I gave a 3 star only because my nail tech was nice. This was my first time at this nail salon. This visit is my last visit for sure. Starts off, I sat in the chair for my pedicure. Right away I noticed that the head pillow is filthy looking. I inquire about it, I was told to flip the pillow over. I had not been to any salons where they dont have the head sheet protectors on the head rest of the chairs. O, well... The nail tech pretty much moved through my pedicure and manicure extremely fast. When I proceeded to get my manicure, the counter and wrist rest area was filthy. I had to request that area be wiped down as well... We sped through the manicure process. When I got outside I noticed that one of my nails was not properly painted. It appeared that there was a darker line right down the center of my ring finger. Also, I looked down at my toenails and discovered that it looks like there is only one coat of polish. Initially, I was going to stop back in to show them, however, I had an extremely busy day and was unable to. My week was also busy so I never got a chance to make it back to the salon. By day two, two of my nails were chipped. By day seven about five nails were chipped, a couple of nails are literally broken where the polish is chipped. I didnt even bother to call and let them know because I was so dissatisfied with my experience that I have decided not to return. This sort of thing has never happened to me before, though I know it does happen. My guess is that the nail polish was too old. I would just recommend that you verify that the polish is not old when you visit. Make sure that the space is sanitized, as I didnt feel like the establishment was cleaned regularly. Again, the technician was friendly, so, I know that its definitely possible to have a better experience than I did. I definitely wont return though because my nails literally lasted for two days. 😌😣

Although there are so many Nails salons around, and they could be good as well...what sets this place a part is how the Owner Henry runs it. Communication is great, service is good quality, price is average, staff are kind. They have exceptional front desk Cindy! She is so pleasant, funny, caring and fast! So you know Henry Cares about quality service just from that! I used couple different techs and both were good, however, everyone is allowed to have a favorite so I have mine 😍 I had 3 appointment so far and I aim to stay with them for a long time!! Thank you Happy Nails for providing us your best!!

The shop is very clean and they use sterilized tools on every client. I like that they use the pedicure bowl liner. Ethan is amazing. He takes time on your nails and perfects your nail shape. He always finishes your manicure and pedicure with a great massage. 10 stars for Ethan

I called 45 minutes before I wanted to come in snd they could and did accommodate me.They were very efficient with a greeter who walked me back to the pedicure stations. Tina did my pedicure. The massage chair was very roomy and the temperature of the water hot-just how I like it! Tina was very professional and my pedicure was completed in 30 minutes.I was very satisfied!

The best dip powder manicure around!!! Awesome color selection, always have new colors every time I’m there and THE BEST collection of nude shades. I will get my nails done here forever. One thing, I wish they offered online scheduling.

I just got my pedicure done by Tina and my worst pedicure experience in the 2 years I have gone to Happy Nails. When Tina asked if I will get a manicure and I said no, her attitude changed. I rated this visit very low because she rushed thru the sea salt application, dumped the hot towel on my feet and walked away. When I politely asked for an extra coat of nail polish she stated she was done and claimed it will crack. She was rough and unapologetic when I pointed out that I did not like how she handled my request. I will call Henry tomorrow when he returns and let him know about my experience. She is ruining the great service levels at Happy Nails.

This was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The guy who did it was really half-hearted and rushed. The plastic covering came off my footbath and was not replaced. The dryer on my toes was shut off before the polish had set. The color looked terrible and when I tried to say something the nail tech just said No its not and left. The guy who handled the register was quick at least, if abrupt. No one seemed to care about the water temperature being comfortable. The massage chair was nice and they took me as a walk-in on a Sunday, but I definitely wont be coming back.

Wonderful experience, beautiful and clean shop, very professional staff and prompt service. Prices are reasonable. I have found my new nail spa home! Highly recommend 👌🏽

Hit and miss. I’ve had a couple techs who are meticulous, take their time, and my mani/pedi will last for weeks. Unfortunately this time it hasn’t even been 5 hours and the polish on one of my toes has come off, there is bubbles in my manicure, and my cuticles aren’t clean. Make sure to find someone you like and stick with them.

Ethan was amazing! He was extremely thorough and took his time, my nails look fantastic. He is really talented! I will definitely be booking with him in the future. I also am very happy about all of their covid guidelines they Made me feel safe. Definitely recommend!

Kim is the best! I’ve never had a nail tech care and treat my nails the way she has. She took her time to make the shape look amazing but also was efficient. The salon is very clean and luxurious. 10/10 recommend!

