My tech was really nice, but I’m super disappointed.. these nails weren’t worth what I paid for them. They’re messy, they’ve got bubbles forming, the paint is bunched up on the tips of a couple my nails, and this is about three hours after getting them done. My toes look awesome but I can’t say that I’ll be back because my fingers were such a disappointment. I feel like i wasted my money.

This is the CLEANEST nail salon you will ever visit!!! Im not exaggerating and am continuously impressed by how clean this salon is kept, but also the protocol for cleaning between clients.Their attention to detail sets them far above the rest. I will not go any place else for my nails!!Five stars!!!!

Laura is the best! Super sweet and accommodating to your schedule. My nails always look great and when she does dip it can last for almost a month.

Nelli does such a pretty job! Shellac looks very natural and not too thick. She takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect.

HORRIBLE Were a group of 4 girls. The other 3 girls were treated nicely where the owner thought it was okay not to treat me the same. I believe she was the owner. Last person to sit and the first one to get up. Was there for shellac mani-pedi. Did not clean nails at all. Asked for square shape, she seems not to have knowledge of shapes. Called before and asked if they take cc tips. Said yes but found out they dont. Had some cash gave her but she did not deserve the tip at all.My friends told me to talk to her.it was very obvious that she treated me unfairly and everyone in that room noticed.I shouldnt have to tell you how to respect people and do your job. She CLEARLY did not CARE. Never going back there again. However, the other 3 girls had a great experience, thanks to the employees.

This place deserves a 5 STAR because of JULIE !! Julie is the best in this nail place, she will do anything to make you happy and satisfied. I am very picky with my nails but it never seems to bother Julie when I Tell her to change something. The owner there is not very pleasant, will charge you for small things that you are not even supposed to be paying for. ASK FOR JULIE YOU WILL BE HAPPY 100% !!

Very nice and clean place. My technician took her time and did a pretty good job my heels were still a little rough so she ended up doing them again so I was happy about that. It was so sweet I had a scratch on my hand and since she was doing my nails she was scratching it for me. They were very nice there

Every Time that I’ve come to this place I’ve had to wait more than anyone should have to. I am always on time, I always call ahead and I’m always patient. I think it has something to do with the color of my skin. I came in early for my appointment and I waited almost an hour and watched as another patron of the lighter persuasion came in and was taken care of before me. I spoke to the manager, she began making excuses, for which to me there are no excuses. I had an appointment, I was early for my appointment there’s no reason for what happened. Needless to say I will never be back.

It was an awesome time. I got my nails done. Walked in without an appointment on a Sunday morning. Very happy and thankful!

My sister and I had a really great experience here. We called and made an appt for pedicures and they had us in the chairs within about 5 minutes. We were both very pleased with the pedicures and the overall service. They brought out fresh clean tools - including files and buffers, which is a MUST wherever you go. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait a few minutes, but that was really no big deal. Theyre a very popular shop, according to the ratings. Its very nice and clean in there, which is why Im giving this place a (generous) 3-star rating. I didnt have a problem with anyone (their service was very nice! They acknowledged you and got you going in no time).The only thing is that I got shellac done and paid almost $50 for it ($42, with a $8 tip) — which if I was told it was going to cost that much, Id pay an extra $10 for a full set, you know? I digress, but the work he did was still okay/nice. Anyways, I paid that much and it didnt even last me two weeks (which is the usual time shellac should last). You know youre due for a fill when youre hair strands start sticking under the actual nail (picture one). I got my nails done on Saturday, July 29th. Right now its Tuesday August 8th. Only one week and a few days have passed and it couldnt even last? Thats insane to me.I didnt really have a good experience, but maybe itll be different for you guys.

Just left this place I got the organic powder nail color its so light doesnt even feel like theres anything on my nails and I absolutely love it Lauren is the best everyone is so friendly and welcoming will definitely be coming back

I came in last minute for shellac manicure with Britney before my engagement photos. My manicure was stunning and I was pleasantly surprised to see it last for 3 weeks through a home remodel. Britney is the sweetest and she is so prompt and knowledgeable with style!

