I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. I let them know that I wanted to get my full set first and they repeatedly asked me if I was sure that I didn’t want to get my pedicure first. The pedicure is more relaxing and that is what I want done last. I asked the manicurist how much extra it would cost to get the massage like they do in a manicure with my full set. She responded “I don’t do that.” I asked her to ask someone because I wasn’t sure that she understood me. Well, at Anthony Vince, they WILL NOT provide a hand massage with a full set EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO PAY FOR IT!

While my nails were done beautifully I feel like I was heavily overcharged, I’ve been here multiple times and had been overcharged every time. Unfortunately I wanted to give them more chances at the expense of my bank account. Most recently I was charged $70 for simple purple nails that shouldn’t have been over $45-$50. The Anthony Vince in Landstown never overcharges me and I was surprised to still be overcharged here.

Got this done on 7/2 and today is 7/6 when it chipped. My nails were done by Brian. Very rough and painful manicure experience. He pulled my hanging nails roughly and used the spinning tool to clean my cuticles instead of gently cutting it. I would never come back to this place. Pricey too! $50 for this dip cheap manicure.

This girl must be new because I’ve never seen her before I also haven’t been here in a couple of months. My pedicure was so bad, I didn’t even bother to get my manicure done. I now have to go home and do my feet myself after paying $50 to get them done. She played on my feet the whole pedicure, as if she didn’t want to do them. From my soak up to the application of my polish was done poorly. She put the wet towels on top of my shoes. When I first found this place (a year ago) I was ecstatic, because I had finally found somewhere that took care of my hands and feet properly. Not today, I don’t live in VA Beach anymore so they’re definitely no longer worth the drive. I’ll be looking for a new nail tech, closer to home. Nail tech: Elvira

Ive been hunting for a great nail salon for some time and Ive finally found it!! I was so impressed with the service here! Jenny took her time and her attention to detail was outstanding. I got EXACTLY what I wanted! My full set is absolutely beautiful! I cant stop looking at my nails! Will definitely be coming back!! Very happy customer!

I got dip powder nails and the staff was friendly and helpful. I usually go to a different salon but this was closer to me and they were able to fit me in last minute! However my nails started to chip within 3 days and just progressed from there. I’ve never had my nails chip that fast, for manicures, I would recommend going to another location

This was my first time going to this place because my usual salon was booked for the day. I usually get dip powder and it will last without chipping for 4 weeks I got these done on 6/16 and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks since they started chipping and finally broke off today. Super disappointed.

Love this place! Never disappoint and always do the designs exactly how I want. Hardly ever cut my fingers when doing acrylics (which is uncommon) and always finish in a professional, timely fashion. Technicians are very social and informative when I ask questions.

Our technicians were amazing !! It has been a long time since I’ve received great service, care, and great quality service. I do not like the drill on my nails and they listened to me and used an alternative. No other nail salon has done that they just ignored me and used the drill anyways. They took their time and made sure we were happy. My husband, 4 year old and myself went right when they opened and as busy as they were they still did not rush. My 4 year old messed up her polish and they offered to fix them no problem. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.

Super nice staff! I would suggest you make an appointment. This place fills up pretty quickly. But the staff here is professional and nice and they moved everything along so efficiently. They must have an autoclave to sterilize their instruments that they use for pedicures which is so awesome. Check this place out! Its great! My coworker and i had a good time!👍

I’m changing my review of this place. I came here with my daughter and called to have an appointment scheduled to have a princess manicure and a gel manicure done. I came in and there was no to greet us. It was busy and I assume so but what didn’t make sense was that I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and yet I had to put my number in to not check in but to wait over 45 mins to finally realize that whoever picked up my call did not schedule me and my daughter in. It’s a shame because when I first came here I loved this place but one thing I can not stand is to wait when I scheduled ahead of time. My time meant nothing to them.

Visited on vacation and will not return. The man that did my manicure and pedicure flew through the polish application, leaving it quite uneven. I did not feel like a valued customer.

Went in for gel mani. Nail tech sliced open my cuticle when he made a cut while turning his head to talk to another nail tech. I asked for a bandage. He didnt understand what I was asking for, and instead wiped off blood with one of their washcloths, then pulled out a random stick of some product out of his drawer and applied it directly to the cut (getting my blood on whatever the product was), then asked me to put my hand in the UV lamp. What?! Just give me a band-aid, dude. While the cut was still bleeding, he tried to use a drummel on the bottom part of the nail, thus getting my blood on the drummel. I became concerned about their cleanliness and asked again for a bandage. When he pulled out the random stick of whatever, I went to the front desk. Manager couldnt be bothered while he was doing another manicure. Another nail tech got me a bandage and tried to put alcohol on my cut. I explained I was concerned about the use of multiple shared tools/products on my cut. She didnt understand me.While their sloppiness, lack of concern for customers, and inability to understand what customers are saying are all bad, Im very concerned about their ability to operate a hygienic salon.

