I was reluctant to go to this place to get my pedicures done but I gave them a chance because I went there before but this time the place was not clean and the lady cut my feet. I was very disappointed in the service as they are supposed to be professional and know what to do with people pedicures. Using gloves is good however it doesn’t allow you to guess people skin and what needs to be shaving off. I will not return and I’m telling others to please spend your money somewhere else. There are others places in the area that do a much better job. If I spend my money for quality service then I expect just what I paid for and nothing extra like a cut on my feet. Dissatisfied period!

It was okay.. I went to get my eye brows waxed. It was quick and clean so no complaints. Just alittle expensive for me.

My nails fell off within a week, it was to wide and I went back so they can fix them and he made them a little smaller which was better. Until couple days later they start falling off.

I am very satisfied. You guys always does a fantastic job. Will recommend. Keep up the good work. Thanks again.

Ive been getting Manis and Pedis there for years. They are super sweet friendly and very good at what they do!! I definitely recommend!!

They are always polite and professional. Theyve taken the time to know my personal preferences without me having to explain each visit. They also recognize my brothers and I separately and take the time to ask how each is doing when one of us is missing.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I got my nails done and the work was so sloppy. The acrylics didnt even cover the corner on most of my nails and the shapes were all uneven which was driving me crazy cause all nails look different. Some of them are very thick and others are bumpy with lots of air bubbles. Plus my nails hurt so much in the following days and I later found out that its because you shouldnt use a drill on your natural nail which is exactly what the guy did to my nails. The longer I kept my nails on, the more dissatisfied I was with with I got. I honestly wish I had read the reviews before I went. I definitely wont be returning!

Not rushed and very relaxing

I love the fact that you dont smell fumes as my daughter is with me when I come to get my eyebrows and pedicures done. This is my second visit. I loved the hot rocks of the spa pedicure! I will definitely return.

I love coming to Lovely Nail. Kim does an excellent job on my hands and feet. I personally love the hot rocks with the massages. I enjoyed my visit and she talks to you and remembered i went on trip last visit and asked if i enjoyed myself. This is definitely the best place for me😀

I called at 7:55pm and asked if they had space for two pedicures this evening . They said absolutely and we walked in 5 after 8 . They close at 8 ... very kind of them to take us despite their hours and with a storm coming no less . We were ushered in and set down right away . They were very attentive and it was super peaceful . No rush through to get out or anything . Really enjoyed our experience!

Yes theyre cheaper than many other spots, but it shows in their work. Got my nails done here yesterday and they did not do a good job. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. They didnt bother to even them out or compare to make sure everything looked the same or at least similar. They also dont have that many gel colors to choose from and the ones they claim they do offer look nothing like what it looks like on the swatch. They also didnt have some of the colors they claim to have. I understand being out of a color but then at least let people know before they choose it. My gel is also all uneven, crusty, bumpy in some spots and way too thin in others, and they didnt bother to actually cover my entire nail either. They also made my fingers bleed more than once.

Everyone was nice but I didn’t expect to pay $40 for my 10 yr old nieces nails. And they are crooked beyond repair because they are so short. I had to tell the guy like 5 times they were to long because she plays sports(basketball) then they added designs and didn’t ask me then tried to charge extra. Me and my sister got the same pedicure package and we started at the same time but hers was rushed. Then when it was time to pay my sister was asking about the price for my niece and she was being very impatient and rude. Definitely won’t be coming back. It was a short notice trip anyways

I should have listened to the reviews... he ripped... LITERALLY ripped my existing dip powder off. broke my nail that took me almost 3 months to grow out. now i have to cut all of them this short. never walked in and out so fast. don’t try it!!! he put my hand in a ziplock bag of i think acetone? the smell was so bad i was gagging. he had no idea what he was doing while the other two workers were laying on the pedicure chairs watching videos at a loud volume

They do a really great job on your pedicures. Just really wish they wouldnt feel the need to show all the crap they scrape off my feet. I know my feet have callouses, hence the visit for a pedicure. Other than that, prices are good, clean facility and they are very nice.

