This apartment is generally nice: gated, spacious, and decent for the price. However, our experience has been really terrible, because theres a REALLY bad issue with the outside air conditioner units.We live on the 2nd floor, and the air conditioner unit of our neighbour downstairs makes a loud vibration noise. (If you look at the photos on Google maps, you will see that all the air conditioner units are directly above the bedrooms of the 2nd floor apartments.) When our neighbours air conditioner runs, the outside unit creats an annoying vibration noise in our two bedrooms: the entire rooms (fans, walls, floors, etc.) are vibrating. We measured the noise level in the bedrooms and the average is 58 dBA. This is INSANE, because according to the WHO guidelines: average night exposure should not exceed 40 decibels...Long-term average exposure to levels above 55 decibels, similar to the noise from a busy street, can trigger elevated blood pressure and heart attacks. The measured noise level doesnt even include the vibration (the vibration will drive you crazy). I have attached some images and vedios (taken both in the rooms and outside the apartment) so that anyone who reads this review knows how bad this issue is.We have tried to request a maintenance, but the management and maintenance teams are horrible and unprofessional. They first neglected our request for almost a month, and when the maintenance finally showed up, they said they couldnt do anything with it. The manager then replied to my request online: Maintenance checked unit. There isnt anything wrong with the unit. Just make noise that is uncomfortable for the resident. How ridiculous!!Its impossible to sleep or work in our bedrooms, and we had to move our bed and desks to the living room. The noise is getting louder and louder every day, and now we can hear the noise in the bathroom and sometimes even in the living room. We paid $1000 a month for an apartment without bedrooms. 😱😱 We have decided to move out though we moved in only two months ago.If you still want to live here even after reading this review, make sure the air conditioner units work properly in your room.

After moving in, theres no way to contact the management group. Submitted maintenance requests on the online portal, but the maintenance team never showed up. Tried to call the managers more than 30 times and left voice messages, but no one picked up my calls or called me back. Also tried to email them, but again no responses. And yes, theres a leasing office, but you wont find anyone there anytime. The apartment is renovated and spacious. BUT please find another place to live if you can!

Having lived here for over a year, I feel I can write an honest review. The location of wasko is what initially enticed me to pick this place. Working at a hospital that is just down the road encouraged me to walk more and get to know the area. Pretty much everything you need is off of Campbell. The apartment that I picked is on the 1st floor. I can hear my neighbors walking back and forth but its nothing compared to my neighbors in San Diego. This place has a nice gym but I never used it. The maintenance guy was pretty responsive considering you have to submit everything through a website. There is no one at the office most days. Whenever I needed something I would email Jessica and she responds almost instantly but is very by strict. Depending on who you are, that can be a good or bad thing. Overall, I had a good time living here but my biggest complaint is that it is a gated complex and people leave the gates open using rocks so people that dont live here can just walk in. I just bought a home so I dont expect to be living in an apartment again but I would move back to this one if I needed to downsize again.

Overall, this place is fairly quiet and there is a decent gym. I rented an apartment here for a little over year and wanted a place that accepted pets and had a washer/dryer in the unit. When I moved in, the unit had not been cleaned and there were many items that needed to be fixed, which took multiple calls to management. Maintenance, when they did show, never left notes or details of what they fixed, etc. The management company (Wildcat Group) violated several laws regarding rental property - it took six weeks to get a copy of my lease, there was no addendum about bedbugs or lead, and there was no way to contact the management company (they are required to provide a physical address and phone number) - you had to contact the property manager and the complex was on its 4th when I moved out. The renovations they brag about were quickly/cheaply done - in my unit you could bare concrete in places where they didnt measure flooring correctly and the solution to peeling paint was to slap another coat over it. I also had my car broken into and management was no help despite cameras supposedly in the parking lot. The complex is gated, but the gates were regularly propped open and youd find people going through the garbage at least once a week. Despite the complex being non-smoking, you could smell smoke coming from some units regularly and management was never around to look after the complex.

My husband and I moved in almost a week ago and absolutely LOVE our apartment!! Everything is very modern and fairly new!! The quality of everything inside is outstanding!!! From the wooden blinds to the beautiful tile flooring! I also like that the walls aren’t plain boring white!! They actually have color! Which makes if feel so much more inviting! The grounds are kept very clean at all times and the other tenets seems to be very respectful towards one another. Jessica the leasing agent made us feel welcome from the time we came to see the apartment with our baby, to the lease signing until now! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone with or without a kid! This has been the best experience we’ve had dealing with apartments hands down!

