The staff is amazing here! I go every 2 weeks to see Jason for an acrylic fill-in with gel polish. He great all the regulars by name. It amazes me that he remembers everyone. I have gotten the Deluxe pedicure several times from different people there. They have all did a great job! The place is super clean! Good vibes.

I just cannot speak highly enough about this place. The staff is awesome and friendly, my nails ALWAYS look great.I went to a pretty well known place in town that I won’t name, and they completely botched my nails, didn’t even do what I asked, and we’re very rude and over priced. I went to Nail Expressions in hopes they could save me from the disaster caused by the other salon. They were so nice and squeezed me in despite it being busy and hectic, my nail tech Mike was so fun to talk to, he gave me the blue nails pictured below. I then brought my mom back for her birthday a month later and we both got new sets, and then the nude flowers are my most recent set. I’m in love with this place! Call ahead, ask for Mike, you won’t be disappointed!

They are good if you go to the right people. I got a horrible full set from here and one of the younger girls (Tia) was able to fix my nails. Thank goodness because I do not like to waste money. While I was here this week for a fill-in, another customer experienced what I experienced a couple of weeks ago. Tia came to the rescue again.

Not very nice people there. I had to ask 3 times to get hot water for my Pedicure. One of the reason we get pedicures to have the bottom of my feet smooth. I ask him to please do the bottoms better. He gave me some stupid story about how it’s bad to have smooth feet.. callous are good he said also he said you couldn’t but your feet under the dry desk. Because of the virus. Someone was setting there. Pedicure and color were just OK. Not the nicest I’ve ever had. Will not go back. They also had shower Curtains instead of dividers. Very tacky

I agree this place is always busy, but it demonstrates the quality of their work. I have never had a bad experience when getting a manicure or pedicure particularly no chip and dips. It is quite a wait no matter what time you go, but worth it imho and they are always willing to correct any mistakes or imperfections. The last time I went, in the middle of my manicure, the technician received an emergency call and had to step away and I had to wait for someone else to become available to finish. That was completely okay with me. It demonstrated they cared about this employee which speaks volumes. Im going back tomorrow for a refresh and dont intend to give my business to anyone else.

Pedicure was whimpy. Didnt paint edge of nail so it started chipping within 24hrs. Nice shop however. Wont be back

This is the finest nail salon Ive ever visited. Tracy does the most beautiful work. I work where my nails are exposed to chemicals, soapy 🧼water 💧😤🙃 disinfectants. Hand sanitizers, and creams. Ive never had 1 nail lift nor polish chip . My nails look fantastic every time and lasts for weeks. I love this salon and you will too. Thank you Tracy for such consciousness. Be blessed, Lawana

Set an appointment with a specific person sat there for 30 minutes just to find out that the person was leaving. Then got a nail tech and ended up with the most hideous nails I have ever seen she couldn’t shape, the nails weren’t smooth and took forever

Very disappointed with the fact that we made an appointment to get manicure and pedicures. After waiting for 20 minutes, we were told that we would be next. After 10 minutes (waiting a total of 30 minutes), we asked how much longer. We were told another 20 minutes. What was horrible is that FOUR other people came in after us and were seated immediately!!! And more than likely didn’t have appointments because they asked if we were in line waiting to be seen! I would highly suggest spending your money elsewhere!

I have been here multiple times for nails and eyebrows. I feel like they do an amazing job. If you have a certain look in mind be specific. Don’t be afraid to tell them exactly what you want. Mike has done my nails the last two visits and he has exceeded my expectations. He is super friendly, easy to talk to, and really aims to please. Jason and his team run an amazing business.

The owner Jason always remembers me everytime I come in, and makes me feel very welcome. Their receptionist Hannah is very helpful and accomodating. Their selection of colors is amazing, and they have a very full staff to service everyones needs. They are very nice, and personable, the set-up inside is clean and professional as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews. I am so upset with the woman who did my eyebrows. She rushed me and yanked my head. She arched my tail of my eyebrows completely off! She waxed in between my eyebrows and it was hot and it burned me. Now my eyebrows are very far apart. I paid $10. That is a reasonable price, but I’ve paid $7 and gotten better service. The staff was very kind until I went To the back. I would not and will not be coming back to this establishment.

