My parents/ Family own their business and they build connections with all there customers but it gets overwhelming, we are busy 24/7 and if you cannot wait and be patient then simply do not come. We want to get you out of the nail salon looking pretty as much as you do but the rudeness and arguing is not needed, we want to build a happy environment but it goes both way. We love our customers and look forward to seeing them 🤍🤍

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYONE WAS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. I called and asked are you busy. They said no can you come in now. I did. Sat there for 40 minutes while no one acknowledge me or my children. We left. The most ghetto nail salon I have EVER been to. The worst. WILL NEVER RETURN.

The 1st time I went I didnt like it and they were very rude. My daughter talked me into trying them again and they did an excellent job. Will go back again.

I’ve gotten my nails done by Jenny Lin and Anna all have done great jobs! Love the attention to detail and the ability to make appointments or just walk in.

Well when I went to get my nails done one of the workers cut my cuticle and said it happens all the time. I removed my nails on my own yesterday from having them since the beginning of the month and I never had a hard time removing nails a day in my life with acetone

Lynn is my nail tech and she always delivers from my simple appointments to my detailed appointments. We collab on my nails and I always get compliments.

Loved it. I was late to my appointment but still didnt have to wait long. The two people I had for my mani and pedi were polite and paid close attention to the designs I wanted. Anthony. I believe his name is, is my new go to. Oh and that massage chair 🥰

I got ANC without tips done here. Let me tell you Ive never ever had ANC chip away in a day. The woman only used two coats (everywhere else they do 3) and didnt shape my nails correctly. While I was there 2 people called to get their nails fixed and 1 customer came in. Needless to say I will never return. Not even to get them fixed. Whats the point?

I got my eyelashes done here Tuesday paid $40 + tip and it’s Thursday and one side already came off went there to fix it they charged me an additional $18 for their mistake smh And she also told me it happens to everyone including her DONT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE TO DO EYELASHES !

Scheduled appointment, waited 45 minutes still not seen. Walked out, whats the point of an appointment if youre going to overbook.

Absolutely amazing nail techs! Called and got an appointment right away same day! I’ll be continuing to use them I’ve never left somewhere actually happy with my nails but this place impressed me.

I called the day before if walk-ins were allowed, they next day I came in, they were extremely rude about how they are appointments only. The guy was giving me smart & slick answers also.

I just got my nails done today, and usually they do well but once I got home I looked closer at my nails. I asked for French tips, and you can see my ENTIRE REAL NAIL UNDERNEATH

Got anc and a pedicure. Guy took almost 2 hours to do my nails for them to come out crooked and uneven. Pedicure was supposed to last a couple weeks but chipped off the next day. For $75 I was better off doing them myself.

I have always gone to Nails and Beyond on Hoosick St but lately they havent been doing a good job. Always leave disappointed. So went back to this place for the 1st time in 10 years and Anthony did a fabulous job. Plus they are cheaper than their competitor. Will definitely be going back from now on.

Best place to get your nails done! I am very picky about how my nails are done and who touches them. Anna is my go to but I have sat for others in a pinch. Theyre clean, they clean their tubs and tools after every pedicure and theyre just a pleasant bunch.

The process is very fast so i feel like there isn’t enough time put into the work. one day after my appointment the nail polish started peeling off also my nails got messed up twice and it wasn’t fixed buh painted over.all i’m saying is they need to go a little slower and take they time

Always rushing to get paid but never gives quality work!! Definitely not worth the arm and leg they try and charge!! Plus my nails never last past a week!! Once did my eyebrows and completely regretted it had my eyebrows looking like i was extremely angry for weeks!!

My go to nail spot. Anna is amazing! Jenny is good too. All the staff there are always very nice. Fair prices - which include most nail shapes for free. They have a great nail color selection. Including regular polish, gel, mood, holographic and powder! Ive been going to place for years, theyre always on top of the new color trends. Never disappointed!!Only thing is, if you dont make an appt for during the week and decide to go on Saturday as a walk in, You will definitely be waiting a while if youre not there right when they open.

Shorty with the glasses that sits in the front polish game is type trash but overall everyone is good. Be prepared to do a part time shift here. Its always crowded from open to close.

Theyre nice people there but they dont do nails well. Every time I got my fill in, it wasnt all the way back on my nail and at least one nail would break. The only reason I went was because it was close to campus and I dont have a car with me. I definitely wont be going here ever again.

Everything was good about my pedicure. He did a lot of smoothing of my heels and clipped the cuticles nicely. The Polish however could have used one more coat it appears.

Got my nails done for the first time here and left very disappointed. Totally messed up the design I asked for and the nails barely lasted before coming off.

I love the pedicures. But my nails dont usually last long when i get them done here.

From my experience, Keith the barber does a great mens haircut. He listens to what kind of cut you want, pays attention to detail, and makes sure youre happy with the cut. I recommend him for any dudes who need a trim in the Troy area.

I don’t usually leave reviews places but this was the worst ANC ever! I got them done and they were so thin and weak as soon as I got them done that not even 3 hours later two of them snapped off...I’ve been getting ANC for a few years now and never have I ever (before this place) had them put it on with a brush instead of dipping them in the powder..I won’t ever go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Went to get my eyebrows down and was asked to wait. I sat down for more than 20 minutes waiting. No one reassured me that I was going to be helped soon despite the fact that a 20 minute wait for eyebrows is highly unusual. I watched them take another customer without addressing my wait. I walked out.I’m from NYC and since relocating to this area, customer service has been absolutely ridiculous, whether it be the wait time, or just attentiveness to customers. I don’t mind waiting if someone is keeping me up to date with my wait time and cares about me as a customer. Please don’t have a customer wait for 20 minutes for eyebrows without so much as a “We will be with you shortly.” or “Thank you for waiting patiently, someone will be with you soon.”

Nails to thick and they dont get allbthe way down to the cuticle.. I think they do it so you come back sooner and spend another 35$$ people are nice but thhey speak another language to each other and you dont know what they are saying......

Long line good work but be prepared to be there all day

The place is dirty and their products are not good. I do anc and the tops of my nails have little color on them. Technician was more interested in looking out the door than doing my nails. Wont be back.

I am disgusted by the quality of work !!! They called the police instead of fixing the nails . Never again

I paid 55 for a set and my gel nails that are supposed to NOT chip started deteriorating after only a few days. They redid them and they looked worse than the first time. When I came back to have them redone for the third time things escalated as did my voice and they kicked me out for wanting my nails done the right way. If you are going there to get anything done I would suggest getting your eyebrows done, or possibly a normal fill other than that, they talk s*** about their customers in a different language and they are ignorant as hell. It is clear that they judge the customers that walk in there by the color of their skin.
