I came here yesterday for the first time because it had amazing reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. Well I came in early Saturday and there was only 2 people working. The place wasn’t busy but they both had clients, I was fine with waiting for my turn. I just wanted a simple gel on my nails with polish, the lady called me to the chair next to her other client she was working on and started on my nails. I’ll just start with feeling rushed and neglected being here. She painted a very quick coat of gel on both of my nails and left the table to work on another lady’s FEET then came back to paint my nails. She did not wash her hands, or apply another coat of gel. I didn’t like the fact that she was dealing with multiple clients at the same time. Yeah, my nails were fine besides scuff marks but I didn’t mind, I got up this morning with my nails chipped. Just very disappointed that this place had wonderful ratings but I was treated poorly. I guess I’ll find another nail salon again, this was the second place I tried since moving to Valdosta, I rather go back to the one I left. Wasted my money here.

Really enjoyed my first visit today. Mr. Long (sp) really took care of me and my feet! The salon is large and open and clean. I will definitely be back.

Been using Missy for 10 + years. She doesn’t even have to ask what I want. Got nails done today AND decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Very relaxing!!

Bad work......... right I did come there and had to go to some else to fix my problem because you was so busy talking to others about there life you couldnt stay force to fix my problem so I left and went to nail 1st they fixed your work without the chit chat

Nice nail tech, but horrible paint job. I got a pedicure a week ago, and it started coming off days later. Additionally, the sides of my feet still have calluses. Never going here again. I usually go to Nails4U across the street, but for some odd reason, they were closed so I went here. Worst mistake.

Amazing!!!! Pedicures are always amazing plus they put you on a timer to ensure you get what youre paying for. Missy is great as always! I love her! My nails are always perfect! She has an amazing color selection as well as being on top of all the latest trends! The atmosphere is also very refreshing and the shop is always super neat and clean.

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but I feel like this is necessary. I made an appointment for my daughter and myself. Over an hour past my scheduled appointment, my daughters nails (fingers and toes) were all done and they were just starting mine. Not only did the tech not cut my tips to my requested length, she nicked me. Not once, but on 3 separate cuticles and two finger tips. My fingers are sore and Im just disappointed overall.

We had a great experience! The employees were very nice and quick to respond to our needs. The salon was beautiful and relaxing!! Will definitely be coming back again!

Very busy place... that tells you that they are very good.... worth the wait everytime they might be short workers and staff as of now but they still got me in and worth every minute..... I recommend this place 100%

This was my first time here. I must say it was the best experience every. Great service and the atmosphere was amazing. The prices not bad either.

I dont recommend going here at all. The customer service was okay but the service was horrible, they did a very poor job with me and my other two friend nails. The shaping of our nails was trash and painting was even worse. For over $200 of service you would think we would be happy with the results.

Missy always does a great job on my wife and daughters nails. When you want the best in town see Missy it maybe a little wait but when get the best the wait is well worth the time!!!

I usually don’t do this but it was necessary, not only did I wait about an hour a women who came in after me got her nails done and then I was told I was going to have to wait a long time because the other nail tech had to do someone before when was still getting her feet done. I wasted my time

Today was my first time here, and I would recommend it to anyone! Missy was amazing. Please do yourself a favor, make an appointment, and go pamper yourself.

Absolutely will NEVER EVER recommend this place. I got a foot fungus from this nasty place and when I called and spoke to the manager she said well that’s why we use the liners and I said I was not playing with the bag and she said well we try to make sure our utensils she didn’t sound to confident at all when she said that. And she also had the nerve to tell me that there is no way I got it from there even tho I went and saw my doctor and confirmed that I was not the only one that has came in this week with the same problem from this place. Sorry, but I’ll pay extra at Nails by Chris because I know they are fungus free.

I usually go to “ Nails 4U “ but they were close, I should have waited because I know they would have don’t a great job. But I made the mistake and went here..I asked for a full set, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and ask for an S on one of my nails, she said she can’t do an S. I should have left after that. The acrylic is thin and thick in places, and lumpy. I wouldn’t go here. I’m just going to stick going to “ Nails 4 U “.

I didnt get the name of the young lady today, but she gave the BEST pedicure that Ive ever received at this location. I was a little skeptical about coming back after a previous pedicure with one of the regular employees. Today was a good day!

Worst pedi I’ve ever got!!! The water was cold, they didn’t even scrub my feet, massaged them for a couple mins and that was it! Would NOT recommend!
