They were able to get me in quickly and the lady was very reciprocating on how I wanted my haircut and ti use similar products to what I normally use. I would definitely recommend going there again and having her as my hair stylest.

I’ve been getting my hair cut at this location for a couple of years with mostly good results. They seem to have a high turnover, so often the stylist I saw last time won’t be there the next time, or maybe I catch them on a day they are scheduled off. I got a better than average cut from Patricia, so I made a note to ask for her again.I needed a haircut and was out running errands so I used the SportsClips App to check in and saw Patricia was available in a few minutes. I checked in and headed over to the location and arrived there within 5 minutes. When I went inside, I saw that my name was on the board, but Patricia seemed to have just started on another customer. I waited until she finished with that customer, but told her we need to talk before starting the haircut. I asked her if she had started on that customer after my name was on the board requesting her and she admitted that she had. She didn’t apologize or explain, but essentially said that was her right to do as she pleased. I told her that wasn’t right and that I was done with her and SportClips and left. I won’t be back.

The lady cutting my hair was clearly not putting forth any effort to perfect it, she was working to get it over with and that was very clear. She took the clippers to my sideburns and cut them extremely high without even consulting me. I then proceeded to watch her cut more than I asked for off of the front of my hair and then when I asked her how much she took off the front she said 1/4 of an inch, I know very well I witnessed her cutting off much more than that.

Avoid this place at all cost. The person cutting my hair was a newbie with no experience. Her mentor was using my head to train her protege. These people have no idea how to run a proper hair salon business.

If you need a good haircut you will not be dissapointed when you come here. The staff is friendly and will always work with you even if you dont know exactly what you want.At the moment good measures are being taken to prevent covid spreading and you are required to check in online to make sure there are not a lot of people in the shop.Keep safe and look good while at Sport Clips!

Great stylists here, quick in and out using app check-in, always good experience. You need a haircut *looking at you over sunglasses* go and ... check-in, theyll take care of you!

Took my teenage grandson here for his first Sports clips.. he was treated like a king. The stylist was friendly and professional. The salon was very clean. We will definitely be back!

So I get with everything going on things are a little bit high strung. But seriously they could be a little nicer about there greeting perhaps a hi welcome sport clips and explain the procedures. Instead I got did you check in on line, whats your name, are you sick and so on then I gotta take your temperature and then go wash your hands. That was just the start. The hair cut was completely off I had to get my clippers out when I got home to fix the mistakes and then I had to pay $20 for the worst haircut. I will not be returning to this establishment. I warn others to do avoid it as well

Went to a professional to get my twins hair cuts for their senior photos after voting them myself during this pandemic. In short, their cuts were so bad i had to cancel the photos. After contacting them, I recieved a generic apology email with one gift certificate. Do they think the answer was, come back, let us try again! Ummmm no thank you. How disappointing, Ive used them since they opened but theyve just gone down hill.

I literally never leave reviews on places but this one is worth it... Ive been here a few times and while Ive never had a bad haircut, ive never QUITE gotten the one I wanted until today. Pati/Trisha/Patricia freakin nailed it. She knew exactly what to do with my dumb, thin hair and made it look great. I will definitely be going back just for her.

Coming from mostly getting cut at oldschool barber shops I didn’t expect much from this place, but missing entire swaths of hair both in the faded area and in the trimming of the top seem like quite elemental mistakes to me. The personality of the employee was rather vapid as well & she seemed very much in a rush. We all have bad days, but if you are in a service industry during these times when everyone is hurting for business, you need to have your personal service turned up to 11.

This place is great. Ive tried some other locations and I definitely prefer this one. The service is always fast and I am always pleased with my haircut, even when Im trying something new. The triple play and the MVP services are really solid add-ons for the money. The stylists always have great recommendations for products (if youre into that sort of thing).

I felt really safe with all of the precautions taken by the staff and by forcing customers to check in online. Paola was awesome and quickly provided great haircut services!

It’s a revolving door with these hair stylists, I only asked to do the sides. Literally the only thing I wanted done. Apparently they go way to high up and some how manage to give you a pho-hawk. It’s the worst, I will NEVER be coming to this place again.

If all you want is a close cut ol fashion mens haircut, thats what you will get, But I am not a fan. I like my hair a little longer and styled. Been to three different locations and used a few stylists. I like the concept, but I have never come out with the haircut that was so good I wanted to save the stylists name for the next time. I ask for a little off and end up with an old fashioned tapered mens hair cut, nothing styled and way too much cut off. Its hair, and it grows back, but I wont be back.

Honestly worst place I have ever gotten a haircut, don’t get me wrong the workers are nice and outgoing however that just hides the fact that they did not do well with my hair cut, it’s not the first either they didn’t do well to the point that I had to shave my head.