Meli did my mani and pedi today and she did a wonderful job. She was super nice and very patient with me. She took her time and did the her absolute best. I highly recommend her. Went here for a dip manicure as walk-in when I found out my usual place abruptly closed. My manicure looks amazing, was done very quickly but well, and they have SO MANY dip colors. I think more than I’ve ever seen.However, I sat with the acetone wraps on for 30 minutes while an entire other full manicure got done. I had no idea how long I’d be sitting there, and another employee was sitting in a chair watching an iPad. (I guess on break but was annoying since I was just sitting there with no update.) I literally started falling asleep in the chair. An update from the tech of the actual wait would be appreciated, as I don’t really want acetone soaking into my fingers longer than necessary, and luckily I had nothing else going on. In that time, I could have gone to the ATM down the street to get cash tip since they only tip cash... and I’m not paying the amount of a tip in ATM fees to get it out of their ATM.Ultimately, I will go back with cash but I’d ask how much time it’s going to be if someone isn’t available for you.

I came here for a regular acrylic set with white tip!!! I called and checked with them for the price to which they said that it’s $30 and for a white tip they will take an extra $5 which was fine. When I came by I was attended by Crystal who tried convincing me to get gel nails instead and get a French shellac on top! Well.., I knew wot I wanted so anyways I asked her wot I wanted. While getting my nails done she said that just in case I wanted long nails it will be an extra $5 like seriously, and also if I wanted a shape other than regular square or oval shape of nails it will be an extra $5.Moving forward.. she did my nails by applying the tip and powder and applied a top coat (regular nail polish) that’s it !!! No gel sealer..! To which she said oh gel sealer will cost you an extra $5.ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS ??????Is this how you cheat your customers! RIDICULOUS!!!! WORST SERVICE

When I moved to Troy I needed to find a new salon. A friend recommended this place so I gave it a try. I officially love Tony and Nikki for acrylics! They’re both really patient and pay attention to detail. I’m particular about my nail shape and polish, so I always speak up if I want it a certain way and they’re great with direction.

This staff is very professional and extremely efficient. The salon is clean and chic. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone.And just a side note. I was in there when the manager was on the phone with the lady who bashed them in a post above me. The manager asked the lady to come back so she could fix it for her but the lady kept insisting she should get her money back. The manager very kindly told the lady she could not issue her a refund but shed be happy to fix the shape of the nail for her. I commend the manager for the way she handled the lady. The three of us that heard the conversation literally applauded the manager for the way she handled the situation.Service is service people. And this place has awesome service!

First time I LOVED it and couldn’t wait to come back. Unfortunately, I had a different nail tech and a completely different experience this time. Pretty sure my long, healthy nails are now completely ruined due to over-buffering. Also, being told I “worry too much” as I watch the nail tech ruin my nails while I spend $45 on a manicure is not my ideal thing. Granted, the first time I did love this place but I have lost all trust and will never go back.

Typically I love this nail salon! I usually go to Julie who does an incredible job and takes her time. Today I had one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I believe her name is Laura and from my understanding she is the owner. She rushed through it so quickly and didn’t even file my toenails straight. She should just focus on running the business and not work behind the chair. I was really disappointed with my experience today :(

I’ve been searching and searching for a nail salon that does glitter acrylics, and this was the place! The nail technician did a FABULOUS job! She allowed me to bring my own glitter and everything! Will definitely be back.

Ive been going here for a couple years now. Ive tried other salons that are a bit cheaper and I usually get shellac. Every time Ive gone anywhere else, my shellac and peeled or chipped. I will only go to Instyle nails from now, my shellac lasts for 3 weeks, it just grows out! They do the best job here by far.

I have been going here for years, and trust me when I say - MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. This place used to be a hidden gem, and you could walk in whenever, and now you need an appointment or wait a really long time.Everyone here is pretty good at doing nails, although Im partial to Julie. They are more expensive than most other places in the area, but it is worth it because of their quality of work. They have an array of pedicure options including honey and silk - my personal favorite.Recently came here for my bachelorette party and the owner took very good care of us, and my girls left relaxed and everyone was incredibly happy with the quality of work done. Laura is a great manager, and runs a very tight ship.I would recommend this place to anyone

Almost 4 weeks and just now losing some finger nails by chipping and mostly growing out ...pedicure is still perfect ! This place is worth every dollar charged because of the quality of work--- you end up spending less money and time (which none of us have) overall because of the excellentwork!!! First when I walked in no one acknowledged me, I had to ask how long the wait was and was told 15mins. 15 mins passed and no one still didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had been there passed the 15mins I was quoted. I then asked how much longer and was told 10mins after two nail techs walked to the back to have a seat. Horrible customer service. Maybe if I was white I would of been taken better care of.

