At first this service seemed like any other nail service it wasn’t until they began working on my nails until I realized this would not be the same. This was my worst nail experience ever. Period. I requested a simple design and provided the “artist” with pictures and instructions. After 1 hour I was sure I had made the wrong decision by coming here. There was a struggle to produce what I wanted and I had to wait for their “best” artist to finish what she was doing. She was worse than the woman before that had ruined my nails. After everyone had tried “their best” they recommended an entirely different nail salon to fix my nails. They offered a $10 discount on their services on completely ruining my nails. There is no reason to ever visit this nail salon. They have completely discontinued communication with me and have not returned my calls or texts. Please avoid this nail salon at all costs. After going to MIMOSA NAILS (the better salon). Please. Regardless of the deal or the price, avoid going to this awful excuse for a nail salon. None of what they do is worth your money.

Everyone was so nice, and I left really happy with the work. But one week later and my gel nails are completely chipped :( got them done for a special trip aaaand...they are looking pretty bad. Bummer for sure.

This was the worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced in Tucson. The staff was rude. The work was bad. My money was wasted and I will never ever use their services again. I asked for a simple design. My request was ignored. They used an entirely different color and offered a $10 discount for giving me something I didn’t want. DO NOT GO HERE.

Not only did I have to wait for a long period of time, but nobody in the building could do the design I was asking for. They charged me $45 for a full set, with half finished nails and then told me to go to a different nail place so someone else could finish what I asked for. The color they put on my nails wasn’t even remotely similar to what I asked for. They seemed in a rush and the way they acted was completely unprofessional. I ended up going to a different nail place and they had to remove everything except the nail set and redo it all, but they did amazing.I went back to Lavender nails to ask for a refund and they refused to even listen or reason with me, because I certainly did not get what I paid for. The lady I spoke to was rude and told me the owner would call back, however he has not. I never got my refund and I will not be returning. Absolutely terrible.

My cousin had the worst nail job done. The salon told her to go to another nail salon to get her nails done. Then she went back to ask for a refund and they wouldn’t give her a supervisors name, finally they offered a $10 gift card but she wasn’t going to go back and go through that service again so she declined that and asked for at least half the money back. The supervisor was supposed to call her back and they did not. She called multiple times and they kept telling her the supervisor would call back and she still hasn’t heard back from them. If I could give less than a star this place would get that. There a many other salons that provide outstanding service.

I called when they opened to see if they had availability for two manicures. They told me to come in 30 minutes. When I arrived the entire place was full. We were escorted to empty tables to sit and wait, however it was clear that we were going to be waiting for quite some time. With social distancing and covid-19 still being so relevant businesses should really avoid overbooking and put the health of their customers first. We left.

I love this Nail Salon. Tina the owner is great. Very clean and they offer a lot of different services. Very convenient to the east side. You do not have to wait long to be served. Reasonable prices.

The most important thing I look for in a nail salon... CLEANLINESS! Lavender Nail & Spa is super clean and very well maintained. It is relaxing and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I just moved to town and this will definitely be my regular pedi spot! Great selection of polish colors and someone had lots of fun decorating)!

This is my favorite nail salon. They always have 10+ nail technicians so they are able to squeeze anyone in in a timely manner. It is always crowded but they dont make you feel hurried. They provide excellent acrylic services and they do a decent pedicure. I once had a splinter in the bottom of my foot and they wouldnt rest until it was out. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to provide good service!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

This is one of my favorite places to come with my best. She introduced this place to me, and quickly became our hangout place. The Nail ladies are always so helpful and take care of you. You can have some champagne, hot coffee or tea while you get your pedicure. They have a variety of waxing services here, which is our go too

The best nail salon in Tucson by far!!!! Got a perfect chrome manicure here this summer and cant wait till I have the chance to come back. The manicure lasted a solid 3 weeks, the shapes my nails into a perfect almond and I got non stop compliments the entire time I had the chrome mani. Real skill and attention to detail here, well worth the money!!!

This place was ok they were able to fit me in, but the lady who did my nails was trying talk talk me out of what I wanted and then said she couldnt do my nails the length I wanted because they would break which isnt true because I always get my nails that length. She rushed and didnt give me the quality experience I paid for which was outrageously priced 75 bucks for a pedicure and full set. I will not be going back. She also wouldnt do the design I wanted because she didnt have the time, I feel like Im paying for my time and I should get what I want. The job she did was ok nothing special.

Really clean for a nail salon, that I can appreciate. They did a good gel manicure, price was pretty fair. Downside, they dont want tips on a card, only cash, so you have to use their ATM and pay a fee. Im not too crazy on helping someone avoid paying taxes on income. It will be a toss up if I go back.

I spent $60 to get three little girls nails done (we asked for gel on fingers to help it last longer). It literally pealed off on the way home within the hr!! I didn’t have time to go back. Very disappointed. Also, they didn’t even trim the toenails. Won’t go back.

