Horrible Horrible Horrible visit!!! When I first walked in I saw people that I knew and they were already complaining!!! One girl was fussing about the price being different and she didnt let them finish and the other was complaining also about the price being different and that her nails were ugly. Me hoping that my experience would be different I stayed 🥺 unfortunately it wasnt. I used the girl who sat in Kennys spot. She was rushing and very impatient. I ask her kindly to correct different things and she somewhat had an attitude. After she gave me my total of $60 I told her I pay the same price every time I come. She laughed and didnt say anything. Cherry came over and I asked her why did my price change and that for my last 3 visits Ive paid differently for the same service? To my surprise she was rude and said u ask that every time u come in here!!! I told her she must have me mixed up with some one else because Ive never disputed my price with her because I requested her and I always left large tips. I took my mask off so she could see my face and asked her do she know who I am and I told her she owed me an apology. She knew she was wrong but refused to apologize and just walked off mumbling being rude!!! She was very rude and unprofessional that others in there I knew was mad also. She Normally does my nails but my last 3 visits I let the owner and Kenny do my nails. I requested Kenny the last time I was there and I noticed she wasnt friendly that day. I think she got mad because I started using him. It wasnt that her work wasnt good, its was that it was a long wait to use her. But anyways as u can see my nails wasnt worth $60!! Look at these pics. I literally just walked out and Im sitting in the parking lot now doing a review. Horrible!!! I got a fill in and 2 designs 😥😥 ive been coming here spending $100 or more monthly for over 10 yrs. Sad to say this will be me and my familys last visit!!!

Very unprofessional. Cherry said she didn’t have time for a simple eye brow wax. I will not be coming back although I love Kenny, but I will recommend services elsewhere since this is not the first time I’ve had to deal with Cherry and her rudeness, also another girl who usually works at luxury nails. Very disappointed

Unfriendly unless you get Kenny or Cherry,sometimes Cherry is rude. The rest of them, no. They need to work on how they talk to all people, not just certain people. I will not be returning.

Regal Nails is the only place I go. My nail tech is awesome and she gives you exactly what you asked for. Ive been getting services at Regional Nails and Salon for the past 5 years so I am definitely satisfied.

Cherry is my main manicurist, she always is consistent but they are obviously under staffed so I have not been able to get Cherry even when I request her. I have been dissatisfied with my nails the last couple of months because other manicurist are working on me and they aren’t good. I got a refill and a week later my nails are lifting. I think I need to find a new shop

Only once when they were extremely busy and short staffed, was I unsatisfied with the job done. I was rushed through the painting process and it just didn’t look professional when finished. I even left a $10 tip for the manicurist bc I’m so used to them doing such a great job that I didn’t notice the polish mistakes until after I had gotten home. Overall though, if I were to include a few other salons, I’d have to say I really prefer the Regal Nails Salon in the Norman Dr. Walmart. I have to give at least 4 1/4 stars ⭐️

The staff was very nice but when it was almost time to go she started to rush and she started to mess up my nail there shape funny and theyre lifting up the white tip was showing where she try to paint them on and it started look funny...but they want me to pay 25 just to get a different color on my nail when they didnt even do my nails right in the first place... I dont recommend this nail salon ....please find a better nails place to get your nails done..NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

The girl who removed my gel nails messed up my nails horrendously. When she was removing them she cut my natural nail in the middle and it has been causing me pain for a month now. The rest of my nails also look terrible. I tried to give this place I chance but now I will never be returning. They have destroyed my natural nails.

I had Lina do my pedicure. She was fantastic. She took her time and made sure I was relaxed. This was the best pedicure i have ever had.

Having given up another salon, I was recommended to this salon for a great deal. I was a bit shy at first but surprisingly treated with expert knowledge, cleanliness and wonderful attention. I will certainly be a return client to this salon and ever grateful for an excellent experience.

Im a guy. No, Im not gay. But.....I did come here for a foot treatment and massage. I walk on concrete every day and my feet are always tired but after coming here they felt a lot better and rested. They treated me well and the massage was great. Good looking ladies with great skills

This was the worst nail service EVER! I usually don’t go here but was in a hurry and had just gotten groceries so I did. The man filed my nails down so much that when I took my nail polish off my nails are so brittle that they bend and break anytime touch them to anything, which hurts! I understand they have to file them down some to make the nail course for the polish, but I usually keep them done and I have NEVER had someone file them down that much. Not only that but my sns started chipping in 3 days which I went back the first time to get it fixed and then in another day they were chipping again so I didn’t even worry about it. My sns usually last me about a month to month in a half and I have never had it chip. This lasted me one week!