I had a hair cut with Alison today. I told her that I would like to have No. 2 on the side and scissor cut on the top. She finished my hair cut within 10 minutes, without using a scissor for the top. I asked her: Did you do a scissor on the top? She replied I just trimmed it (with a razor). I am a little bit upset because I saw that the top of my hair is quite uneven. Then I asked The top is a little bit uneven. Could you please take care of that? She said, Oh that is because your hair is sticking up. I feel this is not fair (that she said that the my hair cut is not even at the top is because my hair is sticking up). So I said, Well, with the scissor and the comb you could really remove those uneven places. Then (I guess she felt offended) she replied, Yeah but you are not supposed to do that. I have been having scissor cut on my top for quite some years in many places. I am definitely not a hair professional but I dont think cutting hair with scissor and a comb to make it even is a bad practice. I just felt really mistreated with a bad attitude. I have been having good experience with Sport Clips and I hope this is not happening ever again.

I went in yesterday 03/04/2020, Was cut by a girl named trinity and she gave me the worst haircut of my life - all my hair is uneven and rushed me out so fast I didn’t even get to fully check my hair. I am so disappointed and will never be coming to a sportsclip again. I might as well have just cut my hair myself - It would look 10 times better then what it looks like now after going here.

Went to this location as my first trip to a Sport Clips based on the strong Google rating. Went online to get on their waiting list and saw the current waiting time was only 1 minute. I was just around the corner so just drove over. When I got there about 3 minutes later the wait was now 101 minutes! There were only 2 other guys waiting, 1 guy getting his haircut, and I counted 3 girls working there so I figured the estimate was probably wrong and sat down to wait. For whatever reason it became clear that only 1 of the girls was actually cutting while the other 2 seemed to only be there to keep her company as they all seemed to be having a great time with no regard for the people waiting. After 30 minutes of waiting the 1 guy in the chair was finally done, about the time another guy came in and was ushered to the 1 working station. That was enough for me... I left... went to the nearby Supercuts... and was in and out in 15 minutes with a good cut and was on my way. Not really that upset with Sport Clips though... if thats the way they want to run their biz more power to them... but I wont be back.

It was my first time at any Sport Clips. I had just got off work and planned to go down the road to get my haircut.I’m not a sports person but I didn’t think I would be as alienated as I was today. I tried carrying a conversation but it felt like she was a robot working on a mannequin head. Besides that great service.Well, my dad and I step out of the store. His sideburns were cut too high and Ms. “Perfectionist” covered me in hair. Like if you “missed a spot” can you make sure my uniform isn’t covered?EDIT: Late edit to change an “is” to “isn’t”.

After trying countless barber shops including the high-end kind that hand you a beer upon entering the shop, I enjoy coming here instead. It’s been nothing but pleasant. Maury is the one that cuts my hair regularly and consistently. Highly recommend this place! Cheers.

Its ok but, I wouldnt recommend kids who squirm alot or dont sit still. The lady seemed a bit agitated. Which I can understand she didnt want to slip with the scissors. But, it could have been dealt with properly.

I recommend checking in online, but it’s a 50/50 shot if the time given on the app will be accurate. Staff is friendly and do a good job.

The gals here always cut my hair well - I get a fade 2 to 4. The scalp massage is the best part and they trim my facial hair. Never disappointed.

Im very particular about my hair and most of the time dont let just anyone cut it. Jessica D was outstanding. Listened to exactly what I was asking for and was very patient with my indecisiveness. At the end of the cut, it was the best cut I have had in a while, hands down best massage Ive ever experienced there and she is magic with the hands ;). All around great employee with plenty of energy and positive vibes to spread around.

This is my go-to place for haircuts now. I like being able to watch sports while getting a haircut and they usually do a good job. A regular cut is $19, but I highly recommend the $24 MVP. For 5 extra you get a shampoo, hot towel and a massage. Not too shabby. Treat yo self! :-)

It one of the better cheap haircut places. The ladies that cut hair are always nice. I can not afford an expensive haircut all the time so I go here cause they are better than the other cheap places.

Awesome job on my sons hair. Originally concerned about if she can handle African American hair but she did fairly well. The edge up could use a little improvement. Impressed with the shampoo & conditioning that is included in the package. Will do business again.

I got a good haircut and watched football, basically exactly what they are going for. I did mention that I was interested in trying a mew product for my hair and was given advice and instructions on how to properly use, which was very helpful.

Love when my husband goes here and we even save the extra money so he can get his beard done too but today we waited outside for 20 minutes with other people waiting as well and no one was there. Or if they were they werent letting anyone in. We specifically go at this time so there isnt a wait as we have 2 kids but apparently who ever was supposed to open failed to roll out of bed at noon. Really upset and wont go to this location again.

