So professional I have them do my feet and my hands I had Joe do my hands for my wedding and they turned out great I will always go to them

I paid $10 extra for my eyebrows. first of all i didnt want my brows done, i go somewhere else, second of all, the lady who did them royaly fed them up!!!! my eyebrows are so thin now.. i will NEVER come here again to the one inside the walmart on cortaro and arizona pavilions. i asked to not be charged for something i didnt like and the lady told me, no, we charge, you dont like go somewhere else.

I went in today and Joe and Kim were able to do a full set of gel acrylics with a matte finish and an eyebrow wax with a very short wait, even though I didnt have an appointment. Joes been doing nails in Tucson for two decades, and has only been at this location for about three months. Joe did my nails and Kim did my eyebrows, took their time and no joke, this is the best set of nails and the best eyebrow wax Ive had in years. My nails are smooth, perfectly shaped, and have a great matte finish.My brows are perfect - not too thin, but arched nicely and actually make my eyes look bigger. Normal acrylic full sets are only $25 - I got the $40 version, and my brows were $10. I left feeling pretty and very well taken care of - amazing for a salon located inside a Wal-Mart. Joe didnt press me for extras and Kim took a good while on my brows - its clear they are both perfectionists. Their young daughter was also there and I was very impressed with how both Joe and Kim managed to actively parent and interact with her while doing such an amazing job on me and the other client in the salon at the time. Joe even told me to not just come back in two weeks - that I should see how my nails grow out and then call when I thought they were ready for a fill, which is customer service at its best. Ill be back!

They are friendly, professional and my stylist makes my hair look great, she is willing to work with me on my style. Love the place.

Kim does a wonderful job on my pedicures. She cuts my toenails properly to avoid ingrown nails. I will not go anywhere else for a pedicure.

I never thought Id be getting my nails done inside Walmart, but a nail emergency on a Sunday when my usual salon was closed, led me here. That was 6 years ago, and Ive never looked back. Owners David and Lyn do a great job and I couldnt be more pleased with the personal service I receive here (at a fraction of the cost I used to pay elsewhere). Fabulous, relaxing pedicures, too.

I took my teenage daughter with me to get manicures . We were greeted and seated right away. During manicures the ladies didnt speak to us. We chose a single solid color and the lady polishing my nails kept messing up and wiping clean to repaint. When my hands were drying I could tell the imperfections and wasnt happy. My daughter does a better job! So much for $ and time spent, ugh! Save your $ ! I regret spur of the moment, I recommend asking friends or family for other referrals where to go. We were Both Very disappointed ! 😞

Got my nails done by joe he did a fantastic job on my nails NO suprise charges showed me his work step by step to see if its the way I liked it I will definitely be back!!!

I use to go to this place all the time and was very happy with it. I have been gone for a year. I went there and all new people there that dont seem to know anything about what they are doing. I went in for a mani pedi and eyebrows. None of it was done properly. I spent $100 for nothing. I spent less at another shop to fix everything. Thank you for nothing.

Every time I have gone to get my nails done I have seen Lynn and she always does an amazing job. I have gone to many places but I keep going back to her :) cause shes amazing

They treat me really well and make me feel comfortable, and they make a wonderful job with a mani and pedi with gel is not expensive and one of them speak a really good spanish and thats a plus for me.

Just went in today and had a horrible experience. When I didnt understand his questions he would talk in his language to a co worker and start laughing. I got the full set and they came out thick and crooked. He missed polish on the sides of my nails and wouldnt fix it. Its been hours and my nails hurt. DO NOT COME HERE!

I have been to different salons and these guys keep fixing my nails when others mess them up. Great customer service.

I went for a pedicure and the whole point of me getting a pedicure was to smooth out my dead skin and she didnt even do that. I could of saved my money and did what she did my self...

DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL are the two words that come to mind regarding this salon! The man working there was super annoyed when I simply asked him how long the wait was and YELLED AT ME when I asked how long the process for a “filling” was.

Joe and his wifw are so welcoming. I cant imagine going anywhere else the ey are reasonable when i comes to price and make the visit memorable

Not impressed! Instead of doing the work they drown your nails in oil. One of my fingers started bleeding and the manacurist put glue on my nail/skin to stop the bleeding. When I got home not only did my fingers look bad one of them had dried glue all over it. Dont waste your money.

First time going and never again my nails were uneven in thickness n my cuticles are all cut up from the drill and file

Love this place . My pink and white always fresh looking! Been going here for the last 5 years and I admit I cheated on them but end up back because they give me what I like !

Went in for pedicure, i asked for a design they said they couldnt do it then i told her do whatever design she messed it up and got angry when i said something.

My pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes and 6 of those my tech spent on her phone. After voicing my displeasure with my service Anna my nail tech threatened to call the cops on me. I have received many pedicures here before but this will be the last one.

I had a great manicure, and a very friendly manicurist.

Great place for wax and awesome nails

Cant recommend this salon. My full set was done so poorly I had to go somewhere else and get them redone. The only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because they did an alright job on my daughters manicure. Wont go back.

Never been there
