Called this salon while out front WITH MY DAUGHTER.. .. Watching other clients sit insie.. Yet the lady who answered (which iim sure she could see us from the large window) claimed they were closing although their hours stated that they closed at 7pm.

If you’re looking to get a facial, Donatela is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable. She’s also very sweet and caring. She’s given me so many tips and has recommended me great products that has my skin glowing! She really cares about her clients & takes her time. You WON’T be disappointed! ❤️

I went here to color my hair blonde. I had brown hair and was told impossible...I had highlights and then a toner which sat on my head for 30 min, taking every last bit of highlights out. She wouldnt even use a curling iron at the end, saying it would take too much time. Worst color, cut and highlights in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Oh, and it was $350

Mirela and staff are the best. Mirela takes time to listen to your desires and creates a look that never disappoints! Very professional. The salon is always clean, friendly staff and on-time appointments.

An amazing salon ran by the most amazing group of ladies! Anna does my hair and amazes me every time, she is sweet and amazing at what she does! I also get hydrofacials done by Donatella and she is so kind and amazing at what she does! My skin glows for a while after getting a facial by her.

This was my first visit to this salon and I had a great experience. I made a same day online appointment (easy and quick). Bella Kurti did my hair and she did a great job with my cut and color. She was thorough and I left the place feeling great. The salon is clean and everyone in there is welcoming. I highly suggest you giving this place a try. The prices are reasonable and I even got a discount off my hair cut since it was my first time. I will definitely be returning for my next haircut and color treatment.

I am so thankful for Valentina!!!! She truly is the best hairdresser! I came in for a wash & blow dry and she took me exactly on time for my appointment. The wash felt so good and she was very patient with my hair. My hair is very long and very thick, sometimes it’s hard to wash it in the hair washing sinks. She definitely used good products because my hair combed through great and I could smell the freshness.I am so grateful for her blow drying my hair because she did such an incredible job. My hair come out sleek shiny straight and perfect. My blow out lasted me 5 days!!! She asked how I liked the ends of my hair. She was courteous about not tugging on my ear piercings. She was very friendly and professional. The best thing is- Friday’s they have specials on blow outs! Thank you so much for the great experience and I can’t wait to sit in your chair again!!!

I got a hydra facial done here with Donatela and it was the best one I’ve gotten by far compared to other salons. She took her time to really use the suction and get out the dirt/oil. Most people I’ve been too just do a quick run through the face and done. Not Donatela! If she sees impurities she makes sure to get them without being harsh! I left with my face feeling and looking so clean! If I’m paying for a facial I expect a facial and you definitely get this with Donatela. Highly recommend going to her if you’re getting a facial here.

I have thick curly hair and the texture is changing and also had multiple bad cuts. I was anxious and was ready to walk out if the only solution the stylist gave me was, you want layers? I was ready to walk out, BUT then I met Bella and she was VERY patient and encouraging and did a fantastic job on my hair. I love looking at my style and she did a great job on my coloring. Bella did an amazing job with my keratin treatment, and the staff is extremely friendly. My hair was extremely damaged, frizzy, and curly; now its so smooth, wavy, and easy to style. Their online booking is great as well. Would definitely recommend!

I recently got my hair cut at Montes by Valentina and I LOVE IT. I’ve always had my hair down to my lower back and refused to ever cut it. When I came in for my appt, I immediately felt welcomed by Valentina and the staff. She sat me down and I told her I wanted my hair a lot shorter but not too short. I am very picky when it comes to my hair but she took her time and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I loved the outcome and she styled it so beautifully!! I recently started coming to Montes salon and the first thing I noticed was how welcomed I felt by Valentina and her staff! I was always picky with the way I wanted my hair and Valentina has always insisted on trying new things and has helped me get out of my comfort zone! I went in for a haircut and Valentina always new that I wanted to go short, but I could never get myself to do it. Well, I did and i’m OBSESSED. I’ve been coming to montes salon for almost a year now and I’ve never gotten this many compliments on my hair. I leave every appointment with a smile on my face. I see Mirela for balayage/baby lights. She is so talented and manages to make my hair look perfect every time. Anna does beautiful blowouts. The whole staff is so sweet and friendly. The salon environment is so relaxing unlike some other high end salons I’ve been to which are very chaotic. I’m so happy to have found a salon and hairdresser that I love and trust with my hair. All of the staff are very nice but a fr shout out to Arta for such a fantastic job. She went above and beyond for my hair. Like alot of people going to a shop for the first time can be a little scary but here they make you feel comfortable i showed her what i wanted and in the first session alone you can tell she really cares and is all about hair i would def come here if you want a great hair dye. I have been coming here for over two years when I decided to stop coming here after these happened. My last two appointments were a disappointment. They fixed an appointment for me at 2pm and I was still waiting until 2.45pm. No one apologized or said they were running late. When they got to me, Miraela seemed rushed and gave me a haircut I didn’t like. I had to go elsewhere to get it redone. To top it off, a previous client had apparently left her coat behind and the salon called me twice asking if I’m sure I didn’t take the coat my mistake. The girl at the front desk has a perpetual look of boredom on her face and if she’s going to fake being nice she should attempt to do a better job. Also, note to the owners, please train the girl at the front desk not to assume someone’s gender and to refrain from making comments unless she’s very sure.
