Even though Miguel was well mannered and helpful, he discriminates base of personal interestmaintenance group greatly lack the experience, know how of what need to be done, and willingness to do the work... What bugs me that i was told not work on my car during the evening on a weekend... Yet, on Friday, 5/21/2021, there were 2 people working on their vehicle in broad day light.
Latitude32 at its best. Miguel is just too kind and always willing to help. Jesus the new supervisor is just like Miguel but wrapped with sugar X10 and buttered in candy. He is such a sweetheart. Very knowledgeable and always running around. Gets things done asap! The best team Ive seen here!!
What can I say. Management inside office is pretty amazing. Maintenance team always on point. Thanks miguel and the new supervisor i think his name is Jose or jesus. Very handsome by the way. 😉I love my Apt!!!

Dont be fooled by the cosmetic improvements to these places, its like putting a bandaid on a brain tumor. Nothing has been done to improve the safety and security of the complex. In fact, it has progressively gotten worse in the 9 months I lived there. Several neighbors had their cars broken into, two units burglarized, homeless living in the laundry room and on the roof, junkies frequently lounging in the fire pit area despite multiple requests to leave, police there for unrelated issues several times a month, and a lackadaisical office manager who admittedly takes personal possessions from your doorstep and destroys them in the trash.Tenants who have moved to the upgraded units all regret it, complaining that basic stuff like the dishwashers not having water, supposedly new appliances actually being refurbished ones full of dents and scratches and 4 gaps under the doors.Forget asking maintenance to do anything, youre better off doing it yourself or living without. The dishwasher and lighting above my kitchen sink didnt work the entire time I was there, although I put in at least 7 requests online, as well as numerous ones in-person, but they all fell on deaf ears. Basic maintainence is the responsibility of the apartment manager, who is frequently in absentia, despite the office hours posted.If you do choose to move here, get everything in writing, make copies of everything and read the fine print on everything. MEB is trying to squeeze every nickel and dime they can out of tenants and will do it to you at some point in the time youre here.Any promises to fix whatever is wrong with the units after move-in you should forget about because it probably wont happen any time soon. Prepare to be rudely woken by incessant construction noise daily, their trash and materials everywhere, and contractors demanding access through your house at 7am without any notice.Save your money and sanity and look elsewhere because it is simply not worth it.* The new owner is GreenLite Holdings

The Owners n manger Miguel is amazing.My mother lived there since May of last year and Was constantly getting threatened/harassed for eviction due to non payment of security deposit which was agreed to be paid by a service that helped my mother with her move in cost. This was going on all year until new manager came and got this issue resolved in less than a month. Miguel told me all he did was send over a copy of the guarantee letter for deposit. This shows how unprofessional and lazy previous owners were. The property also looks way better than it did with previous owners
I went to inquire about living there and I was told by the office manager who had been unfriendly and grumpy that the studios and one bedrooms were full, I went home and decided to give them a call 3 times and I was informed that they had spaces available . I don’t know if the office managers decision was based on my race or maybe there’s some other reason that isn’t clear to me. I will be reporting you to the Housing Equality Center ✊🏾
Ive seen some great improvements the last few weeks. I was told new management took over. Facility is looking cleaner, including the pool just in time for summer. Doing a good job turning this place around.
I have lived here 8 months. The complex is in the process of renovations, day-to-day repairs dont happen. Nothing on my move in sheet was taken care of. I had to hire someone to fix those items. It wasnt until the second complaint that they finally fixed the sink.
Lovely community lived there for 3 years but unfortunately had to move due to personal reasons.
I cant stand how out of control the roach population has gotten here. Im not one to write reviews but it is that bad that I have to warn people. Management came and sprayed our unit but ours is not the source of the problem. We are clean and never had a problem our first year but now I cant even cook in the kitchen without seeing one and its disgusting. Something needs to be done the whole complex needs to be sprayed by pest control not just one apartment.
This place is hell, and I mean it. Im a UofA Engineering student, so I was willing to sacrifice money to live in a nice, quit place; however, I have been living there for about 5 months and it could not be any worse. Constructors are there everyday from 5 am to 3 pm working with loud machines, blasting music that everybody can hear, parking at my spot many times, towing does not exist, about 10% of the rules are obeyed. They changed mangers 3 times in 2 months. Lights are not on at the night. Seen homeless people sleeping next to the vending machine; that does not even work. Pool is never cleaned. Laundry room has not been fixed yet since i moved in; god knows when will they fix it. Please do not do the same mistake as mine. Im stuck with their contract due to they deceived me to sign it. Your money is not worth this place. This is not just coming from my point of view and I am not over-exaggerating. This is coming from my neighbors as well, and some left; however, I can never blame them as I would do the same.

I have lived at Latitude 32(Country Gardens) for 16 +years. Ive been thru a number of Managers, Mgmt companies and 3 owners.So you can see I like it here.Having worked in the hospitality industry I know how important first appearances are.A very pleasant courteous eager to help young lady, Beth Del-Castillo, who has been a temp fill in for the Manager deserves a Manager position. She would be great here, should the Present Manager move on.Peter Donaldson
1 thing for sure is ; the new landscaping is real nice n the apt.s are remodeled real nice n most of all : our new Mngr. Mr. Chad Mathews is the Koolest n most polite n helpful Mngr. I ever met !But the area is really bad n some of the tennants even worse ... So be careful - Be careful !!! I sit with a 380 auto withinin reach now ! Dont worry about 911, just dial 357 Magnum hopefully n leave no survivors, if home invasion occurs ! God Bless n Gd. Luck
Horrible. I hate it here an cannot wait to move out. The management for these apartments is horrible an isnt worth the frustration an time effort to get things done you need done. I would look the other way for this apartment complex.
I lived here for over a year. In that time my apartment was burglarized my car was broken into and Ive been infested a couple of times by bed bugs that seem to come through the power outlets even after theyve been sprayed by professionals. Not to mention that after my door was kicked in they wouldnt even replace it. I had to come out of pocket even to make it where it would close. They also told one of my loaner Vehicles after a traffic accident and I was forced to pay over $200 how to get back a vehicle that wasnt even illegally parked. I could go on and on about the misdeeds of this place but a quick drive-by and the swell of the homeless population would tell you everything you need to know about this place. My best advice for anyone looking at renting from this place( or the crooked management that runs it for that matter) would be DONT DO IT!!!
Infested with bed bugs. First, the jacuzzi closed, then the pool was closed for almost a year. Homeless people were always sleeping or smoking in the laundry room, and just loitering around the complex. Management sucked, once told me my apartment was getting treated for bedbugs.. I called the pest company and they werent even treating it that day.. .so I paid for pet care and evacuated my apartment the entire day, only to find out that Id still be eaten alive by bugs all night long. The Cockroaches and bedbugs are infested into the buildings themselves. I ended up paying to terminate my lease early and get the hell out of this place. Youve been warned!
Awesome Manager he is hard working he always keeps the pool clean and whenever u need him he is there
Management is shady, and has no regard for work or sleep schedules of its residence. Ive been awoken to the sounds of power tools and people barking orders at 4:30 and 5 am........and right outside my window on a weekend after returning from the hospital

Why arent you fixing the heat? Coldest 2 weeks of the year & no one is helping to get it fixed only excuses like The manager is on vacation really? I think this place needs to be reported to several agencies as well as the Tucson news channels to report this problem! You need to make things right for the people paying to live there! Shocking that you guys keep getting away with this! I checked all your reviews and the majority are not flattering to say the least! And still you collect rent & dont fix basic needs? Wow, theres a special place for slumlords dont you know!I will continue to post this on review sites until theres a solution!
