It’s very deceiving. If you love pests and a broken overpriced apartment, this is the place for you! We lived here for almost 2 years. It was okay at first, but all of a sudden we started seeing more and more roaches. We kept up with cleaning so it wasn’t that we were messy or weren’t closing drains. We continuously told the front office but they would just come out and spray. Recently they contracted a new pest company and there availability wasn’t to open. So we would have to wait one month before our apartment could get treated. I decided to go out and get roach poison myself and do it ourselves. As we were deep cleaning and checking astound, we noticed the pipes underneath the sink, wrapped in paper towels. The top corner part of the tub to where the tub connects to the wall had a huge crack in it, the tub was rotting, the sink was rotting as well and the kitchen sink one as well. We had a huge crack in the ceiling going from each sides of the wall, through the rough in the living room. I moved the stove and there was a bunch of little droppings around where the stove plugs in. It was a complete nightmare and I never felt safe there anymore. One roach flew onto my baby as well at one point since the roaches they have are the ones that fly. It’s definitely a place you want to stay away from. Worst part is that we were nice with the front office, we were patient and we asked to be placed elsewhere but they said they couldn’t for another month and a half. Finally when it became beyond infested we got out of there. The front office said we would only need to pay that months rent since we let them know several times of the situation and we tried. They said we would get our refund and there would be no issues. But we just received a bill from them wanting to charge us more rent. They’re scammers and these apartments aren’t worth it. We paid $697 for a small 1 bed 1 bath that came with roaches and lots of problems. Be ware.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. My experience overall has been fantastic. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. The community itself is an older one with that said it is very well maintained. Some apartments have newer appliances and other have older ones which in my opinion is not a big deal. The landscaping is very beautiful and well maintained they have a heated pool for the cold times in Tucson and have nice gas grills which I use very often. The rent is very affordable and for the price you pay I think you get everything one needs. The only thing the customer pays here is electric everything else is included with your rent. This is the first place I have rented and not had any issues with pest control. Overall I must thank the staff and management team for an awesome job they have done with the property. Keep up the good work!!!

The office management are really nice people, as are the maintenance crew they have on-staff. The landscaper is really excellent and a wonderful person.However, I just woke up to a roofing crew stomping around at 5:30 AM on a work day in violation of City Code 16-31(b)(5). Earlier this week, the same roofing crew caused a FIRE which injured a female resident. The same crew also messed up my air conditioning which they had to be called back to fix.I am glad they are fixing the roof this month after I complained for a year about a leak that was coming into my place both into the light fixture in the kitchen and above my stove, making it impossible to cook food when it rained for fear of contamination. The light fixture was the best - a few months ago during monsoon the whole fixture crashed in the kitchen around 4 AM because it had finally filled with water during a particularly bad storm, causing rain sluice to land on my stove, counter tops, and made my kitchen unusable for a week while maintenance sorted things out - THEN the light fixture they replaced it with was too big and I can only open my cupboard door halfway. That still isnt fixed.Earlier this year, they decided to install a small dog park right next to the most aggressive, loudly-barking dogs in the complex where at least one resident brings their dog at 6-6:30 AM every morning which has become my new alarm clock (I work 2:30 PM-midnight so this is just wonderful.)Dont even get me started on the trashy neighbors that scream at each other and blare music at midnight and are generally obnoxious human beings to live around in such closed spaces.If you can deal with slow responses to maintenance and not having necessary amenities or sleep from time to time, this is the place for you! Welcome home!

I have really enjoyed my time at Claremont Villas. It is quiet and safe but also centrally located on Broadway with several stores nearby. The staff is friendly and everything is well kept. Once a month there is a community event and coffee donuts bi-weekly. My only reason for leaving is to be closer to work. 100% recommend living here.

I loved my time at CV! I lived there for 14 years and loved my apartment. The landscaping by Ed is gorgeous and kept up so nicely. The pool was nice for my grandchildren and I. Theres a nice mix of all ages. Theres tables by the shaded mailboxes and people gather there to visit. Also enjoyed the umbrella tables by the pool. Anytime I needed maintenance on my apartment Paul, Leonard, and Lynn were quick and efficient. The management people in the office were the best! Cindy and Marylou are great to talk with, and always professional and friendly. Id highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Check it out, I think youll be surprisingly pleased

I really enjoy living here. Everyone is very helpful and profesional but more than that they are friendly. This place is peaceful and perfect to relax any day. Quiet and safe.

I certainly love this apartment complex the staff is awesome and the manger cindy is absolutely the sweetest woman ever and I definitely wanna come back and Im sad to move but its been the best 3 years of my life here and its my first apartment too and me and my husband love it here we will be back I promise that

Cindy the manager super friendly and informative. Lovely landscaping, clean as a whistle. Everything is upscale and inviting. And unlike its two closest neighbors, Kimberly Woods and Brookwood, Clairmont Villas pool is HEATED. My friend Maxwell and I went to K.W immediately afterwords and thought it to be an overpriced depressing looking place.

I have lived at Claremont Villas for two years and my mother lives there now. I have enjoyed the spacious open two bedroom and one bedroom apartment layouts. My experience living here has been nothing less than wonderful! Cindy and Mary Lou in the office as well as Paul, Leonard, and Len maintaining the units go above and beyond their job description and you are treated as a guest. We have never had a problem with anything that was not given its immediate attention. Edward is quite possibly the most meticulous groundskeeper at any facility. The grounds are kept on par with a fine golf course. There is rarely even as much as a cigarette butt on the ground and everyone expects you to be an adult and pick up after yourself.Claremont Villas has a large, close knit group of long time, senior residents. The complex is very quiet and its residents are quick to report any suspicious activity to the office or the police, if need be. The residents and staff really care. Everyone wants to live together peacefully so if youre a loud, partying, person with a lot of unnecessary traffic to this gated, secure community, Claremont might not be for you. The complex is safe and monitored by video surveillance. The complex is pet friendly. Everyone seems to have a small dog or cat and picks up after their own animal. We have had a small dog for years and she loves Claremont too.Claremont Villas is very convenient to many great places. Next door to KMart, across the street from Gaslight Theatre and down the block from a beautiful city park with dog park, you can live and enjoy Claremont Villas without needing your car. My barber is right across Broadway at Cut and Shave barber shop in the Gaslight Shopping Center. I was also able to attend classes at PCC east and main campuses without ever driving the car.Apartment living can be difficult and is not for everyone. People work various hours and sleep at different times. It not only takes a great staff to make an apartment community safe, peaceful, and quiet- it also takes great residents. People who are loud, dirty, or not respectful of their neighbors, dont seem to last long at Claremont. We are grateful of that.I have recently moved on from Claremont Villas to another state.
