Crooks! LAIRS! Fraud! Inept! Got my broken screen fixed with them, Im almost sure they used a Chinese knockoff screen, it makes the dark colors look weird at times. They botched up the screws putting it back together which messed up the inner lining and now the whole screen is busted from the inside. They wont fix it nor give me my money back, they say the guarantee doesnt cover it. LIVID! Great place to get all of your computer and smartphone needs. This place is very busy but dont be discouraged when is packed they move people quickly. Once they were done with my laptop they called me to tell me it was ready. Customer service is really good but they move fast. This place is efficient and with great service.

EYE!!! I had to fix a tablet and I had paid the full amount and now because I couldnt find the receipt and because they supposedly changed the system they wanted me to pay the amount again and the tablet was fixed. I spoke to an inept girl on the phone who supposedly could not find the tablet and was already confiscated and then spoke with the manager and the tablet miraculously appeared! I doubt that these people have no evidence of anything and more when they are sent to ask for things. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I prefer to watch a video on YouTube and do it given this experience.

I came here to fix the glass of my iPhone, the screen and touchscreen and bluetooth worked but for aesthetic reasons I had the glass replaced, they charge me and pay and they send me to sign a guarantee paper, I test the icons above and it works so I I go but when I get home and try to take a photo I realize that I cannot take photos, it is as if I could not press the button, later I realize that none of the icons below work either (the most used ones), I take a good look and I realize that the screen itself was damaged but it is 7 at night so I come the next day and explain everything and they tell me that I broke it and I have to pay the repair again.