I visited the salon on Sunday. I was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I sat for 40 minutes before leaving. The only positive is that the front desk associate was friendly.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a couple times; my mom got gel and it fell off like a couple days later. i wanted color blended nails but they just kinda stroked it with a brush and left it at that. they do good with eyebrows but that’s about it if you ask me.

The staff is friendly & quick but I have left disappointed the last two times I have gone. I always have to go home & try to file & fix my acrylic nail shape. They are NEVER done symmetrical because the people doing it do not pay attention. Today the lady only did a second coat on one of my hands so you can see through the polish on the other. I guess she wanted me to hurry up & leave. I have had two different older women both times & I’m not happy that I’m spending $50 for an unsatisfactory job.

It was Saturday afternoon and one would think...crowded, long wait. There were many customers but the staff is so organized and keeps things flowing, there was a very short wait time and nails were done quickly. Very pleasant staff, super clean facility, excellent service, skilled manicurists and pedicurist! Reasonably priced.

I tried asking a few times while she was shaping them to fix them but they still turned out pretty wonky. My friends nails however came out looking beautiful so I really think it just depends on which tech you get

Tried tho place for the first time today. The wait was a little long but that was the least of my worries. I spent $70 on some uneven, not filled in all the way, fat bubble nails and a pedicure . I wasnt impressed when I left therefore did not tip but after I got home I saw how messed up the nails really was. I wont be going back and dont recommend anyone going there. Lenna was the person who did them.

The pedicure I received here was the most relaxing one Ive ever had. They offered me a beverage, used a sugar scrub on my legs, and made me feel completely relaxed during a very busy day. I will come back here whenever Im in town.

Me and my daughter had our nails done, took way too long, over priced (charged an extra $10 for gel polish, no one has regular polish now) and my nails fell off within 10days. Wouldnt waste your time or hard earned money. When I called to complain they didnt offer any additional solution or service, and obviously cut corners on cheap products. Avoid this money greedy salonTotal bill for 2 gel peds, and 2 gel extensions was $190!!!😠😠😠

The working here were rude and jacked my nails up and it’s not worth coming here! I’m angry!! My nails are shorter than asked and they are all very uneven !! I will be at nails by Chris this weekend you can bet on this!

Went in for acrylics and almost all the nail shapes were different and when they took off my other acrylics they just ripped them off instead of properly soaking them. When I was checking out the owner went up and started berating the receptionist for no reason. She was sweet and did everything right but he treated her as though she was stupid.

I have been attending this nail salon for two years now. Im a military spouse and Ive had my nails done all over the United States. I must say, that overall this place is excellent. I enjoyed 2 glasses of complimentary wine while they did an excellent job on my pedicure. I definitely recommend!!

I asked for the most simple thing... a tip and gel polish. They could not do this because they did not know how to. Its just like adding a tip to any other service. I should have just walked out but instead I went with acrylic which I hate.. but whatever. Needed my nails done for a wedding. Asked for almond shape, even showed a pic and got square. I dont like complaining so I just left unhappy.

I went in here looking to just get a simple manicure, and received very poor customer service. The man who did my nails wasnt particularly rude, but he was too rough while he was working, squeezing my hands really tight and digging into my cuticles so hard that it hurt a lot. On top of this, every time he would apply a coat of anything to my nails, I would have to immediately hold them over a fan and curl my fingers in a certain way to make sure the fan hit them. I have NEVER in my life had to do this at a salon, and it was very comfortable with the positioning. Furthermore, it is not even necessary to hold your hand over a fan in between coats-- all of the nail technicians Ive had have never done this. I have no idea why they do it this way at this place, but it ruined the experience even more having to hold my hand up and twist awkwardly when I had to put the hand farthest away from the fan over it.To top it all off, while i was waiting for my hands to dry i noticed that the polish looked unusually thick and lumpy in places, and I knew that couldnt be good but i hoped it would just dry and be okay for a little while at least. He also said it would be dry in 5 minutes (which I knew wasnt gonna happen with the thickness of the polish), and of course after that time he said I needed a little more time. After like 10 minutes though he told me I was done and told me to go. I thought about explaining that it really wasnt dry enough yet, and I probably needed more time (or really actually for him to just do the polish over again) but he clearly wanted me to leave so he could give the table to the next person. I was just really fed up with the whole situation at this point so I got up. As soon as I reached into my bag and i got out my wallet, the instant my nail touched something, the polish smudged quite a bit. The polish did actually feel pretty dry, but it still smudged, which I can only attribute to the fact that the polish was applied too thick.My whole experience here was just bad, and I know I wont be returning. Maybe their other services are alright, and I suppose its possible that other people who work there are more professional and skilled, but as far as the nail services go, I would highly recommend finding a different place.

