Ehh not the best but not the worst especially considering the area.Currently on an extended visit from Brooklyn, NY.After almost a month my daughter & I needed to re-do our Pedis/ Almond & Stilleto Dip Powder Manis, Husband wanted to do a MANi/Pedi & our other Daughter wanted a Pedi.We came across this spot on Google and based on reviews we stopped in however we kind of wish that we had just sucked it up and waited until we went back home.We each got the Lavender Luxury Spa Pedicures which include Parafin Wax & Hot Stone Massage additionally my Daughter and I got Dip Powder Removal with fresh Dip Powder Manis (Medium Almond Shape) plus Reg Polish Pedis & my Husband got a basic MANi (no polish).Total for 4 Luxury Spa Pedicures, 1 MANi, 2 Dip Powder Removals & 2 Natural Nail Dip Powder Manis (Almond Shape with Designs) at $350.Previous NYC Services were 2 Luxury Spa Pedis (included 10min massage, hot stone massage, back and hand massage), 2 Dip Powder Sets 1 with Tips/Foil Design (Long Almond) & 1 Natural Nail ( Short Almond Shape) plus Sensitive Eyebrow Waxing/Shaping totaling at $180.Pictures with White Nails are from location.Pictures with Black/Pink Nails are NYC services.Pros:1) VERY friendly staff (there were 4 technicians on duty and all were polite/friendly and pleasant)2) Prompt service (all 4 of us were taken as Walk-Ins and no wait time, it was also a Tues afternoon, wkends are probably busier)3) Wide array of service/color options were available.Cons:1) Unkept location ( Tools were not sanitized and were shared amongst the staff/patrons, Pedi Chairs had leftover residue from previous gel/powder removals, Nail Stations were unkept and disorganized)2) Dip Powder Applications/Almond Shapes are thick and inconsistently shaped with residual glue residue visible. Pedi nail polish applications are spotty and uneven. Plus, I was nicked 3x (Pinky, Ring & Pointer) on my L hand cuticles while the tech was using the electric file (no styptic pencil/powder or any 1st Aid was applied, he just wiped the cuticles with the towel that he was using to cover the work station with)3) Naturally the business will set their prices at their discretion and because the services were completed, no matter how shoddy, payment in full plus tip was obligatory. However, the overall cost was not equal to actual services recieved imo. (Was charged NYC prices for Valdosta standards, if that makes sense )

Would not recommend this nail salon. I showed the person doing my nails a specific photo and shape of how I wanted my nails. There was never any communication that this couldn’t be done. Instead the nail tech put 3 layers of acrylic on my nails. The application was very messy, getting all over my hand and fingers. I’ve got my nails done plenty of times to know that was the incorrect process. I stopped and told him the nail was too thick. He assured me that he would use the tool to file them down. It literally took 3 times to file them down to a decent thickness. My cuticles were burning by the end. Not only did the tech have an attitude but he was going to polish with dried acrylic on my hands. It was so much he couldn’t even get it off. Would not recommend to anyone. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10+ years and this was the worse experience ever.

It hasnt been a week yet and my gel polish is already chipping. I was charged $35 just to have my real nails, which are very short, painted. From their own mistake, they put the wrong color on my toes. My hands and feet did not match. She did not want to take the gel off because it would take too much time. So she painted over it with another color that would blend together with the wrong color to match my hands. I was charged $75 all together. I was charged and extra $5 for some reason. Not to mention I was there over 2 hours and it was only 3 customers in the building. I could go on and on but Ill just stop here. Never again.

