Used it for the 1st time today and was very impressed. I had to vacuum out my car and it was so easy n free!!! Will definitely be back more often!!!

Keeps my car looking great!

My vehicle was damaged while in the tunnel wash on Allen Rd. After over a month of stop in appointments to see staff & managers, many phone contact attempts, and being delayed with no reasoning the management there stated that they were denying my claim. These are not professional front line people. They are simply car wash employees. They are in place as a block so that true management does not have to deal with customers or concerns. On the private door of the office there is a taped on note from management. It reads absolutely NO refunds are to be given for any reason to customers... If you give a customer a refund you will be terminated That is indeed the way they run the business.

Customer service was good.. I go there alot regular customer for the car wash and vacuum. Today I went to Rainstorm for first time for their pet wash, the price i liked. Washed two 🐕 s. Only problem i seen was that my 🐕s were shivering from the cold water. The price i liked but if Im paying for it, they should feel comfortable. Would u take cold shower and be comfortable?

The car wash is simply great. It does what it is supposed to. Was a little skeptical about this car wash since I have a convertible with soft top but was impressed after the first wash. Took the fast pass which is a better option instead of a single wash. The free vacuums are powerful and they even have the carpet and mat cleaner. This is my go to car wash going ahead.

Their belt malfunctioned, which caused me and about 5 other cars to collide. I was hit in the front and back about 1/2 way through the wash and was told just to drive out. I then waited over an hour with soap drying all over my car. The man working took pictures, submitted them to his regional manager, and told me that the manager would be in contact with me in 2-3 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard a word, even after sending a follow-up email. Save yourself time, money, and stress by going somewhere else.

Blowers didnt get the soap off of my car. The back was covered in soap. Not happy

Quality has gone down significantly since they opened. My car is full of soap when done. Will be switching to new Club Wash.

Always do a good job, and if free vacuum is good also

Nothing wrong with the car wash, just the owner, hes a thief, with a phone number that is disconnected, you cant get a hold of. I moved and now cant cancel my membership because the owner hasnt a working phone. I have to cancel my credit card.

For the kind of money you spend for a car wash you would think your car would be close to being clean but it isnt. My whole front end and mirrors were so full of bugs it didnt even look like it went through the car wash. They dont pressure spray at the beginning of the wash to start the soaking process. About a half hour after the car wash I went to the hatch and there was a big scratch plus a chip on the hatch, not good!!! I know the scratch is hard to see but you should be able to if you blow it up. Dont think I will be going back there.

They are incredibly high for a not that good of a carwash I rather pay to wash my own car at that point for way less .

Car is always dirty even after wash. Staff seems friendly enough.

On pre-wash solution in the bucket, the attendant seemed not to be with it the wash stopped in the middle of it. But other wise its was okay.

Great place to go and get your car washed. Also has free vacuum cleaners. The car wash does a pretty good job. If you wash your car a lot get the monthly subscription. Definitely pays for its self.

Actually, I took my Doberman here, to give him a Much needed Bath! The Attendant, was Extremely Helpful! As my dog wouldnt get into the Wash Tub. Luckily the Attendant put us in Another room with a Floor Drain, at No Additional Cost, so I could wash the Brat.. This car wash destroyed the hatch on my brand new car, and when asked for the contact of a manager I was ignored for over a week. I absolutely implore you to seek out other car washes in the area. They were incredibly suspect in regards to confirming that I went through the wash that day (they video tape every car that goes through) and in fact originally put the burden of proof that the damage hadnt occured in their wash. Fortunately I had somebody else in the car who was able to act as a witness.

Does a great job if you have one of the higher priced washes. I just recommend wiping your side mirrors first.

Its a car wash. You dont have to drive yourself. The belt does it for you.

Vacuums are great. Wash awesome. With all the social distancing issues I dont know why I needed help with a self pay where the employee violated my space when I could have swiped my own card and picked my own wash option

Good wash, helpful staff. Used to be more affordable options, but it looks like its under new management and the prices went up.

I have only gone here once, but the car was not clean, and I doubt if all the salt was washed off. I would choose somewhere else.

