This place is absolutely wonderful! When you first walk in everyone greets you with a smile :) I brought in a couple of different options for my nails and they helped me pick the one that would best fit my hands. I had Tina and she was absolutely adorable! She spent so much time with me making sure that my nails were perfect. Would 10/10 recommend to all of my friends. My set was $55. Totally worth the price!!

This was my first ever manicure and pedicure (I always polish my nails myself). I am very happy about the quality and price. Its not a salon to have a long conversation with the employees since they dont really make small talk. However they are nice and professional in their job.

I took my management team here as a reward and was not disappointed. They had chaos ready and cleaners for all of is. It is upright and clean in those building and the staff did a wonderful job. My team were all very pleased

Im usually not the one to write reviews, but i felt this was needed. i went in there about 2 weeks ago and got a full set of acrylic nails. About 2 days into my brand new set, 2 nails had already lifted and broken off, let me mind you, i work a desk job and dont do anything crazy for them to lift or break.I ended up ripping off the rest because all but 1 broke after a WEEK of having them done.The way the way the tips were glued on was nothing Ive ever seen before. I was a little upset after spending $60 and getting such poor quality nails.I definitely will not be going back, and I just wish they would make things right.

I read all the reviews and I had to come in! I wanted a specific look for my nails and Angela did such a wonderful and beautiful job! She took her time, and was really friendly! All the great reviews are dead on! I’m so happy with my manicure! I found my new salon to go to for a me day!

So Im new to Tucson and this place was my first one to try out here. The place is relatively clean and the staff seem to be nice people, however I feel disappointed in the nails aspect. Ive had a mani pedi done both times Ive gone here, and each time I go home and my toes are in immense pain due to getting an ingrown toenail. First it was my big toenail that turned red and numb so I couldnt wear my regular shoes, second time I found one of my toenails had a sharp edge that was cutting into my skin. I get my nails done regularly, at least once each month, and this hasnt happened to me before. For this reason, unfortunately I will no longer be coming here and will have to find another place to go to.

I purchased the pedicure and scheduled an appointment the same day. The staff was kind and polite. They are practicing CDC guidelines so it was a fun safe experience. The pedicure came out great.

Thinking it was Monday so probably not very crowded in a nail salon, I decided to take Mom out for a pedicure after she had been couped up for 3 months. So we masked up and came to the only open place in our area. It was a very bad experience!I was cut on the toe by my nail lady. Let me tell you, it hurts! I was also having a very hard time communicating with her but did not receive much assistance from her colleagues to translate until she cut me and I screamed in pain. She was very sweet but very rough with the instruments. I have never experienced this before!Mom’s attendant was much more experienced and very good to her BUT she took her face mask off after 5 minutes - no idea why, I did mention to her but did not receive a response. Glad Mom is wearing a mask as she is in her 70s...Sad to be writing this as I am all about supporting local businesses but I feel like our community needs to know.

I made an appointment for a manicure. When I got to the salon, none of the nail techs were using a mask. I asked the person who greeted me a the door why. He told me that only the nail tech who would be doing my nails would be wearing a mask. Of course, I left!

Amazing! Cheaper prices than most places and amazing work. I was taken care of the moment I walked in. My eyebrows and nails looks amazing. I love my hands, they can do great designs as well. Totally recommend. Great quality, the workers were very kind and professional. And the salon was clean.

I entered into their place for gel manicure, it was neat and tidy. The lady I came across was polite and talkative. She handled my nails carefully and changed their appearance to beautiful. I start falling in love with my hands. They are looking stunning after the procedure. Pleased with their service.

I went to this salon yesterday for the first time. I went there because I was on that side of town and their reviews were great. When I got there I asked to look at the gel colors. The guy gave me one set of colors to look at, when I didn’t see anything I liked I asked for more options. He gave me one more set. I picked a color that I thought would be ok. He proceeded to fill my nails but didn’t get all of the previous color off before adding the acrylic. When he started applying the color I told him that I didn’t like it. He showed me what it would look like with the cat eye. I still wasn’t happy but he didn’t take it off he painted the next nail. After painted the second one he said it’s “good enough”. I hoped that after he applied the second coat it would look better but it didn’t. When he finished and I actually got to look at them you could tell that there was spots they the polish wasnt applied. I told him about it and he said it’s just the metallic. He applied more polish over the oil he applied to my nail which made the polish bubble when it dried. I told him about it and he said if it peels to come back and he would fix it. His answer to it being terrible was that he won’t charge me extra for the cat eye style. I refused to pay for the gel polish. When I was checking out I asked if he was the owner. He told me yes. When I left there I went to a different place to get my nails done correctly. I will never go back there again.