I LOVE to come to Coco Nails and Lavender Nails! Same owners and they do such a great job! My boyfriend even comes in for pedicures! Everyone is so friendly! I really LOVE the massage chairs!!!

My mother’s and I’s dip nails lasted MAYBE 3 days. I went back about day 5/6 to have them simply remove the dip, and put a clear coat on them. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A MANI, not to mention it took them over an hour! We will never go back there.I’ve had dip from other places in town last over 4 weeks!

Technician were great. I got the express mani (gel) and pedi. They have coffee, other drinks and extremely comfortable chairs. I was able to text via the Google messaging system about my appointment and you can also make appointments through their website. They have a big space and a good selection of nail polish. Loved the vibe. They also have wifi so I was able to hang out and work a bit while my toes dried.

Tina is SUPERB!! Always looks great, lots of compliments, very creative designs and can always accommodate my schedule!! THANK YOU so much Tina!!

Yes that long lol Ive had different ladies do my nails and eye brows sometime better than others so all I did was try another until I found the best. Hands down nina is the best!!! Fast reliable clean long lasting work. I go for a refill every 3 weeks and it looks great. My eyebrows nina very good job. I went here a few weeks ago to get a fill done for my nails. The woman was extremely rude to me and charged me extra because I had long nails and long nails take too long to do. I walked out of there paying $30 for a fill. I just went there again to get one nail fixed because I didnt think it would be a big deal. I walked up to the front desk to sign in and the lady up from gave me a new sign in sheet because the other one was full. I went to take a seat and there was one other customer sitting down. The woman goes to talk to the lady who did my nails last time and she came back up to me and told me they were too busy to service me. I asked the lady why I wasnt allowed to wait and get my one nail fixed and she told me I had to go and come back later. There was one person ahead of me and she let me sign in. I will never come back again, worst nail salon and customer service Ive ever had to deal with.

I got gel nails for the first time ever and 5 days later they were already lifting all around the edges... I wont waste my money on this ever again! The ladies were nice but I could have got acrylic nails and they would have lasted longer.

Clean... most important clean. Then you look at the chairs and the comfort. Excellent. next, for me it is friendly service, I was a walk-in and they made me feel like family. Lastly, nice job!

I went here for the first time, Linda did a full set Gel and they turned out almost identical to the picture I showed her. She was very kind, I was comfortable, and it was clean! Cant wait to go back.

The pedicure and manicure was great, however the ladies working there were rude and spoke in their native language the whole time loudly. As a paying customer one couldnt visit with the person sitting next to you. At times they made you feel like they were talking or laughing at their customers! Was not a relaxing atmosphere with all the employees talk and gossip.

Staff was pleasant but I was not impressed. Went for a pedicure. Water was cold at first, then was ignored for 5 minutes. They trimmed my nails really short, to the point where they hurt the following day. They didnt remove all or even most of the dead skin off my heels. Ive never had my feet hurt the day following a pedi, but they do today. Ill never go back there.

Alright do NOT go here. I went because it was by target and thought i would because it was on the way. Well so not worth it!! They make up prices as they go.. such a scam! She tried to say that I could only get square shape and super short nails like basically the length of my regular nails or else it would be 10$ extra!! I told her i’ve never experienced it before and she tried to act like I was lying. Then to top it off my nail lengths were soooo uneven and she said it was just “my nails” NO IVE NEVER HAD THIS! Idk if it was just the lady (tracy) or Just the store .. I’ve been here before and they like to charge you for their tips too! Who does that? Anyways never going again after this and I hope nobody else does

There is not option for 0 stars. This store is deceitful and lies about pricing. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was advised they have a deal going on for $45.00 Mani pedi. I said ok lets do it! I went to get my pedi and was advised thats an extra $5.00 for the scrub. Which i said ok to bringing our total to $50.00.Then when I got my nails done for gel nails its an extra $5.00. Ok fine for the extra 5.00. that brings us to $55.00. I was not provided a manicure and the nails were just slapped on. By the time I left they advised me the price they quoted of $45.00 was not true and it was $55.00 for the mani pedi. I tried to talk to them about it and asked them to make it right, they pretended to not know what I was saying and declined to tell me what the extra $10.00 charge was for. Find an honest place to go to and would NEVER recommend unless you enjoy being ripped off by people who do it on purpose then play they cant understand you.

Absolutely terrible service, and incredibly unprofessional. I got a full set of acrylics on my fingers and the nail tech cut me THREE TIMES with the electric file. Two of my cuts were bleeding, and she even cut herself and her finger was bleeding as well. She didnt even bother to stop and clean up the blood until she was done with all the filing. In addition, after speaking with the manager he refused to give me a refund and was incredibly rude. This place is a disgrace.

I have had brow waxing and manicures and pedicures here. Very nice, very reasonably priced. I took my daughter for a mani pedi last weekend and she loved the designs they put on her nails.
