Ive never seen such a well organized salon before. Had the best experience! Nails look amazing. Toes are great. The pedicure massage was wonderful.

I made an appointment for two pedicures and the service up front was very good. The girl at the desk was super nice and took us right over to the chairs. The lady that did my gel pedicure rushed through the entire thing, and as did the man that was doing my friend’s gel pedicure. Neither of them shaped our nails, trimmed around them, cleaned them, or clipped our cuticles. The lady actually got irritated when I asked for one more coat of color to darken the red I chose and had an attitude about it. She was only decently friendly after I tipped her despite the fact that the service was absolutely terrible. Kids were running around screaming and crawling all over the chairs right next to us. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back. Highly recommend Elite Nail Spa instead!

This is my first time visiting this nail salon. My nails are beautiful, however, communication was off. I called a day ahead and asked how much it typically runs for a full set with long stiletto tip. The lady told me $35 plus the gel Polish. I asked her how much the gel is, she stated $12 additional. I said perfect & I don’t want to get there then have an expensive $90 bill. Please schedule my appointment for the next day. Apon my scheduled 11am appointment arrival, no one was available to do my nails. I waited 45 minutes. The young lady (Nicki) did my nails & did a great job. I told her I usually get diamonds & designs but I won’t this time. She said she can do diamonds on 2 fingers for me. I agreed. Once she finished my hand, she asked how much to I think my nails cost. I looked at her & said I don’t know, maybe $70? She said NO! It’s $20 per nail for diamonds. My mouth dropped I said that is absurd & I have NEVER paid that. That should also be communicated first. My bill was $110 & I still can not figure out WHY! I’m very upset about it.

This was my first visit to Palazzo, and I was very impressed. Tina did my nails, Mike did my pedicure and both did a wonderful job. Definitely will be a regular customer.

I will be honest, My experience here was less than satisfactory, but the owner has been so kind and apologetic about what happened to me, that I couldnt in good nature leave my review up. She reached out to me at midnight on a Saturday night to resolve my issue and has been more than wonderful. Thats all I can ask for in a small business.. If something goes wrong, make it right and she did just that.

Scheduled an appointment and work did not begin on my pedicure until 45 minutes later. I asked for a French pedicure. Unfortunately they did not do a French polish they simply painted white (unevenly) at the tip of my nail. No color laid down first. I also had a polish change done and two lays later the polish is cracking. I have never experienced this at another salon or even painting my own nails. The tech made me feel uncomfortable, I felt like I was bothering her by having my nails done. The salon was clean, the managers were friendly and there was okay polish selection.

Some of the technicians are good but if you make an appointment with one, they double book that person. I even had the confirmation with that tech by text and the told me to come back another time. Too bad because I loved my pedicure but this is the second time they have booked me incorrectly and I don’t have time for bad management and lack of concern for the customer especially when the mistake was theirs. I’ll go elsewhere.

Had SNS done today Cindy was the girls name who did my nails. She was very kind and sweet. She did and amazing job on my nails they look so beautiful. Mimi is the girl who did my pedicure she to was very sweet. My toe look so good. I cant wait to show them off in Fla.Thank you for a great experience I will be back.

Eva has done my nails the past 2 visits and is amazing. She listens and wants to make sure she does exactly what you like! I will be requesting her from now on. Also, she does amazing ombré! She did white and pink shimmer for me today and nailed it! It won’t let me add a picture.

Eva is my technician and she makes my nails look absolutely beautiful every single time! She is very sweet and also super talented at what she does. The whole staff is honestly so warm and friendly. My visit here each time is always pleasant, I would never go any place else!

I have gone to Palazzo many times and unfortunately their service has really slipped. The last two times I have had a scheduled appointment but they kept me waiting over 30 minutes with my feet in the water. We all know how that goes. If someone walks in right before your scheduled time, they will take them. Why bother even taking appointments if you can’t even remotely meet them? The polish they use hasn’t been holding up well either. Lastly there are usually 2-3 small children (not getting service) not only is this unsafe, it’s not relaxing for the other customers. Getting a pedicure should be relaxing but it’s hard to relax with a baby screaming or kids running around.

I came in with a sad case of not much to work with. I have bit my nails since I was a child and thus have resulted in a lovely set of man hands. Eva didn’t make fun of my hands, which I am quite self conscious about and we had wonderful conversation. I will be coming back to Eva in a few weeks and hopefully with her help I can kick this nasty habit for good.Typically wouldn’t get my nails this long but Halloween is right around the corner. ;)The salon is beautiful and Tony was a wonderful host!

