Please help me. I was really Surprised on how clean and nice they are. The wait time was minimum if not at all. I had a really nice guy do my nails but I forgot his name. He was careful while cutting the nails to make them the length I requested. He was done with the whole process in less than 15 minutes which has been the quickest nail procedure I have ever gotten even when in other nail salons I have asked for the same and similar nails. I did my nails about 4 days ago(Thursday evening) and by Saturday night they started to get yellow which is odd since u don’t clean my house with harsh chemicals and when I do clean I use gloves to protect my skin and the nails. I have never had this happen to me with any nail manicure. I have read online that when the nails start to turn yellow in such a short amount of time is due to the fact they either my hand sat under the UV light to long or did not sat long enough under the UV light. While driving my nail on right hand broke I’m half so easily on today which is so frustrating since this has never happened to me with my nails even while I used to be a waitress Please help, I paid $52 for my manicure. Which is turning yellow in less than a week amd already broke one while driving stick shift 😭😭😭

My favorite nails I’ve ever had- Matte red almond shape with shiny accents by Jack. I have fun getting my nails done at Nails 4U! The nails last, they always fit me in to their schedule, and Jack tolerates how picky I am! Thank you for the quality service!

I enjoyed my visit here, I enjoyed the nail tech who did my nails. Shes the first person to ever asked me what my name is and start conservation. I think its so important to have a relationship with your nail techs, hairstylists, and etc. The only thing I didnt like was the little space, not enough chairs for customers to sit in.

When doing my nails she was extremely aggressive and gave off an attitude, and when doing my toes the gel polish was not drying so instead of letting me choose another color, he insisted to start over and scraped the gel polish aggressively, proceeded to try it again and it still did not work so yet again he scraped it off and just did regular polish like I had asked due to the gel polish not drying. The polish on my toes are cracked and I even have polish on my actual skin of my toes. The paint job was rushed, unprofessionally done and certainly not work $35.

I read a lot of reviews for nail salons before making my decision and I believe I made the best choice for me. I made an appointment and I was taken back in less than 15 minutes upon my arrival, although it was extremely busy. It had been years since I had my nails done and a lot of changes have been made with techniques, colors, designs, etc. Ultimately I had the powder dip done on my fingers and gel polish on my toes and so far I am completely satisfied. Although the technician, I think Ellie, acted like my questions were a nuisance, I wanted to know what she was doing because this was new to me. My pedicure was done by someone else, a man with a great personality, made my experience more pleasant.

Horrible! Horrible! Just horrible! First off they are very rude and work is messy! Gel polish is very clumpy and they charged me $27 for just POLISH, which is $15 on the website! Definitely don’t recommend this place, worst service I’ve EVER had!

I went in to get a basic gel pedicure and the lady was very nice although it only took her about 15 minutes to do it. Then I went to get normal acrylic nails with a simple line design, and that’s where it went downhill. The woman was very nice and carried on a conversation with me, however my nails were not what I asked for. They were not the length or shape of the picture I showed her and when I asked her to fix the crooked ones she made a rude remark about them being straight when they clearly were not. The acrylic started separating from my nails not even two days later and are already chipping on the sides. I payed over $75 for both things which was ridiculous for the amount of time I waited and for the service. Overall I will not be coming back.

First experience at this nail salon while visiting my best friend and it was an amazing experience! Professional, friendly, clean and they did a wonderful job on my nails, feet, and brows. Couldnt be happier and highly recommend. Prices were as expected for the quality. I had a gel mani & pedi with brown wax: $97.00. Will return when I am in town!

Very well kept and clean salon. Friendly staff. A bit pricey but I havent compared to other salons. If you want to feel safe, this is your place.

I went in yesterday for a basic pedicure & a wax. The pedicure was mediocre at best, my toes don’t look neat or clean. I tried to explain I didn’t like my toes but she said they were fine. Then she burned me with the wax after I told her 3 times it was too hot. For $70 for 2 basic services, sorta disappointing.

Not sure why you make a appointment?Still have to wait ! The gentleman at the front had a personality like a snake. No I wont be back!

I called to ask about what the difference between the pedicures are and she would not tell me over the phone. The reason why I will go elsewhere. I asked her to explain them and all she said was they use different produces.

I was visiting my mom there and needed some pampering. Elle and her husband did my mani and pedi they did a great job. My nails and toes have never looked this good. Customer service was great.

My nails lasted less than a week. Pedicure was not done properly and was rushed as I had to tell them I needed my feet re scrubbed. When the tech did my nails, she cut my finger open, had the nail drill way too high when buffing my nails for application. Several times I had to tell her she was hurting me and it was getting too hot on my nail bed from the drill. First and last time going here.

My pedicure was absolutely painful and I was cut in several spots. The lady even acknowledged I was in pain and continued to be rough. Somehow even with all the roughness she managed to leave my feet with calluses.Then I had a gel mani and the woman left polish all around my nails on the skin. I went with my sister and her manicure was just as sloppy as mine. I absolutely wouldnt recommend.She, along with others, had no mask or shield and allowed someone sitting 1 ft away from me to not wear a mask.

Im not from Valdosta, but if I come back in definitely stopping here again to have my nails done! Courtney was an absolute PLEASURE and did amazing work. Def feeling myself!

I guess the lady that did my nails had another appointment right after mine and that’s the reason she rushed through mine. I would have rather her just not done my nails at all. They were literally the worst dip nails I’ve ever gotten. They were caked on and very bumpy. I will be going somewhere else next time

This is the most professional and friendly nail salon/spa that I’ve ever experienced. I was greeted by the receptionist and was offered something to drink and the nail technician was so kind and respectful. Not to mention my nails are PERFECT!! I had an amazing time for my first visit. I will be returning.