My daughter and I went in for her to have a full set of acrylics and I wanted paint on my toes. They took my daughter back and started on her nails and meanwhile, the older lady with the glasses, started on mine. As soon as she started, I noticed the polish started clumping up, probably because it was old. She continued to put it on and dab it to make it stick. I pretended to look at my magazine just to see if she would correct it without me having to say anything, she didnt! At one point I even seen her glance up at me just to see if I noticed! I said to myself, I dont feel like arguing about this... just forget it. Well, as I sat there waiting for them to finish, I started thinking this really looks aweful! So, I go up to the lady and said, can you fix this? She just turned around and walked off and ignored me! At this point Im getting pretty upset but, ready to go! My daughter finishes and the guy walks over and says it will be $40... I said no way! The sign says $25 for acrylics and $8 for a polish change! He then starting arguing with me that it was extra for the length and I replied, you should have ask me if that was ok before you assumed o would pay extra. Not to mention, my nails are a mess and I asked the other lady to fix my nails and she ignored me! I said, youre getting $33 and not a penny more! And youre lucky to get that considering how tacky mine look! Of course, they all started screaming back and forth in Chinese.... how rude!!!

Some of the nicest people Ive ever met. I needed my nails and toes done after work and decided to try this place out. They had two people working on me at the same time to get me finished as soon as possible and it was a wonderful experience. My nails are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

I waited 30 minutes just to get my nails done, I got a pedicure and my feet weren’t scrubbed completely. Never coming here again.

I’m not typically one to do this but I can’t even so I’ll sum it up. On a Sunday I went and got a fill (gel polish) within the next day my nails were chipping and a nail completely popped off. Went back Wednesday got it fixed. Within two more days another nail popped off and they were chipping again. So beyond all that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and they were using the same utensils on everybody’s feet and nails 🙃 I’m not a Karen I’m not picky but just don’t even

Where do I begin.....my daughter wanted to get a pedicure and acrylic nails done. Our normal place was closed so we decided to try this one. BIG MISTAKE! I should have paid closer attention when we went in......when we sat in the chairs for the pedicures I started looking around. This was the most DISGUSTING place ever. I should have gotten up at that point but didnt want to disappoint my daughter. The whole process was more painful than relaxing. From cutting the nails too short to almost filing off my skin and then the polish job was terrible. We decided in the middle of the pedicure that we were not getting our nails done to. It was $35 per pedicure.....great price but they dont tell you there is an additional fee for gel. Needless to say it was over a hundred dollars for two pedicures. Horrible experience and DISGUSTING nail salon.

Best new nail salon in town! Im one that has been to every nail salon in town and havent stuck with any one in particular. This is my new go-to spot. I love the promotions they have and when I got there i was treated like a friend. The whole crew was so much fun to talk to while I had my nails done. Its very crisp, and clean. Great location, great prices, great staff. Highly recommend!

This is a good nails salon to do dipping powder. I tried and love it a lot. The employees as well as the manager are very nice. They did a good job and have good service. I love this place.

After 5 decent experiences this was the worst and last. The man working on my nails Got up 6 different times to go help other customers as they came in the door. Example.....A lady came in wanting her toenails polished after I had been there an hour he polishes her toenails as I wait Even longer. I kept telling him how I wanted my nails shaped and also the paint was not drying correctly leaving my nail Polish to look uneven and he ignored me and kept trying to push me out the door. From the Time he began working on my nails was over 2 hours and I will still forced out the door to pay not getting what I asked for.

My first visit was today and I can definitely say Ill be going back! Very friendly and professional staff that does amazing work. The pedicure was super relaxing and I love my dip nails. Not crowded at all and the salon had a high-end feel too it.

I have gotten SNS done four times here. The first 2 times I had a wonderful experience. But, the last 2 times, I’ve made appointments days before going, and both times, I’ve had to wait because they overbooked or took walk-in clients. When I make an appointment, I expect the appointment to be close to on time. The first time I made an appointment, it took nearly 2.5 hours from start to finish. This last time, it took 1.5 hours.

Every time I visit my best friend in Valdosta, it’s a must to return to this nail spa. However, after this recent visit, they will not receive my service again. Usually, I leave overly satisfied with their pedicures. This experience, I was highly dissatisfied. I feel as if my pedicure was rushed. I didn’t feel as pampered and my polish is already chipping. Normally, that lasts a month, even for other establishments I’ve gone to. Also, I got the full set. After a week, it looked as if I’ve had these nails for a month. And... the guy doing my nails was attempting to pressure me to get something done that was more expensive that I kept saying I did not want.