Vincent did my nails and he was amazing. They last forever and the he did such a good paint job with the color.

I love this place! They handle walk-ins extremely well and always handle their services with care and professionalism. Eva is one of the best nail technicians I’ve met thus far and is a true sweetheart. They also serve beverages + the adult kind. This is an awesome place to take care of yourself and those you love!

Sat there for 35 minutes and just got my feet soaked, they kept telling me 5 minutes and then they went and started on 2 customers that came in 20 minutes later than I did.I just got up and walked out.

I have recently relocated from NYC and I was concerned about finding a good nail technician. Just for context, I typically get dip powder and I enjoy fairly neutral colors. My research sent me to Eva at this salon and I have not been disappointed! The space is impeccably clean, staff kind and Eva talented.

This is my fourth time coming here and I am literally having the best pedicure that I have had in my entire life. And it’s my birthday! Did this person know that I have been on my feet for seven days straight working retail during the holiday season? I will never let anyone else touch my feet. Ask for John! You will not regret it!

The best nail salon I have ever been to!

I go to this nail salon all the time to get my nails done. I usually love the way my nails are done, Eva, Tina and Kim always usually do what I ask. However this past Saturday, I got my nails done by Elaine. I specifically asked her to make my nails thicker because of the type of job I work. She was very short with me and seemed like she had an attitude. I did not like the fact that it was not done the way that I asked, it hasnt even been four days and my nail is already broken. I am very disappointed because I said it for that reason. Now I have to take time out of work to get it repaired, not cool at all. I have worked in customer service for years and that is not how I should have been treated.

Eva does a fantastic job on my difficult nails. She always is friendly and professional and takes the time to make sure my nails look fabulous every time! My nails tend to flip up but she makes their shape so pretty and the flip is gone. My nails feel tight and stay looking good longer than ever!

This was my 3rd time here. Learned the 1st time to make an appointment. Made an appointment the 2nd time & waited about 15 minutes, I was off that day so it wasnt a big deal. Made an appt. today for 11:30. After 20 minutes of sitting there I got up & left. I was on my lunch hour & couldnt wait any longer. I have a feeling I wouldve waited at least another 10-15 minutes. There were a couple people there before me who were still sitting in the chair waiting. Why take appointments if you cant fulfill them. I will find another nail salon.

GO TO EVA! She’s been doing my nails for over a year and has never ever disappointed me!! She takes her time to make sure your nails are going to be perfect :) There’s no one better then her!!!

Sitting in the chair still writing this review! Soo impressed and will be back here! This was my first visit and the prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and have done an amazing job! Probably the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had! I did the signature pedicure and she hit areas I didn’t even know needed massages out! My legs and feet got pampered today! My gel polish was done perfectly and love the setup they have to see the colors in the book etc! Highly recommend and don’t see you being disappointed! About 10 of us came in all together seemed like and they handled getting all situated and taken care of like they had employees just showing up on the spot to assist! This place is huge and so clean! The chairs are comfy and massagers hit spots all through my back! Literally in heaven leaving here and I’ve found my new nail spa! Can’t wait to bring my mom in!

Palazzo is by far one of my favorite nail salons I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a bunch). They are always so nice and so sweet. The pedicures here are divine and seem to last longer than most other salons I’ve been to. It’s always very clean and feels like an upscale experience while maintaining typical prices. I hate when I am forced to go anywhere else because palazzo is my go to spot.

I have been coming to Palazzo since they opened the location at Baker road. Once they sold that location, I started going to this location. I am usually very impressed with their work but the way I was treated tonight really upset me. First, I asked for a color and they brought the wrong one. When I questioned this, they assured me it would look right once it was on. After putting it on a whole hand, I questioned more, and they admitted they didn’t have the color I asked for and tried to cover it up. They treated me like it was my fault and were very rude. Also, after I specifically asked him to cut my nails down, he tried to file a substantial amount off instead of cutting them (this is painful). Finally, he messed my nails up when checking to see if they were dry and again he tried to blame me. Overall I am very disappointed with my experience. I will go back but will make sure to make an appointment with Tracey.