Wifes birthday AND sister-in-laws in town. Got them all pedicures and manicures. They loved it. I am now at the top of everyones Christmas list!!!

Felt very discriminated against on visit from management! On more than one occasion the first time thought it was just me then when I was asked to wait outside after I received service and was waiting for my daughter my children felt the same way I knew it wasn’t me!! Will not return to spend my hard earned money!

I called ahead of time for an appointment. Once I arrived I waited almost an hour to be serviced. A party of three signed in after me for the same service and was serviced first.

Loving this place!! I have been doing the powder dip and it has been the most relaxing experience yielding the most beautiful nails.

I scheduled an appointment with my favorite nail tech Jessie (love her) but the whole experience was ruined by management when I waited over an hour to be seen as well as my friend because we both scheduled with her. I was denied my birthday discount because I came in one day early apparently?? And management told me I could come back ON MY BIRTHDAY for my discount?? After getting my nails done today?? It made no sense and neither did the way they moved our appointments and made me wait to be seen after this had been in the books for WEEKS. Super unprofessional behavior and extremely disappointed .

I just moved here and needed a new nail technician. This place is clean, organized, and classy. The staff are friendly people and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Gina does my nails and I love it. Shes great with acrylic; she really knows what shes doing. Ive been coming here for a couple months now and this is definitely where I will continue to go.

Even though I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning, they got me in quickly, which was nice. The technician did a wonderful job, and all the employees were very patient with a couple of Karens that were in there. My hat is off to them for that! My feet & toes look much better now 🤗

Due to recommendations and good reviews, I decided to give this salon a try for some long time needed pampering. I was very disappointed by my service. The technician never introduced herself, was on her cell phone during the service and didn’t really seem to care that I was there. She also didn’t conclude the service at all. Just walked to the next tub and started working on someone else.After a few hours when I got home, I noticed that my heels were just as dry and my feet find feel any different than how I walked in. I rarely get to treat myself to such things so, I’m quite disappointed. Will not be recommending this business.

It was ok.. she didnt prep my nails just glued on the fake nails. Theyre always busy which I a good thing but too busy to give full attention to the job..

Horrible nail experiences at this place. The most recent time, I came in with my daughter, and I wanted to just get a quick manicure. Manicure was going okay, but I was getting a leopard print design. The way it came out was not great. So, I decided I wanted just plain polish and design. One: The tech tried to get me to accept to the design. Even had people come try to convince me after looking and laughing. So, obviously it wasn’t great. Two: there was drama with the manager for either her messing it up or me wanting it off. He just was very nasty. Three: when I wanted a refund for JUST the design. Gina came over to process the refund, and gave me so much attitude because I wasn’t understanding the process. Later, I realized she didn’t want to process a refund. She instead wanted me to consider the designs a tip instead of tipping. After this experience, I didn’t even know how much I wanted to tip, so I wanted her to process a refund.This wasn’t even the worst part!!!!! The worst part was, as soon as my services started, the manager just focused in on me and my daughter. Every time I looked up, he was looking at us. The whole salon was full (bridal party I think), but he constantly stood by us and watched us no matter what. He acted like we were going to steal. He also seemed irritated that my toddler was eating and watching her tablet ( & she was well-behaved/even the tech commented on how quiet she was). Also, didn’t enjoy my other manicure experience prior to this. That too involved designs and the manager’s attitude. Will never be back. Sure they won’t care.

I went earlier today (5/5/2021) to get a pedicure and overlay. I walked in, and no one even greeted me. It took them 5 mintues until someone finally asked me somthing. So as Im getting my feet done I noticed as soon other customers came in; they were greeted immediately. ( The whole time I was there; I was the only black woman). I had a hard time getting my overlay done cause the women didnt even understand what I was trying to tell her and when she finally did; It was horriblely done. She put the thinnest layer of acrylic on my natural nail, and the gel is alway peeling off one one nail. Ive been to Anthony Vince before but not this location. I will never ever visit this location again. Its just ridiculous how the gel is already peeling . I wasted $99 dollars today and now u have to go get it fixed.

The people here are great, but my dip powder chipped on 2 fingers on my 2 week mark. They fixed both. But literally on my 3 week mark, 3 NAILS chipped!!! I’ve never had dip powder chip like they did so quickly.

I love this place and Im a dude. This was the place I got my first pedicure with my lady and let me tell you the employees treat you great. They are kind and professional.Beware though just dropping in for a quick pedicure is not always gonna be so quick. This place seems to be very popular so plan to wait 10-15 minutes during busy hours.

