I absolutely love going to this place! they are so sweet,fast and their work is amazing! this is a set that i got today and my mom got and when we go in there the lady that does my mom’s nails always know that she can’t have color because of work so she is amazing and the guy in the back corner always does my nails and he does a wonderful job! definitely recommend going to them!!

Kim is the best!! She is very detailed, takes her time, and has a great personality!! Since day 1 she has never turned down my nail ideas I show her off pinterest! She can also do COFFIN tip the way it should look!! The best part is she makes my nails look just like the picture!! Which so many other nail salons cant do or they do not look nothing like the picture! I recommend this place hands down!! Love love love the ladies here the owner kevin is a blast to be around they make sure your comfortable and have a good time. Very people friendly . Make sure to come by 5 latest to get full sets. They also offer waxing and eyelash extensions.

I’ve gotten infections from their tools too many time, they don’t listen to you when you have an issue. they just want your money. they don’t take the time to do your nails so they look good, they rush and charge you full price. i used to love it here then they botched my nails and didn’t care. i asked them to change them and all they did was file them down and mess up the shape.

I was referred here by a friend after telling her about my bad experiences elsewhere. She assured me of the good quality and she was not lying! Not only did They do an AMAZING job on my full set acrylics and pedicure, the staff themselves are so friendly and funny - nothing like you normally see at local nail salons! They do a good job I’ve gone there for about a year. However on my latest visit I seem to have gotten a fugue on my toe. They told me I could go to Sally’s and they would have something for me to treat it with. They said it was no big deal, well to me it is kind of a big deal. Other than that I have been pleased with this place

Stopped in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. They were attentive and accommodating, fitting me in an hour later. When I returned, I was seated right away (early). My technician friendly as she worked on my nails. She was easy to talk to and a conscientious worker. Clean salon with many technicians. Highly recommend.

The place is good. I liked the level of cleanliness and professionalism. Once i got my seat. My nail are particularly sensitive but My manicurist was super gentle with them. I loved how she took care of the fact. I will go back again for sure.

I love Uniquely Nail Spa. I have been coming to this salon since I moved in the area. I grew up in a nail salon environment so Im always paying attention to details and let me tell you they go above and beyond in terms of sanitation of tools and the pedicure bowl. All the employees is sweet.

I had such a great experience here! I got a pedicure from my manicurist & she was awesome!! She didnt make me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. Lol the polishing was even better. She was meticulous & took pride in her work. I made sure I tipped her well because she deserved it!

I absolutely loved visiting this Uniquely Nail Spa. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in and knew I had chose the right place to treat myself. The staff was wonderful and my manicure looked flawless for over a week. Not only is the service extraordinary, but the nail bar itself is clean and beautifully designed.

I took my friend here to treat her to a birthday pedicure and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of space, and the quality of their work. Despite it being super busy, my friend and I felt well cared for, and if I lived in the area this would be my new go-to nail salon. I like this place.

I have been coming here consistently for 11 months. Once I found this place I never looked back. Why fix something if its not broken! Aside from the great customer service, and how friendly everyone is and how laid back but hard/fast working they are the actual nail work is always on point! Ive gotten dip, acrylic overlay, full sets, gel, and fills. They do it. Ive gotten it done. I have never been disappointed. I will continue to come!

I LOVE this place. I have been a few times with friends and I am never disappointed. They have a wide variety of colors which I love because you never know what mood youre in :) and all of their nail techs are so talented with designs.

The management and staff is amazing! Have been there twice in over the last month, and have left extremely happy both times. One of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had!

Came in for a fill and to fix one nail. Paid TWENTY-FOUR dollars. The nails were poorly shaped and the one I paid $6 to have replaced broke off entirely after one week. My nails were painted so poorly I had to repaint them myself. While I was waiting for my nails to dry, a customer came in, sat beside me, and asked for a polish change because her nails were chipping so badly. I am not exaggerating when I say I have never seen nail polish chip so terribly on acrylic nails before. Save your money.

This is by FAR the best nail spa in Tucson (Ive tried so many others). The atmosphere there is upbeat, the girls all joke with one another. My nail tech was very friendly and gave me a terrific French manicure with a couple of little red hearts ❤❤❤ The price was reasonable, everyone that goes there is taken care of immediately. I dont need to look for a new nail place because Ive found it.

