My 6 year old daughter and I stopped in here this morning for her first mani/pedi and my first in over a year. I almost chose another spot based on the reviews I read, but we had an amazing experience. Our wait time was short, service was excellent and they were very kind to both my daughter and I. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I go for pedicures. My favorite nail tech is Libby. I am also very pleased with the outcome. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Nails N Beyond!

Most amazing nail salon I have ever been too! They even give you a back massage while your nails are drying! I fell in love with this place the first time I went! Go there and find out for yourself you will not be disappointed!

So very disappointed I have been coming to this salon for years - I literally got a 12 minute pedicure,, barely a nail clip, no cuticle trim or cleaning, a minute of heal rub, no leg massage but a hot towel on un moisturized skin, missed a toe with clear and a quick paint without doing the top of nail I can honestly say I will never be back

They did a beautiful job on my friends french but mine was going well until my girl started rushing. She grabbed a file and ground across skin and ANC damaging what shed just done then kept layering and gouping. Never going back. Only got 2 stars because the french was nice

I got ANC nails and they chipped and popped off within 36 hours! Extremely disappointed since they are $5 more than other places. Very thin layer of ANC. Not worth the trip!

I went here simply because the place closest to me is closed on Sundays. Im really glad it worked out that way. The inside of this place is really nice. I wouldnt call it the best pedicure Ive ever had, but it was solidly decent. They do something with hot wax on your heels while they paint your toes. The reason for my five star rating? They give you a shoulder rub while your nails are drying. Ive never seen that anywhere else and for the life of me cannot figure out why. And the staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend solely for the back rub.

I have been going here for about 3 years now. I never had a bad experience. The staff is polite, friendly and very accommodating. From special occasions to everyday styles they have never disappointed me. I highly recommend them!!

Im glad I didnt listen to these bad reviews... I Googled the nearest open nail salon as my usual spot, Pretty Nails, was closed on Sundays. This place was closest and I almost said forget it because of these other reviews. Hesitant, I went in anyway and was immediately impressed with the decor to start. Soft light, nicely decorated, and appeared clean / sanitary. A few customers were already being served, I was taken right back to get soaked for a pedicure without a delay. The woman was nice and they offered a free 5 minute leg massage (on each leg), a paraffin (spelling?) wax on my heels while they painted my nails, and even a quick back massage while my nails dried. I wasnt rushed into a payment as another review mentioned and she was even patient when I asked to pay with two separate forms of payment (cash then card.) I was impressed, especially for coming in here with doubts. Im leaving here feeling relaxed and my nails look great!! Dont make the same mistake I almost made! I will be back again! 😊

Worst manicure I’ve ever had! Whatever she used caused my nails to take hours to dry, thus they got messed up and the edges of the polish started to retract so they look awful. I have to remove the polish and redo myself. My cuticles now feel so dry. Pedicure was just so so. Will not be going back and would not recommend to a friend. I never write reviews but felt compelled to at this place. Too bad because it’s cute and comfortable.

I have been going to Nails & Beyond for like 8 years. The past year it has gone downhill with the quality of their work. Everyone rushes, the manicures dont last. Thick acrylic. Lumpy. For the past year the only person that does a good acrylic fill is Tony. But he hasnt been there lately and again, terrible manicures. Had them done last week and they have chipped all over the place. So today I went to Pretty Nails and they did a fantastic job. Nails and Beyond lost a long time customer today.

Very on point and greet every person as soon as they walk in. Wait time is almost none at all. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely will only be coming here.

Worst nail experience of my ENTIRE LIFE! Woman cut me, wouldn’t fix my nails that I wanted fixed. Told me they didn’t have the color I wanted... yet another woman came in at the same time and asked for that color and they had it. Got an ugly color and my nails look TERRIBLE! Then, not only did two other people come to try to help and didn’t, I flat out said I HATE them, and they STILL CHARGED ME for these awful nails.. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! don’t waste your time and money. I wish I knew better

I went in for a pedicure started off fine but when I said no to a manicure it took a nose dive. I was done in less than 20 minutes. I asked to have a nail completely polished and got an attitude. 3 other customers came on and wanted the full treatment so she was in a rush to get to them. Gave them a second chance and they failed.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I had been going to Pretty Nails down the road for about a year. This weekend I broke 2 acrylic nails off so I was in need of a fix/fill badly. Pretty Nails was busy so I went up to Nails & Beyond thinking it would work out. There is more acrylic stuck to my fingers than on my nails. They are all different shapes & lengths, and are way too thick. I walked out, I asked how much I owed for her time so far and left. I will never go back. This place should be closed. Absolutely awful.

I, like many others, have given this place a 1st, 2nd, 5th chance to redeem themselves. Please just take heed and avoid this place. Went in for ANC fill and ended up with horrible, lumpy, streaky nails that broke and chipped two days later. These reviews are NOT misleading. Plenty of other places around that do a great job, this is not one of them.

