This is my go to place. They always do a good job. I prefer it to the nail salon off Campbell and Fort Lowell. I definitely recommend this place. They also have a large array of dip power and gel polish

I requested a pedi and an eyebrow waxing. I received a Premium Pedicure for $40 dollars.The gentleman who did my pedicure was kind and did massage one leg with the pressure I requested. The whole experience was rushed, less than 30 minutes and the bottom of my feet were still dirty. I never received the eyebrow wax, the woman who would have done it, was too busy. All in all kindly attitude is the reason for me giving this salon a three, otherwise I would give it a one.

Honestly Ive only been here for 10 minutes and Im already extremely disappointed in the service. More irritated than anything. Pedicure? This guy literally put salt scrub on my legs and rinsed it off. Didnt rub it, didnt massage, nothing. The service is trash.Update: asked him to fix the line on the French tip because it wasnt straight, all I got was attitude and a more messed up line than what it was before. Literally worst experience at a nail salon ever. Super messy job.

Vicky is my favorite, shes a perfectionist!! I love this place, its smaller so there arent so many people trying to get their nails done so you dont get rushed out like the bigger places!

Gel is bubbled and not applied to the whole nail, cuticles showing and places missing. For my toes they didnt even bother to clean off the excess polish. The guys was really rough and made me bleed twice. His name was Brian, he barely massaged the lotion in and rushed me through. My nails look worse than when I went in. And it cost 45 for this

This salon, better than any other salon I have been to! They use a dry brush process which not only last longer but there is NO nail smell in salon.

They always do my nails the way I want and they take their time it to me is perfection. I have been to a bunch of nail salons and this is by far my most favorite!!!

I want to start off by saying that this nail salon is of the best in Tucson!! The quality of work is outstanding. Kevin specializes in exotic shapes, such as Stiletto and Almond.In addition, the owners are amazing people. I have been a costumer for years. When my husband was diagnosed with Leukemia, I would come and get my nails done. The time at the nail salon was my “Me time”. Vicki always asked me “How’s your husband?” Campbell Nails is not only a business, it is a family. I can not say enough about this business. Thank you for all you do!!!Bless you!!!

They did a great job. We scheduled an appointment for 4 people. They reserved 4 techs for us so we didn’t have to wait which was great especially for a very busy time of year. Two of us had dip nails and one gel and were very happy with the work and our nails look great. Also reasonably priced. Will be back for sure

Nice place but will not go back. Quality of work not so good. I had a set of acrylic nails put on and lost two of them in less than 1 week.

Vicky stayed late after hours when I just got off work and I absolutely loved my chrome nails. Can’t wait for her to do them again :)

My favorite nail shop. I love Vicky as she is who I will go to but the whole staff has regulars. They know most of the people by there name. It like the cheers of salons. I went to get a manicure and pedicure for a black tie event. I went on a Thursday evening (5pm) and was worried I wouldnt be seen because I hadnt made an appointment and it was 2 hours before closing time. My wait time was about an hour, which seems reasonable considering I had no appointment and all the techs had been busy when I arrived. My tech was profession and took time with my pedicure. Sometimes at other places the service has felt rushed, as if they just wanted to get me out of there and get another butt into the chair - not here. After my pedicure, I had my manicure done. You should know that you will be asked to pay BEFORE the color is applied- Im assuming this is so you dont mess up your nails while digging in your purse for your wallet with freshly polished nails. I used regular nail polish in a shimmery nude on both my toe nails and finger nails. Its been 5 days and my nails are looking ok (2 chipped at the tips a bit), but considering I work with my hands and I requested regular nail polish I think this is pretty good. To top it all off, my nail tech stayed an hour past closing time to make sure the work was done right and that is wasnt a rush job. Going back today for a full set and gel color.

I love all the staff at Campbell Spa, My go to is Jenny, Jon & Jimmy, they are great. Jenny takes her time and gives you a great message, Jon is amazing with nail art and shaping nails and is efficient, Jimmy is very detailed. I also get my eyebrows threaded by Vicky, she is amazing! My eyebrows are always looking great after Vicky. Prices are affordable and everyone is really nice, i always get greeted. Their great customer service keeps me coming back, i have been a client of this nail salon for almost 2 years.

I always leave feeling relaxed and happy. My nails look beautiful, prices are cheap, and everytime Ive been here everybody treats me with respect. Ive been going here for about a year now, and havent gone anywhere else. The staff are respectful and polite, and most know me well. I recommend Campbell Spa Nails over anywhere else in Tucson!

Only gets 2 stars because my person was very nice. I went in, waited about 1.5 HOURS and got a normal french mani done. Another woman had walked out because of the wait. By the next day 3 of my nails had chipped. Went back in the next day so they could fix it and they told me that because it was a regular polish it didnt last long. I told them I had it done less than 24 hours ago but they said they still cant guarantee it even for 1 DAY. They said they would fix it that time but not again. It chipped again within a day. Within 4 days I only have 3 nails that even look painted at all. Keep in mind I am a student and do nothing that should have made my nails chip this much. Moral of the story: LONG wait and only go if youre getting gel/dip otherwise your nails WILL chip within the day.

Ive been here three times and so far I have not had a bad experience. The owner, Vicky always does my nails. The first day I came into her shop it was for a broken nail to be fixed (another shop did the full set for me). I told her I didnt want to go back to that shop because they cut me. She smiled and said, Ill do your nails. Every since that day shes done them... and shes learned how picky I am! If I ever find a bump or bubble in one of my nails I go right back to the shop and ask Vicky to fix it, (which has only happen once). She fixed it fast and at no charge of course. I ask her to do a lot of fancy designs. :) Im really happy with this shop and I get loads of compliments on my nails 😄.