My sister has been getting her nails done here for years so I decided to give it a shot. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming so it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. I have been coming here ever since! The nail technicians take pride in their work so they never rush. I’ve gone other places where my nails chip easily or just look messy. That has never been the case at Uniquely Nails. I’ve brought friends here and they stop going to other places to strictly go here.Today I came in and the nail technician has seen me so many times that she talked to her boss and they gave me a discount on my nails today! They take such great care of their customers and I will NEVER go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!

I literally over heard 3 people come in and complain about their nails falling off with in 2 days. I asked for a french tip with white nail and they did a gel manicure instead. They could not understand what i wanted. They charged me $40 just to paint my nails and rub my arms. Never going back.

I have been going here for years and would only see Kevin until he got too famous so I started going to Emma who gives a killer massage. However, if you want an ingrown toenail fixed, Kevin is the ONLY one I trust and does a better job then a podiatrist! Love you Kevin♡♡♡

Very unpleasant time for a new salon

I have been a customer here for many years, this place is the BEST!! Outstanding customer service! Owners (Jenny and Kevin) are OCD about cleanliness and anyone who says different obviously hasnt been here, or just likes to post negative comments about everywhere they go. I used to drive from Sierra Vista to get my nails done here, and I wouldnt go anywhere else in the state. I cant say enough, I send all of my family and friends here. Hardest working, most knowledgeable, friendliest staff in the business. A fun place to go and youll leave with GORGEOUS nails!!

I go there once a month or so and they are always quick and friendly. Some of the techs are preferred over others of course but Ive never had a bad experience really. I even take my 5 year old and they are great with her. Theyre rarely not busy but we have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes to be set up on a pedi chair. Overall, this is a great place and there is a real feeling of comfort. I recommend them all the time and always get positive feedback.

My favorite mani pedi place in Tucson. Always have a great experience here no matter how much time passes in between. The manicures last a long time and the treatments are great. I can even convince my husband to go here sometimes.

This is the best place for nails. They did a mani / pedi at the same time so I could make it back to work in time. The massages were good and the detail they put into their work was outstanding. I highly recommend.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would they rushed me and my step mom and did a horrible job. Both of our nails look absolutely atrocious. They shaped our nails uneven and the gel polish they painted on our skin and sheer. I could’ve peeled it off the second she finished. I will never come back here and I’ll never recommend anyone. Please do not go here.

I really like my nails and the lady who did them. She used foil wraps to take off my gel so that was really good and they came of smoothly. I will go back. But next time I will speak up for my self. My nails look great and I love them but I wanted a pedicure just without the part where the scrub the bottom of my feet. And the younger guy said oh you just want polish change no pedicure. THERE I MADE THE DECISION FOR YOU that was not what I wanted but he was very aggressive so I just sat down and didnt speak up. In the 15years I have been getting my nails done that never happened. He didnt even give me a chance to say what I wanted. I learned my lesson. Next time I will be speak up. He was very intimidating but thats the only reason 4 stars instead of 5. There are benefits to pedicure without scrubbing the bottom of my feet like cutting my toe nails etc. But the girl who did my nails was really nice and good at her job. And from what I could tell the guy who made my decision for me was also good at his job I just wish he wouldnt have involved himself and gave me a second to say what I wanted.

I went on Xmas eve to get my nails and toes done. My nails came out great. My toes look nice but when cutting the nails the lady really hurt my big toe. I dont know what she was doing but she was cutting the side of my big toe nail and pulling down until nail came out. It hurt. Ive never had issues with ingrown toe nails and I hope I dont start having issues now because Ill be pissed. Im up at 4:35 a.m. on Xmas day writing this review because my big toe is really throbbing. The lady had on an apron that had the letter K on it. Do not go to her. I will never return to this nail shop again.

ZERO STARS if I could. I have came here before and had a good experience but today I returned for a full set and received THIS. I was super dissatisfied with the shape: the length of each nail was uneven, also the width, I even had a crooked pinky nail and a super long thumb nail. I also could feel the women talking about me after I asked for the chrome to be ombré because it was applied incorrectly/not how I showed her. The price was also $70...thats wild. I will not be returning ESPECIALLY after getting my nails done for 2 HOURS and having to wait 15 mins before and 15 mins after just to get them cut off. Not to mention when I got the acrylic nails cut off she overly aggressive by yanking the nails instead of cutting each side. I had showed what I wanted before hand and still I didnt not receive that especially for $70. As soon as I got my refund i left. Dont recommend. Very disappointed !!!!