I am quite impressed with how this salon managed the clients coming in. The gentleman in charge tends to everyone in a kind way. Each person is told to disinfect their hands and then sign in. Temperatures are taken for each client. Before any station is used, it is sprayed down with hospital grade disinfectant. I have not seen this done at other salons. And ofcourse,, my nails looked great when I left.The decor is quite outdated and the place is a bit dark inside which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars.

Typical run of the mill salon. Was looking for great customer service, which failed atrociously. Nothing special about this place. First and LAST time there. When you go inside for the first time, you think, wow this looks upscale. Its not. None of the nail techs smile at you, and I mean none of them: not the one youre paired with, or the others.Neither mine or my friends nail tech said thank you at the end. I said thank you multiple times throughout my service, and smiled warmly.I doubt mine knew English... which is ok, but at least say thank you at the end.Had scheduled appointment and when I got there, the ipad sign in makes you select your nail tech. Mine never introduced herself, nor did my friends, so who the hell knows if we even got paired with who we asked for.Would have been nice if the nail desk person said, oh I see you chose ___ and ____ to do you nails. It would have been fine if we had to wait a few minutes if they were with someone else, but nope. They just came up to us and led us to where we had to sit.Major horrid part was the way mine put the polish. She did not just start from the top and draw down. She did that then she swiped left at the top of the nail. This technique was done on each finger.Please train them not to do this, because it looks horrible and you can see the lines.After, was taken to drying station and then she left.Wasted money.I suppose if the nail tech does not know English, then at least please do the mani/pedi correctly. New name: Nails by Robots!Raise the bar and know that some people only do their nails (in a salon) a few times a year and not on a regular basis.

Ive been here a few other times and the service was always good. I went earlier today, day after new years day, and Im going to go ahead and just say my nail tech, Ethan did such a beautiful job. Honestly this is the best set I have had done in a while. He really took his time and the overall shape is in the top 10 times for me, EVER lol and Im 30 years young so Ive had fake nails many times since adolescence. Highly recommended.. I will definitely be requesting Ethan when I use this place in the future.

Not impressed. Was it because we didn’t “upgrade” beyond regular pedicure? Came in with two adults and a child. Worst manicure ever. Didn’t buff, maybe that’s standard practice, but not anywhere I’ve ever gone. My nailed were filed wet, there were shaggy things left and even a fuzzy piece of lint sticking to my nails (which was ignored), No base or top coat on my toes (clear fingernail polish), so that was normal. I had to go home and add topcoat and file my finger nails. Never going back.

Get $40 pedicure... soooo good and very relaxing. Ms. Ann did mine. Im pretty sure all the service members are excellent. Very happy with my service!

This was my first time visiting this Nail Salon and I was honestly very impressed. The staff was very professional and friendly. The young lady Tina (I believe that’s her name) made me feel very comfortable and held conversation with me while I was serviced. I very big on professionalism and great customer care. She did my nails just like I wanted them and made sure I like them throughout the whole time she was doing them. I will definitely be back to this nail shop. I have been trying to find a nail shop like this and I finally found the right place.

Great experience at Happy Nail Salon. I got a shellac manicure and a pedicure. I’m short and the manicurists made sure I was comfortable by putting extra towels behind my back in the pedicure chair. A little pricey (cost $20 more than my usual nail spot) but they were able to take me immediately and the environment was so calming and clean.

Ann the girl who waited on me was very nice and she did an excellent job on my feet and nails.

This nail salon offers liquid gel nails which work better for me and are rarely found. The salon is very nicely decorated and clean. Kim does a great job and works hard to give me the nail shape and length I want. All the staff is friendly. Henry is a very able technician as well.

Hands down BEST nail place around. Amy gives the best pedicures, enjoy it do not be glued to your phone!!! After it looked like my shoes got stained but we figured out it was just water but the owner was not going to charge me even after he said to call if there is any issues. Not only was the product amazing but I was amazed by the customer service.

Okay so I first want to say I’ve been coming here since December and absolutely loved this place!That being said today came in today for a fill just asked for pink and whites couldn’t get PINK!! She kept saying that was the only Pink she had it was so so pale it’s white I asked for darker she said no! I’m so upset! Not Happy with her

Unprofessional service. Went for an acrylic nail job and the person working did a very fast and sloppy job, I was not happy with how it turned out, after I confronted her about it she said that’s how it’s supposed to look, even though it looked sloppy. Would not recommend.

