Had an Ac issue after hours. Maintenance had it fixed by morning the next day. 🙂

Cari was extremely kind, patient, and flexible with me as I sorted out my housing situation. She was more than helpful numerous times during my stay and she does her best to make you feel welcome and accommodated. The units are a bit small but has everything you need, is close to campus, and I never felt unsafe.

So far my experience at the University Manor has been great. Marcus which is the person that runs the apartments is super friendly, and takes care of certain items you wish to get fixed. The rooms are really nice and you can change them up to your liking. For the most part its a pretty safe environment and the people there are friendly and keep to themselves. For my first time on my own, this was a good choice to pick.

This place is horribly managed. In the one year that I have lived here there have been three property managers, one of which got into my neighbors apartment without permission to enter, damaged their toilet, and left muddy footprints inside the apartment. They refuse to take money orders due to company policy, yet if that was the case I shouldnt have been able to move in due to both my security deposit and my first three months rent being paid through money order. Not only that but this place is ridiculously overpriced for one bedroom at $810. I will never live at a MEB managed apartment again and I suggest to everyone they stay away.

If youre looking for a place to live in Tucson-- save your time and dont even bother looking here. I am a current resident and my experience living here has been absolutely horrible for many different reasons. You get a very small space to live in for the price that theyre asking for. You would be living in a horrible part of town. So horrible that within the first week of living here my car got broken into. When I told the management staff about it (theres only one person working here) Marcus did absolutely nothing about it. Come to find out, my neighbors had their car broken into the month before as well. Its not a gated community, people drive through the parking lot just to drive through it at their own leisure... Ive gone on runs in the morning and Ive seen homeless people digging through the trash. Which allows me to get to my next point... the apartment complex manager allowed a homeless woman in his office to get a bottle of water- in front of residents & saw nothing wrong with it. If you ask me- that is highly unprofessional and did not make me feel very safe at all. Going on- the laundry room is never locked because no one around here seems to care about keeping things secure, there is graffiti on the washers. They have absolutely no surveillance around the parking lot or the apartments when it has been requested multiple times. I have two dogs and when I let them out- they walk amongst pieces of glass and a very large amount of garbage because there is no maintenance here. If all of this isnt enough... if youre a female, you cant have conversation with the apartment complex manager because his fiance will put her two sense in and you wont feel comfortable even having a conversation with him. Please save your time and dont even bother checking this place out. Even more importantly, save your money!!!

So far my experience here has been great. The manager Marcus is extremely friendly and does an excellent job at helping residents whenever they need it. A different review called him unprofessional for giving a homeless woman water, which is not only one of the most heartless things I’ve read but in reality is a testament to just how kind and helpful that Marcus is. The location is perfect and just a short walk from campus with a bike you can get there in a matter of minutes and every room comes equipped with everything you need out of a studio apartment. The pool and multiple grills that the complex features is just icing on the cake. I’ve had absolutely no problems with vandalism or homeless people and the complex is gated off to prevent unwanted visitors. If you’re looking for a studio apartment right near campus then look no further this place has everything you need and then some.

Great place near the University and spacious room.The landlord (Markus) was very helpful every time I asked him, and flexible with my requests and my needs.