Have had nails done every two weeks for decades and have never experienced such horrible service. Not all employees understand English. Asked for a spa pedicure and received a regular pedicure. Asked for cateye nails and did not receive it. Instead of being careful with nails tech filed instead of soaked off nails.I watched two women walk out in disgust. Lady beside me having a pedicure told them she needed to be at work by noon. They promised to get her toes done. She left at 12:20. A guy came in while I was there about a problem he had the last time he was in showing them damage.Have nails done at your own risk!

Had very bad experience afterward. I got gel on my nails and my thumbs were coming off in a day. Felt like they never got hard like normal gel nails do. The top came off.....i would never have someone over there

I was a walk in and they took me right away, granted it was at 11am on a Friday. I choose the nail polish and the nail technician sat me right away. She didnt trim my nails, she just filed them, which I would have preferred. I felt she could have done more on trimming the cuticles. But overall what made the visit poor was the fact that my nail polish seemed like it was caked on. Like she applied several coats without letting them dry. I addressed these issues but of course she didnt understand me. Lastly you cant tip on the card they only accept cash.

Absolutely my favorite nail salon in Uniquely Nail Spa. I got my nails done here and my nail tech made sure they were exactly what I wanted. They really take time and focus on what you want.

Im not sure of the woman who did my fill but, when I sat down and asked her to shorten them she insisted the length I already had was a good length.I had to insist and told her theyre too long for me, she acted annoyed but then sanded them down, (took 30 seconds but she acted like it was inconvenient for her). She then cut the side of my pinky while filling, to the point where it bled, she also filed the rest of my cuticles apparently too far because when she put the dehydrating polish on all of my fingers started burning. Then, while she was painting my nails, another woman came over, they started having a conversation in their language (which I think its safe to say we all hate when they do that because we always think theyre talking about us) she lifted up my hand showing the lady she was speaking to my nails, and said something while shaking her head in disapproval. The other woman nervously giggled while looking at me and said uh she said long nail beautiful. Clearly that is not what she was actually saying. During my fill they all had food delivered, so at the end she rushed painting my nails, getting it on my skin and not caring to wipe it off, then got up and practically ran into the back, Im assuming to eat. She ran back out, came up behind me and took my card out of my hand (I wasnt handing it to her because I didnt even know she was there) printed my receipt and ran into the back again. I didnt even have time to tip her.Also, while I was there one lady that worked there was yelling and swearing, and another lady that worked complained about being cold, then asked me and another woman who was getting her nails done if we were cold, but before we could answer she said No, of course you arent. Youre white and youre Mexican, you dont get cold.So.. Safe to say I will not be coming back.

Will never return the this salon. Lost 2 nails in the first week. Nails were put on crooked and had bumps where the acrylic wasnt done right. I have been to many nail salons and this is by far the worst set of nails I have ever had.

I was going to give it two stars because I appreciated the patience she had in putting on the gel and making sure it looked right. I went in there with the intent of seeing Tamy since Ive heard many rave about her (and my usual nail place was all booked, which is why I went there), but I didnt want to be too picky since I went in there 30 min. before they closed, now I know I should have asked for her. But, I think that a nail spa should have technicians that do a great job regardless of who you get, which is why I changed my mind and gave this spot one star instead. Coming in to leave a review, I see that others have complained about similar or the same things I didnt particularly like either. Hope that others have had a better experience than I did because I definitely wont be going back.Now, I asked for a gel manicure and the lady didnt seem too happy that I had gel that had to be taken off. She had me soak my hands in acetone, I tried asking for the aluminum foil wraps because my hands are dry as it is and I knew that the acetone wasnt going to do me any good and probably cause some of my already sensitive dry areas to crack, all she said was, this is better, its faster. She overdid it with cutting off the dry cuticle area, left two super sensitive and managed to make me bleed on one. When filing my nails, she noticed I had my dry ares (as mentioned before) and tried cutting off the skin, grabbed her nail filer and kept filing at it, I tried pulling my hand away because it was painful and she kept roughly filing until I told her to stop. I told her it was very sensitive and it hurt, which was the reason I asked for the aluminum wrap to avoid the excess acetone on certain areas, only for her to say... well, you should have told me.When applying the gel she did it patiently, and I appreciate her taking her time to make sure she did a good job, but she put the gel all the way up to my cuticles and in some fingers on top of. When doing the color she passed her nail between my cuticle and the nail to make sure it didnt touch, the issue was the top coat. In trying to take off that cuticle gel off a couple of nails myself there is a visible lifted part of the gel between my cuticle and the nail part. That may perhaps be too picky, but Im pretty sure the nail polish or gel is supposed to only go on the nail and not on the cuticle. I hope

