I have been going here for a while now and today I went to get a pedicure and I asked for express service when I sat down I can tell the girl was new but my thing is when you have someone in training let the customer know so that we have a choice to accept or decline because I was in her chair for almost two hours for a express pedi didn’t get gel it took a really long time for a 30 minute job and it’s just professional to let customers know that they’re in training and learning how to do the job and the owner was rude about the polish good service to some people and don’t care about about some people wants and needs all customers should be treated the same cause we’re paying our money

This is one of the best nail shops in Valdosta, GA. I love the environment and the workers who work so hard trying to please everyone; but they need a bigger location because everybody comes here. Today I had to wait for 2hrs. Until I got a full set manicure and I got there at 1pm which is the time they open up on Sundays. Theyre busy every day of the week so just expect to wait for a long period of time. I am going to find me another nail shop to go too cause theyre always changing the prices and my fill in dont last up to 2weeks anymore.

This is the worst manicure in my life. A girls did not do her job well.It is been only one week since I made it, and know I need to remake it because my nails looks awful. I will never go to this place again!

I usually do not do this but it looks like I have to. The nails always come out nice which is great. However the price is always different each time I go. This is a full set with gel polish was $60. I didn’t get a design or anything and that’s pretty steep. I paid the $60 because well, the service was already done. I’ve gotten a full set with gel and the length was longer but back then it was cheaper. If the prices have changed, then say that or explain the prices. There is no reason something as basic as this should be $60 especially when I’ve gotten them done here before and they weren’t that much. Highly disappointed and will be taking business elsewhere.

Im new to Valdosta and after searching various site reviews I decided on US Nails and I was not disappointed. I love my nails and I will definitely go back again!!

Great shop! Always courteous, professional, and well staffed ❤ Ive had many services from this shop, and they were all amazing. Pictured is the dip nail set I selected today and my pedicure... I have psoriasis with extremely dry cuticles and skin, and they always take the time to make sure the cuticle bed is completely clean, which takes much longer! I am always satisfied with my service🤩 They have technicians who can do amazing nail art too, but I dont wear acrylics! Open Sundays with great hours... closed Mondays.

I had a great first experience at this salon. I cant remember my techs name but I know it was not Nathan or Julie and that did worry me at first to be honest b/c I heard they were the best. But she did a great job! She was very neat and detailed. I gave her a picture and she delivered. I will be returning! The only con is that the environment was not as inviting as Im used to.

The workers at u.s nails have poor time management. I sat in there for 45 minutes and got told to wait another 45 as people who just walk in got service.

Hours posted state they are open until 5:30. Walked in before 5 and before even asking what service I needed- just yelled “we closed!” Okay, won’t be back.

I found US Nails on Instagram and I was very impressed with their work! I went in for the first time today and my experience was A+!!! A young lady named “B” did my nails. She did a manicure and gel dip on my nails and gel pedicure for my feet. B’s work is perfect!!! A lot of attention to detail. She is very respectful and professional. I am very happy with the service, the finished result, and the overall ambience at the salon. Thank you, B!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are so unprofessional, man was very rude and kept telling me 45 minutes and it was my birthday and they ruined it!

I previously had blue nail polish on and the old lady that does nails decided not to clean up the blue polish. The owner I’m guessing comes & tells me “it’s not a Big Deal!” This place once was my favorite place to be but since prior owners moved to Texas, this is what’s left here! SMH

Yesterday, I called the salon and I was told they did not take appointments. I came back today. My sister and I were the first two people there. We signed in first. We’re both African Americans. Three Caucasian women came in after us. When Nathan came in, without seeing who came first, he seated one of the Caucasian women. I told him we were there first. He responded, saying “she” had an appointment. Now I was just told the day before they did not make appointments! He was obviously lying! I will not be returning to this salon! My sister had been a faithful customer there for two years! This is discrimination. And it is unacceptable!

The nails turned out okay. They couldve gotten closer to the cuticle, so I wouldnt look like I needed a fill a week later. I also didnt like being moved from one nail tech to another. Unsure if ill return or recommend.

I just moved here for college and have had a hard time finding a good nail salon. Today I went in to get my toes done and I had such an amazing experience. I had Tim and he took his time on my pedicure he was also very kind and always making sure everything he did was okay with me. He offered me water right away. Definitely recommend him I will be going back.

Any design or color, very rarely doesn’t have a design. They do a spa pedicure correct, instead of skipping parts like other places. Nathan gives good customer service and acrylic nails. I don’t go anywhere else for multiple reasons!

The nails were cute while they last, however they didn’t last a whole two weeks. I don’t know what happened I thought I wold be getting a fill in today instead all but 5 nails have pooped off so I just clipped the other 5 down until I can go get them removed.

I had one bad experience and after that no more! Nathan and Julie are amazing and I would definitely recommend them. They are very good at recreating designs but they can also freestyle which I love! Great place!

I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year. Usually the stuff they do don’t bother me but today did it. I’m usually waiting outside prior to 10 every time I get my nails done. Came sunday and waited outside per usual. I was number 4. Once they opened he Nathan decided to service the person that was number 7. He hadn’t even started on the person that was number 1. How does that work. That is not fair. It should go in the order that you wait. Period. So due to the fact that I said something they told me they could no longer do my nails. It’s not fair at all for ppl to be there waiting in the sun but u servive ppl how you want !

