on some else where..No offense

Absolutely the worst experience. Requested a soak off and new overlay on my own nails. They soaked and drilled off after repeatedly requesting for them to be soaked off. The tech absolutely butchered my nails. Thinning them down to the shape he wanted. When I said I didnt care for the shape he started being rough. He never finished however I paid full price. Would not recommend if you have real nails.

My nail tech, Vicky i believe?, did an absolutely phenomenal job on my pedicure. She was attentive, sweet, asked me about my day and just an over all amazing experience. There was so much laughter and Joy in the salon that it immediately made me feel right at home.. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for Their Place.

I love going to Nail and Lash. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and Ive been going to Nail and Lash for 5yrs. They are amazing and the nails last so long. I love the Cat eye Polish and get that as a treat. Melody and Tina are amazing and always make my nails look so amazing. I even get my eyebrows waxed here and they always look flawless after they are done. Thank you Nail and Lash for making me look fabulous.

Every time that I visit this place the Price Raises and there is no valid reason why...The Men in the shop will do the services and have Melody Nguyen to ring the customers up, she always adds the total extremely higher than the actual price then request to be paid Cash or Cash App for a discount.It is impossible to build a relationship and be a returning customer with these prices!The quality of work is Decent at Best!

After being convinced by My boyfriend to come here, i must say thus is the best place in my entire 8 years of living in Virginia Beach. I got an eyebrow wax and henna by Melody and my brows have never looked better !

I did a Walk-in and was taken right away. I came in for a pedicure and Gel nails. I received the CBD pedicure by Vickie which was Absolutely AMAZING and relaxing. I got my nails painted while I was getting my pedicure. Melody offered eyebrow tinting. So I went for it. She also did a great Job. The Tint did not last more than a few days. But they looked really nice. Definitely a Wonderful 1st time experiencing. Its been a Week and nails still look Great! :)

My first visit was the week of my wedding in June. I set an appointment to get my nails done and when I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Melody was phenomenal and she exceeded my expectations. I had sooo many compliments on my nails and how well they matched my ring💍 (pic 1)I was amazed the crystals lasted over a month, I wasnt able to get a fill until then. I went back and showed Melody a photo and she wowed me again. I posted image of what I asked for and what I got on Facebook and Everyone loved it.😍I will definitely be going back!

*Update 1/25 polish has peeled off of 6 nails, lifted at cuticle on the other four.*Update 1/12 Six of my 10 nails have lifted off at the cuticle.Fast service, no appointments needed, 4 of my 10 nails lifted and peeled off after 2 days. Other times Ive gotten Gel it has lasted me a month. This hasnt lasted a week. I was charged $5 more than the price posted online and in the shop. Metal tools arent sterilized after use, only shoved in a drawer. Disposable emery boards reused. I do not have nail fungus. I will not go back.

Ive tried to give them a chance. I have real nails and only request my gel polish be changed and a pedicure. I sat in the pedi chair until the hot water turned cool and the woman doing my feet sis my pedi in less than 10min. I said to her now I know you not done already and she said yes and had the nerve to be upset with no tip. Im all for fast service but dont make me feel rushed because Im paying you NOT the other way around. The next day my gel polished chipped on one finger and my left hand looms as if I need a fill in..HOW I got them done Thursday. I DEFINITELY will not be spending my coins here anymore! Everytime I come its a difference in peice now who pays 30 for a nail polish change ? Unreal

I’ve been going here for over 15 y/o. Until last year I live less than 2 miles away. I moved and now drive 29 miles for my appointment. I would stand up for them anytime. Tina is my girl, eyebrows come looking flawless (natural) nothing done w/pencil. It’s my treat every five weeks wax, pedicure and facial. Once I go back to work I’ll resume gel nails nothing over the top. Owner and husband are sweet as well. If Tina is running behind she always call to tell me my new time. The shop is light, airy and clean. Please don’t get this confuse wig shop by Harris Teeter. The salon is next to the Chinese place next to the Food Lion.
