My teenage daughter and I visited during our vacation based on the other positive reviews and were very pleased. Both of us felt that the two providers who served us really took their time and great care, despite how busy they were. Were both thrilled with our nails!

Just went in for my first time and walked right in and was greeting with friendly smiles and was sat right down!! I had explained to van that the other place that did my nails really messed me up so I was excited to try this place! She was so friendly and so so sweet and my nails look absolutely incredible and for the price you CANT beat it!!! Everyone was amazing and I WILL be going back time and time again!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Can’t say it enough!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

I cant speak of everyone, but this lady butchered my eyebrows. She didnt leave them smooth or even the same size. They were more jagged than a serrated knife and the woman still had the gall to tell me they were ready. I wanted to ask her if she would be OK with eyebrows like this on her, but Im sure the answer would be no because she gets them done somewhere that does them well.Which, by the way, I recommend Perfect Nails at 3208 Holland Rd, 117, Virginia Beach. They are much better and very friendly.

Did very good job on my acrylic nails with gel coating. One problem is that had too many people waiting for service. They would greet everyone who came in and tell them to pick our color, or would have them sit with acetone liquid on their nails and have them wait a longtime and kept telling them it would only be 5 or 10 minutes. When in fact it was at least an hour wait.

2 people worked on me. I on feet I on nails it was so relaxing. They do a good job and they give out discount coupons if you are a regular. Of course I give a tip but its nice to get a few $$$ off.

This was such a wonderful experience! I needed my shellac removed and just a fresh coat of clear. They were able to complete the entire process in only 30 minutes, but also added a nail shaping, buffing, and cuticle trimming all for only $15. I was really impressed, and my nail tech was so incredibly sweet.I had come here after waiting for 40 minutes at Anthony Vinces (just around the corner). I had come in and they said yes, just a few minutes, take a seat. 40 minutes later and they still hadnt seen me yet... so I left and tried out Diamond Nail. and I am so glad I did!

Fantastic shop!! My sister and I visited a few months ago and had a great experience. The staff are friendly and very professional, and when we visited today they treated us like old friends. :) Love the Tigers Eye nail designs and will be returning to get them redone in chrome, well worth it!

I came in very close to closing time, didnt plan on getting nails done bc it was late. However they welcomed me in. They made me feel so comfortable as if they actually wanted to do my nails (thats something I rarely see anymore no matter what time it is) These girls went out of their way to make sure their work was not only to my liking but up to THIER standards as well!! They did a GREAT job! I ended up getting a pedicure as well! Havent had such friendly outstanding service in a long time. Not to mention the prices.. more than fair!

My first time here today, Followed by a friends recommendation. I absolutely loved the staff working here, they all so warm, friendly and happy. Very beautiful, sweet smiling lafies today that make you feel comfortable/homey. My technician was wonderful, she was patient with me, helped me figure out what I wanted and went the extra mile to give me exactly what I was visioning. She was so sweet and very talented!! I changed my mind mid service on the length of my white tips, my technician was so patient/understanding and made it happen, which I know is difficult to deal with/do, i felt bad I changed my mind like that & but she didn’t get upset at all, had no problem in fixing it for me & making me fall in love with my nails. I am so grateful for her hard work & effort! I trusted her to shape and do my nails, I tried the pink and white and a different shape than usual she made my nails beautiful!I rarely review places but I had to!! Literally Best French Tip nails I have ever had, best service I have ever had and everyone is so easy to talk to, felt right at home. I will definitely be back! 10/10 & Im pretty picky, sensitive with my nails typically, but never have I been more pleased as I was today 😍 Thank you ladies!!!! Definitely found my new spot!

Had a bad nail job. The nail tech mad me feel uncomfortable, she made me feel like I interrupted her day & she did not do a professional job. My nails were so thick, oddly shaped & the paint job she did was not what was shown to me. When she finished she just got up & walked to the back of the salon. She had a little girl come out & ring me up. I will not be back.

This is a new place for me. So far, no complaints.