I do not recommend coming into this nail salon. I went in a few days ago considering I needed to get my nails done and the reviews on here were good in which I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, they were busy and short on staff so I waited a good 15 minutes, that wasnt an issue for me. I am not sure what the ladys name was that did my nails, but she was not friendly and very rough while doing my nails. Im upset because I requested acrylic coffin gel nails, one of my nails was crooked and when I addressed the issue, the lady kept ignoring me and proceeded to massage my hands with lotion. Considering that I am paying $55 for nails, I expect to be treated with respect and as a valued customer. I requested to speak to the manager and instead of the lady apologizing she got up and walked away. I told the manager the issue and he basically brushed me off and was very rude. He had another lady fix my nail, but one thing for sure is that I will never step foot back into this salon ever again. I will be informing others who are looking to get their nails done as well. Very unprofessional nail salon !!!

I am very disappointed. Ive heard nothing but good things, and their instagram is fire, but today I came in to get my nails done but left with bare nails. Waited 30 minutes just to be seated and waited another 10 minutes and no one had even touched my nails. They did not offer anything to make the wait more comfortable, and i think the communication with customers can improve. I will not be returning to this salon.

I really use to like this salon, but after visiting today they have let customer service go down. I came in today for a only a pedicure and after waiting 35-40 minutes someone came in behind me and was seated instantly for a pedicure...15 minutes later someone else walks in and was seated for a pedicure before me. Niether of these people had appointments and signed in just as I did. That was my final straw and I left without being serviced or asked what the issue is.

I called ahead of time. They said no wait. Get in they loaded. Then they got sign posted due to the Covid-19 0bly 10 people allowed i counted 18 . They lie and unsafe all about making a dollar. I left. My opinion.

Very long wait time for pedicure (I arrived at 1pm and left at 3:30). However, staff was very friendly and professional. I was offered a drink. My pedicure turned out nicely and was a good price.

Nathan did a really good job on my fill in. He took the time to see what I wanted and didn’t rush. Also, willie is very courteous and humorous. He did a really good job on my feet!

First time visiting this place. The pedicure was only $25 but they don’t give a long enough massage. The staff was very nice and the location was clean.

Very polite staff. Too aggressive in techniques. Cut the skin on my daughters finger while trimming her cuticles. She had extensions and acrylic applied. The ends of the false nail didnt get covered well. She hurt her hand so bad she didnt wouldnt tell the technician cause was too afraid it would hurt when they try to fix. I had a pedicure done and the technician was grat but she kept messing up the polish and having to reapply. The technician that removed my acrylic nails should just try another profession. She didnt soak the nails at all. She just dug in under the fake nails and started popping the nails and acrylic off. Very painful by the way. Several clients got hit with acrylic. My daughter got hit in the eye with the projectile pieces. A 2 year old little girl got hit in the forehead and her mom almost got it in the face. The technician never said sorry or slowed down the pace. She just kept pushing along. At one point I had to stop her and tell she was hurting my hand. First and last time using this shop.

When I have the money I go more often, the service and quality of nails they do is great ❤️

Waited over an hour with a scheduled appointment and after finally being seated, Nathan could not bother to actually do my nails. He kept getting up to talk with coworkers and work on other people while I sat with partially done nails. This is my second experience like this and I will not return.

Finally I found a salon I really like. The staff are very nice, and know how to perform a good job. I will be going back to c Nathan, the nail man and Jennifer for a great pedicure.

Nathan does the best stiletto nails Ive ever had. Nobody else gets them as sharp as I like them to be and he always gives me beautiful designs. Thank you, Nathan! Xoxo, Your redhead friend.

They are amazing. Friendly and know what theyre doing. I used to go to walmart on Norman but they always did such a lousy job for such a high price so I ventured out and found this hidden gem! I recommend 100% you will not be disappointed.

My first time coming to this place was amazing. I randomly decided to get a mani and pedi on a Saturday afternoon. They immediately sat me down and gave me a couple of minutes to decide on my nail color. Anyway, overall I had a great time and 55 for a manicure and pedicure is pretty good price for for a great experience.

I Love going to US nails. I travel from Athens to Valdosta Just so Nathan can do my nails. He pretty much knows how to do everything and always make sure the customer is satisfy. Also check Julie out she is greaaaaat to you❤️

Got there at 3:30 didn’t start until 4:30 didn’t leave until 7:30 and I only got my toes done because once I got to the tables for sns the amount of dirt and bacteria horrified me. Worst nail salon I’ve been to out of the 6 years getting my nails done I never write reviews, I just felt I would want to know what I was getting myself into if I had the option

Way too crowded and scrunched. Not a relaxing place and it really needs to be better ventilated. The fumes are very potent and make me lightheaded if I stay for more than 5 minutes.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had! We signed in and were told it would be an hour wait. My 2 teenage daughter waited while I went to the store next door. When we came back 30 mins later they had skiped not only myself but my girls as well. When I asked the employee he was very rude and had a horrible attitude. He put usbin the pedicure chair and left us sitting. No water or anything! I will NEVER come here again!!!

Ive had better. I notice several gaps between the color and my cuticle with the gel color now that I am looking more closely. In addition, the woman nicked my finger and drew blood while trimming my cuticles, to the point I have a pool of dry blood along the edge of my nail, and she required super glue to get it to stop bleeding. The designs on my nails turned out pretty well. I asked about a discount given she cut me. She and the owner kind of laughed and went ahead and charged me full price. If one is in a restaurant and the order is wrong, the manager usually apologizes for their mistake and offers a discount for the inconvenience. I did get an apology, but for the pain and injury, I expected at least a 10% discount or the offer of a discount. We were polite and still tipped her 20%. Should have given her 10% all things considered.

Awesome mani/pedi. Polish really last. Only get here every couple years but I truly look forward to it.

Ive been coming to this shop for over 2 years and today was the most unpleasant service Ive ever experience with them, Nathan was very rude when I ask for my nails to be fixed, over charge me bc they had an attitude and lets not forget Im one of their most loyal customers. They have lost me as a customer.