I use to love this car wash. That was until recently. I went through the car wash and my car was damaged. The manager assured me he would take car of it. After waiting and leaving unreturned messages I finally decided to cancel my membership and file an insurance claim.

Idk if its me or something has changed about there washes, but Ive noticed my rims arent coming out as clean as they used to using this car wash. So something told me to look out of my window while my car is being washed and I noticed the machine that cleans the rims and the bottom part of your vehicle is not coming out. It moves around like its supposed to be doing something, but nothing. Thats odd. If you pay for a rim blaster then you should expect for it to work properly.

I enjoy coming here and I just enrolled in the monthly plan. Love the idea of pulling up and the computerized reader automatically swiping my membership code and just going on through.I can go through each and every day of a month as long as I keep up the membership. I can always upgrade or lower the types of washes I like, at any time.Glad to have them in the Peoria and BLOOMINGTON area.Plus, I can use any of them that I choose, whether it be Illinois or out of state!Can’t beat that!

They are very helpful if you have trouble figuring out the pay machine.

I’ve tried a few different car washes, and this one seems to have it figured out for the most part. I would have given 5 stars, however they recently removed their pressure washers that were the start of the wash. Now if you have something caked on, you may have to go through a time or 2 more.Also, I have a subscription for the highest package, which is supposed to include a heated dry, and they seem to have stopped that as well. Now the fans blow, but the heater never kicks on.Hopefully they’ll stop trying to penny pinch, and take that standard back to the top.

Convenient location. Last few visits, no pre-wash prep materials. This is huge as the wash itself consistently misses rims, wheel wells, and the nose of the car. On the plus side, really strong vacuums!

Hate when the guy stands by the self service car wash choices he slows the line up so much omg I waited for like 10-15mins because he talks to everyone for so long a there were only 4 cars ahead of me. Plus he wasnt wearing a mask getting closer than a foot and a half from me.

I have the Fast Pass. The one on Knoxville Ave. will give me the wash that my monthly plan offers but the N. Allen Rd. location gives me a dumbed down version with the same pass.

The car wash stopped 3 times during my trip through. Almost got hit by the car behind me. He must have decided to drive ahead while the car wash was stopped. Was not happy about the whole situation.

BEWARE: They offer discounted car washes for 30 days. We went into car wash and cancelled face to face within the 30 day period and were told it would be cancelled on cc. Well they never did it!! 4 months now have called 9 times, left many messages and no return calls, no cancellation on cc and will never answer their phone!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DISCOUNT CAR WASH OFFER!!!! ALL IT IS IS A SCAM!!! Needless to say will never do business with this unethical business!! PLEASE SHARE WITH THOSE YOU KNOW THAT USE THIS CAR WASH!

Not a good car wash. I had just a little mud on the side of the truck and in the finder wells. Still had mud on it when it was done. Payed 20.00 dollars and didnt even get it clean all the way.

I went there today based on some good reviews but I should have known better after reading some bad reviews. I come home and theres freaking drops of glue all over my van. Its taking me hours to get it off the sides and the windows but its all over the top of my van. And let me tell you it does not come off easy. Also there was a milky white residue on my van which is the wax that the car wash didnt buff out. Absolutely terrible! Ill never go back. I dont know how Im going to get this Glue or whatever it is off my van!

Guest Services guy that looked like he was walking around just to speed guys shift up told me there is no way to get change for the dog wash. These people must not like money. I was going to wash my 2 dogs at $7+ a pop, instead Im leaving. For this capital investment, dog washing has to be their highest margin offering... I almost feel sorry enough for their business acumen to bump them up to two stars.. nah.....

Billed as a $3 car wash, it is more in depth than that. The option I chose was the $6 regular wash, but there are also $10, and $20 options available. I liked that they did have an under the car spray that got the salt off the brake lines and would help keep my car from rusting out, but I felt like for $6 I should be getting a really in depth underside spray because in this part of the country salt is used heavily and thats the difference between a 5 star and a 4 star rating! Vacuums are complimentary and very powerful with additional car mat cleaners available too!

I do a monthly purchase and so disappointed with them closing down more than a hour early and not open on time. I showed up 25 minutes after scheduled opening time and couldnt get in, chains were still up.