This place is very nice.

My Family had the best experience viewing, leasing and moving into these beautiful newly renovated apartments. Pleasant neighbors, beautiful workout facilities and the best on site manager( Nancy) you could ever hope to have. The community is quiet and very well kept, I would recommend calling and setting up a visit. We couldnt be happier and feel more at home here.

Having just moved in about a month ago, I have had no issues with any of the provided kitchenware nor none of the other things in the apartment. Everything feels brand new and looks modern. Very beautiful.

Finding an apartment last minute for me and my brother was stressful but the move-in process for this complex was the complete opposite. Nancy, the landlady who is a genuinely nice person who feels like a friend who lives on the complex, made the move-in process as smooth as possible for both of us. The complex itself is nice and peaceful where you can see yourself living for a few years instead of the standard one year. Inside the units are renovated, with a modern look to it that I personally love and the amenities that come with it immensely outweigh the several other complexes that Ive considered. If there is a unit available and youre looking for a new place, I would seriously recommend asking for a viewing because it will make you want to live here right away.

Just moved in a week and a half ago and really like it. Even though our apartment is next to another tenant whose kid is learning to play a trombone, you cannot here it through the walls! Really enjoy the management - Nancy is a total sweetheart! And the complex is close to a few parks for our puppy!

The apartment complex is beautiful and quiet. The apartments are great. New appliances, outstanding management, and a very diligent maintenance person have made our move to Tucson (site unseen) a great process. I really enjoy the area as it is close enough to walk to local restaurants or the grocery store but yet backs up to a beautiful neighborhood.

Newly renovated modern apartment, new kitchen, bathroom & appliances. Perfect location to the Campbell corridor with tons of restaurants, cafes & shops. The management, maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to your needs. Grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday and the 24/7 workout rooms are a plus.

My unit needed repairs and the company contracted to do the work made a mess in my unit. Management agreed to have a cleaning service come out and failed to complete their promise. I chose to hire my own cleaning service and management agreed to reimburse me. When I asked to have an account credit for the cleaning, management stated I was lying and would not reimburse me. Even after providing email communications stating they would reimburse me. The units are elegant due to the recent remodel, however the plumbing was not updated, so future repairs may be needed in other units. The lack of professionalism and failure to follow up by new management is concerning and would like to warn potential tenants.Nancy is no longer employed with Wasko and its a shame as many reviewers pointed out she was great.

This place is turning back into the S-hole it was before the renovations. Plus the Group manager Jessica is the worst unless youre an ATM. She fired the last 2 manager with in a year and both were nice and honest. I tried to let Jessica know we had to leave due to medical issues and wanted the lease break amount - she lied and said there was none and they wouldnt stop the rent even if we did leave then agreed to term notice that she later didnt honor and took me to court.I only found out after they won because she either signed for notice or torn the notice off door per the courts records it was a legal notice that I needed to sign or theyd have posted for 30 days on the door.Jessica is a horrible liar and two-faced snake, record everything you say to her and make sure she either signs it or send it in writting/text that you can take with you.Oh and the place looks good on the surface but has issues with wiring and plumbing, plus the contract they have you sign is robbery. It forces you to hire professional cleaners and theyll still charge you, plus tell you that the utilities have to stay on while YOU post about your own unit to leave early.I tried to work with them but now I have to post on Social media. STAY AWAY!

The noisy, vibrating and roaring AC have been causing health problem to residents living in the 2nd floor. Maintenance people showed up after piles of requesting email and claimed they could do nothing about it. STAY AWAY from this apartment unless you are a fan of Death Metal.9/1/2021 Update:The AC stop working for many times and I keep asking maintainence but they people come, the AC start working and then it stopped working again. It happened 3 times already and I live in a room with 87 degree without AC. I wanna leave! plz help...9/4/2021 Update:My room suddenly got more than 50 flies. I used fly trap and kill 40 of them! This is insane.9/5 2021 Update:The AC randomly works 3 days in a week! I request the maintainence many times and the problem never cease