I almost dont want to post about how wonderful this place is in order to keep it all to myself! Very clean and beautifully remolded! The staff was attentive and atmosphere was relaxing. I got a gel manicure for $30 in 30 minutes!! Dont let the quick time frame dissuade you from going. My nails look great!

Its flip-flop season which means I had to attend to my nails. I originally decided to try out LV Nails due to the proximity to me and their reasonable pricing, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover great service, great staff, clean facilities, and an amazing experience. Even as a walk-in, I got immediate, attentive service, and my nail tech Kim is such a sweetheart and made great conversation. And, I walked out with a gorgeous set of nails.If you can swing a little extra money for the pedicure with the hot oil massage and sugar scrub, do it. 100% worth it.

First time here! I brought my daughter who got her first manicure and pedicure here. They were awesome with her! Her nails turned out great and it was a fun experience for her. So, for that, I wanted To make sure there were a couple stars up there in reference to service for kids. My pedicure was very good and enjoyable. I was switched to an older gentleman. He was very nice; however, his hands were shaking. Cause for concern in a nail salon. Welp, I got my nails and skin painted today! Unfortunately, it was easily the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Super bummed because the owner and workers were very nice!

I went there for the first time to get my nails done Saturday. A guy that attended me did my nails horribly, I let him know that I didnt like them and his response was that I was too sensitive and that he couldnt clean my nails properly! Acrylic nails usually take 45 minutes or so and this guy did in 25 min. I am used to getting acrylic nails but Ive never had them done so badly. I dont recommend going to that place! I wouldnt return even if it was free!

This is a wonderful salon. My husband and i happened upon it just by luck and we are very glad we did. The atmosphere was very friendly and professional. We got a full treatment and the massage is wonderful. We will be back again for sure an enjoyable experience.

I am sooo happy that I found a nail salon near me that is super clean, upscale, but not expensive, that I can trust. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and the salon, so finding LV Nail Spa in Tucson was a god sent. They use high quality products, actually care about giving you the best service, the nail technicians are super friendly. I am definitely going back. Thank you so much for the great service!!Oh and they are having a sale right now, 10% off 2 or more people, or $5 off service when its just you. Not sure how long its lasting, but you can always call the salon.

Been coming here first I been getting my nails & every he did them they fell off, the dude that sit up front..still tip..its a test when I first see a new nail tech I just moved here....after 3 visits he talks about other customers that come in. Women gossip yes but for this man it wasnt right. Then I started with a pedi the lady younger was bad but tip still then this guy SMH even worst. I love my pedi & manicure, but this NO GOOD I FIND OUT. horrible. .......STILL TIP THEM, just not that person. But go else where. Have a lovely day.

Do not recommend. Went based on good reviews, but was not my experience. They were having credit card issues so they just didn’t answer the phone. So I went in person thinking they were really busy. They should have had someone answer and explain! Poor business practice. I was told I could get a pedicure and pay cash, but wasn’t told it would be quick, painful and lousy! They were closing for the day, again credit card machine issues, so they just wanted to get out of there. I wish they would have just said no they were closing. They left literally with me, not allowing me to even dry. Turned lights out as soon as I put my shoes on! The sign in the window still said open, so anyone calling or arriving in person would not have known what was up! I was also surprised they don’t have any magazines! First salon that I have ever been to that didn’t have magazines! Won’t be back.

My 2nd visit was not as good as first. Aerator in the foot tub kept breaking so I spent the soaking portion of the pedicure with the managers hands in water trying to fix it. The chairs massage function was broken too. Not very relaxing! Manicure & pedicure were average/fine. At checkout, they wouldnt honor the 10% discount advertised on a large banner out front & on their website. I didnt argue, I just wont return again.

Attempted to go in for a walk-in mani/pedi mid afternoon (2:30) mid February. There was only ONE nail technician there who was helping another client. He said he had time for a walk-in and to have a seat... I am generally a patient person. I waited 20mins for him to finish helping the other client. He said that he could get my mani started but then I would have to wait again for the pedicure because he had another appointment in 10 minutes (3:00). I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I did not think that it was right to have some else’s appointment run late because he was doing my mani and then have to sit and wait AGAIN for a pedicure. If he did not have time for a walk-in service he should had said so when I first got there rather than waste 20mins for nothing. Two stars because the facility was clean and spacious. Although, I think the heat must have been out because they had a couple space heaters throughout the salon. I will not return, too bad because I live 2mins away.UPDATE: I decided to give this Salon another shot because it’s location is very convenient and I am glad I did. I have had a great experience the TWO other times. Got a mani/pedi both times and received excellent service. Both times I called ahead to make sure they had time ;)

My girl did okay on my pedicure but you could tell she was new. When she got to my hands the other women started rushing her and her hands were shaking.... the manicure was horrible. I felt bad for her but I also paid for the service .... regardless of how long it took. The massage was also super short.