Sam, Jason, & Teresa are fantastic! I don’t know anyone else’s name but from what I’ve seen as others get their nails done is great. One guy is subpar for my standards but Jason promptly fixed the issue.

I gave my grand daughter money to go get a full gel set and a pedicure. She had to chose gel pedicure because they didnt have the color to match her nails (good trick). When she told me it cost her $90.00 I thought this was INSANE!!!! This place is the most expensive place in town. I told her (before we got the price) to check how long they do their massages on their pedicures. She told me when they started and within 5 minutes the massage was DONE!! $45.00 for a 5 minute massage in a pedicure. I think that is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! She nor I will ever go there again and I will pass this info on to my friends.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! First my friend and I waited an hour and half to finally be seen on a Tuesday night. And then while doing my nails she sped through and bragged how fast she was (probably trying to leave since they were technically closed when they finally started on me). Then she made my finger bleed while cutting my cuticles. AND BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DONT HAVE CLEAN TOOLS I GOT A NASTY NAIL INFECTION!! My finger got red and puss starred oozing out of it. It was awful. At least they gave me money back. So if they infect your toe or finger with their nasty tools they dont clean know they will give you your money back.

I’ve gotten my nails done here before and left unsatisfied but i decided to give them another try and i was serviced by a nice young girl who did my nails perfect!! I asked for her number and as she is putting her number in my phone a women walks up, im assuming is the owner, and basically told the young girl she didn’t like that which made me very uncomfortable and seemed unprofessional on the owners part to act that way in front of other customers . Dont think I’ll return.

Had worst experience ever. Went with friends to have a girls day. They had wonderful experiences, however I ended up with Shay. After my mani-pedi my legs were left extremely greasy, I had nail polish on bottom of my toe, polish all over my fingers. Was asked if I wanted the lotion massage instead of just giving it to me. She rushed through both my main and pedi. We all started at the same time but I was done a good 10 minutes before my friends. For the price we paid I should have gotten a better job done, and a nicer technician. The attitude of her not wanting to be there showed. Will not go back there ever again.

I went here by recommendation of a friend, and it was definitely not worth the prices being asked. My nail tech cut me several times and laughed when I pointed out I was bleeding. The nails had bubbles and ripples on them as if they didn’t dry correctly. I was also very uncomfortable because I’d apparently taken the appointment of an older black woman who had scheduled weeks ago, and it seemed as if the owner could care less. The owner also made a very embarrassing comment to my friend causing her to be very angry, he asked her if she was drunk and okay to drive because her face was red. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. The only bright spot to this otherwise crappy facility was the receptionist was very friendly. Otherwise, if you aren’t a regular they’ve known for years, don’t expect to be treated as such. I will never come back!

Sometimes you have to wait a while, even with an appt but its worth the wait. Its clean and they do a really nice job. Esther is amazing!

My friend and I went here to get our toes and nails done. She had a Male do hers and I had a woman named Lena. My friend came in Monday and within 4 days her gel nails started to look bad and detach from her nail. The woman that was doing my nails did her nails on Monday so she asked her to fix them. She had the worst attitude and was purposefully rough on her fingers while she redid 2 of them. I kept quiet because I knew she was about to do my nails. If I could have rated them a 0 for customer service I would have. While my nails were in the drier she counted her money in front of me then asked if I wanted my eye brows waxed. As we were going to pay she grabbed my friends bill which was $25 and drew a line through it and put $30. Her attitude ruined ours entire experience. We will not be coming back.