I l9ve it for the free vacuums! The staff has helped me get my mats out of the machine more then once. They have been extremely nice when my youngest is stuck like glue watching them fix it. The staff is amazing by being super nice and understanding of childrens excitement over their job.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. On 6/16, my mom took my car to the Allen Road location and found my tail light dangling by the wiring harness upon exiting the car wash. The car wash cracked and broke the plastic housing around my tail light and therefore was not able to be repaired. I now need a replacement. We were told the manager was contacting the owner for a resolution and would get back to us within a day or two. On 6/23, we returned and asked for the manager, however he was conveniently not there. Today is nearly 2 weeks after the incident and we still have not heard back from this business.In the meantime, I did my research by asking around to some of the nearby dealerships. My Ford dealership on Pioneer Parkway advised me that their car wash uses an excessive amount of water pressure and gets too close to the vehicle. After reading through the comments, I am inclined to believe that the negative reviews are not coincidence.Please avoid this car wash at all costs. Just pay a few extra bucks to go to a reputable place. Your car will thank you.

Decent car wash at decent price

This is a great place to have your vehicle washed. Its convenient and priced reasonably. No matter if you just want a quick wash and rinse or a full wash and wax.

Car wash is a bit pricey but worth it. The vacuums are the best I have ever used because the suction is nice and strong. It even has a self service machine to clean car mats.

Best carwash around, just as good as me doing it in the driveway. Only difference is that it took like 5 minutes and your off with a beautifully shiny sparkling, clean vehicle. And they have free vaccumes as well. Its like a sore D@#k, you just cant beat it!!

I enjoy going here because the vacuums are free. It takes a while to vacuum a van! Unfortunately we spent more time trying to unclog the vacuums that actually vacuuming.

Ive been using this wash since it opened. Last week the wash equipment pushed my truck over the left rail and the brush beat the heck out of my front left bumper.... $1,039 in damages. Manager said it has happened to his BMW, said it happens to the Ford Raptors too. Said he would get back to me.Called me 2 days later and said it was my fault, I had to have had my hand on the steering wheel....seriously? He also denies he ever told me about his BMW and the Ford Raptors. Refused to give me owners name, said to contact them by email.After reading reviews on THEIR page, they have the same pat answer for everyone. Time to see the attorney.Plus I will make a complaint to the BBB.Thus need a sign at the entrance: If we break it, you fix It!

Best car wash to ever go to! I love how the vacuuming is FREE! Everytime I go there I come out with a brand new looking vehicle inside and out! Workers are very polite!

This is a super good wash for as inexpensive as it is. The $3 wash is priced just right, even without the wash upgrades. Its close to home and convenient. The free vacuums are a great added bonus.

I paid for the $10 wash thinking it would get everything off like the $3 Carwash in Creve Coeur. But I was wrong and I still have big guts all over my front bumper of my car. Then the mat carpet vacuum was broke. Also while I was vacuuming my car the vacuum broke... Never coming back again when there’s places that do it better for cheaper.

We love this car wash. Bring our van here once a week. They have a great$10.00 wash and was and free vacuums.

I Rate this place 10 stars if they had more stars. They wash the car for a minimum of $3.00 the way cars should be washed. I Love this place..... we need this car wash in Kewanee, ILLINOIS. They also have a machine that you incert your car mats into and it Deposits them vacuumed.

When they are slow, they are accommodating, but on 12/26/2018 about 10:30 AM, they were busy. I paid for the $15 wash as always, because they do a pre-soak, which if I dont get it, my tailgate, does not get cleaned. The guy told me he was one of the managers and his policy was to not do that when they were busy. I told him I paid for the top wash and he said it wasnt his problem, too bad!!!!

Charged me $7 for ice cold water that I spent half my time waiting for it to warm up before putting it on the dog and it never did warm up..... Don’t recommend the pet wash aspect.

I had used this car wash for several months before moving out of town and was extremely satisfied. When I returned for a visit, they told me they could no longer wash my car because the tires were too wide because one person had caused an issue. Disappointing as the quality of the wash and facility was 👌🏼