The nail tech was nice, but seemed distracted by many other things while working on my nails. The place was clean! Overall, she did a good job.

I wanted to like them. I really did. The manager did my nails. He seemed really nice.I got my manicure exactly one week ago. I did dipping as I always do and my left pointer finger needed a tip as well.The dip was put on so thin that it all started chipping within 48 hours. Then my tip broke off from picking up my purse. On top of that, the clear coat has peeled off of two of my other nails.Oh yeah, don’t forget the extremely painful hangnail from poor trimming.Not going to be coming back.

The Manager performed my services and he was awesome!!!!! He’s an ex Marine and really a great person!!!!!!! What more can I say? You really need to go to them!!!!!!! A friend and I came in for a pedicure, and the overall experience was just not positive. Overpriced for a basic pedicure that should have been relaxing and take about 30 minutes was done rushed (when there were no other clients waiting) and done poorly in about 15 minutes. Customer service is important especially in a salon setting. One of the cleanest nail salons in the area. It’s unfortunate that the customer service is the reason I won’t be back.

What can I say... They are always amazing every time I go in and I never wait for a long time. Jack is the only one that does my nails. And he does such a great job.

My nail tech was rude as soon as I sat down, my nail broke that same day as well. Not to mention it being overpriced.

While doing my nails the owner made comments about not liking to do long nails, because they were nasty. He kept talking about charging extra for length. The nails were basic coffin shape length. He did a great job, but i would never go back.

As soon as I stepped Into the building I was welcomed by everybody the atmosphere was so nice and comfortable. All of the staff was respectful and nice. The actual nail service is even better I came and showed a picture of the nail shape and length I wanted and the nail tech was able to do exactly what i asked for. Thanks again. It’s a must I go back in another week.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to for a pedicure. Everyone was so nice and easy to understand as well. They did a great job too. I live out of state but will absolutely return on my next visit.

Way over priced for the quality.

The same gentleman has been doing my nails since I was about 19 years old I am now 36. But due to the laws that are in place due to COVID-19 I had to drive to Valdosta to get my nails done. I do not mind driving as long as I receive good quality and I can tell you this by my nails that I received a wonderful service. I’ll definitely be returning thanks so much Jack for your timely and professionalism and the fun set of nails that I received from you.

Ask for Pop! He was so fantastic! Massaged my legs and hit the pressure points in my legs. I run a restaurant and this was especially apreciated. Getting a full set ambre from Jack! Looks so good. Make sure to make an appt! Very popular for a reason!

Nails4U is the best nail salon in town! It is very clean, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming and best of all everyone who works here is very experienced and does a great job. At nail salons Ive been to in the past I wouldnt go unless I made an appointment because I didnt want to get stuck with people who didnt do a good job. That is not a problem here. I have been coming here for over a year and had several different people do my manicure and pedicure and I have not once had a bad experience. I have always had a wonderful experience and always left loving my nails!

I took my Aunt for a present and got the works. Clean place near the Marriott.They did a great job but appointments dont mean much. My aunts feet and hands were nice. I tipped well.

The salon is clean, bright and beautiful. I walked in and greeted the owner who was seated at the front table. She looked up and didn’t acknowledge me. Courtney did my pedicure and gel manicure in ONE HOUR and 15 MINUTES. That was the fastest pedicure and manicure I have ever received in any salon. She didn’t even soak my cuticles. I tipped her $7 to be nice but I definitely will not be back.

The only place in town I will get any nail services done is here. I do not have to worry about booking appointments with certain staff because I know everyone always does a great job. Everyone is friendly. Ive never had to wait too long to be seen and the building is very clean and sanitary.

Im new to Valdosta and went in for a Pedicure. I had wonderful service and a top-notch massage from Pops! I think its a bit pricey, but Ill be going back. Clean, packaged tools for each customer -- thats really important to me. Next time Ill try the Dip Nails and see how I like it.

Jack did my nails and he did a fantastic job! I had went in unhappy with nails from another place and he said he could fix it and make me happy! He also told me he would surprise me and pick the colors himself to make me feel beautiful! I was unsure but I trusted him and I was so happy I did! Got a whole new set of acrylics with gel polish!

I went here on a whim one Saturday and was not really impressed by the customer service or the nail technician. She was moody & very rough on my hands. I chose a color and waited for her to do my nails. It didn’t take too long and I went about my day. It chips 2 days in- I had gel so it had a week guarantee that it would not chip or they’d fix it. I come back the following Saturday when I have time and they were slammed, but I opted to get a pedicure and then wait for my nails to be fixed. The pedicure was ok, he was also very rough ( but I’m sure it was just his style ) and it was my fault for not speaking up and telling him that it hurt. He was very nice,though!I finally get my nails started on, and the owner starts asking inappropriate questions. Are you married? I show him my ring and say yes. He then asks if I have a boyfriend - I said no. Third, he asks if I have a sugar daddy and do I want one, again I say no. He tells me he likes American girls and that he thinks I am pretty. At this point I am extremely uncomfortable and just want to leave but am being patient. He finishes and checks me out. I forget to add a tip for the man that did my pedicure and he reminded me, and I pulled out the cash I had. I then tip him, and he said “that’s it?”My entire experience was incredibly unprofessional & I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was just refused service for refusing to wear a mask. The govenor just overturned businesses being able to mandate wearing masks!

I had a 2:30 appointment. It’s now 2:55, and I’m still waiting to be taken back. Not happy at all. Why make an appointment if you’re not going to honor it?