I love the way the lady did my eyebrows, however i am very disappointed how the man did my nails ans when i corrected him he said thats how its suppossd to be ! This has to be the worst nail experience Ive had.

One of the nail techs had TWO screaming kids in here the entire time I was getting my nails and feet done. They kept screaming MOM at the nail tech and she ignored them. The nail tech was servicing a customer and the kids were right in her face complaining. I want to relax when I get my nails done, not listen to kids screaming.

I got a manicure and pedicure done by Paris. She was very nice and my nails came out beautiful. Very nice, clean place. Definitely the best in the city!

Traci does the best eyebrow in town, I swear. She takws her time and it always turn out awesome. The pedicures are so relaxing and customer service is definitely 5 stars..

I left the salon ready to cry on the rare occasion I get to go treat myself and get my nails and a pedicure done. I asked for short coffin nails showed a picture the guy says no problem after my nails are done a hour and a half later to which a hour was spent filing my fingers and real nails raw I let him know Ive changed my mind on getting a pedicure he asks if I liked my nails I explain no its not what I expected where he then tells me you cant get coffin nails short ok so if you new that why proceed to say you could in the first place I paid and left a tip by the time Im home Im in tears fingers raw and realize theres acrylic all over my fingers maybe he was having a bad day but my point is Im unhappy they just missed extra money from a pedicure I was suppose to get but didnt since I was so unhappy and now I have to wear my nails being messed up until they arent raw so I can remove them if you cant do something simple tell the customer you cant or dont know how instead of upsetting a customer. Most customers would have refused to pay or not even tip. Never let a customer leave unhappy cause they wont be back and you can bet they will share it with others.

I got my nails done here today and they did a horrible job.A guy did my nails and they were filed wrong. The color he put on my nails I did not like, I asked if he could just take the color off. He wanted to charged me 5 more dollars.When finish painting my nails he didnt even put on the clear coat.Im never going back...I use to love going here too.. maybe I just got the wrong person today, but Im done with NY NAILS... so many other nails shops that are better in Valdosta!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I definately would. This is the WORST nail salon I have EVER been too. The workers are very pushy, rude, and questions whether you can afford certain services or not. I came here to get a gel pedicure. The experience I had was terrible and a waste of my money. The water was cold, their drain system was not working properly, the pedicure only lasted 6mins, and the guy nipped my toes DRY, and it hurt! He was very unprofessional and lazy. He did not massage my feet nor clean them properly. He did not clean nor wipe between my toes. With pedicures, your feet are supposed to soak in the water for a few minutes. He did not let my feet soak at all. He didnt even scrub the bottom of my feet. Basically, he only threw water on my feet blotted them dry and painted them. I am LIVID!!! I told him I dont even want a gel pedicure anymore, so I ended up getting a basic pedicure and left. DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON ANY BUSINESS!!

Would not recommend this place AT ALL.1) They dont honor their displayed or agreed upon prices. (The price they charged was more than the menu price and the price I was given over the phone when I made the appt. the day before)2) They did a mediocre job on my mani/pedi. My heels still feel rough after they did the very bare minimum exfoliation (i.e. they really didnt do any exfoliation) and my mani polish job was too thick on one hand. It smeared after my nails were pretty much dry.3) The customer paying ahead of me was also not happy with her services. I overheard her saying that she would not be returning.4) The customer next to me was offered a beverage upon her arrival. That same courtesy was not extended to all customers (including me) upon arrival.

Absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to!!!!!! Tracy was rude and did a HORRIBLE job!!! My nails were not straight and when I asked her to fix them she caught an attitude. The polish job was horrendous and not even the color I asked for. She was rough and seems like she didnt know what she was mbwqkds... I asked the owner if all his employees were that rude and he said yes!!!??? Way over priced! I will never be going back to that dump ever again!!
