The nightmare of my previous property managers handling of my property is over.I dont ask a lot, just do the job I pay you for.Every simple request was like I was bothering my previous managementcompany.Emails were left unanswered or took days to respond to.Keller Williams has responded to my emails within a few hours to 24 hrs at the very most..Keller Williams in the last six months has followed through with every request I have made. Requests that never ever were addressed by my previous property management company. My properties are my investment and my income and need compliance with regulations.Those elements need daily weekly monthly observation. Keller Williams has so far met every expectation.

The office never returns my calls, I went 2 weeks without heat in mid December and have yet to hear back from the office after 2 days of constantly calling them about raccoons in the basement. I would never suggest anyone rent through this company. Its astounding they oporate with such a lack of communication between renters and landlords. Terrible

They make you apply before even being able to view a property. Spend $60 just to view one property is ridiculous. If all companies did this you would be spending between $300-$500 just to find an apartment. Just avoid them until they realize their properties aren’t as great as they think they are.

Two of my friends rented a property from Keller Williams Chervenic Property Management and overall is was a great experience. They were very helpful at the beginning of the process with showing the property and assisting us with securing the house. Throughout the lease they were always easy to contact and checked in here and there to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend them for future work going forward!
