Lily is amazing! Im very particular and only like the liquid build up gel on my nails, (which ages me) not many techs can do it but she does an AMAZING JOB!!

Been 2 weeks since manicure with gel polish. . .NO CHIPS, SCRATCHES ORMARKS. Look as good as the day they were done. HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Lily is my girl she knows what I like and dont like. Lily always makes my nails look extravagant and I love 💘 for that!!! I’ve been going to this nail salon for a long time now with my mom. they are super nice & their prices aren’t too high. lilly is my favorite when it comes to nails. she’s super nice & she goes out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied with your experience. i also get my eyebrows done here and they are perfect. couldn’t be more satisfied 💕

Ugh, long story short... Ive been coming to this place off & on for years. Today I went to get a full done... I walked in pleasant service. Insat down, the older gentleman did my nails. He shaped them the way I asked etc. Now, when it was time to polish them...he applied so much polish that it took away from the stiletto shape. Anyways, I paid... left... called back to the shop explained to the young lady about my service etc. She stated to come back to get them corrected. This time around, I still wasnt pleased... but it its whatever at this point. I will no longer go back to this nail shop... yeah its $33 dollars, but hell I can go take that drive out norfolk to where I know I can the service I need. If this place cant do a basic nail shape & polish i know damn well they cant do nails with rhinestones etc... btw, 2nd trip... I got my eyebrows waxed for $9 ... Had no intention but its whatever, she wasnt gonna fix my nails without me spending more money with a tip. Smh. First photo is the guy that did it... 2nd is the correction... btw, still not pleased !

I didn’t like my nails at all. They didn’t come out good i said I wanted light colors got dark they might as well have just soaked my old set off but instead they told me i had to do dark and completely ruined my nails. I’m very upset last time I came the nail tech did good but I won’t be going to them again. I trusted the process and got let down.

I go to four different places for my nails, feet eyebrows and lashes. I come here for my feet and they do a great job! I am very picky about the services I receive but this place satisfies each time.

I ordered the classic pedicure for $25, paid with a credit card $25, but when I checked my account they charged $30. Be careful when paying with debit or credit. I certainly hope those $5 was worth my repeat business!

Not perfect @!!

I went a little over a week ago and got a pedicure and my eyebrows done and that’s all I planned for both turned out excellent! I spoke with the lady and she said they do dip which I decided to do as wel! It looked excellent until the very end when I put my hands in the hand dryer, when I pulled them out about half of my nails were wavy, so she had to redo them 2 more times until we finally decide to do a gel clear top coat after that I was very pleased with the end product but it definitely took 30 minutes longer than intended to do them. They’re not thick and they look very natural. I plan on going back to get dip again just this time hoping it doesn’t take as long :). I spent $66 for pedicure, dip, and eyebrows.

I rarely get my nails done but I always go here to get my eyebrows done. Lilly does an awesome job! There are two other ladies there that have done my eyebrows and have done a good job as well. I have tried other places closer to me but I rather take the drive and know that my eyebrows will come out right.

I am loyal to this salon. They stick to there guns.....

Amazing work

Very disappointed! Ive been going here for about 8 years. I usually get my eyebrows, pedicure, and thats about it. I decided to do something different and get my nails done. I had to come back and have someone finish one of my nails that was still showing because I didnt notice that night And obviously she didnt either the lady seemed out of it where she forgot to paint my thumb as well, then as i finally get home and take a picture to send to my friends they asked why she didnt paint from my cuticle down..she left a gap which looks like I need a fill in. Why I didnt notice before, I think I was tired. Anyway so I go up there a week later (because i work) and they had a nerve to tell me that that was my nail growing out already.....what? Then when I showed her the picture of that night she changed it up and said that they dont go to the cuticle because its unhealthy???? No the girl messed up so instead of apologizing and trying to fix it, they recommend me to do my nails all over again but get this...pay them again😂 hell no I gave them $40 plus $15 tip knowing she was messing up and you want to charge me again?? There are a lot of nails salons around here so I will just take my business somewhere else! How you guys dont go to the cuticle but if you look on their website photos it shows they do! 🤔🤔 like i said very disappointed because its all about the money to them not customer service. Keep that attitude up and they will be out of business..

Charlotte did my nails and she was awesome! She was so gentle when cutting my cuticles I barely felt it and she paid attention to my problem areas, offered suggestions as far as nail colors and techniques, was friendly, and affordable. I will be returning!

I absolutely love this place and the technicians. Everytime I go, Im immediately greeted after walking in the door. They always take their time and I never feel rushed even if it is busy. I LOVE the designs done on my nails each time. I usually just say do whatever you think is best with a certain color and they always ace it. Ive never walked out disappointed.

My experience at Perfect Nails was not the best. All I asked for was a set of acrylic nails and I had trouble understanding the woman that was doing my nails. Also, When I asked for a French Manicure they told me that they could not do it. Lastly, they only do certain styles of nails such as square and oval.

Went in and imediently had a bad feeling but still decided to get my nails done since my mother in law said they did he nails great. The lady who did my nails answered the phone twice and seemed upset with me when I showed her some of my nails that were uneven. She did a good job on my m.i.l. but as for me she rushed through the service like she just wanted me out the door. My polish is uneven and bubbly and my nails are thick and not even the right shape. I decided to go to my normal nail place to have them fixed instead of having them mess them up more. Totally not worth the $30 spent.

My daughter turned me on to this place, always friendly and pleasant. Its my new go to place. I love it!

I love it there

I have mixed feelings about my experience. My kids took me for my first pedicure, so I was excited. We all got something, so it was two mani pedis, a full set and even the baby got her nails done, which was adorable. I loved my pedicure, but both my girls were dissatisfied with their manicures. Mine was done by a different person, and although I liked how they came out she wasnt really listening to me, and when one of her regulars came in her attitude changed and she completely rushed through the rest of the manicure. I would have been ok with her letting someone else finish rather than feeling like I was in the way. If we came back I would select a specific person and make an appointment so I knew there was time allotted for me. Part of getting your nails done is the pampering, and that was kind of lacking.

First time, and I had a good experience

My nails are so lopsided and bubbly. I got coffin shaped nails and none of them look the same and the nail polish is bubbly and way too short

The man who did my nails rushed. The nails were sloppy, he used wayyy too much glue on my nails, the gel polish had bubbles and didn’t even cover the whole surface of my nails. Not only were the nails trash, the customer service was trash as well. Will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone.

First and last time going here went in for a pedi n mani after my half way done pedi i got up and left. The guy doing my pedi cut down my nails to low where the skin was showing and i was told i was suppose to tell him how far to cut my feet down smh.. And my feet was not properly cut and cleaned and that blue/green gel they put on your legs is not good when they scrub it with a brush . will not return at and you would think if this is your first time they would be pleasant .. I have pictures its just sad

I would never go here ever again in life worst place ever... Wish I could do no stars