I went to Happy Nails for a Shellac Manicure on a whim bc I started getting my nails done on my lunch break and I dont live in the same city that I work in and I found Happy Nails through my google search. After my first visit I stopped going to other salons and now I only go to Happy Nails. Their salon is SO clean, everyone is SO nice and they are able to get me in and out in an hour. I love their check-in system and the multiple payment options offered (cash, card, venmo, etc...). Additionally, during Christmas they gifted little manicure kits with a holiday themed face mask!I will also touch on their covid policies bc I know that is high priority for people now. They have hand sanitizer in the entryway and request you use it prior to opening the door, they take your temp at check-in and have partitions up for all manicure and pedicure stations. Everyone wears a mask.Its very safe and very clean. I love this salon and I cant wait to go there today and get a fresh manicure! :)

Ann was excellent! I never took time to care for myself i went in for just a chin wax amd ended up getting face and eye brow waxed. It took 10 years off. Massage of my hands, legs and feet it was wonderful. I will be back to pamper myself again.I was walk-in too. Oh yea this was my 2nd time the 1st time was just my chin wax. Ann took care of me that time. I may make an appt next time.

It was okay, they did a nice job on the shape. But I asked for a color and I thought it was the right one, but it looks nothing like it. I didn’t want to say anything because I felt like that would be rude, but I did pay $50 which is a little to much for just regular acrylics with color.

Excellent!My technician is Jenny. Service, sanitation, technique with personalized attentive service. Her years of experience and knowledge in reflexology are evident. So thrilled I booked a subsequent appointment. That says alot!

Happy Nails has never failed to do an excellent job. I’ve been on vacation for two weeks and yesterday someone ask if these are my real nails.....and they are! About the fourth time someone has ask on this trip. I don’t have a regular nail tech because I don’t have my nails done on a regular basis. However, they are all very good, and show attention to every detail.....walk-in or regular. Highly recommended!

Sometimes they do a great job, other times its hurried and a bit sloppy... depends on who you get. When I get someone good that takes their time, I love the results.... but I wish it was more consistent. I continue to go there because the owner has always been nice, they have a decent price on a polish change and they are open on Sundays. If some of the staff was better at listening, taking pride in their work and not getting an attitude like theyre doing you a favor, it would get 5 stars.Today was a good visit there!Photos are good days 🙌

This is the best dip manicure I have found! Outstanding selection of colors and top quality products. They do not scrape polish off; they buff it... therefore my nails are healthier than ever! Staff is friendly, the spa is very clean, and it is relaxing and quiet here. I drive 20 miles just to come here every 2 weeks. I will not get my nails done anywhere else- they are simply the best!!!!!!

Happy nails is always clean, the staff is very professional and they have done an excellent job at implementing new procedures that pertain to COVID-19. Ive been going to the salon for some time now. All the technicians who have been for a longer time here are fine.Last few times its always a new technician. They just hurry through the appointment. I do not know the names because they never care to be pleasant and greet. For them, a manicure/ pedicure is just applying 3 coats of nail paint and be done.The prices have been increasing too in the last year, so it hurts to just be rushed through. Ive not decided if im going next time.

This nail salon is absolutely a “Happy Place”! Clean, state of the art equipment and lots of nail care options and color choices to choose from. Henry, Amy and Ivy are my nail techs but everyone there is nice and courteous.

Very bad experience. They will not keep up with the word. They told me to come in 10 minutes. I went there 5 minutes late so they canceled my appointment. They asked me to wait for couple of hours for the next appointment. Henri is the person, who talked to me very rude. Very bad customer service.

This place is not sanitary. The nail tech used tools on me that were not disinfected. The nail file had white nail debris on it, letting me know it was used. After the tools were used on me, they were simply returned to her drawer. Within a week of getting my new acrylic set, my nails were already starting to chip. Additionally, my nails were extremely sore. I returned to the salon and asked them to take it off. When they did, we noticed that THREE of my nails were infected. The owner BLAMED me. Worse - he grabbed some nail infection medicine from the desk and tried to use it on me. I refused and left. DO - NOT - GO - HERE.

I came to this place and got a manicure with shellac. I honestly will not lie or exaggerate when I say....1. It looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. 2. My shellac chipped on 5 fingers the very next day!!! 3. My cuticles looked like I never even gotten a manicure. I was very disappointed. ☹️

When I first started going to Happy nails I was satisfied with the service overall. This last time I went was very disappointed and I will not return. When I walked in for my appointment they immediately sat me down for my pedicure and I was asked what color I wanted, at this time I had not had a chance to look at any colors but had one in mind and asked for it. My nail tech told me she couldn’t look for the name she needed a number even though I had told her what it looks like (there’s not that many shades in what I wanted) so I said let me go look for it, she stops my pedicure water and gives me a towel to dry my feet and put the chair up to get out, I could not believe they actually did that. Now as she was doing my manicure she cut so deep into my skin it hurt me for days, I believe they purposely dig into your skin. I’ve read this from multiple people.
