They are amazing, they have the best nails service I have ever received. I only give a lower rating because it is extremely hard to get a hold of them, their phone system just sends you in circles, I think each location needs its own number. Making it hard to quickly schedule an appointment. I have complained about it before. Which they apologize for but doesnt make it easier for me to get an appointment. I would recommend getting an online scheduling service or at least an email to contact someone.

Amazing relaxing experience! The staff was kind, intelligent, and informative. They were able to get my girlfriend and I in for a walk in pedicure and it was absolutely above and beyond amazing. Will for sure come next again!

Had a gel mani and pedi at noon today. By 5pm my gel mani is gone on my pinky and ring toe. I have never had this happen. And they didnt clean up the edges of my polish on my mani. Not worth the $80.00 plus tip... nice fancy chairs but disappointing

VERY UNFRIENDLY front desk and most technicians are also crabby. Covid protocols are over the top. They act stuck up in this salon and its seriously not all that. If I wanted a pedicure using a nail file to scrub my heels I would do it at home. Theres many other salons in the area that offer the same services in a MUCH friendlier environment. Not returning to this salon.

I took my daughter for her first manicure. Shes 5 and very shy. The nail tech was so patient with her and helped convince her to get her nails painted...all 10 colors she picked out. The salon is very clean and follows safety measures. Masks required.

What an amazing salon! First of all it’s gorgeous and big. I also think it’s important to note what an amazing job they’re doing with Covid precautions from having a sanitation room that you can look into to customer gloves to look at polishes. The service was so great, my technician did a good job and her foot massage was the best I’ve had. She painted my nails really carefully and made sure to get the corners so they wouldn’t chip. She was very nice but quiet and focused on her work which I can appreciate. There was one file that was a little sharp and gave me a little cut as she was filing but it will heal fast.I’m blown away and will definitely recommend to everyone I know. I don’t know the name of the technician that did my nails. She was Albanian with brown hair and blue eyes. If the manager could get back to me with her name, I’d like to request her again the next time I go.

Love this place! Such a relaxing and professional atmosphere. Prices may be a little higher than other nail salons but so worth it. They do so much more than just soak your feet and paint your toes. They let you choose your fav essential oils, use Epsom salt, massage your feet while laying you back. It honestly felt like a professional foot/leg massage. Will definitely return!

I love this place. They give the best pedicures here. They really take the time to do all the extras without extra cost. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly. Joyce has done my nails the last two times I have been there and she always takes the time to ensure the job is done right.Update: Just have to add that I have returned to eco nails since I posted this and I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Will continue to get my nails done here without a doubt.

Absolutely the best, affordable pedicure in the area. Massage chairs are fully reclined while you are given a leg massage before your pedicure is finished. Pure bliss. Very clean facility, with attentive staff.

Ive been needing my nails to get done in forever I was on the fence about going gaudy with long fake nails or just painting my true nail. Im so glad I went with painting my true nail. The front staff was so warm and inviting. The nail tech was absolutely a dream! Clean neat and organized.. cant ask for much else honestly. Seriously, if I had a religious belief she would be an absolute angel. She was so through and gentle and amazing!! Very pricey but I mean if your gonna pamper yourself you might as well do it right. I think I am gonna make this my monthly recurring treat to myself. I guess they have a rewards program because she said shed add points or something like that. Cant entirely remember after the hand and foot rub I was kind of ready for bed. A+++++ thank you so much

[UPDATE BELOW] After only 5 days the color has already chipped. The nail salon is clean and relaxing, but their quality of shellac is not worth the money. Shellac should last AT LEAST a full week.UPDATE -To customers - the ENTIRE manicure peeled off in 1 week and 4 days.To Owner - Hi Eco Nails! In fact, I returned your call on two separate occasions - both times during your salon hours of operation - and did not receive a call back. I had what was possibly the best pedicure in my life there! Its a lovely environment (and comfortable regardless of COVID measures) the technicians are skilled, and when they get to the leg massage part of the pedicure, your chair is reclined and the quality of massage is like a trained masseuse!! It was very good and a super experience!

My experience at Eco Nails was nothing short of luxurious. The environment was extremely relaxing, comfortable and clean clean clean. For me, the music throughout the place settled you right into near meditation. My tech Trang was the best! Her work was perfection and she was so attentive. I will definitely be coming back!!

I have been a customer for over 2 years and I always enjoy my manicures at Eco Nails! They are friendly, clean, and efficient. My tech, Anna, is the BEST, she is precise and doesnt mind when I change my mind on colors or want to add an accent nail. I would highly recommend Anna and this salon to anyone that enjoys a nicely done gel manicure that can last 2+ weeks with normal activity. They have a great rewards program too, I love earning double points when I pay cash because it gets tough closer to the free services even quicker. The salon has been recently remodeled so they can accommodate more clients in a relaxing environment.

