I have been coming to see Sam and have him do my nails since my daughter was a baby. Shes now 21. However today I went to get fills and they charged me $45.00. As much as I like the job that Sam does on my nails I dont think I will be coming back anytime soon. All I got was fills and gel nail polish and it cost $45.00 THATS JUST CRAZY. I can get the same service for $25.00 cheaper if I go to my normal nail shop. At my normal nail shop I can get my nails done and get a pedicure for the price I was charged for today.

I love love Kim! I been coming 13 years for pedis she does a good job ! She always makes sure my feet come out looking fresh how I like them ! Her husband is great I dont really get manis only have a few times for special occasions but he is also just as gentle as miss Kim both are beyond amazing people 💕 I totally recommend I will be seeing her today actually!

Sam was excellent ! I have been to a lot of them.....and usually it hurts. No pain here.

Went in for a pedicure and paid the extra $5 for the hot stone massage option. The lady basically soaked my feet, cut my nails, “buffed” out my heels, barely, then the hot stone “massage” lasted all but about 5 minutes. All in all it was a 15 minute procedure, not worth the $30.

Ive only had my nails done a handful of times, but this has been the worst experience Ive had yet. The lady who did my nails was more focused on watching her Chinese soap operas on her tablet then she was actually working on my nails. She did nothing to remove the calluses on my feet or trim my cuticles, typically customary with manicures one would think. When I walk in she seemed upset because I was distracting her from watching her soaps. For manicure and pedicure, I was out in less than 25 minutes, not thanked or even acknowledged, and they changed the price on me because I decided to change the color of my nail polish before she had even started painting. I wish I had read the previous two reviews because this is exactly what happened. I could have done my nails better myself with a blindfold on. Heres my manicure after only 3 days.

Nails were done in a hurry by two different people then more than half were not straight and the acrylic was uneven on every nail. My first experience was good here but the second means there will be no third.

Hands down my go to salon. Soooo friendly when you come in They make you feel comfortable and the nails are always beautiful. If you like your nails done beautifully or a specific way you can come in. Pedis are relaxing like always with massaging chairs. They have alot of traditional and trendy nail colors, styles and they can do any style like the old school square or coffin or whatever. Sam is very good at doing what you show him a pic of what you like and his wife is also very creative. Very family oriented. Customer service is high. Great prices and great work and close to the University or anywhere really. Theyre always open.

I came with good expectations but left disappointed my nails were not the same shape and he kept hurting me. He was more interested in YouTube then his clients. Me nor my mom were satisfied with our nails. I would not come again and I don’t recommend anyone else to come either.

I love Sam and his wife. They’re such an amazing couple and they always make sure their customer is well satisfied! I highly recommend this nail salon. They’re both amazing!!! This place is always my go-to and always meet my needs when it comes down to pedicures and a full set.

1st time I went to them they took there time and I was very pleased with there work.2 time they rushed, And messed up my nails had 2 come back 2 times trying to get my nails fixed. Still crooked and missing spots of polish. IM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER NAIL SALON.

Not such a good experience. I had a long wait because only two people work. She barely touched my Toe nails when cleaning them or filing them that my nails were still crooked and when I told her she gave me the file so i could correct it.... Im 7 months pregnant but i did it anyway hoping she would feel embarrassed. I wont be back!!

Sam is amazing! He is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Brought me magazines and a cold bottle of water as soon as I sat down. Fast and great service.

They are super friendly and maintain a great atmosphere. Cheap and grrat quality for what you get. Most the time people only rate to complain because they are very particular about their nails. Ive been going here since I was as a little girl and I love it.

BEWARE!!!! SAM and KIM are conning their customers. They bait and switch you for services. One red flag is that there are NO prices listed for services anywhere in the shop and they communicate in coded language when they speak English most of the time for anything else.Today, I went in for a full set which is usually $25.99 and they charge me $31.99 claiming extra money for having to remove my old set. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I have never heard of such BS. They give business cards with the prices on them and then arbitrarily change the prices in pen to gouge unwitting customers.Sam thinks hes so slick. He leaves customers in water, nails partially done, services half finished while he sneaks out of the back door and picks up his kids at school while Kim disteacts you.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I WILL SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO WHOMEVER I CAN TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM BEING STOLEN FROM.Since Sam can afford to lose money and good Customers due to dishonest practices, then I can afford to spend my money at a honest business that respects and appreciate GOOD CUSTOMERS.

Love this place sometimes theres a wait but always worth it they do a good job and very friendly.

They do good work but, I suspect that they dont always know what theyre pricing because they dont make receipts and they just hand write down what they want you to pay and Ive been there twice and I always get the same exact thing doing my nails. They charged me first with $35 and gave them a $5 tip. The second vist they charged me $45 and i didnt want to tip because Im not spending $50 on somthing that cost $35. So i suspect they probably sometime change their prices so watch out.

Doesnt open when they say they are.. waited outside their shop for 30 mins and called several times and nothing. Poor customer service.

I have been here a few times...I went in for my birthday to relax and get pampered...well bad idea. I asked for a mani pedi i got my pedicure first. The lady that started my pedicure set up her tablet and was watching a show on netflix. She was so distracted that she was not paying attention on what she was doing. I had asked for the callus remover, when she started to scrape my feet with the file thingy she cut the side of my toe. I asked her to stop and she grabbed the electric file thingy and wanted to file the part where she cut me. I told her no that what the heck was she doing and just ignored me until her husband came and asked what was going on. I told him she was distracted with her tablet and had cut my foot with the file and he said sorry and wanted to put some drops on my cut.I did pay for the service but I will no longer go here. My cut was way deeper that what it seemed to be when it first happened and it looks pretty bad. I have been cleaning with peroxide and Neosporin. Hopefully it heals soon!

Absolutely awful got a manicure and pedicure with shellac a few says ago and its already chipping and peeling. They use poor quality products and do poor work. Moderately priced but not at all worth it!!!

Only two people for the whole salon. they had to turn away a few people cause they were too busy. got a mani and a pedi and they rushed the prepping, polishing was ok.. dont think Ill come back

I made an appointment with this salon. I showed up at the time of my appointment and the doors where locked. They closed the shop 45 minutes early. The employee would not even open the door to help a customer.

My daughter and I went to this Salon recently only two people there I got a gel manicure which was done in such a hurry and was not impressed asked the woman who did my nails to fix multiple times was told she didn’t have time, it took them almost 2 1/2 hours to complete my daughters acrylic nails after they were painted the color she wanted the guy painted them very sloppy so I asked for them to be repainted which they were but still looked awful I will never go back there.
