This place is very friendly and really makes you feel at home, not normal for a nail salon. Usually i feel like the people are gossiping about me in a language i cant comprehend. Tho they are slower and take a while longer, the atmosphere, people and quality of craftsmanship are well worth it!

I had very limited time and was so pleased that I received a complete manicure & gel polish in 40 minutes. He wasnt sloppy but went over each nail methodically and did such a nice, neat job. Thank you

I have been coming to this place for years. Schedule an appointment with Ken only. I dont get anything super dramatic, just fills and manicure gel color but my nails always look nice, he shapes them the way I want and has never done them poorly. He takes his time. The place is clean and quiet. I nothing bad to say about Ken :) we chat a little bit too

Great place stop in to get my nails fixed and get wax right before they closed and they were great!!!

After moving here needed a new nail tech and Ken did a great job with my fill and gel polish. If it holds up will be going back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR YOUR TIME GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! I paid 50$ for a job that 3 hrs later looks like HELL or better yet, that looks like Im due now, for a new polish.. Black with silver tips.. I went to the bathroom 1 hour post nails being done and from pulling up my shorts down/up, Im missing noticeable silver on the tips of 7 of my nails. I have smudged gel on 2 fingers, 1 thumb nail much longer than the other, and 3 fingers sore. I asked to have the silver faded black from the tip, and i got a silver line.. I could have raised hell,, but chose to give review instead... Wont EVER go back!!

These guys do a great job with a pedicure. Very friendly and kind. Thank Goodness! Cuz Ive tried a few nail salons here in SW Tucson with not as good results. Good Work, Diamond Nails. Super Clean too!

My daughter had her nails done with gelish to protect her own nails, they did not last more than 3 days. For 15.00 dollars, too expensive if its coming off in 3 days! I called at day six to get her in and the owner gave me a hard time, I told her even like that it had not been a week. I am going somewhere else next time.

Zero stars if i could! The lady said theyre REALLY busy and full, there was only 2 people, how is that busy?? No wonder theres no business and bad ratings. Worst customer service.

This place is clean not too busy. You can usually get in within 10 minutes. And the staff is nice and try to give you what you want.

My Mom and niece had manis and pedis done here. The polish on my nieces fingernails and toenails were smudged, bubbled and some nails had polish missing from edges. My nieces nails alone were $30 and it looked like she had painted her own. My Moms nails werent as bad, but the polish looked similar. Maybe it was old polish? She was not happy with the customer service either. They wont be returning.

I have been to this place a total of 4 times. Each experience was even worse than the next. If I could give it 0 stars I would.The first time I was with a few friends. The staff kept pushing services on each one of us. One girl wanted a mani and pedi and her nails fell off within two days. The second girl only wanted a mani and she received grief for not wanting a pedi(though she had a fear of touching her feet.) I received a pedi and was pushed additional services.The second time I went I received a full set. Two days later I had already lost two nails. I will give you a little bit of a backstory. I work in a call center. I dont work in labor or as a nurses aide. The nail flew off after petting my dads dog whos an old man and doesnt do much in regards to activity. Come to find out that the nails had been lifted.The third time I was simply told that they were too busy and to come back in 45 minutes(I was at the laundrymat and did not have the extra time to be waiting)This last time was the final straw. I came in and asked how much it would be for a simple color. I had stopped biting my nails and am enjoying the fact that they are growing out but am struggling with upkeep so I was also going to ask for advice on that. They let me pick out the color set up put my hands in a bowl to soak before they told me an appointment had arrived and I would have to come back in 30 minutes.Honestly the place accross the street has better, more consistent pricing and I have never had an issue with a nail coming off after 2 days. They always let me choose a custom design and was just inconvenient as I was at the laundrymat across the street. I will go to the other place instead.

I went to see if I could get a pedicure and there was only one other lady getting service and the owner said “sorry we full” clearly they weren’t. They’re lazy

Horrible service! The man who was doing my nailsWas getting mad because my finger had a twitch, something I cannot control. He was asking me to stop and to look away then told me again to stop moving my finger, and I told him repeatedly i cannot control it. He threw up his and said then I cannot help you. Never have I ever I experienced such horrible service because my finger twitches. Other manicurists never had an issue with my finger twitching.

Barely walked in the door and I didn’t even have a chance to say a word when they told me they were not taking more customers that they were busy. No one was waiting.

Went in for a mani and pedi, they are very thorough and good with what theyre doing. The pedicure felt wonderful, i could almost fall asleep! Then it was finger nail time, And i got diamond french tips. Theyre beautiful! and i love them. I feel as though they slightly overcharged though. The prices are hung up on the wall and they charged me something different? Overall i would recommend this place to friends. oh and they also do eyebrow waxing, which is a plus :)

Went in w my daughter for a pedi and fill. This was not our first time there and has in the past good service not great but good service. The guy who did my pedi was rude, rough and not at all intrested in what I wanted and I feel its because he knows he cut my toe nails so low and crooked that he was trying to cover it up. I told him this was too low and not at all what I wanted he kept trying to put his mess on me instead of trying to own up or make it better. When it came for my fill the same guy was rude and rough as well i did not like the Polish that I picked because it looked old as he was putting it on he kept telling me it will look better once he was finished so I gave it time I didnt want to be rude so when it was all done it still looked like crap.i told the guy and he said if I wanted to change it then i would have to pay for it. I am aware of this but since I let him at the second finger I dont feel I should of had to pay. My daughter walked in with the coffin nails and walked out with square nails she told the older man but she says he didnt respond to her. My daughter is not 1 to say anything rude so she went with it. This was the worst service Ive experienced at this place I wont go back I feel if you go in for service and expect to walk out with what you ask for, then they should do it especially when you pay for it.

A great place

They should not be in business. They cut me twice during my pedicure and its still painful 3 days later. They dont clean there pedicure bowls between customers and they dont sanitize their tools. I have reported them to the health dept.