Love this place! So clean, modern, and friendly. My go to manicurist is the manager there who gives me the best natural nails mani. I pay extra for the organic polish that’s less toxic and it lasts 2 weeks solid!They’re conveniently located and easy to book and appointment with. They also have small bottle waters for their customers. Super nice!Oh and pedi chairs are sooooo good!

Ive had a few mani/pedis here and they do a pretty good job. I like my nails buffed to a shine and they have always taken extra care in making sure I was happy. The chairs are comfy and have a bunch of massage features. My wife gets gel nails from there and seems pretty happy with it. I would not recommend getting the extra massage on the legs. Its less of a massage and more of a scrub that they do. The staff is friendly but pretty indifferent. Pricing is pretty good, lower than average Id say. Id recommend this place to friends though.

Service has went doooowwnnnn since the last time I been. I used to be a regular, but my last visit the salon chairs were filthy (cotton stuck to chairs, hair and dust on chairs). The one lady who half greeted and seated me was short and cold. However actual tech was nice and took his time...somehow my feet where still rough on the bottom, and polish was smushed (after being told they where dry) Noticed got home. I will give them this they used a bag for the foot bath.

Reasonable prices. Great massage chairs. Sterile tools. Nice peaceful atmosphere.

Absolute worst experience of my life! Currently 37.5 weeks pregnant...not friendly location is dirty and the fault is my own. The female cut skin so deep it wouldn’t not stop bleeding...to make things worse I’m not sure if the clippers were disinfected or used on multiple others. I’m truly genuinely worried I contracted something. This place needs to be shut down. To add to the distress the nail tech working on the woman two chairs down from me was so sick and so stuffy she couldn’t catch a breath! I was sooo uneasy then she cut skin so deep!! I’m extremely frustrated. Stay away from this horrible location. Eco nails is the only place I go...but bc of desperation I tried instyle. Biggggg mistake!

Just left this place tonight Monday 11-20-17. My fiancé and I visited approx 545 pm. We both entered to find a nice place. Clean looking and an almost cabin like atmosphere. Place wasnt crowded at all. We were looked at by a few people that immediately looked the other way. We werent greeted for a few minutes then a woman whispered with an annoyed look can I help you. Should have walked out upon first impression. Fiance picked out color for her pedicure. We sat down. Very shy young man came over after 5 more minutes and said you can come.I sat in chair waiting for pedicure for almost 10 minutes before a gal I had seen when we came in magically appeared. No personality whatsoever and whispered hello. Very quick pedicure with hardly any leg massage at all. I wondered if the atmosphere is intentionally quiet as opposed to most were employees are yelling to one another constantly. If so I applaud that notion. No one working there had any personality. This is not a discriminatory comment in any way but when they did speak I heard completely clear and modern English so forget the cultural barriers. My lady put a towel on my feet and walked away for 10 to 15 more minutes then reappeared and said your done. My fiancé was walked over to a table and the guy walked away to get his jacket. She wasnt taken to any dryer of any kind. Then the guy comes over to me and asks if I am paying for both, I said yes of course. Before I could get my shoes on the original annoyed woman whom I could tell was a manager or owner of some kind also asked me are you ready to pay? Long story aside this place sucks. Horrible service by lifeless people looking for the money.

It was an okay experience. Honestly, they had me waiting an hour and a half before someone took the time to give me a pedicure. People who came after me (no appoinments) were treated in a more quickly manner. My shellac was not done well, the edges of my nail you could see were not painted. Will not go back.

Nicki is the best person who has ever done my nails, she is a nail god! Her personality is amazing and fun and she gets me.Veeda did my toes and they were perfect, she was so sweet! She took her time, took my feet from rough to a babies bottom.After both those amazing experiences,nothing could go wrong so got my brows done too, PERFECT!!!!