I just moved to AZ and decided to try this place out based on the reviews; It was my first and last time receiving services at this location. When I first walked in one of the ladies looked at me and immediately started speaking in their language then came a burst of laughter so yes, I assumed the comment was about me. However, I ignored it and went on to receive a pedicure (I used my own polish for my toes) from another lady who rushed through the service and was very rough. While I received my pedicure, a younger lady removed my gel polish (had me soak my fingers in acetone instead of using cotton balls and aluminum foil) when the polish did not immediately come off after scrapping the hell out of my nail bed, she reached for a drill to which I informed her not to use on my nails. I asked and paid extra for a design to which after some words to her co-worker in their language she completed one design and stated is that good enough? Ive never encountered someone working on my nails to ask me a question like that. After the young lady was finished with the acetone used on my hand, she placed it in a bowl beside the sink rinsed out the bowl and placed it under the sink; I am not sure if what was used on my hands had been previously used or not but her actions made me wonder.After an hour later, asking the young lady to remove gel polish from the back of my hand, having cured my gel polish in the lamp that rested on the armrest of the chair I was in....I knew I would not return. A few people who came in after me asked specifically for Tony so maybe hes the reason for such great reviews. The employees were unprofessional as 2 of the women argued the entire time I was there with one walking over and slapping the other one hard on the back. 20 mins after that incident they ended up wrestling one another between workstations where other customers were receiving services....other customers found it funny however, I did not.

I gave this place only 2 starts only based off of what I believed to be the owner. He was very loud and trying to be the clown of the place. When I go get my nails done I wanna relax, the place I usually go was over booked and I needed my nails done before 3. So I went to this place. The tech that did my nails was amazing my nails look good. But the owner wouldn’t stop making inappropriate jokes the whole time. Talking about how the toes on there own paintings on the wall look like midget feet, and they shouldn’t have used them as models, making jokes about the girl that was sitting in his chair that her hair looked like a cholla because of her highlights. The hole time he was innapropate.

A nail tech Jenny was very nice and did a beautiful job.

Worst experience ever. Was laughed at multiple times when he kept burning my nails In which he then did it on himself and laughed at me as if I were making it up. Nails were messy, powder was ridiculously thick and color which was supposed to be blue, was spotty with blue and white. When I pointed it out along with the fact that he needed to clean up all of my nails with the file, he then laughed at me a disagreed with everything I said. After 1.5 hours and top coat was finally on, he went to shine my nails and all of the dip began coming off in clumps on all nails- he did not follow the proper SNS steps. He THEN had to file ALL my nails again, and proceed with a gel top coat. In addition a worker came in mid manicure and was very loud and inappropriate and very distributive to customers! Very unprofessional, and horrible service.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Kim was so rough with my feet I left the place with my two big toes bleeding. She was too quick and was obviously just trying to get me out of the chair asap. She spent maybe 10 minutes on my pedicure. Will not ever be returning to this salon nor will I recommend it to anyone.

This place is HORRIBLE! Zero stars and possibly a call to the health department. I should have got up and walked out the door, but I always feel like I am offending the nail tech. Ugh! My nails HURT after a really rough cuticle scrape and cut. One of my cuticles is bleeding. Dirty, paint stained towels and the whole place could use a deep cleaning!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I will not go back to Uniquely Nails. the nail techs are sweet and do a decent job but the owner is nasty. i got cold from sitting under the a.c. and said id be happy to move and she had a little fit. after my nails were done she came over and ripped off the toe separators and ruined my pedicure. as a frequent paying customer, i was appalled at her behavior which has always been quite unpleasant but she really blew it this time. there are many other nail places in the neighborhood for me to try.