We went in to get our nails done for my wedding!!! Vivi did my nails and lucky waxed my eyebrows and did my toes! They both were extremely professional and the sweetest! My best friend got her nails and toes done by jay who reassured us that what ever we wanted was what we were going to get!! She did a sick marble design on my friends nails. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back!

I made an appointment earlier in the week for a mani and gel for 3:30 today with a specific person. I signed in minutes early was acknowledged and they took someone else. They seated me at 4:33someone else with the lady I had an appt with and did not try to seat me with someone else. No acknowledgment. I approached the managed several times within the HOUR. Be just said, sorry, we busy!” No one else was waiting at this point and not one person tried to make this right.one hour later, 4:30 pm. on Valentine’s Day and out of town tomorrow. Horrible customer service. The attendants were laughing and I felt like leaving, but everyone will be closed. I am a patron here and never once did someone come to my seat and say, we’re sorry and will take care of

I normally go to Anthony Vince at Landstown and I love it.Since I was in the area, I decided to try this here.Well, my mistake. The girl made my nails so short, that if I show the palm of my hand you cant see my nails. It look like a kid nails.The color I chose, wasnt the color she used on my nails.She rushed on the process, and in the end didnt give a massage like the other salon does ( and I appreciate it)Its also more expensive.Ill stick with what I know and like, even if I have to drive all extra 20 minutes.Im sure she did her best, but I didnt like that I dont have long nails anymore. Luckily my nails grows fast.

The guy who did my pedicure was nice, but he told me the ATM was a 25 cent fee and it charged me 6 dollars so that’s very annoying and unprofessional to lie to people.

My nail technician was so rude to me. I ask him do not use drill on my nails for take of my shellac. And he say if I know how to do nails I can do them at home.

I was treated very bad by the manager. I entered the salon showing him the text message I received from their spa and he oked it. When my service was finished he denied it and said the coupon was for the wrong location. There is no coupon code on the coupon. He was acting as if I was getting this code from someone else. I visit several locations and they all sent me a text to return. After my service, I received another text that showed up proving the code came from his store. He was dishonest and cheated me of the discount. The discounts only work when he wants them to work. Also my feet were not completely smooth when they dried. I pay for the upgraded spa and tipped.

I enjoyed my time here for manicure and pedicure. Have to get back sometime. Thank you for the design.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very relaxing pedicure. My regular pedicurist is still out due to COVID so I went with another girl and she was amazing! I’m on my feet all day so the sugar scrub massage and massage with lotion is my favorite part. She didn’t disappoint. I will be back monthly now that things are opening back up.

Nail places are normally a dime a dozen, I’ve never been to a nail salon so nice that I’ve specifically wanted to come back again. Anthony’s reallyblew me out the water. I asked for what most places would consider a difficult design, Vibi did a great job, and the price was even greater. She was really particular with how she shaped and filed my nails, instead of rushing or half-doing the job. They feel like good quality and look even better. I think I’ve finally found my permanent salon :)Also, at first I didn’t like how my matte finish came out, I nicely asked about it and she noticed and redid it no problem. Made me feel super comfortable!

The only nail place I’ll go to. I drive all the way from Norfolk to go here. They always do an amazing job, no matter who you’re seated with (I always do walk in because my schedule changes too much to make regular appointments so I always have someone new).

Always great treatment by the staff. Been a regular here for years now. Def make an appointment it’ll get you in faster esp on the weekends! But you can expect great service and will make sure you love their work.

Not bad, was my first time going out to something like this with my wife for fun, we enjoyed it.

The staff was very professional. We were greeted at the door and asked to check in. The only service I requested was a polish change but the service was executed very well. She was very gentle and listened to my request. Will definitely be going back and I recommend them to anyone who wants professionals, not hood rats or ghetto fabulous at all.

Great find on our beach trip! The website is honest about the treatments, no exaggerations or hidden add-ons. I had the champagne and rose pedicure and it was wonderful! The staff was nice and friendly as well!

I am so happy with my new set of acrylics, they shaped them exactly how I wanted and they are all even.

I asked for a simple navy blue french tip with dip and got this. it took 3 people to “finish” my nails. the blue dip was bleeding into the “clear” part of nail and no one could seem to figure out how to fix it. when it came time to pay my total was $48 but got discounted to $45 (he subtracted the cost of the tips i “needed”). the artists asked ME how a different nail artist at a different salon did the colored french tip. i was in the salon for 2.5 hours and came out with the wrong design and color. we finished around 7:30pm and the next day at 10am one of my nails cracked in half and started bleeding.....less than 15 hours later.when it came time to pay, i decided that $30 was more than enough to pay considering i’d spent an extra hour in the salon, the nails were completely wrong, and the overall inconvenience. when i told the man managing this he began yelling at me saying that COVID has made times hard. COVID did not mess up my nails. a nail tech did. He yelled across the salon that I had to pay so his kids could have meals. sorry, the nail tech messed up my nails, not the kids, not me. He also yelled across the salon that if i didn’t pay the woman who “fixed” my nails had to pay for me. i didn’t think this was right as i believe the tech who messed up the nails should’ve paid. He ended our interaction with yelling at me that i am cheap and never allowed to come back. Surprisingly, i was planning on continuing to use their salon until his last comment.Extremely rude and unprofessional management.