Started out ok.....but quickly went down hill. Switched out the person doing my pedicure toi think the manager. She rushed through and kept making excuses. Changed the color of polish I requested and chose a color that was ridiculous. Uneven coverage. My manicure went down hill even further. No attempt to remove my old polish even though I pointed it out. Nails not even. Then switched out person afain. Not consistent.RUN.....DONT USE THEM!!

This salon is horrible.... they’re always in a rush looking out the door to see who’s coming ... I always get my gel nails done here because they’re close to my house but one day the owner tried peeling the old gel polish off my hand without soaking them when other times they would soak it... it was to late before I could say anything he BROKE MY REAL NAIL! My nails were long and he broke my pinky nail all the way up to the flesh. He glued my REAL NAIL back on that’s was it ...I tried to get up and go somewhere else but they said they’ll give me a discount which end up being 3 dollars off remember he BROKE MY REAL NAIL. I will never go Back

Went in for a pedicure with my fiance, upgraded to spa pedicures.... one of the worst pedicures I have ever had... the guy doing my pedicure recklessly cut my toenails and didnt even file them until I specifically asked that he did... after going back and forth about how the nails should be filed.... which I only requested that they were even... I wasnt being difficult and didnt have an outlandish request... I ended up asking him for the file and filed my toe nails myself in the salon.... the massage portion was awful/nonexistent... and his painting was horrendous... I requested that he repaint my two big toes even tho none of them were painted smoothly.... when he repainted them they still were not smooth or even had even coverage and he was extremely sloppy with the top coat... when I left I had nail polish all over my toes and a paint job that my son could have done better.... if i at least had an even smooth paint job on my toes i could have over looked everything else.. this entire experience was awful

Went for first time 1/2/17. Place was empty when we got there, they took 2 hours to do a 1st of nails because she had to reduce my nails 3 times. Polish would not dry or dryers were not working properly. There were roaches crawling all over (dont put your purse on the floor). Will not go back!

Crappy nail service all the way around. Sloppy, rushed work with no attention to detail. The pricing is ok, but the employees arent very friendly. Id skip this place and try another place around the corner.

Ive never walked out of a nail salon before mid session. Terrible quality. Terrible experience.Walked in, asked for a pink and white fill and a pedicure. The woman took me at her table, I showed her my four nails that were cracked across the center, she said they would repair them. Then she sat there and talked to me for a few minutes, not doing my nails. I eventually asked if we were waiting for the man to do my nails, she said yes. I reiterated that I would like a pedicure as well, and she ushered me back to a seat.As she was doing my toes, the man came over with his electric buffer and started filing down my nails. Not just soak off and file, but actually plugged himself in and started my nails, pink powder and all.Long story short, he eventually stopped and said wed finish when my pedicure was finished. I asked for the 35$ pedicure and the color changing polish. She informed me this was gel and I said ok.When I went to his table he was talking about painting on the white, which is when i started to get upset. I explained this defeats the purpose of pink and white powder, which is also more expensive. You could also still see where my nails were visibly cracked under the new pink powder. My nails were different lengths, and after two requests finally to desired length. He never cleaned under my nails and when I asked him to, he handed me the metal thing and I had to do it. Dont worry, Ill paint over it After cleaning two nails, I realized how ludacris the entire situation was. I told them I was finished and I would go elsewhere. This was after he finally agreed to take off three of the four broken nails, to repair them.I paid for my toes, which totaled 50$. Thats a 15$ upcharge for gel polish. Im still covered in oil, even after wiping down with a paper towel and itchy from the oil.I went across the street next to game stop, she soaked everything off, made them beautiful again, and ended up only paying 45$ for my nails.Dont go here. Dont settle for subpar service and nasty attitudes. The man was patient and nice, even after I said I was leaving, the woman not so much even prior to.

They sucked!!! I just got my nails done and it is already peeling off my nails the same day. My friend also went there and her nails are still sticky. I would never go back!! She even cut my pinky!! If I could give this negative stars I would!!

This place is garbage. The manager gave my wife a pedicure and bruised/scalded her legs. When I called to let him know that my wife was hurt and upset he didnt offer an apology or a refund.Go literally anywhere else.

Got a full set done and they did awful. They werent careful with my nails at all. Made 3 of my fingers bleed and now my nails are coming off a week later. They also left bubbles in the acrylic. Will never go back to them again!!