Love this place...service is always great and they are currently remodeling and just got new pedicure chairs. Y’all stop by and get your mani and pedi from here. Regal Nails, y’all have a customer for life.

Dont get your eyebrows done here, EVER! First time wasnt so bad I figured maybe they accidentally took too much off so it wasnt too uneven. Second time I went my eyebrows were completely uneven the left one was thick, full and had a perfect arch. But the right one she took so much off my eyebrow it was so thin it no longer had an arch and was almost gone. I dont understand why that happened when all I wanted was a clean up (which was discussed before the service) not a shape up. Now I have to grow out my eyebrows because theyre horribly uneven.

BEWARE- must have different owner. Been customer for awhile, Michael (which is no longer there) usually did my nails.I havent been able to have nails done since August of last year because of health (cancer & chemo). I was not prepared for price change/ wasnt told about it/ and wouldnt have paid $25 for a full set. At that price I can get them done closer to my home.I had brought $20 for the service and small tip. They called Kevin the owner, wasnt impressed with how he was going to fix the problem after explaining about coming there for awhile, why I hadnt been there in awhile, etc. His response was for them to TAKE THE NAILS OFF!To keep a customer I would have expected- I understand you werent aware of price change since you havent been in awhile because of health- naybe you could bring the $4. dollars when you come next time.Regal Nails is convenient since its located in WalMart, but. . .

My best friend and I just left here and I now gave to go to another salon to get the paint fixed. I told him how unhappy I was and he got an attitude and said fine I take off..you no pay. Tried explaining it was just the paint that I wanted fixed. Would do nothing to fix. My vrst friends nails looked worse than mine and she is getting martmar in 3 days.

Only place in town I use. Great service and anytime Ive been unhappy they have always gone the extra mile to be sure Im satisfied. My nails last extra long too! Love this place and highly recommend to others!

I love this place it is always clean, the people are so nice and kind, its just an good place to go and have your nails done and relax when you are getting a pedicure. Kevin dose an awesome job everytime he do my nails. It is just a very good place.

For 4 Months I Had Been Going Every 2Weeks & My Nails Were Rushed Thru & Just Sloppy .. But Today I Tested The Waters & I Met Mr. Lucky (Kevin). He Has Wonderful Customer Service & Does Awesome In Every Area Of The Nail Possible . Due To Previous Work, A Couple Of My Nails Had To Be Redone, But The Whole Set Once He Got Finished, Looked Like I Had Just Had My Overlay Done .. No Fill In . Im Do Happy With The Results & Will Continue Going If He Is The One To Do Them .. I Had Never Tipped In There Before But Today I Did & He Did Not Accept It ... But Anyway, Service Like His With The Nail Techs There Would Give Regal Nails 5Stars With Me !!! Thanks Again Mr. Lucky !!

Ive been in the area for 13 years and this was the only shop that I went too. Unfortunately they are now my last resort. Since Henry, Lilly and Vicky left customer service has waned. Seems like new staff weekly and they are rude. On one occasion, the man doing my nails was so rude almost to the point of abusive.When I mentioned it to the owner,Kevin, he sortof shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. Never in all my years getting my nails done have I been treated so badly.

One of there employees messed up my nails horribly. When I asked to come in and get them re-done they told me it was fine but when I got there they wanted me to pay. The whole time the young lady and the owner made me feel very uncomfortable so I decided to leave.

New to this area and after reading the average local reviews for salons in this town, I had little hope of finding a good convenient spa. Just happened to stop and shop at this Walmart and was pleasantly surprised. Wed early afternoon, salon had clients in chairs but still had staff available to get me in asap for a pedicure. Small location, but seems clean and sanitary, yes they use disposable bags in their pedicure tubs. Unfortunately I failed to get the young ladys name who did my service, but she was polite, pleasant, professional and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Price for a deluxe was very reasonable and she did a phenomenal job at painting a design on my toes. Definitely recommend and will return for another visit soon. Thank you.