Simply the best nail salon in the Troy/Rochester area. Consistently perfect shellac manis and regular pedis each time for 3 years. Never embarrassed to bring a friend here as the space is tidy and relaxing. You are not rushed and the service is thorough (each service usually takes 45 mins - 1 hour). Music is sophisticated and relaxing (and I also like that is creates a calming atmosphere and encourages people not to talk loudly). Their pedicure chairs are well-maintained; the remotes are not broken and its relaxing when they recline the chair half way through the service so that you are looking up at the ceiling and can truly relax during the leg/massage and not stare as they apply the nail polish. For a time, it was becoming hard for me to get an appointment within the week for a time that worked for me, but since theyve expanded their space, this no longer seems to be an issue.

My very first time. My very first manicure. Lady was nice. Only problem is she left me under nail dryer and didnt say how long I was to sit, she did another customer. Finally someone said I could leave, long enough after about 20 minutes.

Love the environmentally geared setting. No strong polish odor. Techs do a good job. Great zero gravity chairs for pedicures. So relaxing.

I got a shellac French manicure and a deluxe pedicure from Lily. First off, let me tell you my manicure is perfect. PERFECT. I have never had a perfect French. And the pedicure? Amazing. I havent had such a relaxing experience in a long time. Eco Nails got everything right... A relaxing, clean experience and warm, friendly staff. With tea! You couldnt ask for more.

I wish I could give a better review of Eco Nails! I had my first appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure this evening. The ambiance and concept of this nail salon is excellent; however, my first experience was far from excellent. The technician I had was very inattentive. She made the relaxing environment less relaxing with her high-strung, disorganized and frantic state. Her friend walked in while I was getting my nails done and they had a personal conversation for about 20 minutes while I was receiving services (very unprofessional). My gel manicure was stuck to my skin so badly that another technician had to use clippers to unstick the gel from my skin. When I got home and took a better look at my nails, there are many missed parts that do not have paint on them. Also, my heels are rougher than when I went it. I am so bummed of this experience. I so want to love this place! Maybe it was just the technician that I had? Try it out for yourself and see.

I went in today for a pedicure. Didnt have an appt and they were definitely busy. I was grateful they worked me in and figured I would be kind of rushed through which I would have understood. Well that couldnt be further from the truth. These girls are pros. They know what theyre doing. It was clean and friendly and the receptionist was so nice. They did a great job. I will definitely be back. Found my new nail salon!!

Eco Nails has wonderful products, but the nail techs not so much, because communicating with them was challenging. I feel as if the communication problem resulted in a service that I was not happy with. Even though I asked for help, it just didnt seem to work out . After 3 visits, I quit going back. Additionally, the massages are dreamy, yet the removal of dead skin and callus build up is minimal when compared to other services Ive received in the past.

Always a wonderful, relaxing experience. My daughter and her friends like to go here as well. Fair prices.

I just went for a regular $18 manicure. beautiful inside with very relaxing music. everyone is so nice and friendly. lots of colors and brands of polish to choose from. the pedicure chairs look sooo comfy!i like the keratin treatment and hot towels they put on your hands, but it didnt seem to do much for moisturizing my dry hands :/ other than that tiny detail, great experience and i would return and recommend to others. i appreciate how they use more natural, eco friendly products

Would definitely go back. However my manicure didnt match my pedicure colors, but thats due to shellac vs regular polish.

Ive tried 5-6 nails places in the Troy area but nothing compares to this place. What is really important to me in a pedicure is relaxation, I know the nails are the main point...but really I can paint them at home too. Eco nails is very clean, the staff is professional, and something about that place I can actually really relax! One time I almost fell asleep! Eco nails is a perfect marriage of reasonable price and high quality. I dont want the cheapest pedi out there frankly, and at eco nails I think its worth every penny.

Just an amazing experience. Ive been searching for a place like this for years. This is truly a professional, clean, non-rushed, full service nail salon.They offer full service manicures and pedicures complete with organic lotions for manicures, organic sugar scrub for pedicures and a full massage for manicures and pedicures. It doesnt get better than this!Take my advice and spend 90 minutes here for a mani / pedi all at conventional pricing. One can tell this is not just another mom and pop nail salon.

Best place Ive ever been too! It was my first time coming here. Was recommended by a friend who loves this place and now I knw why! Took my mother in law here for her first pedicure ever and she loved it too! So relaxing and comfortable with a nice recliner with back massager as they massage your feet all the way to your shins and use very relaxing essential oils and scrubs. You feel very safe with how clean and sanitary it is with their sanitation station and eco friendly products. They have a wonderful selection of colors and do a wonderful job. Such a nice staff and relaxing ambiance. You wont regret coming here. Sad they dont have this franchise in Colorado since I will be moving there.Hope they open one there soon because this will be only place I want to go to from now on. Thank you for an amazing pedicure!

Wow! That word really sums up EcoNails and the experience I had yesterday. My services were done with professionalism, care and the upmost attention to detail. I was asked what I wanted and even asked if I liked where the experience was going so that the tech could change before it was too late. (Im a guy so I want clean hands and feet without them looking unnatural.) Where do you get service like that?! Everything here is so clean and so beautiful so its very unfortunate that this place isnt local to my hometown in NC. During my visit, the manager came by to check on me and to see if I needed anything to help me relax a bit better. (A beverage/magazine/adjustment to the chair - NO detail was overlooked) What a wonderful salon here in Troy. As an owner, you should be proud of what youve started and as a customer, Im equally proud to come to a place this nice!