I hv never been to a more efficiently run nail spa! From checkin to being seated to the start of my mani pedi was less than 3 min! Jenny did a great job on my SNS and mimi gave a wonderful pedicure with amazing massage! I will definitely be back! Prices are cheaper than other local salons Ive been to here in Acworth. Customer service was definitely top notch!

This nail salon is definitely my new fav!! I’ve been going here since they opened and since then, i haven’t gone anywhere else!! They provide the BEST customer service and not once have I waited once I arrived with no appointment. On top of all that, my nails always look amazing. I 100% recommended coming here!

I used to have five stars for this place before the pandemic but its really gone down unsanitary non hygienic. I dont even feel like a welcomed customer, I just feel like $$$$.

The guy who did my pedicure did a good job. I paid and tipped well, then the guy at the cash register offered me a drink, which was nice. He gave me the drink and I started to leave. Then a lady (not even the person who did my nails) followed me out to the parking lot and accused me of not paying. The guy at the cash register came out and told her I did pay. So not the best experience.

Wish they would believe me when I say my nails are crooked. Overall decent but over priced

A lovely young lady named Eva has done my nails the past three times I’ve visited this nail salon and she has been flawless every single time. She’s very gentle, she listens to your requests as far as the shape and length, and she’s the sweetest girl on top of it all! My nails have never looked better. Had the BEST pedicure I think I’ve ever gotten yesterday. Everyone there was very friendly, the place is spotless clean and the prices are very fair. I wish I had caught the name of the tech who worked with me because she was fabulous. She really took her time and gave me the best, most relaxing massage. To give customers a great first impression is an understatement. The Palazzo Nail Spa in Acworth, GA went above and beyond my expectations. The other reviews about Ann was correct. She did my eyebrows, nails, and toes and theyre what Ive been looking for in a nail technician. She took her time and paid attention to detail.This is now my permanent nail spa and technician!

I had SnS here for the first time. My thumb nail cracked then broke 2 days later. Other nails are so far above my cuticle it looks like they need a fill in. I think they were in too much of a hurry to do a good/decent job.

After going to a nail salon that basically ruined my nails caused by lack of filling correctly leaving spaces in my acrylic causing water to leak in between leading to fungis growth, this nail salon saved the day. They were patient, kind and understanding. They also voiced their opion on what I needed to do in order to get my nails back on track.

Worst nail service I have ever had. I got a manicure and SNS. She did not push my cuticles back, nail polish is all over my fingers. She also cut me on 3 different spots with the drill. Will never be back.

I was looking for a new Nail salon because my old one just was doing the job anymore. I was being charged for a more expensive product, but was actually getting the less quality product. Palazzo did a fantastic job on my nails. The staff was friendly and got me seated right away. When I told my technician what I wanted, he called his boss over and the boss explained to me what the problem was with my nails from the old salon. They fixed them and they look Fantastic. If it wasn’t 10 in the morning, I might have taken them up on the wine offer. I will definitely be back!!!

First visit today & I couldnt be more impressed! From the moment I walked in i felt welcomed. I was immediately offered a beverage (coffee,tea, soda,water, wine) I was seated immediately even tho I didnt have an appt. The chairs are super comfy & it was very clean. They were very accommodating & so nice. The owner continued to walk around asking customers if they needed anything. Such top notch customer service! Not to mention my nails & toes looked awesome!

If I could put negative stars I would. I’ve came here and brought my husband the past two years but the last few months have been horrible all around. For example at this moment right now I went to the other Plazzo nails in Acworth (same owner) and they told me to come to this one bc they ran out of the same powder I’ve gotten on my nails for 2 years..anyways I get here and they say theyre closed! I could’ve went somewhere else and still been able to get my nails done! I need them done for a job tomorrow and now bc of their poor service I’ll loose money. Also like I stated I’ve gotten my nails the same way for over two years..the last few months they act like they don’t or can’t do them I’ve literally came in several times and they’ve said they didn’t know how or the person who usually does them isn’t there when literally almost every single one of the workers have done them and definitely know how to do a French manicure. I’m beyond over this establishment. I regret telling people to go here and spending any money here not to mention I always make sure I tip well. Palazzo nails will definitely be going on the social media trash lists. & YES BOTH LOCATIONS KENNESAW AND ACWORTH

Absolutely awful the lady that did my nails was very rude to me and she charged me 75 dollars to paint black on the tips of my nails. absolutely ridiculous.