I got there early on a Sunday, ladies we’re taking wash clothes out of a bin, shaking them, then putting them in a bin with downy softener. I saw what looked like pieces of nail trimmings and other stuff coming off. Then rolling them up to use again. I really don’t believe they were washed, just reused! I really have given this place a 3rd and 4th and more chance to redeem themselves.My ANC has gone down hill, lumpy and crookedly filed. I got a skin, nail fungus from this place, I went to my PCP, he said it was from unsterile instruments and most likely the dirty clothes they use to wrap hands with. The skin got tiny blisters and became itchy, it spread and spread until it got all over my finger. My finger nail looked like it was going to come off. But it wasn’t a different color. I wish NYS could follow up on this place. It’s awful. I will never go back or recommend anyone to this filthy place.

I had acrylic all over my hands she insulted me more than four times after she told me she understood what I wanted refused to redo it when I told her I had to go pick something up asked me if I could go get it and then come back to sit for another two hours when I came in for a full set clean hands to begin with and when I simply asked for gel proceeded to put powder on my hands in all different Lengths cut the side of my fingerRefused to pay me my money back and told me theyll remember my face I can come back and get a free nail polish change if I didnt have a gift certificate I would never go there again

A bridal party I was in all got our nails done here. Its cleanand they were accomodating. They even had donuts a fruit and champagne ready for us! Our nails looked great of course.

I had a great experience and my full set of acrylics turned out perfect. The man who did my nails was clearly skilled. But my friend who I went with had a horrible experience. The woman kept stopping to answer the phone, gave her the wrong nail shape, did a horribly uneven and streaky job with the polish, and didnt even file the nails well. Seems really hit or miss.

Terrible service and terrible quality. Three of us went in for pedicures. 2 of us had been there before. Where did the taller man go with the dark glasses? He was the best. This place has gone down hill! The women who did our feet, did each of us different. They came looking for their tip faster than they did to finish the pedicure! I still had wax bags on my feet at the dryer, and the woman left to get lunch, with no intention of giving me a massage! PLEASE if you get terrible service, DO NOT TIP them. If they dont get their tips, they may work a bit harder for them. Why tip for mediocre or terrible service? They just lost three more customers, but 3 more will go in and accept their lousy service.

These are the worst nails Ive ever had. I went in asking for a gel french.. Susan said no, get ANC, Pick ANC color. I said I wanted a French she said gel french would be 55 ANC only 45. I agreed to ANC. She insisted I keep them square (and I should have) because the oval tips I wanted are atrocious and uneven. She didnt smooth out the hardened ANC, just kept dipping them.. then a woman came in and said Susan can I get a pedicure so Susan added a top coat to my lumpy nails and called it a day. I will never go back.

I asked for acrylics and she just painted my normal nails! :/ Please don’t come here, it’s just a waste of your time and money. If I could give zero stars I really would.

On Friday i decided to go with my friend to nails and beyond because my favorite nail shop was veryyy busy & i was in desperate need of a full set. This place was terrible! I broke 2 nails by Thursday; they do not know how to shape nails at all; they dont have a variety of colors&it was 30$ for a full set. I usually pay 25 i can understand if they coyld really do nails. But not at all. I still tipped the lady 2$ because thats the nice thing to do. She forgot to include my eyebrows on the first transaction so she had to do another one. She MADE me tip her the second time. Theyre so rude&cannot do nails. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!

I am surprised to hear all of the bad reviews for this location. I have been going here for several years for UV gel nails. I always have the same women do them and have gotten complements on them several times.

Rude workers in there. They barely speak English, so they dont understand what you are asking. Used a nail file on me that was used on someone else. One guy in particular was very rude to me because I asked about putting glitter on my nails. He said why would you want to do that? and walked right away from me. Never going back!

I thought Id treat myself and today to a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was rushed and the polish was on my toes. The implements were dirty, and polish was streaky. When I had my nails done the woman got acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails. The woman burnt me with the dremmel and then laughed at me when I pulled away. This used to be a nice place years ago.

I called ahead to see how much it was to take off my ANC, the man told ne $5. When I got there they soaked my hands for about 5 minuets then they scrapped it off with the ruff file. My nails looked like a rugged ness, the woman then tells me that its $10. I told the lady what the guy said, she told me it was $10. So we were arguing for a good 2 minuts be for finally I just paid because I had to get home. She ran my card and then said have a good day. She didnt even smooth out my nails or anything. So I paid $10 to soak my hands in nail polish remover. This is rediculas. I am never coming back again.

So upset! the older woman doing my nails had NO idea what she was doing, she kept calling them gel when they are arcrylic! i instructed her more then 10x that they didnt look as i liked i spoke with the manager about the quality of them, he said word for word oh so sorry our fault then ran my credit card. i should have stood up for myself and told them i refuse to pay. calling my bank today for a charge back. I decided to go today to nails n beyond because I like to try new places and the nail salon I go to in lansingburgh was busy awful rude staff from the moment I walked in dirty overused nail files and cuticle clippers when he scrapped my nail it hurt and my foot jumped a little he said it hurt I said yeah and he chuckled I tipped him because my toes came out okay and he didn’t say anything just took my money no thank you or have a nice day took my money and walked away never again

Came here with my mom and two sisters spent over $200.00 in stuff getting done and they charged me and extra $5.00 because I was dissatisfied with my polish color and wanted to change. Despite the fact I told her that from the beginning and she tried to add extra top coat which made it worse. They hovered over my mom for a tip.And then also said the tip wasnt enough. The service was horrible they was rude and disrespectful.