I have Been going to sport clips for the last 8 years. Sara has been cutting my hair for at least 3 those years at the South Park Meadows location, everyone has always been friendly and I always get a great cut.I reefer a lot of my own customers and Friends to that location to see Sara, she always takes time to do an amazing job on a really difficult haircut (bald fade) I really enjoy seeing her every other week for a great and Incredibly relaxing time. PS favorite part is the hot steam towel while getting hair messaged w tea tree shampoo. Thanx again yall

The past 2 times I have visited this place, Diana R. has been so nice, given me a great haircut, and has been a great conversationalist. I also recommend the MVP experience, it truly is comfortable and convenient.

Usually get good cuts from here but not happy about todays at all.Tell certain employees to listen to their customers instead of trying to sell random products. Why buy products when you mess my cut up anyways?

4/12/18 6:06pm First time HERE I walk in, check in, I select a stylist. Diana seems very popular, good wait time about 50 minute wait, so I select her. I go run some errands at the adjacent store’s and then come back and sit down and wait. 7:00pm rolls around and my name is at the top of the list and it appears that I am next. Needless to say I am NOT. I’m pretty chill in situations like this and understanding but now I see that I am continuously being passed up. All the while my name is at the top of the list. 7:35 ish they pull back someone who came in way after me and was called earlier but refused because he wanted a specific stylist so it was changed so he waited, then was called by the stylist. NOW I had ENOUGH! I got up waited at the login desk for someone to attend me and one stylist did so, I thanked them ALL FOR NOTHING! I gave her the time I signed in and she said to me that I was not chosen because “I REQUESTED A STYLIST” what a bunch of BS! My go to location is in San Marcos, and I’ll never be back to this location! Again...THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Friendly service and an array of options to choose from such as hair washing, and massage which is all part of the pitch to entice lonely guys into spending way more for just an average hair cut.

I always get the MVP when I come in. There is another location nearby that I go to occasionally, but I prefer this one. They do a great job! I always get a great cut with good conversation and sports on TV. If you are thinking about trying out Sport Clips, I suggest that when you go in, make sure to tell them you are a First Time customer. They will usually give a free upgrade of some sort.

Booked an appointment and drive in from out of Austin 30 minute drive. Showed up 5 minutes early and the doors were locked and employees said they were closing early. Employees were rude and said they had a company event to go to. I said I had an appointment and they said sorry its not my fault, I dont run the online booking system I said someone could have at least called me. They shut the door on me and locked it.

I have a very difficult to cut hair style (I should know since its been extremely screwed up by a lot of people) but Jennifer finally got it right and better than it had ever been. No one has touched my hair except for her for the last 8 months. I get a haircut once a month because of how I style it and thats how long it takes for it to get out of control. Hands down amazing at what she does.

Ive gone to get a haircut different times, and you never know what you will end up with. Sometimes I get the haircut I want and other times, I question if I accidently showed them a different haircut picture. They do have good hair products, and the stylists are nice.

My husband went here to get his hair cut. The lady fingercut him all over even after having asked for buzzed sides and fingercut on the top. My husband said he liked the decor though. Although I think it was a bit expensive.

Samantha at store TX112 was aware I was on a time constraint, and she made the visit very relaxing--not rushed. I was amazed the entire visit was 20 minutes because it felt longer. She was very helpful and professional.

My husband went here to try and save some money on a cut, which I was a bit nervous about. Turns out, my fears came to fruition. They butchered his hair. It appears that a child has attempted to cut it. I would avoid going here unless you want a short buzz cut, and even then it might be uneven.

A hectic Saturday during March Madness lured me into this location to scratch another chore off of my to-do list. A brief wait, and happily greeted by Jasmine. I was surprisingly satisfied with the cut, as I have lost faith in corporate America and the big-box generic cuts you would get elsewhere.Fast-forward a few weeks to a rainy Saturday in April, and as fate would have it Lady Luck had me teamed up with Jasmine again. After some rhetoric debate on which direction we were headed with this cut, the magic began when I heard the clippers start to buzz. At first I begged and pleaded for a rat-tail - the hybrid cousin to the mullet. I debated with her over the authority and power it would give me, and how it wasnt fair how the mullet could call himself king of the hill, sitting atop the heads of some of the most influential people of our time in all of his glory. Still, she buzzed on. Next we discussed possibilities of the up-and-coming pop star - a man bun. I knew right away from the grimacing look she gave me with her piercing brown eyes that this would have to be filed away for future discussion. And still, she buzzed on.I walked out of the house that hair built a new man. No, not a rat-tail. Not the coveted mullet, and definitely not a man bun. But instead I settled for the faux hawk. Kudos again for a job well done. The faux hawk was agreed upon due to all of the possibilities and variations we can do. I can only imagine what Jasmine will have up her sleeve for next time.
