Everyone at the salon is very kind. They are very accommodating and clean. I got a pedicure first then asked for the same color for my manicure, only in gel. There was a mix up with a shipment they got and the gel color I chose for my nails was labeled wrong. I didn’t notice the difference in color until after my manicure was done and I showed the nail tech and the manager. They asked me if/how they could fix it. I said it was okay because I had to leave at that time. They apologized and discounted the service for the inconvenience. I asked if I could come back the next day to get it changed to the regular polish so it could match my pedicure. They scheduled my appointment for first thing that next morning at no charge. Another wonderful tech took the time to go through all the samples and found a gel color almost exactly to the one I asked for. He wanted to make sure I got the color I wanted in gel polish. In a matter of no time my toenails and my fingernails matched! :) I highly recommend this nail salon, you will walk away happy. And if something accidentally goes wrong, they will be quick and helpful to fix it! Thank you Hahn and your techs!!

Everyone has returned to work. Kim has owned this salon in Tucson for over 15 years. All CDC guidelines being followed. The pedicure chair massage was great. Walk-in or appointment

Wife has gone a couple times so far, she said Kim takes care of her. Great work, reasonable rates, good friendly service.

It is 2:45 in the afternoon and two people were getting services done. When I walked in he asked how he could help me. After I said I needed a pedicure and a manicure he told me that they were so busy for the rest of the day and they couldnt take anyone else. Its too bad because Ive been going there for years and never been treated so badly.

This is the only nail salon I trust. I travel from Phoenix to Tucson to get my nails done here. Today I received the best manicure I have ever had; their services keep getting better each year. They are also very affordable! 10/10 would recommend.

They were terrific and patient with my elderly mother. Alot of salons do not like to serve the elderly even with my support with holding her hands still. My mother said the lady was very nice and gental. Sorry i did not get her name.

Id give negative stars if possible. I went at 5:26pm today, i remind you they close at 7pm.) My regular lady is booked! So anyways, I walked in and a nail tech greeted me. There was 2 ladies getting pedicures and the lady asked what i wanted done. I said a full set. She said we busy u come back tomorrow. Im all thinking to myself... Hmmm it said walk ins welcomed, yet i was turned away. And the sign was lit and said open. Also, noone else was there... Dont waste your time. 😡

Took less than 10 minutes for spa pedi. I wasnt even soaked for a minute. For what? I could do the same at Home. Save your money ladies. There was nothing redeeming except a good callous removal. Would not go back. Also slightly scared of fungus as there seemed to be no hygiene practice. The young man would be better served in another profession where he doesnt have to be nice to people. And I tipped him.

Ive been going to VN Nail Spa for over 10 years. They are the best. Always friendly and very good at what they do. Theres no one else like them. Go give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

My shellac nails only had 2 coats polish and she didnt paint to the cuticles. So it was a little see thru, I didnt notice until I left. But they are highly recommended, so? Maybe it was not a good day. They have very loyal followers. People have been going for years. Following the technicians.

I have been going to Kim for over 12 years, she is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what she does and she cares about Customer Satisfaction! I would never go to anyone else and I send my friends, family and customers to her.

My mom, aunt, and I have been coming here for years. Kim is always so friendly and kind, and she will always fit you in when needed, she also does the best nail art that lasts! You wont be disappointed!

Horrible experience. My nails look horrible, she did not buff my nails, the shape is horrible and she didnt even polish them good. WASTE of money. I will NEVER go back. The lady was nice but does not know how to do nails.

The man on staff had a bad attitude..... Tried to fix at the end..... The lady was nice though. She was trying to ensure to the success of my trip.Too little too late. Never again

Terrible at 1:20 pm in the afternoon, we where denied service, they only had 3 staff members and 3 customers she said come back another day. The shop hours displayed open till 6pmWe wont be back. They dont care about more business.

I had a bad experience with the guy, he is very rude and should not work in a customer service field. I did not like the way he did my nails so I asked for a solid color instead, he was very rude afterward and raised his voice.

High price and hard to comunicate, I will keep looking for a shop!
