Clean, priced well and the automatic washes do a great job. The staff that I have interacted with are knowledgeable and friendly. If it werent for the fact that Im doorless and topless 7 months out of the year Id definitely jump on that unlimited wash!If I had to list one con, it would be trying to get back on westbound 7, but I usually just head down

This is the best car wash in Winchester. Everything works as it should. It switches very quickly through all the different modes. But the vacuum system that they have set up for people is amazing and its the best system by far in Winchester considering that it comes free with the wash. The owners and operators of this car wash know what theyre doing and I hope they pick other places in the county to set up shop with the same kind of setup because its by far one of the best car Washes Ive seen in Winchester and the surrounding areas. they should really give lessons on how to run a car wash to some of these other car wash owners in the area. But thank you valley car Wash for offering a great service to everyone.

Valley Car Wash is my favorite. The people that work there are always friendly. The bays, vacuum area and over all area is very clean. I am a monthly member and love the ease of going often. The towels and cleaner is a great bonus to helping keep my vehicles clean.

My experience is based on the self service bay. They seemed to be more geared towards the automatic wash.As for the bay I was in, it was clean. The equipment in good shape. The water pressure was good and the amount of soap and wax dispensed was alright.The sweet deal was the free vacuum service which was super powerful. Recommended.

Something has changed with this place every time I come it’s a different person and they all seem to be out of wack. I’ve had staff tell me different things different times hope they improve.I’ve been coming for over a year I finally decided I wanted to become a member but turned against it when two staff members not be able to tell me what were in the different washes with that being said they looked of younger age so I asked if there was a manager there I could speak to and there was not nor anyone else that could answer my questions apparently. I appreciate you as the owner reaching out and trying to correct the problem but as I can tell by recent reviews not only mine there is some sort of down grade of employees. I hope you can get these issues figured out but for now my business will be going else where. Regards.

My son is obsessed with this car wash! He calls it blue car wash the lava is the best thing on this planet to him. If we are close to the area ( he knows every time) he will ask repeatedly until I turn into the lot. If I dont he will have a Conundrum fit and scream. He loves this place so much I got a membership. I just wish we could do a back to back wash cause thats his happy moment

Happened to be in Winchester with a few extra minutes to spare and decided to give this car wash a shot and very happy I did. Easy self-service kiosk to order ones preferred wash (I went basic exterior and added the tire shine, $10 +$3) and the was happy with the final result. Would definitely patronize again.

Decent. Service by the wash techs vary by the person. Some pressure wash the whole vehicle, some do one side. Some use the brush on the back, Some dont. It does the job regardless though

After losing money at another wash station, I drove out to this one and was glad to see the place wasn’t a dump and had operational equipment. I will continue to use this station when in town needing a quick wash!

Great service giving the extra touch

I used them for the touchless carwash. I had never tried one and it worked about as good as I had expected. Touchless would be good if your car is already clean. The problem I had was i purchased a $30 gift card for $25 dollars only to be told I could not use it for purchasing a monthly membership. I should have been told this prior to purchasing.

Great place. A part of my car was stubborn dirty and the guy was so nice and had it prewashed and scrubbed for me.

I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima (bought brand new) through Valley Car Wash on 3/4/18. I was excited to check out their new wash - they had been closed a couple months for upgrades/remodeling. Unfortunately, the new car wash tore a piece of moulding off of my car which they later recovered but it was in unusable condition. The repair cost me $300 marking this the most expensive car wash Id ever gotten. See attached pictures - I dont recommend this car wash now unless you want to destroy your expensive vehicle.The best the staff would offer me was a Free wash. How many car washes do you think I could buy with $300 let alone the time I had to waste chasing down the part replacement and the service to get it done?See attached photos for damage and replacement costs.

The owner was about to explain to me the issue that occured to the result of a not proper clean my last visit through the wash tunnel. Very professional response and thats great to have in their busisness. I will continue to use their services and to know that management is reasonable with their services makes me confident to use the wash tunnel 100%. I stopped here today after a friend recommended them to me. The customer service was top notch! The gentleman outside showed me how to run my mats through the machine while I was vacuuming my car out. He also went above and beyond to help me get something stick off of it from my daughter!!After getting my car washed, the vacuum was included as well as all purpose cleaner and a rag for the inside of my car.I was super impressed and will def return when I am in Winchester. I really wish they would put another Valley Car Wash in the Inwood or Tabler Station area. They would be a hit in that area!!

The car wash membership is a fantastic deal and the staff are efficient and detail oriented.Plenty of free vacuums and drying towels. On nice days, the line does become long for the primary lane but moves quickly. Little to no lines on the touchless and self car wash lanes.

This was a while ago i got the best wash for my not very dirty Highlsnder but the guy only sprayed driver front wheel, the machine did not clean my back window or side view mirrors, front grill still dirty but using the vacume was convenient. Also rocker panels below doors were still dirty. The location is convenient for me but not if it does not do a good job.

Freshly renovated with three great options to get your vehicle sparkling clean! I have tried the tunnel with soft brushes, touch free car wash with under body blast and self wash which is my favorite as I own a brand new car. No other place in town offers microfiber drying rags and detailing spray bottles to use while at premises. Great location with unbeatable prices!

Best Automated car wash in Winchester!

My car looked amazing after their managers special car wash. I went out of town and had every bug you can think of, die on the front of my car...thats another story. But their soft touch car wash got my car back in great shape. It almost looked showroom ready. It was my first time with them and I will be going back!

The best car wash Ive been to! It gets my van clean, including the wheels, which is says alot to me!! The free vacuums work very well! The cleaner they have for customers to use also works great! I am so happy I found this place! I wont go anywhere else!

The full service car wash only cleaned about half of my vehicle.I had to spray and wipe most of my vehicle to get the film of of it. The wheels were still dirty when it came out of the car wash. It was supposed to have tire shine on the tires and they werent even clean let alone shiney. The right side of the vehicle was still dirty and there were still bugs squashed on the front of the bumper and chrome grille. Need I go on. I think I will not waste my money on the VALLEY CAR WASH ANYMORE.