What is on tv creates the atmosphere of a space and HGTV was on, so I felt at home coming here. The first time I came in I had the greatest experience with a tech named Kim, I believe. She made me feel comfortable, gave me space and the conversation was light. I had shellac done. The service, my nails and toes, and overall experience with her were exceptional.The next time I came in, the news was on, the energy was angsty and it was busier. I had a different tech named Katie... Needless to say it was not as great as my first experience. At some point I felt uneasy, and that my nail job was rushed or not thoughtfully taken care of. I have had better. Hoping that they would be more mindful of patrons, and overall atmosphere. I like what she did, but its just okay.Turn off the news.

Love this place! I am SUPER picky when it comes to my nails, & they are so willing to work with me. super understanding & do great work. Amid the pandemic, they are going above & beyond to make sure clients are safe, requiring everyone to wear masks & they have plexiglass shields at each nail station. Will recommend to friends/family, & will be returning every time I need my nails done :)

I went in for a pedicure and was shown to a seat within 2mins. All of the people working spoke to me and said hello. For my manicure, I had a picture I liked from Instagram and my nails look JUST like the picture! I also noticed that the staff are very good about sanitizing the workstations, so don’t worry!

My friend and I had the worst experience at this nail salon. My friend wanted a manicure and pedicure and I just wanted a manicure. Our appointment was at 1 and we were here for two hours. My friend only got a pedicure because that took two hours and I got my dip manicure which took two hours. Not only did it take forever, my nails look awful. I have the thickest dip on my nails and i have already set an appointment with my normal nail tech for next week, whom has been on vacation for the past week. Just a complete waste of time and money, so annoyed.

I was able to get an appointment right away and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very clean and efficient. I got my eyebrows waxed n shaped

My nail tech, Kelly was horrible! She was rushing and skipping steps during my pedicure, only buffing the top of my nail. The polish was messed up on the side of the big toe and as a fix-she added another coat. I will NEVER spend my money here again.

I LOVE coming here! Everyone is always so friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Gina always does my nails and she is the absolute best. I get my nails done once a month and I never have issues with lifting or nails breaking. Ive been coming here for only about 6 or 7 months but I couldnt see myself going anywhere else!

I had a great experience from beginning to end! I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early and was called right around my appointment time. Vee was very thorough with wiping and sanitizing everything down before and after service which was great to see in these Covid times. She was very kind and professional and I’m really loving how great my nails look :)

My favorite salon in Virginia Beach! Vee is my technician but everyone who has ever helped me has done an amazing job. They do take appointments which makes it easy to get in when it’s convenient. Their location is clean and relaxing, especially during these COVID times.

Just made the switch to make this my permanent nail salon. It’s always such a calming and peaceful environment and they always treat me so good! The pedicure I got last time was amazing and my nails always look so awesome! Definitely recommend coming here at least once for an amazing experience!

My friends and I went here to get our nails done because I had gone here for my wedding nails and I loved what they did. I had asked to get a mani-pedi. With my pedicure, I walked away with my feet still feeling rough and he never gave me a foot massage... he only ever rubbed my leg for a few minutes; even though their “menu” said that the pedicure that I purchased included a foot massage. Once they started my manicure, I asked for an acrylic French tip set. I asked my nail technician if they can please push my cuticles back so that way the nails don’t look old. He told me that he would, but he never did. Now, after getting my nails done a few hours ago, my nails already look like they’re a couple days old. I am very disappointed with my purchase

They are absolutely amazing! The only place I will ever go to get my nails done! Everyone I’ve had do my nails has been absolutely amazing and continues to ask if they’re ok and if I like them, and if I don’t, they fix them right away! I called and asked to make an appointment with Gina and was told to come at 10:30. I sat for over 20 minutes and then Gina asked if I wanted to make an appointment with someone else because she had to pay bills. That’s so unprofessional. If she had to pay bills why set my appointment for 10:30. She apologized and said I have to pay bills. If that’s how you treat a customer I need to go to another location. I own business as well and would not treat my customers that way. Unacceptable!!!!!!

Loved it here!!! My friend and I made an appointment and showed up about 20 minutes early. They got us in right away. I got a pedicure and a full set for my maternity photos. The pedicure was amazing and my full set turned out better than I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work they did on my nails. My friend just got a full set and was extremely satisfied with them. They look beautiful!! To top it all off, the price was more than fair. Great pricing for the quality of work and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely be returning to this salon and plan for it to be my permanent spot.
