Going to One Life is almost like hanging with family. The staff is supportive, Brad and Brandy are amazingly helpful and caring.The best part is patting myself on my back when I am finished and walking out!!!

Be prepared to block their number because they will harass you to get you to sign up. They called me six times in three minutes while I was on vacation in Dubai. So annoying and unprofessional. blocked

I love this gym. They have a separate work out room for women which I love because its more private. Always clean, I love the classes they offer such as Zumba& Mixfit . Staff are friendly and professional.

It was amazing and I got a good workout.

I really feel like this place got the short end of the stick when it comes to Onelife in Holly Springs & dunwoody. The equipment here seems subpar, rusted & outdated. It’s nice but the equipment isn’t. Wish they’d keep up like the other locations.