Bad experience..! Been a regular customer but the service has been steadily declining..! Today was the worse.. this guy who did my daughters nails was such a rude and arrogant guy.. rushed through and did not polish her nails properly n did apply lotion n when I asked em just ignored n went on with it. Bad.I paid $25 for the Acrylic nail set just for paint they wanted $25 dollars more. So I got plain nailsC and the guy was really mean all because I couldn’t understand him. So now I’m stuck with plain nails.

The worst nail service I have ever received.I went in for a simple full set and ended up having uneven nails, different shapes on each finger and my cuticles are so butchered they look and feel like they went through a meat processor. Luxor nails by the mall fixed them right up.

I was really disappointed in the service, price and all around visit. First, it was my 5 yr old daughters birthday so I took her to get a mani pedi with mommy. I wanted gel for her toes bc it last longer. Me or my daughter were never offered any beverage. A couple who came in after us was seated before us. They gave me my daughters bill after they finished her toes and hands and the bill was $50. At that point I said I’m not getting my hands done. They gave me my bill for $45. So in total for 2 pedicures and a child manicure was $95 and I just couldn’t believe it. Also, Let me be clear the guy who did my nails did a fantastic job. I just will not be coming back bc of the outrageous prices I was charged and neither of us were getting fake nails. Two days later half of my daughters nail polish on her hands have already peeled off so I literally wasted my money.

Worst experience ever! Jason the owner did my nails. I had to return the next day because two of the nails had already chipped. Jason happily fixed them. I asked for him to do gel nail so maybe the paint wouldnt chip so easily. I paid the extra $15 for the gel nail. Literally two days later the polish was coming off and with in three days two of the nails had chipped. I chose the salon because the salon I always go to was busy. Ive learned my lesson I will never go anywhere else besides Luxor nails outside of the Valdosta mall. I highly recommend you to think twice before choosing this nail salon.

So clean and they people are so nice

I went for the first and last time about a month ago. I usually go to AC Nails on Bemiss but was on that side of town and decided to try Nail Expression since its closer to my home. When I walked in, I stood at the empty desk for a good few minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. There were 2-3 customers receiving services, 2 employees sitting at manicure tables looking at their iPads/phones and 2 employees sitting outside the entrance chatting. Finally one of the women doing a pedicure asked what I needed. I asked for a pedicure, she told me to choose my color and then pointed to a chair for me to sit. One of the girls who was looking at her iPad came over and started working without a word. I asked for a particular pedicure ($36 I believe) they had on the menu and she looked at me confused. I showed her the menu and pointed to it, which she took to another employee who I guess explained to her what she needed to do. At one point she just got up in the middle of clipping my nails and walked away, without saying a word. I looked down and saw my toe was bleeding (didnt feel it). She came back and placed a cotton ball on it and kept working. After she put my feet in the parafin wax, I asked her if I could have a magazine to read. She just looked at me and smiled and walked away, back to her iPad. Another employee brought me the magazine - it was then I realized the girl did not speak nor understand any English. She came back, finished my pedicure and I went to pay. I was then charged for a more expensive pedicure. When I said that I had wanted the $36 pedicure, he told me that she did the $43 one so he had to charge me. The polish also began chipping by the next day. Usually polish for pedicure for me stays for at least a week, even when I paint them myself.The salon itself is very nice and clean looking but it lacks in customer service. The pedicure was really nothing special for the price I paid. The chairs are arranged in circles which looks cool but then you end up staring at the stranger across from you and/or cant chat with who you came with because you cant even see them. Had to listen to the lady across from me yap on her phone very loudly for 30 minutes during my service. The chairs themselves look brand new but are cheap and dont even really massage you but just vibrate with one type of massage setting that wasnt even comfortable. The table they have you sit at with the nail dryers was the tiniest table Ive ever sat at and there were 4 of us piled on top of each other at it. Overall, I was disappointed with the whole experience. Went back to AC Nails last week and paid much less for much more superior service and experience. Will never return to Nail Expression.