Pros: They do really good work. They pamper you. Cons: They charge an additional $10. to change the shape of the nail. They look down on you if your not spending a lot of money.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! I have been getting my nails done for years from multiple places, and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I have never been to this salon and wanted a simple acrylic full set. The lady made my nails so think even after I asked for thin, natural nails. Half of the appointment was spent sanding down the thick overlay. Then I noticed that my thumb nails were two different lengths!! After asking her to fix them, she started ripping the acrylic off to which my nail started to bleed. She tried to apply polish without having me wash the dust off and had to redo the coat because she kept smudging it. Very unhappy and not qualified to perform false nails. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be disappointed!! I tell everyone to stay far away if you want to keep your nails from being destroyed!

Its the best place I have ever gone. They wash you feet and leg. They spend extra time to make sure everything looks there best. Like a art piece on your toes and nail.

I went for my birthday to get my nails and eye brows done. My nails were good but my eyebrows were horrible. The guy took way too much from the middle, i could fit my thumbs between my eyebrows and one was higher than the other. To make it worse he didnt apologize or try to make the situation better, he blamed a scar i have on my eyebrows for his disastrous work. My cousin got her eyebrows threaded and hers were great, so just be aware they are inconsistent.

I have been going to jimmy and Vicky for about 13 years. Along with my mother, grandmother, and aunt. Wounderful people and wounderful shop.

They have tons of colors, service is super friendly, its very clean.

Worst manicure ever! I had Brian, he was super unfriendly. His station was dirty and the tools he was using were not sterilized. I was getting a manicure. He hardly filed my nails or cut the cuticles. The massage was nothing. He actually seemed put out. Will not go back. I usually dont do reviews, however I truly felt the service was horrible!

I like the simplicity of getting a pedicure. Price is fair. I have some preferential when getting it done. Alway had a positive experience when the male does my nail and some female are decent. Most of the time Im please with my pedicure.

What a horrible experience Ive had at this place. I paid $35 for the organic dipped nails that have chipped and broken 2x in a week. This doesnt even include a manicure, just a polish change. Ive spent hours of my time trying to get them fixed and even attempted to get a refund as this is ridiculous. I just had them done a week ago and have had nothing but issues. I had the same service done at another salon and it lasted 5 weeks. I am extremely disappointed in this salon and the service. When I went back this last time, I was treated very poorly and it was implied its my fault. Obviously the product being used isnt that great. I wouldnt recommend this salon unless you want to have issues.

Best nail salon I have been in the past 10 yrs since I started taking care of feet. Greatest customer service hands down. The young lady that did my feet had a excellent personality and convo thats a plus in my book n top it off she cut my nail just how I asked! That has never happened until this shop thx

Literally just walked out of there went to get the overlay the lady didnt even file my nails right she put the acrylic all bumpy and nail polish came right off with a napkin as soon as I got in the car she did not take her time and was not neat with her work

Worst nails I have ever had done. I got them done on saturday and had 2 nails break off on monday while putting on leggings. I went and got them fixed and one of the nails that was fixed was very crooked and I had to file it down my self to make it straight. Today, less then a week after getting them done, I had another nail break off. I wont be coming back.

I went to get a fill on my acrylics that were very obviously coffin shaped. I left with square nails and a bleeding finger. I can physically see how uneven the acrylic on my nails is and some of the brush strokes from the gel polish. Will not be returning.

The worst place Ive ever had my nails done. The place is nice, but the people working just rush through doing your nails and mine turned out awful. Nail polish is all around my fingers, and Im taking it off as soon as I get home. Would not recommend. It was super cheap, which I guess is why the service isnt good.

I had tried a free lance nail artist who completely messed up my nails and I needed to go to a nail salon ASAP to get them done correctly. I needed to get my old nails taken off and a new acrylic set added on. A friend of mine had suggested campbell nails and so I decided to try them. I called and made an appointment and they were very nice over the phone and took me in at 6:40 pm when they closed at 7pm. Ray was a nice guy and did a phenomenal job on my nails. Ive never met anyone so detailed and patient. My only issue is that when I went to pay Ray he charged me $42 for my full set and the taking off of my old acrylics which he told me was $5. It sounded so expensive, but I went ahead and paid because I had never been there and didnt even look at prices when I walked in. I called them the day after to ask for the price on a full set of acrylic nails to check the price and the man that answered the phone said $22. Therefore what I shouldve paid total was $27 plus a tip. Im very disappointed in the fact that I was taken advantage financially. Especially when I told them I was a student at the UofA and shouldve gotten 10% off of my total.All in all the experience was great until I had to pay an unfair amount of money.

At first, when I was introduced this by my cousin, I was skeptical about a guy getting a pedicure. After the 1st trip, my feet felt so much softer and smoother. I basically fell in love with this place. I got my eye brows waxed the 2nd time, to see what its like to get one. They happened to make it look really nice! Granted, they needed a few extra rips that bruised my eyes a little, but the turnout was worth it. I didnt notice it was bruised, but some of my female coworkers told me about it. Anyways, I think this place is good for its price :)

Came in for a simple gel removal and they couldnt get that right. They left half my gel on after going at my nails with a small metal tool

Worst nail salon!!!! After reading reviews i know what kind of service i got! I got a pedi and full set 2 days ago and one of my nails broke a day later my nails are horrible im embarrassed to even show them! Horrible job!!!

Went in and got full set and pedi with my mom just to relax. Literally took 25mins for everything. They rush rush rush to get done just to go back to doing nothing. I kept telling the women I wanted shorter nails and ended up filing them down and shaping at home. The pedicure was the biggest rip off. No soaking your feet, no run on my legs, just terrible. It has been less then a week and I need another one already. My moms pinky and ring finger nail fell off already. We will never return here.
